The location was centered around the areas I needed to go to work as well as being close to South Carolina. I didn’t like finding a lot of hair in the bathtub (I conducted my own cleaning), there’s a bathtub but you cannot take bath only a shower due to not having access to close up the bathtub. I didn’t like the pool area it is very unkept. I despised having someone come into my room, moving my items around when I kept the Do Not Disturb sign on my door and they disregarded and came in. Furthermore, the signs in the room clearly states if you want your room clean or need anything call the front desk!!

The staff was friendly, it’s near food that’s walking distance. Clean rooms but the smell wasn’t the best. It smelled like feet on the 3rd floor and the ac unit is old so it’s either too cold or too muggy. It’s best to get a room on the first fooor. They tend to those rooms better and we stayed on both floors

Their entry door to the lobby did not lock at night, therefore once I checked out of my room at 5am to get on the road to my final destination, I walked my service dog and then I had to use the restroom, but their bathrooms were locked till management would get there because of them not wanting non customers using their facilities coming off the street!!!

LaShawn was amazing! Thank youuuuuuu for such great customer service! We flew in from Madison Wisconsin, and I definitely felt welcomed and comfortable. I love the soft baked cookies at the front desk, great snack! The first room we had smelled like mildew! Yuck!!! But Miss LaShawn took great care of us! Thank youuuuuuu Hun.

I enjoyed my stay. The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. Texas Roadhouse was next to the hotel which was a plus because we could walk there without driving there. We were close to the stores and restaurants.

This was an impromptu trip. Hotel was very convenient. Room was clean amd iy was very quiet. Family stayed on the 3rd floor. Breakfast was ok. Not much of a variety.

Clean, enough towels provided, convenient to the circle k Tiny pool, shower pressure was good but no handheld shower head. Could use better tile work and repairs, bathroom door wouldn’t close.

We stayed here specifically to use the "heated" indoor pool. Unfortunately, the pool water was freezing cold, and when I asked them to turn the pool heater up, they said the heater was broken. Additionally, all of the rooms and hallways smelled musty or moldy, and, at night, no matter how low I set the air conditioner, it did not seem to cool the room. I had originally planned to stay at this hotel for 2 nights, but I left after 1 night.

Everything was great all two times i went.Customer service was awesome. I called down to the front desk lady and asked for some tooth brushes and she brought them to my room. The beds were fresh and the linen was very clean. I felt safe and the surrounding rooms were quiet Breakfast was great and easy accessible and the oool area was clean . I would highly recommend this hotel to all my friends and anyone who wants a great hotel with all the great amenities.

The staff was great. But apparently you can get a room and use the pool for a birthday party all day and invite up to 30 people that arent staying there. This is an indoor pool to. Didnt get to enjoy what i paid for. The rooms were very big. Bathroom tile was sinking in by the tub, our curtains were broken so we couldnt close them all the way. Had little kids knocking on our door all hours of the night, running up and down hallways. There was trash under couch. The breakfast was good minus the circle eggs. Wont atay there again. Really disappointed that they would allow so many people take over an indoor pool and make such a mess and be so loud.

The room was clean and the staff (front desk) was very helpful & friendly. The breakfast wasn't fancy but it was decent and very conveniant, with good hours. I felt like there needed to be a little more lighting in the bathroom and the living area. Overall, it was a nice room and I was very comfortable and slept well. I will more than likely use them again.

The place has really gone down. It was very noisy, floors were wet. The bed was squeaky, snack machine out of order.. The hallway smelled of marijuana.

The tv ‘s in the rooms aren’t even smart tv’s. The generic remote has buttons like Netflix etc but there is nothing but a scrolling guide and generic channels. Went and bought a Roku stick so we could at least watch a movie at night. The pool was over run with screaming kids splashing everywhere so we never got to try it out. They also left a small flood in the elevator which even got to bottom of my pants and my shoes all wet just trying to get to my room. Front desk staff was great as was the extensive breakfast service. The curtains in the room do not come together in the middle to darken the room, thankfully I had some hair clips. I gave my Radisson number at check in but they still couldn’t put the trip on my rewards statement, I’ll be calling HQ to get my points. Very busy area so don’t stay for any peace and quiet. Loud music and people in the nearby parking lots all the time. Only one ice machine and that’s at the front desk floor 1.

I booked a one bedroom suite and it was unavailable. I received a standard room for a few days before I requested the original room. The first room was fine. The suite was nasty! A "cleaned" towel had two eyelash strips. The tub was not cleaned. The sheets had stains. The mini fridge was leaking. The pool was closed, vending machine was broke, ATM broke, and NONE of the gym equipment worked.

We were unable to check in until 4:30 when check in was at 3 and even then the room lacked a bar of soap for the sink and the towels and bathroom was dirty and full of hair. We went to breakfast at 8 am Saturday morning and they had run out of milk and had no more. Unacceptable.

It was a very nice hotel in Augusta Georgia. Modestly priced excellent breakfast the only thing was the door it was very hard to push open seem like the carpet resisted it I'm in a wheelchair so that didn't make a difference for me but I would go back it was a nice day

Overall the property was very dirty and smelled completely like smoke in every hallway and room (we asked to be moved rooms and it still smelled). For the price they over charge during Masters week I would not ever recommend this hotel.

DRAPES/CURTAINS FALLING DOWN JUST HANGING BROKEN, CHAIR LOOKED LIKE SOMEONE DIED IN IT! I HAD TO ARGUE WITH THE FD ABOUT GETTING A DIFFERENT ROOM AND WAS TOLD SHE COULDN'T MOVE ME BECAUSE SHE HAD MOVED TOO MANY PPL THAT DAY (I WONDER WHY). I TOLD HER WHAT I BOOKED ONLINE WAS NO WHERE NEAR WHAT THE ROOM WAS IN PERSON AND SHE SAID "YOU CAN'T GO BY WHAT THE PICTURES SHOW ONLINE BC NOT ALL ROOMS ARE THE SAME OR LOOK LIKE THAT" THE HOUSEKEEPING SUPERVISOR CAME UP TO THE DESK IN THE MIDDLE OF US ARGUING AND I SHOWED HER THE PICTURES I TOOK AND SHE COMMENTED ABOUT WHOSE ROOM THAT WAS AND LAUGHED ABOUT HOW SHE DIDN'T CLEAN IT SHE THEN WENT UP TO SEE IT AND ARGUED WITH MY WIFE ABOUT THE TRASH THAT WAS LEFT INCLUDING TWO CUPS FROM COOKOUT AND SAID THEY WERE STILL COLDAS IF WE LIED ABOUT WHEN WE CAME INTHE ROOM. SHE COMES DOWN AND IMMEDIATELY CALLS THE OWNER WHO SAYS TO MOVE US. MIND YOU FD AMANDA REFUSED TO CALL HIM. I THEN GET SHOWED 4 OTHER ROOMS ALL GROSS! ALSO GOT LOCKED IN THE POOL ROOM WITH MY 5 and6YR OLD! POOL NOT HEATED! LEFT AFTER 1 AWFUL NIGHT!CAN'T GET REFUND

The property has not been maintained well. Our room had a cigarette smoke smell. We stayed for four days. We had requested for emptying trash and change of towels, but was not done. We had to ask a second time. Two of the staff members were nice, but others were unfriendly. This place needs a lot of improvement in the facility and service.

Seems friendly and very clean. I had a very good experience. I’m happy with the choice and the Texas Roadhouse was directly behind the hotel, easy access to food and circle K as you pull onto the street. Enjoy your trip.

This property was not clean and smelled strongly like lysol and chemicals. I could only stay in my room for an hour with my window open and my throat started closing up. I checked out promptly.

I was very disappointed because the only reason I rented the hotel was for the indoor pool because I was visiting my grandkids and it's not warm enough for an outdoor pool only to find out after I had checked in and paid that the indoor pool was ice cold because they didn't have a heater and won't have a heater until the 28th of March I do think that should have been mentioned upon rental of the property. Also check out was at 12:00 and they were knocking on my door at 25 after 11:00 asking me if I was leaving yet. I think that was very rude

A lot of people smoking marijuana in the parking lot.. hotel needs to be rehabbed.. dirty dirty dirty.. carpets. Walls, ceilings, shear curtains in room were in tatters.. had to change rooms after clerk said that he opened the window in our room since it had an odor..

The staff were very friendly. The carpet in room was filthy. Black mold on bathroom floor.

My stay was amazing, quiet, convenient and much needed. When I checked in there was a wait but after everything was settled I walked into a spacious clean queen sized beds and room. The fresh air was blowing from the window. The temperature was just right. I actually could use the bathroom without shutting the door on my foot or knee and also keep open to monitor my 2 year old son. He love the mirrors. The bed was so comfortable. I haven’t had a goodnight sleep in months. I missed breakfast the first morning 6am-9am is too early for my blood lol. But I didn’t miss it the 2nd day. The food was fresh, hot and delicious. I cannot wait for my next stay. They also had fresh cookies on my first night. I was disappointed they didn’t have them everyday. My only complaint is my key didn’t work so I had to get it reactivated twice and secondly one of the painters lost his card n my room he came back to locate it but he didn’t ask to enter my room. He just said I believe I dropped my card in your room and proceeded to walk in. Didn't say thank or anything.

Dirty, old, broken down and stinks. Smelled a lot of weed even though there are signs saying no smoking, vaping or marijuana. At $74 a night, you get what you pay for. I checked out the next day and found a better hotel.

The toilet was backed up, lamp didn’t work beside bed, remote batteries was dead and they didn’t leave one towel to wash in the room. Also the room smelled of pot!

I understand check in is at 3:00. But we didn't get our room until 7:00. Supposedly because they were short on house keeping staff and also we couldn't get any other rooms or money back

Pool , vending machines and laundry facilities were all closed and out of service and no spa was available in the building and the room had no towels and wash cloths in the bathroom and guest service did not answer any calls from my room and I had to leave my room to go downstairs to get my laundry and the breakfast was not stocked accordingly as needed and I had to go through the kitchen cabinets to find the items I needed to eat my breakfast

I'm not used to overpriced hotels, but I've never been in such a dirty, horrible hotel like this in my entire life, and I travel quite a lot, this was absolutely appalling, I was shy and afraid to touch anything there, everything was sticky, everything was dirty, but really dirty and it was terrible.

The Breakfast was not appetizing at all. Website states indoor pool which is the main reason choosing that hotel only to find it closed. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Hotel needs updates and they had too many strange people walking around the area at night. Parkinf is horrible due to 4 hotels almost sharing the aame parking.

There was a massive pile of trash next to our room door (4 large trash bags) and dirty spots all over the curtains

I was very disappointed in this hotel. I booked for a business trip to see clients. I wanted a hotel with a pool as part of my continuing therapy recovering from surgery. The pool was closed, the vending machines out of service, the breakfast was picked over. People off the street just come in and help themselves. It also had a lot of prostitution going on. I am a therapist, and I know the signs of challenged populations. This hotel is carrying the Radisson brand and giving it a bad name.

I’ve been staying @ this hotel multiple times a year for the last 2-3 because it’s close to my granddaughter who lives there. I WAS TOTALLY DISGUSTED FROM START TO FINISH WITH THIS RECENT VISIT. The smell of the room made me want to vomit the staff was non caring & I had to go through HELL & high water just to get a refund!! I WILL HAVE TO BE DESPERATE TO EVER STAY THERE EVER AGAIN!!!!!!

Though the promotional materials said no vaping or marijuana are allowed on the premises, that was the first thing I smelled upon arrival. The room appeared clean but the bed pillows were uncomfortable. Upon leaving I requested a receipt but the main printer was malfunctioning. The manager had to be called to provide a hand receipt.

We were extremely disappointed with this hotel. The first room which we were put in was dirty, had dirty sheets and had a musty smell. We complained at the front desk and they put us into a new room. The second room was only mildly better. The breakfast Was very disappointing as well. There was very little variety and the food didn’t look fresh. I usually like this chain of hotels, but this experience was quite disappointing.

The breakfast area wasn't clean and while it smelt clean, you could tell it wasn't properly cleaned regularly. If it was, they did a poor job. I'm not one to write bad reviews but you can tell that the hotel doesn't get taken care of as it should be.

While the front desk was nice the hotel had a number of people loitering and smoking cannabis out front which caused the lobby to smell. They put me in a suite with 1 queen bed instead of two. I returned to the lobby and was given another room with two queens but not a suite. At this point I was through! I had my two young sons with me for a quick boys trip and found out on arrival the pool was out of order. I’ve always like Country Inn and Suites but not certain I will book one again, and might stop using this site and go directly through company sites to book.

The water was off when we checked in not a big deal until lied to about when it would be back on . The place had terrible odor. Bathroom was not clean . Kids running up and down hallways until about one in the morning. Adults not supervising there kids in the inside pool area. When I complained the next morning I got no response from the manager on duty which I found out was also the owner. I believe they overcharged me for a nasty noisy stay . I will never use this hotel again.

The tub was dirty and the chairs had dirty stains around the head area and arm rest. And they also didn’t have a sheer curtains. If I wanted sunlight in the room I would be exposed to the outside. You should have curtesy for your guest to supply them with such, so they can have some privacy.

The stay wasn’t mad bed as comfortable the pool had always been cold for years for it to be an indoor pool . The room was nasty we had to ask for cover to put cross the sofa and chair all tables and countertop nasty sticky and the tub was rusty

At night, I had to listen to the AC unit condensating so loudly that it sounded like a constant loud dripping or almost a pouring right next to me. Whatever you do, don’t stay in room 211.

Older Hotel. Needed some upgrades on room amenities. Coffee maker in room didn't /couldn't brew properly with the coffee packs provided. Hallways smelled like cigarette smoke the first day but honestly that happens in pretty much all hotels these days. Overall though the rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Breakfast provided was good. Staff we saw were friendly. I'd stay here again.

My room hadn’t been vacuumed. There were tags left from the previous people. There was hair left on the bathroom floor. I asked for handicap accessible but they put me in a hearing impaired room on the 3rd floor ALL the way at the other end of the hall from the elevator. I use a cane and walker. The breakfast wasn’t the best and after spraying the waffle iron, the waffle stuck to the iron. No one was in the breakfast area or front desk. I just got frustrated and left my key without getting my receipt. I’m not happy with my stay and I will definitely put this on my list of places NOT to stay there anymore. The best part of my trip was that it was conveniently located to where I needed to be.

Everything I experienced was well worth the trip. Very clean and so so friendly. I enjoyed the stay and plan on returning.

Furniture need to be upgraded and a bigger fridge. The fridge is to be upgraded. We need big refrigerators. The bed need to be upgraded. My back was hurting the shower need to be replaced. Overall, it was good thank you

Charles was a great customer service representative. My television was not working correctly and he had it replaced within the hour. I would stay there again.

Room was not kept up walks, floor around toilet terrible upkeep, generally deteriorating making room seem dirty and not kept up. Had to wail for over 20 minures while room was being cleaned. That was after 6:15 pm.

Hotel was definitely under construction and needed some major TLC. Shower rod was falling off there was a random screw under bathroom cabinet. Room smelled stuffy and like mildew. We had an event for majority of the day and only slept there for one night so it was doable for the one night we booked. Definitely would not book again.
