It was a very small, yet comfortable room. My booking confirmation didn't arrive which put me in a position to have to pay a second time. For a room that only had one bed. And a couch. I booked a double queen suite and had to settle for a smaller room.

I would not stay at this property.

Was a last minute choice but I slept like a baby. I rated it average because the very first roomed i was assigned, there was water on the floor and appeared to be coming from under the fridge area. I was assigned another room and half the lights were working. Not to mention the struggle to even find the light switch. However bulbs were not working in one and not very illuminescent in the other. My tub had a big dead bug in it and breakfast options was sub par. However did i say i slept like a baby? Maybe i was extremely tired from a long day of driving but it served its purpose. I think staff needs a lesson inn customer service though.

The staff made the stay the best ever The property smelled of marijuana when we arrived. There was guest that were abusing the no smoking policy but we couldn’t catch them to prove it.

The beds here are among the best in Augusta. I have stayed at more than 10 hotels in Augusta over the past year for work and these beds are the best I have found. The hotel is generally convenient to where I work and the breakfast is good, though I would like to see better eggs and Turkey Bacon. All in all, I just need a comfortable bed and clean room, nothing fancy, so Confort Suites is good. See above comment.

Location Our bed had stains on linen, mattress and bed skirt and we were informed that there was no housekeeping when we reported it. Our bed was not made but someone had replaced our towels. Also TV had to be reset every time we turned it on. Shower head was shaky. It needs to be some maintenance and upgrading to property. Our room was 321

However, he very slowly came to our aid, BUT he essentially scolded us for not propping the door open with a stone! I was floored! They should've known the lock system was broken and warned us. In the morning, I found that there still wasn't a note posted by the door to warn guests of the issue. The only other odd issue was they immediately check your room upon checkout in order to print a receipt and make sure to return the $100 room deposit.

My stay was wonderful. Staff was very nice and friendly, breakfast was nice also. Room was very clean smelled good, bathroom was clean, only complaint the water in our bathroom tub was running couldn’t shut off.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The only negative remarks are about the breakfast. It was terrible! The eggs didn't even look like eggs with their grayish color. Only one piece of meat in the warmer and the biscuits were so over cooked I couldn't bite into them or cut them with a knife.

Staff is amazing. Very accommodating and personable! The door key card machine wasn't working so the front desk man had to individually take us up to our rooms to let us in and had to do it every time we left and came back. He had a great attitude the whole time and never made me feel like I was bothering him. And when he did get it fixed he brought the key card to my room for me.

The rooms were partially cleaned and the barthrooms were not cleaned at all. The night agent convinced me that it was "tubstains" turns out it was actually grime. Also hair was al over the bathroom from previous person.

The guy at the counter is rude, talks at you instead of to you. Like it’s our fault he is there. Not warm welcoming at all. Housekeeping disturbs your sleep an hour and a half before check out then 11 on the dot they are banging on your door and calling. Soon as you leave there is already someone beating you down trying to come in and rush to clean. For the amount we felt rushed and put out. No hospitality no courtesy. We usually do 5 star and decided to try something more modest however it proved just why the others are 5 star and this isn’t. Will not be back or recommending

The coffee pot in the room was broken. The television was not working. Roaches in the bathroom. Bath towels were dirty. Breakfast was great and staff friendly.

This was the worst hotel experience I have had in my life. I was down here for two nights for work. When I left Thursday morning, I pulled on the door to make sure it was closed and it was. When I returned back at 630pm I noticed the door was acting weird. I changed and got ready to go eat dinner and as I was leaving the door would not properly close at all. I looked the the door and lock and it was obvious that someone attempted to break into the door with possibly a screw driver or a similar device and damaged the door, the frame, and doorframe hardware. I called front desk and the night shift person responded and was great but the maintenance did nothing and wasn’t available to do anything. The desk rep helped me secure the broken door. The next morning I came to address it with the front desk and the “manage” was rude and stated it was house keeping, which I refused house keeping that morning so it wasn’t them. She’s begins to argue with me stating nobody attempted to break into the room. I immediately called corporate and reported the situation and have a case number. The management did not take it seriously at all. I’m lucky I had no valuables in the room when I was working. They never called the police and refused to look at the security footage with a camera right by my door. Will not stay or recommend this place for anyone.

the rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. the room doors were very load when closed and the tub was cracked. the pool was closed and the hotel was still getting remodeled so it was messy from the construction. breakfast was so-so.

The staff was excellent. However, there were several issues. First, when we returned to our room the first evening, the sound on the tv did not work, and we had to pack up and move to another room. In the new room, the safe did not work. The site is under construction, so there was a lot of noise. The floor in the elevator was disgusting for a couple of days before it was finally cleaned. Breakfast was in a meeting room and was not an attractive setting, but attendant was very nice. Parking was easy and location was good. Our room was not cleaned, so my husband had to go to desk to get coffee and towels for our second day. Overall, disappointing.

Hot water in the tub didn’t work so I traveled 980 miles to sleep and shower before I do the other half of my trip. To make things worse the hotel had a smell that triggered my asthma. It can’t be safe for those with lung illnesses or conditions such as asthma. There’s this strong smell of some type of cleaning agent. Couldn’t really tell but it’s all through the hotel and in the rooms bad. My volume on my remote didn’t work either. Your housekeepers and not reporting issues at your property which is why it’s going down hill. And clearly there manager isn’t spot checking because gesh. Hot water is a must. The staff was ok. He was occupied on his cell but he did do the job fast. It’s just the energy and vibe makes a potentially nice place nasty. If reviews matter, and you have lunch or breathing sensitivity don’t sleep here. I’m not the first to notice this issue so something needs to be done.

It’s in a really convenient location, right off the interstate. The one and only inconvenience was the very limited parking. However, the awesome breakfast spread more than makes up for it!!

You should have breakfast open till 10. Ppl get in at midnight and getting up early is a little hard.

The air conditioner was loud, all night long when it came on it scared the hell out of you. The door handle to the room needs to be repaired. The tub has rust spots in it.

Had a good sleep, bed is comfortable. Breakfast has good option.

The location is isolated. Only a Wendy’s across the street. Several shady characters about. The “Riverwalk” designation suggests a location with restaurants, etc nearby, but totally the opposite. Quick access to the I-20 however. Dispute this, I would stay again because it is good value for your money.

Room was clean and updated. One of the best comfort inns we have ever stayed at. Beds were very comfortable and I liked they gave you multiple pillows to choose from!

We were in town overnight to spend some time with the family. Since arriving the front desk was great and very helpful. The room was very clean and the comfort was awesome.

The first room I got smelled like a huge ashtray. One of the blankets had a stain on it. There were crumbs on the floor and behind the bed.

The young lady on reception was lovely but that was about the best of it. The room was dirty and in need of a good clean and more than a lick of paint. But for $100 for the night, I've paid more for worse. Standards are low everywhere it seems.

Couldn't get a good night sleep because dogs next door (behind the Bldg) making noise. Physical Center need to be update (bike not working, weight machine cable broken). Those dogs made this the worst person I stayed at now. Days inn were on my top list and I will never stay at this person again.

We really like staying at this hotel as the staff is always very helpful and friendly.

Downside was that it's basically a truck stop. There were lots of utility trucks in the parking lot and gas stations around as it is located right off the highway. I had inferred by the name that it was by the river. My bad though since I should have looked up the address to see where it is. I guess the upside is that it is right off the highway so very convenient if passing through and just needed a place to sleep.

Went down for breakfast and it was not open because the food was not available yet, it opened at 7:20 am vice 7:00 am. But was not completely set up for service. We had to keeping ask the only staff member for items that we not out for breakfast. Very poor meal!!

Newly renovated and great quality at a great rate. Would definitely stay here again.
