    When I arrived I noticed the staff was cleaning....it smelled AMAZING!!! The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable! The female front desk staff walked to our room to make sure it was ready for us to go in....some front desk staff at other hotels are lazy, but she took her role and responsibilities seriously! She wanted to make sure we were accommodated properly! The breakfast was very delicious! Each day they served a different menu! When the gentleman who were working in the kitchen noticed I was going to the egg station, he told me he had more hot, fresh eggs coming up if I wanted to wait a few more minutes. After grabbing a few more items, he brought the fresh eggs out and verbally told me they were ready. On our last day of checkout, I noticed one of the housekeeping staff was so detailed and precise with making sure the beds were made properly, that she knelt down on her knees on the floor to make sure the covers were tucked under the bed with sheer perfection! This tells me she takes her job VERY SERIOUSLY and she don't mind going the extra mile to make sure rooms are in tip top shape for their guest! I WILL DEFINITELY STAY AT THIS HOTEL AGAIN!!!

    As a truck driver this is my favorite place to stay when I visit my family, here in Augusta area. The staff was was very professional and social friendly, any questions were answered quickly. The rooms are very quiet and clean. They get a 10 in my opiopn.

    The hotel needs to be refurbished. My daughter noticed carpet stains before I did. It was a surprise how to see a room with such stains. There was a table like thing with a cushion on it and it looked like a cat scratching post. It was affordable but not a place I would stay at again.

    Check in was quick and easy. There was a Waffle House basically in the parking lot if I were to miss the complementary breakfast. My room had the adjoining room door where someone had the neighboring room booked. I could hear everything they were doing and they kept me up all night. There was not enough sound buffering between the two rooms. Just a poor design of the facility. The shower didn't seem thoroughly clean. Not sure if I'm being too picky. Otherwise, I liked the hotel.

    Our room needed attention. It felt like our room got all the damaged and worn out furniture. It was very clean. The bed and linens were fabulous. The bathroom needed maintenance. The tub and shower were pathetic, and the water took forever to heat up. Twice we had no hot water in the 8 days we stayed there.

    Hotel is tired and experiencing staffing issues. On our arrival none of the rooms from the night before had been cleaned which delayed our checkin. When we got to our room we found it had not been cleaned. The front desk staff member was very nice and apologetic and was doing her best under the circumstances.

    Paid online, I have done this multiple times as my husband is military and whenever the hotel is going to put a $100 hold on my card, I am told. Well here I wasn’t informed that when taking my card for on file they were going to put a $100 charge deposit and was taken by surprise. It would have been nice to have a heads up. Hotel was decent. Staff was super friendly and helpful, but they are working with what they have and it’s not much. The owner could definitely help ensure the bare minimum is met. Like a vacuumed room and toilet not left with bleach in it, where it filled the room with the aroma. Welp, thank you for the few nights stay. Tv and bedding was nice and air/heat worked great.

    Absolutely nothing! Everything! When I arrived, there were several people outside smoking marijuana. I’m a single mother with four children and I felt very unsafe! Parking is awful! The front desk lady was not kind at all. She was irritated that I asked how her day was. The elevator reeked of marijuana. The room is not clean like it should be. Spraying cheap cologne doesn’t mask cleaning. The room next door blasted mariachi music all night!!! I could karaoke along with them because the walls are so thin. The refrigerator continuously clicks. I don’t even trust to eat breakfast here. I would equate this to a rinky-dink hotel on the side of a highway for $40. I would NEVER stay here again! This is by far the nastiest hotel I have ever stayed in! I wish I would have spent $20 more to stay at a nicer hotel. Comfort Inns have usually been nice for my family, but this is not one of them. Motel 8 is better than this. I’m infuriated by this place!

    I told the front desk gentleman about my room situation. He said that he will have maintenance use the fog cleaner to get rid of the smoke and have house cleaning do a deep clean of the room. I left for the day to allow them time to get my room situated. When I came back, my room still smelled like smoke and the ashes of the brown smoking paper were still on the floor. I did see that the housekeeping people changed my towels and made my bed but they did not do a DEEP CLEAN. I am disappointed and wouldnt recommend this establishment.

    Saturday staff was rude and disrespectful !     While the hotel cannot control guest behavior, the type of guest this hotel attracts is less than desirable. Guest playing loud music in the common areas of the hotel, next door guests playing TV so loud you could hear it upon exiting the elevator. Front desk did respond to the floor and asked them to turn it down, those guests had a similar complaint the night before. The value for this room is way overpriced and should be considered price gouging for charging over $75 for this location, front side rooms can hear traffic going by on multilane highway. I had a previous bad experience here and didn't realize I made this reservation at same location, which is 100% my mistake.

I must say this particular stay at the Comfort Inn was extremely disappointing because we’ve stayed at this hotel several years ago and had a very pleasant experience. But this time…. This time was just a complete let down.

Toilet needed to be scrubbed with a brush good and get the mold out! Shower needs to be convenient to use! Had to hold on to the bars to get the shower head to use and pull the stopper up. Need blinders on both sides of tub to keep the water in. The length of the shower curtain! Channel guide for tv! Sound to low and doorway to bathroom was too close to front door

    Without any warning, when I arrived at the hotel I was told that my reservation was cancelled because the type of room I booked was not available. The reason which was given to Expedia when they called the hotel for me was that the internet was not available and the hotel was overbooked, The hotel clerk, TheShawn, was as unhelpful as possible. A woman named Dulce Morales, the General Manager, was impossible to contact using the telephone numbers on her card. TheShawn said she called my phone, however there was no evidence of her call, no recorded message on my phone and she did not contact my email or Expedia, through which the booking was made. A written cancellation I requested disclosed that the hotel knew a day in advance that my reservation was cancelled, however they did not contact me or Expedia. I have two disabilities which make the hotel choices very difficult for me. I was a woman alone, in the dark of the night, with no internet and no information on other available hotels, left out after driving for 10 hours to reach this hotel. After a lot of pleading, TheShawn gave me the number of a Windham hotel in the area, Baymont. He was telling everyone looking for rooms that Baymont Augusta had one room left. A woman at Baymont, an agent, sold me a room she said was "the last" for $154 at a filthy Super Motel in Augusta, GA. I was going to pay $97 for this hotel for 3 days. Dulce Morales and the clerk TheShawn are unprofessional and could not care less for customers.

    The interior was being repainted, so the fumes were overwhelming walking down halls. Bathroom tile was nasty and unkempt. Shower basin was stained and felt dirty and water was difficult to turn off. The room had a very damp feeling and IT STUNK. It was awful. I reported both concerns and was told they couldn’t do anything. This hotel needs much more than a simple repaint. I switched hotels after reading great reviews for this one. I regret that decision. My son’s team stayed in a nearby hotel that was much cleaner. He chose to sleep in a chair there, rather than stay in my room because he said my room was nasty.

    Then when I decided to take a shower I had zero water. I called the desk and the clerk me there nothing he can do he will have call someone. I asked for different he said there were none. So I decided to check out and go else where. The clerk tells me The room is a no refund policy. I called corporate who referred me back to the hotel. So when I get home I will call the credit card company to see what other options are available.

    We booked weeks in advance. We were given a room with a king bed just feet from the lobby. In the late evening hours conversations in the lobby could be heard in our room. We stayed two nights and for some reason our room was not cleaned after the first night. I don’t understand why it was not cleaned. We ended up asking for fresh towels from the front desk. The breakfast was great and definitely a plus. You get two remotes and no directions on which one does what. Overall disappointed when compared to other stays with Comfort Inn.

    The hotel lobby was very messy due to a storm which damaged plaster from the ceiling. We noticed it wasn’t cleaned until the next afternoon. The room was very humid inside, carpets wet and there was an odor due to the wet carpets which isn’t safe either. Breakfast left a lot to be desired which we didn’t use again and decided to eat elsewhere. We attempted to add our Aaa discount and were denied by the front desk person who seemed like he was barely all there to begin with.

    There was nothing that I liked…after being greeted by 2 sheriff cars who were there to remove a customer who assaulted another customer, a room change due to no a/c, returning to our room that no cleaning service was provided , with no fresh towels. We received a call from the “regional manager,” who outright refused to refund one night of our 2 night stay which I requested. She said we had the do not disturb sign on the door which we DID NOT. After 30 minutes of her giving me alternatives to rectify the issue, NONE of which were satisfactory to me since they all inconvenienced me - change rooms for a 3rd time? No, thank you..have them clean the room at 9:30 pm? No, another inconvenience oh and she said we could leave and find another hotel, then and only then would she give us one night stay charge refunded. Another inconvenience to have to find another hotel at 10 pm! How unaccommodating was that! Oh and did I mention the mold in the bathroom, NEVER staying at a Comfort Inn again! A total disaster!! Beyond Poor customer service!

    We had two rooms for our stay. The AC in one of the rooms was draining onto the carpet underneath the unit leaving the carpet wet and with a rust stain. The breakfast was less than desirable and the coffee maker wasn't working on the morning we checked out. Made a quick trip to McDonalds for breakfast. Other than that, the rooms were clean and the beds were very comfy. Also a great location.
