We stayed for one night and had a good experience. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and very convenient due to its close proximity to Fort Gordon. It worked perfectly for our short stay, and we would consider staying here again if we’re in the area.

The room had a smell to it. I bought a can of air freshener to take care of that. The breakfast menu was average. Some type of eggs, cereal, muffins, etc,. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Breakfast provisions were good, however I did not see any non-dairy milk or creamer options. One guest made his waffle very appealing. When eggs were low, management cooked more. The smell in the hallway was really bad. It did not get better, I think I became nose blind.

The staff was amazing, quickly accommodated anything I needed. The ONLY issue I had was that the room smelled like stale cigarettes & the tub/shower could definitely be replaced.

Staff was very kind. Carpet did have a few spots on floor and room had a slight odor when we entered (likely from AC unit), but all areas were clean and bathroom smelled good. We had a good stay.

The hotel and our room were nice. The front desk staff was rude and condescending and wouldn't even point us to a restroom as we waited, saying that there is a bathroom in the room. She wouldn't give more than one key and had RBF every time we encountered her.

I am grateful for the entire stay.

Just needed a place to stay for the night and that is what was provided. The air conditioner was in poor condition so the room was too warm. It cooled down a little bit but not enough for comfort on a hot summer night. The breakfast was underwhelming. The eggs were stale and the staff seemed almost offended that we came down to eat at around 8:30 when the breakfast hours are set until 9.

Also had egg omelets wrapped in plastic while in heat container. They did not listen when I said that the omelets should not be in plastic as plastic is harmful. The parking lot was under construction and I hit a curb at night with no plant being where shrubs should be.

The entire hotel was very clean. Someone was always cleaning. The staff were welcoming and friendly. By the end of our three night stay, we felt like we were staying with family. Rooms were very quiet. Definitely will visit again

The property was clean There was no HOT WATER, the AC would only work if it was on fan

It had a mini gym and that was alright. Breakfast was ok too. The room smelled and bathroom had a bad smell as well. The tub was stained, and the last night a roach crawled out of a towel. I didn’t complain because we were leaving anyway. The day before the fire alarm in the hallways went off while I took shower. I got out, got dressed quickly while the alarm continues. We got to the lobby and 2 employees had a conversation and I interrupted them to find out what was going on. I was told that the guy who was painting the walls hit the alarm by mistake. Mind you, the alarm was still going off but it didn’t bother anyone to let the guest know?!?!

The staff at this Comfort Inn were very friendly and accommodating, which made check-in easy and welcoming. The hallways and elevator smelled clean and fresh, giving a good first impression. Our room was tidy and comfortable; however, when we entered the bathroom, there was a noticeable sour odor, and the shower curtain smelled as if it had been left damp for too long. Aside from that, the stay was quite relaxing overall, and we felt safe during our visit.

The property was a great location for us. Room was clean. However, it had a musky smell. I believe the carpet had been cleaned and wasn’t completely dry. Advertising showed a workout room that was only a yoga room. Hotel is currently going through some renovations such as painting the exterior.

After driving all night and arriving at 5 a.m, it took about 30 minutes to check in. We get to our room and the smoke alarm is beeping extremely loud every 30 seconds. We tell management, who says “push the button”, okay that stopped it temporarily. I lay down and get 1 hour of sleep before visiting my soldier on base. The next morning at 6 a.m, the ear piercing smoke alarm goes off again… after an exhausting night it wasn’t what I wanted to wake up to an hour before my alarm. Other than that, the shower curtain had dirt on it (at the top, and throughout), the tubs are tiny (not much room to turn around without fear of falling out the tub and busting my head on the counter), the bed skirt had dried food and stains. The one queen bed was loose and very loud. There was only a sheer curtain to keep the sun out, no privacy. So good thing we were on the 2nd floor. The only elevator went out the 2nd day. So there goes my knees. Overall I’d rate a 2.5-3 out of 5 because the beds were soft. The pillows were tiny. It was just a day and a half stay. So it was doable. The breakfast was okay, could’ve been worse I guess. I wouldn’t stay here again if given the choice. I’ve seen worse. Got bit by ants my first night, the one day I did allow hskpr to clean room she only made the bed up and added towels, no vacuuming the small papers were still on floor when I got back, not sure where ants came from,...breakfast hot part of menu was all microwaveable foods eggs, sausages, etc all microwaveable including gravy for biscuits and biscuits were cold....fast to go breakfast was exactly that ...

Slightly hard to get to the actual area especially at night parts around are completely dark. Rooms are nice but my room was near the front of the hotel doors and lobby so i could hear people in the lobby speaking and hear loud vehicles.

Most importat thing is that the sheets and towels were very clean. So, it would be fair to write that the room was mostly clean. The negatives are that there were stains on the carpet. I found a couple of toenail clippings near the garbage can kept in the bedroom area which grossed me out. The iron had a burnt piece of plastic on the side and the iron itself had a black smudge on it that made it almost impossible to use. I had to use the steam option to get the wrinkles out of our clothes. I can't put all the blame on the hotel for this.

The front desk staff specifically KP were very accommodating. The breakfast manager Ms. Frankie was wonderful. The breakfast variety and the selections available was fantastic.

Well first I'm not the type of person to complain. This is my 1st. We arrived, check in ,I ask to use the restroom the young fella sends me to a locked door with staff only on it. I survived. Next day I requested a roll of tissue at the desk. The young man nervously told me he would call my room when it's available....an hour later I go to the desk to check on a roll of tissue. The lady who said she would bring it to my room was leaving, and I was told I will be called when it's available.... another hour later I get the call for a roll of tissue. And maintenance forgot to cover ac unit, no biggie it was functional. Ice machine broke on 1st floor, you have to use the machine on the 3rd floor. The bed was top notch no complaints on that

The room had a mini fridge and a microwave that came in handy. The staff was notified about the drip and they are trying to correct all of those little things while updating the rooms. The breakfast had a nice variety with a waffle maker, biscuits and gravy, sausage, eggs and cereals. You can tell they are working on improvements which I found satisfactory.

Reported it to management on the first day and upon leaving it still wasn't repaired. Requested housekeeping service on Sunday and no one clean the room or replaced the towels. We had to go down and get towels Sunday night. During the breakfast they keep running out of food. The food was awful and didn't have bottle water. Arrived at the beginning of Masters Week, so prices were extremely high as expected. Staff is very friendly and attentive. First room we were given was missing a shower curtain, had only one towel, and the sliding closet doors were off the rails. They immediately gave us another room, which was fine other than needing to be vacuumed. Our three night stay was comfortable.

The rate was outrageous for the quality of the hotel. We were put in a smoking room when there was suppose to be no smoking on our floor. Last, but certainly not least, was that the television did not have a clear picture. The grout in the bathroom was also dirty. An update of the bathroom is needed. Notwithstanding the aforementioned, the staff were very nice.

Poor Communication. we stayed two nights. our room was not clean we came back after first night. when we asked front desk lady mentioned about filling out form if we want room clean. that was never communicated when we checked in. we deserve some discount. also when we checked in we had to ring bell several time before help came to check in. same thing when we checked out.

Very comfortable and clean bed.

We had no hot water for two days. The fitness center was terrible. No water in the cooler, no towels, and no cleaning supplies for wiping down the equipment after use. The phone in our room did not work. My husband was working out of the room for two days, so we did not have the room serviced. When housekeeping did come all they did was remove trash and dirty towels. They did not make beds, clean or leave any fresh towels. When I asked for towels they said they did not have any available, two days in a row. When I went down to see if I could get towels, I expressed my dissatisfaction to the staff. They did not care AT ALL. The GM said she would get some but her attitude was terrible. Due to my complaints the GM told us to leave the hotel because it is private property and she did not like our tone. We had every right to express our dissatisfaction and it is just unbelievable the absolute disregard they showed. We are not from the area and found out that Comfort Inn is in a terrible part of town. Needless to say we will not be stay there ever again!

Staff was very friendly and helpful but they can only do so much. First room we were given had water that trickled at best on the first floor. Moved up to the second floor and the bathroom door wouldn't latch. Breakfast was ok but orange juice machine never worked. Only water came out the three mornings I was there. Owner definitely needs to spend money on some maintenance issues.

The hotel was very clean and the staff was awesome! The only thing I didn’t like was that the pool wasn’t up and running but the summer is almost over so maybe that’s why.

We stayed 2 nights. The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was wonderful. The staff very friendly. The only thing I would change was if the bed was a little bit softer. Other than that the stay was great.

Bed was comfortable, but the AC unit kept turning off before it cooled the room sufficiently. Had to turn it down to 60 degrees to cool the room. Room was clean and area quiet. The only coffee in the breakfast was produced by a machine and was unappealing. No attendant for breakfast area.

The staff was not very proactive in making sure I had coffee and that the trash was taken out. I stayed for 6 days and had to ask for towels and took my own trash out. I was unable to get a receipt from the desk clerk when I checked out - she was unable to get the reservation system to print out a receipt.

Breakfast was good. Quiet. Staff were pleasant. Very dated hotel. Electrical plate cover was loose off the wall, TP holder was broke, carpet stained, very strong bleach odor in the bathroom, garbage over flowing in outside containers near side exit, asked for an extra pillow and never heard back, eating establishments were not available nearby. It was ok but not worth the cost. Sorry.

Good Service, easy checkin, very clean

My stay was not as pleasant as I expected. Told the front desk about some issues in the room and upon returning, the room was a mess. It wasn’t till I went back to the front desk that I was given another room. Should have had some funds returned to my card! This was ridiculous!

Warm and friendly staff

Also, the free breakfast left a lot to be desired. There was only honey for the waffles, no syrup. There was no creamer for the coffee. We used milk that was for the cereal. There was only ham and sausage and gravy for hot food, no eggs. I was told that the breakfast was served from 6:30-9:30. That's also what the sign said and it was also written inside my key card holder. We went down for breakfast at about 9:15 on Saturday and were told that it was served from 7:00-9:00 on the weekends.
