The Waffle House That’s in front of it Nothing, The room don’t look like it’s advertise the bed was broken sunk in on one side the Jacuzzi tub was nasty. I had to go buy some cleaners and clean it myself shower come on when you turn the tub on nothing was good except the TV and the cable. I’ll never stay there again unless I’m homeless.

This was not the case the jacuzzi tub was filthy and had some kind of stick on cover on the bottom. The walls were dirty, when we pulled the sheets back there were cheeto colored fingerprints on one side. The thin blanket on the bed had several cuts or tears in it and the pillows were so thin and flat. The people next door who seemed to live there started playing their music loud af at 7 am both mornings. We ended up going to Walmart and bought some bleach, lysol, pillows and sheets. I didn't complain to anybody because my booking was nonrefundable but had I seen current photos and conditions I would have booked elsewhere. Respectfully.

Nothing there was no safety lock on the door and the holes in the curtain this place is very bad This place was dirty the bathroom behind the door was trash and was not sweep. The tub was not clean. Picked this hotel for the jacuzzi and it was not what the picture showed on line.

The fact that I found what looks like a broken crack pipe under my sheets should say everything about the type of the property this is. On top of that, the sheets look like they never get washed. There were cobwebs everywhere, including the room they moved me too. As nice as the guy was at the front desk, it doesn’t make up for this.

The motel was very run down, not very clean, and not in a very good location. There was a security person onsite who was quite helpful and considerate but the price did not match the quality of the motel.

The rooms are Terrible!

It was so dirty. I would never recommend this place. I would sleep on the street before I stayed at this place again.

I would have left but not sure if you all would reimburse me. The hotel front desk telling people NO Refund. Room have a very strong beach smell. I will not take a bath or sleep under the liening.

I’ll be perfectly frank: the hotel manager was friendly. Other than that, there is literally nothing positive to say. By far the filthiest most rundown motel I have ever stayed in. I’ve stayed in nicer accommodation in Haiti, Uganda, and Micronesia. I slept fully clothed on top of the linens. I almost slept in my Rental car. Do not stay here.

Location and price were great. Staff was helpful and accomodating. New sheets and obvious improvements/upgrades under new management. Road noise through the night was very loud. Very much an old motel with plenty of wear and tear.

I did not like this property because the manager or owner was very rude and angry about the fact that I booked my reservation online. The next time I went he was yelling that he had a $3,000 water bill like it was my fault and told me that he didn't care what expedia had on the website he was charging $75 and was not taking reservations made online. Basically he wants you to pay with cash so he can get the money right then and does not want you to book online because he claims he doesn't get all the money. The maid was coughing so bad that I thought she had covid and anyone who has been here before knows what I am talking about I stayed here twice in both times she appeared to be coughing badly. If you stay here check the mattress pads and make sure they are clean and also check the mattress itself. Pull the covers back to ensure that your sheets are clean. And if I can't make my reservation online then I will no longer deal with this establishment

I left and went to another hotel. Spent 10 min in room - decided to walk across parking to Waffle House. Met a couple crack heads in the parking lot . Re looked at my room and saw dirt and broken toilet seat. Water damage all along air conditioning unit - gross. Just left - went to another hotel. Literally paid for 2 hotels on same night . Felt very dirty and unsafe. Worried about leaving my tools in car . Avoid

A place to sleep nothing more. Cigarette burns on bedspread despite being a non-smoking room. They did supply fresh towels at least. TV was decent.

The room was nice and clean. The place is older so do t expect shiny modern chic. My only complaint was the other guests were very loud most of the night. They woke me up repeatedly throughput the night. I tirned on some music and was good to go afyer that.

Very poor cleanliness and quality. I slept with my clothes on. Bed has a sheet and then a nasty cover over it..not even a blanket. Mini fridge was rusted out. Shower had mold and stained tub. Door deadbolt didn't work and chain was missing. Very bad quality.

My friend recommended this hotel and I was skeptical because I know the area well. The room smelled like perfume/cologne immediately my head started hurting. Went to bathroom to take a shower and almost slipped and fell because the floor was soaking wet apparently the toilet was leaking. Went to the front desk and mentioned to her. No discount or replacement room just a few more towels to get up the water. Roaches were in the room. Possible bed bugs because my body is red and bumpy lastly the bed was so uncomfortable & lumpy I should've slept in my car. Very disappointed.

One of our NON-Smoking rooms smelled like someone had pissed in it, awful. The other room smelled just as bad and was filthy. Lamp in corner wouldn't come and I had to plug it into the wall. Seriously thinking of calling local Health Dept on this place.

I purchased 3 rooms for our stay in Augusta last week. I first felt unsafe due to the slide lock receptacle being non existent on the door. I then felt grossed out by the clumps of hair in the shower and sink drains clogging both. Then grossed out again by the holes in the wall. Then grossed out again when I saw cockroaches coming out of said holes on the second night. My friend was bitten by bed bugs on the second night. He was bitten 4 times on his right shoulder, 3 times on his chin, and once on his forehead. They made him take his shirt off at the front desk to provide proof, in front of a lobby full of people. I informed the front desk of the situation in the rooms I had purchased, and asked for a refund for the remaining nights. She asked me for proof of the issues, to which I referred to my friends fight with the bed bugs, then the cockroaches in my room. We booked rooms at a different hotel for the remainder of the stay. I have not received a refund for my stay from the Budgetel inn, and was never called back by the manager to follow up on the complaint. The whole time I spoke with the manager, she made me feel like it was my fault, and I had done something wrong. She actually said at one point in the conversation “why did you not notice this sooner?” How do you even answer that?

Got to room late .could tell right away that the whirlpool needed cleAning.I took the jet loose & was so disgusted.there was so much fungus&mold & mildew that it was furry.I took then all loose & I refused to clean it.We called to change rooms.we did .but the next was the same way.I was so disgusted that I plan on writing the health department on this & many other hotels in the area.

They gave me a large handicap room which was great, but the room was filthy. The fridge and microwave looked and smelled like they'd never been cleaned. The jacuzzi tub was covered in hair. The entire hotel was crawling with crack heads and hookers. The "free breakfast" was a joke. The coffee was so watered down and I'm pretty sure it was decaf. The staff were pleasant, but they all acted like they were on drugs. Pretty much the most ghetto hotel I've ever been to.

change your beds and sheets buy new one,, Tvs should LED or Plasma cus the TVs that you got is way too old .. the rug is sticky i walked in the with shoes on cus the rug is sticky as if someone spelled booze on it .. hangers is old too if i hanged my cloth there it would get dirt because of the hangers Corrosion

Booked this room to attend a practice round of the Master's as it is only 9 miles from Augusta National. Knew the price would be inflated but this was about 5 times what the room would be worth any other week of the year.
