This place is in a dangerous area. There was no breakfast that I seen. And there was no microwave in the room. The wifi did not work, I was stuck with a no refund stay, so I made the best of it.

Although the bathroom and bedroom was clean but there a couple holes in the wall then bed bugs. It got to the point where it was unsafe and uneasy so I checked out the same night before midnight and went to another hotel.

Never went in room. My friend was approached and ask if he had any "ice" he could get. When i got to car my friend told me what had happened so we found another place to stay. Do Not STAY There.

At first check in was ok, as I booked it online, however things did change from there. This is a budget hotel to start, so I was expecting basic things and nothing fancy. Well there was no microwave, TV did not work, desk but no chairs, frige barely gets cool and freezer takes some time to freeze. I informed the front desk about this and they said that they would try to find those for me, as not all the rooms come with them. Maintenance did come and replaced the TV, night shift did locate a microwave and chairs on my second day at night. I wanted to leave a good review for getting the microwave and the other things but things changed afterwards. The microwave was not working by the afternoon which was less than 24hrs from receiving it, I notified front desk twice and that bugs (roaches) were coming out of it, so I placed it outside the door for them. I didn't receive a replacement and had to buy more food and heat up at work due to time. Finally I extended one more day and did so online before the check out time for my reservation, which was more convenient for work and payday. I got the confirmation online before check out and going to work. When I returned, I was told that I "checked in early" and did not check out first to check back in at the actual check in time to process; I must pay a $20 fee as of this review. I did not see this in their booking policy and it wasn't listed on the third parties requirements for the hotel either. I have sent this to be looked into.

The manger/owners of this property are not customer friendly. After paying for a week, I asked to add 1 day, and they charged be close to double what I paid per day when I paid for a week.

This place is not a place i would send an enemy of mine to, the room has no plugs to speak of, no shampoo, no nightstand, no chair in the room, the TV is old, the door doesn’t close the right way and the neighborhood is not the best as you are in danger of your life. It doesn't even technically have a road that leads up to it. You have to turn into a mangled parking lot, drive across it, and pull up to the building past the piles of garbage. The "lobby" or managers office smells like a pet store. There was a birdcage in there but no bird. Hopefully, it had escaped long ago or died. The door to the room faced the street, and we had to shove it opened it get in. The inside looked like a scene from a David Lynch movie. The TV was on but on mute, and the room was very dark with ancient furnishing. Absolutely the creepiest room I've ever seen. The shower had a sliver of used soap in it but nothing more. Just unacceptable at any price. The concierge at the Sherton said that Gordon Highway is an unacceptable part of town she would not be caught dead in. I didn’t stay at the place I called and I’m waiting for somebody from your team to give me a call back. The hotel was not the hotel that you had online. It was a drug trafficking hotel. The rooms were very dirty bedbugs and everything and they didn’t have no locks on the door.

This was the worst hotel. I believe I’ve ever stayed in. I travel for work and have never seen a hotel this bad. The pictures that are on the website does not match the hotel at all. It doesn’t look like it’s been updated since the early 2000s they are stains and marks all over the place, I recommend staying away from This hotel

The photos on the site were not of this property. It shows a nice hotel with indoor corridors. This is a motel with outside doors. There are stab marks in the refrigerator and the walls. Water dripped all night. Refrigerator is covered in either rust or mold. Sheets are full of cigarette burn holes.

That didn't happen..First, couldn't find my reservation when I got there, took 20 mins to check in, Key card didn't work, the guy they sent with me to open it with master key offered to sell me drugs. The room only had one working light when you first walked in, no bulbs in lamps, No TV in the room and bathroom door had no handle and no lock. Showered with curtain open and chair against the entry door. I was terrified. Total Trap House. Forgot to mention, no hot water. I paid $85 for a cold shower. Dried my self off, dressed and hauled ass to my car, when I figured had been stolen by that point. I couldn't get away fast enough. Disgusting.

When I booked my room here it said that the hotel had contenential breakfast that was offered as an amenity and as a general rule when a place list a television in the room, there is usually some programming hook on to the TV, whether it be satelitte,cable,or at the very least antenna TV programming, but when i got to my room and turned on my TV it just said "no programming provided". To top it all off, when i got to the room the air conditioner wasnt on at all so it was unbearable hot and musty in there, and it took at least an hour to start to cool down enough to be comfortable. When you list a hotel as having ameneties and allow people to book those rooms, you should provide some sort of refund if those things arent provided. I only had one night in a room in the past four days because Im always on the road for work and I had that night and morning ruined by false promises of amentities that were not even offered much less provided regularly.

It was kind of scary. The room smelled horribly of cigarette smoke. Someone knocked on my door at 0200 even though I had my Do Not Disturb sign out. Yes, the price was good but the pictures online were not accurate of the facility.

The furniture looks like it was found alongside the road. The sound on the TV would never change and the TV was always ON. The outlets beside the bed had been ripped out of the walls so someone had to bring an extension cord. The cord was industrial. And the smell!!! They've tried to cover the stench with cheap room spray. If you roll the dice and stay there, good luck.

The parking lot was filthy with The biggest potholes I ever seen in my life and a bunch of shady people asking for money and cigarettes as soon as got out the car! The guy at the front desk had the best costumer service that made me feel like this place it’s not that bad! I got my key went into the room and OMG!!The smell was horrible! This was the Nastiest hotel that I have stepped foot in! I had to smash 2 roaches as soon as walked in the door. Then I pulled the covers back and and multiple spiders ran across the bed with cigarette burns and stains on the sheets. I can go on and on about conditions of this room(101) but let’s just say that Health and human services need to take a look at this place.

Was very dissatisfied with this hotel.Asked for a smoking room.They had no ashtrays.Said they didnt have the key to the utility room.Gave me a plastic cup to use.No toilet paper.Came in to a hot room.You have to turn the air on yourself.Not worth it.

There was roaches on the king size bed one pillow toilet didnt work no trash can or microwave

Bad roaches everywhere. Sheets dirty. Drug infested

Very clean place nice no trouble . Great manager very friendly and helpful
