Reviews

The rooms are fine, spacious and clean. There is a balcony but the walls are high so you really can’t sit outside. My biggest issue was the waitstaff for breakfast. I ordered an omelette which did not come with toast, nor was I offered any. He dropped the coffee pot off, took my order and didn’t return until it was ready. When he presented my food, he didn’t refill my now almost cold coffee, and didn’t ask if I needed anything. I asked for toast. It took more than ten minutes. By then I was almost done. He brought me butter but no jam. He brought me sugar for the coffee but no sweetener choices. It wasn’t busy. Maybe 5 tables seated. This waiter needs a lesson in how to be attentive.

great place, clean room and very spacious.
- 4/5
Hotel is very convenient but they get you with parking, either with a valet or self parking charge. The evening staff was not the friendliest. The gentleman did not tell us any information about the property and was not very personable. We ended up going back to the front desk several times because the door cards stopped working. There wasn’t a single working ice machine. The pool was nice and the room was spacious and clean. The morning staff throughout the hotel were very friendly and helpful. Overall, we were happy with our stay.
- 5/5
The room was very clean and cozy. The breakfast was good, but I did see a few bugs flying around the bread section. Also, the staff were very nice and customer service was great.
- 1/5
Would not stay here again. The entire hotel smelled like marijuana. People were smoking in their rooms so it would come through the vents. If you have allergies do not stay here! The bedding/pillows has fake feathers in it that fly all over the room. The beds are uncomfortable. The bathroom does not have a fan. The pool looked like it hasn’t been cleaned in weeks, bugs everywhere! The towels for the pool were not restocked so there weren’t any available. The hotel is more of a “party” hotel. People come to blast music, drink and smoke. Definitely not enjoyable
- 2/5
After the first night, around 5:00 when I got back to my room, I found it as I left it. I called the front desk to explain the room had not been cleaned and the response from the front desk was that I needed to have "REQUESTED" cleaning, even that nugget of information was not shared with me when I check in. The Wyndham represents how the hospitality industry has downhill. This hotel chain that used to be highly regarded as higher-end accommodations has come down to pinching pennies, this is a sad state of affairs.
- 1/5
Paid for my room and tried to pay for my security deposit but they didn’t take tap or cash I didn’t have my wallet because it was stolen I told them the situation and that I would have to sleep in my car if they didn’t try and help and no help was given. I didn’t make a sense or anything or am I the type to leave a review for anything but this is not the place to go.

The only problem with this place is the parking. Both valet and off-site garages are pricey. I found street parking and just parked there. Other than that, place was great.

There were unexpected and unadvertised expenses in regards to parking and you don't really have a choice but to use their valet service but the system wasn't working when I tried to call ahead to get my car. There were wires hanging out of the wall. The AC struggled to keep up. There were holes in the curtains. The staff was helpful and pleasant but overall we were pretty unhappy with the stay.

My room was very dirty, but being that this was a last minute accommodation I was forced to make I was unable to change rooms. The valet services are terrible. The young men have no sense of urgency, and was even brought the wrong vehicle.

The location The building is very outdated and the room wasn’t clean not enough towels in the room. This place is a ripoff when you book they tell you parking is $45 a night, but once you arrive they tell you that you have to pay every time you leave and come back or you can pay $55/ night for valet

The best thing I have to say is that the valet parking guys were absolutely wonderful, but The valet parking was a surprise. You cannot park there without paying $50 for parking. It was a nice clean comfortable place. They gave us a notice saying the water would be shut off at 11:45 and it would take approximately 3 hours to fix. I tried to take a shower at 4 but there was no water. So I went down to the lobby and asked the woman at the front desk how much longer and she really didn't know. So I told her I needed to shower before I went out for the night. She was very apologetic and mentioned that they would offer me a 20% discount for my stay for the inconvenience. The water finally came back on at 6 pm. So the next morning when I was checking out I told the woman at the desk that the woman at the desk last night told me she would give me some kind of discount for my stay because of the inconvenience. So this woman got nasty with me and said why would she say that? We will not give you a discount because we informed the guests that the water would be out and wanted to argue with me about the time frame it was supposed to be out. Also they charge $45 dollars a day for parking and if you leave at all and go back you have to pay again for that day. My room charge was $280 for 3 nights plus another $135 for parking. And by the way they have signs saying they have a hottub out by the pool and it even shows it in the pictures but there is no hottub. They filled the area in with concrete where the hottub was. Place is a total rip-off will never go back.

The hotel was great but the parking situation should be identified before you book, the high parking fee could definitely effect what hotel I would choose as most hotels provide parking included in your stay

There are two staff members i would like to recognize for thier professionqlism, welcoming attitude, and excellant service; Allicia (frnt desk check in) and Vincia (bartender). They were so nice and we enjoyed talking with them...

This was a convenient stay for sure and I will say the staff is very helpful and kind. I don’t recommend the basement cause the hallway smells like strong wet carpet or mold but I told them hotel about it and they changed my room so I didn’t have to deal with it. Very appreciative.

We loved everything about this trip.
- 1/5
With the hotel being in Buckhead, it was close or within distance of most attractions. 2 bad experiences with staff, most were friendly or accommodating. 2 staff members were extremely rude and inconsiderate, or annoyed that I simply asked to more towels and wash cloths. The room was dirty when we arrived and had sunflower seeds on the floor. The hotel was NOT transparent about the parking and valet vs self-parking. We booked the room months ago, and I repeatedly got text claiming we could self-park for only $45/night. We arrived and was told that had been updated, but had NOT been updated on their communications, and that it was $45/every time we would enter or exit the garage if we self-parked. So it was cheaper to valet at $55/night instead. 1 of the valet personnel was extremely rude, as I mentioned earlier, and they were understaffed so getting the car became a nuisance due to the wait time some lasting 10- 20 minutes if people were in front of us waiting to still get their vehicles. Do not recommend, we will never be back here again. Although the location is nice you’ll save money, and sanity at another location.

The food at the restaurant was delicious. In regards with the parking, it was a bit confusing. Overall, the hotel has self parking but you can pay a lot if you are constantly going in and out throughout the day. If you foresee you will be doing that, valet parking is your best option. It all depends on how you organize your day.
- 3/5
Which on the website states $45 PER DAY for service parking..not the case..you get charged every time you come in and out of garage.. It would different if I were not staying on the property but this is a little ridiculous for this parking company to be allowed to charge your paying patrons these extreme cost.

Two things: first, the woman who checked me in late at night treated me weirdly. She stressed several times that she was putting me on the fifth floor, even confirming that I understood. Then she gave me a key for a room on the eighth floor. She also wrote down the WiFi password, changing the last digit so it wouldn’t work. Second, I was very surprised that the room in this classy hotel did not have a safe. Very unusual, when even cheap hotels and motels provide that amenity.

Having to wait 30 minutes for the front desk agent to check in and he pulled up in the car from being off property. I was mind blown. I work for a Wyndam Grand property and that was unacceptable. We couldn't pick up any channels on the tv besides the news channels, the phone didn't work, had to put it on speakerphone to call out because there was no cord. The lamp had thick layer of dust. You can tell it hasnt been touched.

Parking was ridiculously overpriced at $45.00 per night for self-park. No ‘in-and-out’ privileges if you self-park. You pay every time you leave and return. However, hotel guests don’t pay ‘in-and-out’ fees if you use valet parking, which was $55.00 plus tipping per day. The high cost of parking was not disclosed at booking online, and regrettably a deal breaker for any further visits to Atlanta.

I was actually pretty displeased with the stay at the Wyndham. When we got to our room, our sheets had a stain on it and when asking to have them changed, they informed us that there was no housekeeping on staff to assist with changing the sheets. We asked for the sheets to do it ourselves and then they brought us the wrong size. One of the lamps was broken in the room and the refrigerator was broken. On top of that, near the bed there were crumbs and bugs, almost as if the room had been half cleaned. The microwave on our floor was also broken.. the staff were not the most friendly and they appeared to be rushed/stressed majority of the time. The only real satisfactory part about our stay was the valet staff. I would not recommend staying here.

Expedia.com did NOT inform me that this hotel was valet park only for $55 per night. Further the number 404-566-6383 texted me after I had checked in that self-park was available for $45 per night. When I inquired at the front desk they said that text was from a bogus number not belonging to the hotel. He reassured me this hotel was valet park only. That is $110 I did not plan on spending because of Expedia.com’s fault for not letting me know. Else, I would have chosen a different hotel. This is UNACCEPTABLE! I would like to request Expedia.com refund me $110 for my stay. Regards,

I called room service on Saturday morning when I realized that soap was still in my bathroom from the previous day and I spoke with a young lady who said no problem they'll clean the room thanks for it was my pleasure and just hung up the phone she didn't even listen to the reason why I needed the room clean so when I came back in the room Saturday night the soap was still in the bathroom so I was not pleased I actually made my daughter take a bath from washing in the sink because I was unsure whether the bathroom was actually cleaned or not because we had soap in there from the previous state that wasn't when we reserved it I do not use Barcel neither does my child and the lack of acknowledging and caring for my concerns was just horrible I probably won't stay out another Wyndham anytime soon and I am probably going to take this further to corporate because this is unacceptable you pay moneys to stand these hotels and these nice areas that is more expensive and you can't even get a clean bathroom on top of that I had a ripped duvet I have videos and pictures for all of this but I'm probably not going to stay there anymore in the next year

I have stayed at many of the nearby properties, and the Wyndham has been my best Atlanta experience so far. I loved that I could valet Park or Self Park, based on what my needs were for the day. I appreciate the convenient location, across the street from the mall and close by to the interstate. Each member of the staff greeted me as they passed me in the hallway or in the lobby always asking if I needed anything. My room was comfortable, clean and I had a great night’s sleep. I highly recommend.

The outside and entrance is gorgeous, the rooms needs updating.
- 1/5
2. There was chewed gum and a weird wet sticky spot on our floor. 3. The tv NEVER worked like you’re supposed to be an up to date establishment how is that possible 4. THE ROOM IS HOTTER THAN THE SUN and they won’t let you get cold air ! 5. The stupidity of charging more money for parking literally just the dumbest hotel ever
- 3/5
Young lady at the late night bartender was excellent . front desk staff was on point!! I learned something on this visit. Low rates for nice hotels., attract Hotel six clients.
- 5/5
Best hotel.
- 3/5
The staff was amazing. The pool was not clean. Also, parking in the hotel’s designated parking lot is not included in the hotel fee. Parking should be included for at least one vehicle.
- 1/5
No they didn’t. I only towels for 2 people when 4 people stayed in the room. They did bring more towels but they did not come and clean the room as I requested. I was there for 3 days
- 5/5
good staff, very friendly
- 4/5
Clean rooms. Friendly staff.
- 1/5
Waiters didn’t say anything when I got food They included 18% gratuity without my knowledge. Then tipped 18% of the total. Scam
- 5/5
great
- 3/5
Elevator button for 5th floor didn’t work. There was trash left by the elevator on the 5th floor for almost three days. The air conditioning in my room didn’t go below 76 the entire trip. The one bright spot was an older man at the front desk. I didn’t ask his name but he was so helpful and personable.
- 4/5
The breakfast was good about $80 for two ppl. It was valentine day weekend. The staff the first night had bad attitudes and confrontational. It was better the second night
- 5/5
Room was clean and fresh
- 2/5
My toilet was clogged when I arrived. Didn’t realize it just thought the toilet paper was coming back up for some reason. It wasn’t until the next morning I realized it was clogged. Maintenance came up with a plunger but I was embarrassed for them to come in. After 10 minutes of working I got it unclogged. The maintenance guy stayed outside while I worked and that was really sweet of him. The lamps needed fresh bulbs as they were flickering. The lamp shades on the bed sconces were tearing apart. The plunger in the sink that stops the sink up to hold water pulled right out. The sink also dripped badly. The hotel could have done much better. I advised the manager when I checked out and he comped my breakfast which was a really nice way of saying he was sorry. If you don’t tell hotel staff about these things they will never know
- 4/5
I would stay again
- 4/5
Very nice hotel
- 5/5
Rooms were clean and staff was friendly 😊
- 5/5
Breakfast was delicious
- 5/5
They need happy hour….food specials. The drinks and food is expensive and the menu is limited. The parking is already $45 a day.
- 4/5
Room was clean only issue it seems each time it’s real cold outside the room never gets warm and the thermostat is controlled and reflects falsey say 80 room feels like 65
- 4/5
I enjoyed my brief stay here. The hotel was clean for the most part. I did have a few hairs from a prior guest in my shower and the draining system for the sink wasn't the best, but overall I enjoyed my stay and would return.
- 5/5
The room was very clean when we arrived, and the staff was helpful with any inquiries we had regarding spots around the area and general questions. Parking was free which was lit. The location was nice and check in and check out were swift.
- 3/5
The pool was closed and was surprised that I needed to pay for parking.
- 4/5
The lobby area has been remodeled however the rooms are still somewhat dated. The room was clean but could use some updating. The air conditioning in my room made this periodic knocking noise that was very annoying.
- 5/5
Great stay, just wish the pool was working.
- 5/5
Overall enjoyable experience
- 5/5
The room was very clean and comfortable, and the air conditioning worked great to keep everything cool. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Breakfast was fresh and had good options. Overall, I had a great experience and would stay here again.
- 4/5
I was a good hotel. Clean and the staff was friendly.
- 4/5
Great location, Ok room.
- 5/5
Yes
- 4/5
The room was very clean and the breakfast buffet was very good. However, I had to switch rooms because the thermostat was not working properly. The staff were very nice.
- 5/5
Short but great stay! Only issue was our shower being clogged up
- 5/5
Everything was great , except for the valet . Didnt bother to report, cause what is it going to change . My $400 SUNGLASSES that Stay on my visor were gone the next morning when i got my vehicle. That would be a good place to start fixing.
- 5/5
Breakfast was not free and neither was parking.. they have a parking ramp which the fee is $25 you can park on the back road for free but it’s not always a spot
- 5/5
The hotel was very clean. If you want your room cleaned let them know by 10pm. There is a parking fee and valet fee. The breakfast was very much buffet continental style. There was a waiter, which was very pleasant
- 5/5
Everything was top tier
- 3/5
parking is 45 a night nothing is included
- 5/5
AC and room were great
- 5/5
Room was comfortable and quiet
- 2/5
When I first arrived in checked in I went to my room and noticed there was blood on the sheets, I went downstairs to let them know and was moved to another room which wasn’t clean looked as if someone had just left the room from staying there, mind you it’s 1am. I was placed in a 3rd room and walked in and it appeared it also was someone’s room the bed wasn’t made and belongings were inside, I finally got a room there that was some what clean just smelled of mold, I spoke to the supervisor Ed Witherspoon who told me I wouldn’t have to pay for 1 of my 3 nights and would be provided dinner. When arrived back from work Saturday no notes were provided and no one knew what I was talking about, they reached out to him he said he would handle it, I left today and still nothing was handled. Even after I left a note Saturday morning that was placed on his desk. HORRIBLE
- 4/5
This conference center is conveniently located within walking distance to both malls, Target and plenty of places to eat. It is just a little dated but clean and friendly. I would stay there again.
- 5/5
Spotless room, huge lobby, restaurant/bar, friendly staff.
- 4/5
Very nice hotel clean an quiet only thing I missed in the fine print was Parking Is $45 a day.
- 4/5
Price and location
- 4/5
Second stay and still never opened
- 5/5
Great staff!
- 5/5
Good service
- 2/5
Room worn. Bar/restaurant service very slow. Mysterious 18% "service fee" on the bill when I picked up food at the bar to bring to my room. I spoke with the Guest Services manager about it. He couldn't explain it. Of course, he couldn't. It's made up. Your fee for the food should be your fee. This wasn't room service and it wasn't tip. All it is is a way to make 18% more than the price on the menu.
- 2/5
Pool was dirty.
- 5/5
Yes room was spotless and everything was perfect
- 3/5
The staff was good my room view was terrible only had a view of the alley the dumpsters and trash behind the hotel
- 2/5
The service was not the best. I requested a microwave before my stay I got to my room there was no microwave. I call the front desk to be on hold for over 20 minutes of being left on hold and still no microwave. There was only one trash can in the room no trash can in the bathroom. She charged my card and said the funds would be released in a week but didn’t tell me what the hold was or anything. However it was a for parking and incidentals. Ok fine until I get to the parking garage and they give me a ticket and it’s requesting a payment to get in and out. I go back to the front desk because none of this information was mentioned so now I want to know what was the hold and about parking that should have been charged. The lady said oh just press the help button and we will let you through. Just a lot of hassle that wasn’t worth it. Not to mention ever since Covid you can forget housekeeping…we didn’t get it because we left on the third day which is when your room is cleaned smh.
- 5/5
everything was amazing and everyone was soo nice! i will be booking every time i come to atlanta!
- 4/5
Yes i loved it
- 5/5
I am an influencer with over 1 million followers and I would recommend this hotel
- 5/5
Yes nice
- 5/5
Good service and clean
- 3/5
The room was OK. The mattress could of been a little better seem to be a little worn out, but the staff was not knowledgeable. Specially the first day in the restaurant never checked the room to see that we had paid breakfast. They charged our room so just unplease with the staff more than anything for it to be a Wyndham And I just became a rewards member, not a good look!
- 2/5
The room was in the basement level with a veiw of an underdeveloped patch of grass. Our first night we decided to eat at lounge/ resturant . The food was was not very good and was charged a seating fee in addition to gratuity 18% and 30 % in fees . The phone system was down so I had to go to the front desk.in person to ask for more towles . The staff was plesant and the lobby was beauriful . That was it .
- 3/5
Parking is very pricey, and they didn't have room service for food.
- 5/5
The entire place was spotless and staff was amazing .

- 5/5
Everything was excellent
- 3/5
The tub/shower valve didnt work properly either. It was a fairly cheap hotel (price wise) so I wasn’t expecting top of the line.
- 5/5
My sister-friends and I will definitely be staying here again in the future and referring our family and friends as well! Thank you so much for everything!
- 5/5

- 5/5
Service was on point
- 1/5
Ive had better food from a gas station.
- 5/5
Decent Hotel
- 3/5
The piping in the walls could be heard every time someone took a shower or used the bathroom. It was horrible.
- 1/5
She was locked out for over 24 hours. The fire department could not open the door, maintenance couldn’t resolve it, and the hotel still didn’t have a proper backup plan for something as basic as a door lock failure. We spent the night sitting in the lobby for hours in the early morning with no real support, no urgency, and no compassion from the staff. Customer service throughout the situation was extremely poor. She missed her early-morning flight because she couldn’t access her belongings, and she didn’t get back into the room until around noon the next day. The hotel refused to compensate us or refund the room despite the major inconvenience and the fact that she couldn’t even use the room she paid for. While they eventually offered another room, it didn’t change the fact that she needed her own room, her medication, and her items for her flight — all of which were locked away. This was a completely unacceptable experience, and it’s clear the hotel has no proper emergency procedures for something as simple — and serious — as a malfunctioning door lock. We will not be returning.
- 3/5
It is time for renovation
- 5/5
room was great, clean. However, it's very noisy, you can easily hear neighbors and when the doors shut, if you're sleeping it's very startling. The restaurant was nice, wish they offered a little snack and drink store.
- 5/5
Easy check-in and reservation process
- 5/5
I would like to recognize Kayla at the front desk for providing excellent customer service. Kayla consistently demonstrates professionalism, courtesy, and a welcoming attitude. She is attentive to guests’ needs, communicates clearly, and handles inquiries efficiently and respectfully. Her positive demeanor and willingness to assist create a pleasant and supportive environment for everyone she interacts with. Kayla is a valuable asset to the front desk team, and her dedication to outstanding service does not go unnoticed.
- 1/5
The heat wasn’t working and had to check out
- 5/5
Estaba todo espectacular
- 4/5
The hotel is a little ran down . I had a huge gap at the bottom of my door . The water was cold the first night. But the staff was nice . The food was overpriced in their restaurant. We were there for a convention so it was convenient but I don’t think I would stay again
- 5/5
Great people! I will return!!
- 2/5
Overall POOR is a positive rating for this property. The heat hardly worked the rooms were not well kept. I was hoping for more.
- 1/5
The toilet was broken upon arrival and would not flush. We called for maintenance, and while someone came up and claimed to fix it, it never worked properly for the rest of our stay. The shower was also broken, the showerhead would not stay mounted on the wall, making it very difficult to use. In the bathroom, the light fixture was literally broken off the wall, and only one light worked, leaving the space poorly lit and unsafe. The bed was incredibly uncomfortable and felt comparable to something you’d find in a 1980s Motel 6, not a Wyndham-branded hotel. To make matters worse, the room had only two working outlets and did not include a refrigerator, which is unacceptable for a hotel at this price point. Overall, the entire hotel looks severely outdated, as if it hasn’t been renovated since the 1980s. Between the broken fixtures, uncomfortable bed, and lack of basic amenities, this was one of the worst hotel stays we’ve had. We would not stay here again and do not recommend this property to others.
- 4/5
Clean room
- 1/5
Room heat didn’t work
- 5/5
Great
- 4/5
Hotel is a little tired. But service was very helpful and friendly, especially with broken heaters in the dead of winter. Breakfast buffets would’ve been much better if hot food was hot. Or at least warm.
- 1/5
This place sucks! They never notified guest they didn’t have any heating units and it was freezing inside the rooms. They over charged my credit card & never gave my deposit back for prior booking, not to mention you also pay $45 valet parking fees.
- 5/5
Everything were nice
- 5/5
Clean rooms and the staff was very friendly n helpful
- 4/5
Clean room, amenities, location all a strong plus. Daily parking fee was a bit excessive. Was not clear when booking.
- 5/5
Clean hotel and courteous staff. Good room rate. Did not like paying for parking.
- 2/5
Stayed for 4 nights, no one clean up. There was a sign saying they do it on the third night but they did not. not even once.

Oo where do i start.Check in was easy but i wasnt told about what time breakfast was, where the gym was or any information about how to get to my room.I get to the room and I filmed everything because i do content and I travel. So there was broken pieces to the desk of glass, the cold water didnt come out at all in the bathroom sink(they didnt have the part)then the frig didnt work.I called the front desk and the young man with a hamica hat(Jewish fellow)(however you spell it)told me that NONE of the frigs worked and they were on recall and on back order.Come to find out he could of went and got another one from another room. Then i asked to speak to a supervisor the next (i called from my room) and they put me on hold and then hung up on me.Then i go the front desk and they were like well we can move you rooms and im like i will have to pack up first and get things going (we were leaving to go to an event so we wouldnt be able to switch at the moment). We got back from our event pretty late and so the next morning i was going to the desk and at that point i was going to be leaving in a few hours so there was no point of moving rooms. There was no compensation given, no discount, no nothing. The ONLY and i mean ONLY person in that whole hotel who cared was Ms A.Prince. She was so kind and even apologized on behave of her coworks because they were so unprofessional. I personally dont think i will come back to this hotel unless Alicia is there and thats a maybe
- 3/5
I didn’t like how me and my husband didn’t get any sleep for 3 days because the people that was next to us kept slamming doors and arguing all night long for 3 days straight
- 5/5
Staff was friendly, hotel & room was very clean.
- 5/5
Great staff and very clean hotel. Excelle t shower.
- 5/5

- 4/5
Room was really affordable
- 5/5
Good location for restaurants and shopping.
- 5/5
Spacious clean nice hotel
- 5/5
Well Located just in front of the mall
- 3/5
The room was in good condition and staff was fine. THe problem was we ended up paying $65 for parking because the hotel was not organized. I had friends who also stayed and they had multiple problems. WOuldnt recommend this hotel.
- 2/5
The air conditioning was never cold. We slept with the covers off. It was hot in the room. The queen size beds were small. I felt like I was sleeping in full size beds. It was very uncomfortable sleeping in the room.
- 4/5
Nice hotel
- 5/5
The room was very clean. The only thing it didn’t have was an re refrigerator and microwave in there at the time of my check in. Did ask for them but every time I came in it was to later for them to bring one up to my room
- 2/5
Heat didn’t work properly. No ice bucket then moved me from a great view of the city to bottom floor with view of a parking garage. Then got harassed for my free breakfast

- 3/5
For the Buckhead area in Atlanta, Ga. This hotel was disappointing. Our room was clean; however, it was very cold. Call maintenance and they replied that the temp was not going to get any warmer. We froze in that room. I was glad to leave. The front desk at check-in had a rep that was on the verge of being downright rude! Needless to say, I will not be returning to this Wyndham Buckhead Hotel!!! Also, this hotel was under some sort of renovation, and that might have caused some of the discomfort. It is my hope they get better. I will not be returning.
- 5/5
Property office manager and staff were the best I've ever experienced. I'd definitely return even though we live local.
- 5/5
The staff were friendly. My room was large with a balcony. Everything was clean. The room was super cold upon arrival and it took some time to heat and maintain a comfortable temperature. Valet parking was $55 and an incidental fee of $75.
- 5/5
Management was extra friendly. I had an immaculate experience. Only thing I didn’t like is thrre were no microwaves, but it was very clean & hospitable.
- 2/5
They charge extra 45 $ for parking crazy
- 5/5
I liked everything about this hotel except the $45 per night parking. But the check out was great...the rep was very friendly. I didn't catch his name but I know he's from San Antonio. He was very kind.
- 5/5
Great staff
- 5/5
Great
- 4/5
Staff was great the rooms were ok although the water pressure was trash. But that $50 parking fee is diabolical.
- 5/5
The room was spotless , the hotel is very pretty inside and out , great breakfast , kind and helpful employees , 5 star
- 3/5
The shower screamed a very loud high pitch noise the entire time while in use, our key card stopped working during the early morning hours of our checkout day which was an inconvenience. Also they didn’t tell us parking was $45 a night. Otherwise the stay was fine.
- 1/5
IWas charged for parking when no where on this reservation said I had to pay to parking. They could not get my room correct during check in. Finally when they got my room right the bed was dirty & had hair all over it. They promised to clean the room multiple times & never did. No fresh towels, nothing.Plus they charged my card ku
- 5/5
Great staff very accommodating & great room!
- 5/5
Nice room, great staff.
- 1/5
The room was colder than outside. It was awful. Moon did not warm up in until 7:00 a.m. In the morning it got up to 67° only. Horrible
- 5/5
no breakfast due christmas schedule…
- 1/5
The hotel needs to be upgraded. Also, they are short staffed really bad. The restaurant in the lobby has one person working the bar and the sitting area in it. The rooms have thermostats that won't go any warmer than 77°. So, if you are cold-natured you won't feel comfortable. Room service ends at like 9p.m. and don't call to have anything fixed in your room, the maintenance guy will give tons of excuses so not to fix the problem. Also, they dont clean the rooms properly. Found an extra shoe in the closet from a previous guest. Smh!
- 4/5
I wish the vending machines worked some only took cash but overall a decent hotel.
- 5/5
Nice place, very good price and we appreciated the parking available for guests here. Would love to visit again in the future.
- 4/5
The room was very cold. There should be a function in the room to change the temperature.
- 5/5
Clean room, nice ambiance, quiet, kind staff
- 3/5
The room was nice…..however,no one told us parking was 50$ Absolutely ridiculous!
- 5/5
Spotless and clean room and friendly staff
- 1/5
The room and the common areas haven’t been maintained at all. Damaged baseboards, dirty walls, stains in the carpet, the tub looks unsanitary and hasn’t been resurfaced. The cost per day to park was insane considering how the the room looked
- 5/5
Clean
- 5/5
The room was clean, spotless, and the staff was very helpful
- 5/5
The restaurant in the hotel and the view absolutely stunning!! 7th floor
- 4/5
The front desk staff was courteous. I had an issue with the keypad at my room and maintenance was there within 5 mins to let me in and resolve the issue.
- 2/5
Very disappointed in the stay this time. Please provide a credit for this stay.
- 4/5
Front desk staff was excellent and professional The rooms was average, furniture is a little worn and dirty

I dealt wish discrimination against my circumstances from the General Manager Steve whi has a lack of empathyor compassion. I felt Racism as well, poor room service an discrimination from other cultured staff. The AGM was unprofessional her name is Micheli she's inappropiate with her staff rude to guests very disrespectful and gossips about her colleagues. I was sexually harassed by a engineer who's personal cell I have and a thread of text messages as proof. Half the staff was inappropiate and stayed their extreme discontent with the GM. There was a Woman in the restaurant staff who brought me food from her home twice I have that proof as well. The Chef discussed with me her discontentment towards the GM and his issues with the bank owning the hotel and that the previous Marriot got foreclosed so he's stressed because his job is hanging by a thread. I was patient kind and respectful the entire tim, transparent shared my personal business with the GM in order not to get kicked out over $104 dollars. He felt shamed and didn't want my family and I in his hotel because we were homeless though we lived fhere 2 months at $104 daily paid every dime. We were humiliated more than a few time talked down to. Discriminated against. AND WAS DENIED FURTHER SERVICE BEING ASKED TO LEAVE ON THANKSGIVING DAY. COLD OUTSIDE WITH MY NEWBORN GRANDSON ‼️ I am looking into seeking legal counsel and going forward with a discrimination case. I have the support of q of his stelkar employees. Who's

Me and my family literally stay at this hotel every time we visit Atlanta I just booked a trip this weekend. This is probably My 8th to 10th time staying here. We love that. It’s across the street from the mall. It has so many food options around and the staff and hotel rooms are always immaculate.

The night audit person refused to honor my reservation and called security on me for simply trying to check in! It was insane and i videoed her spazing out! I made the reservation online at 215am. At 245 she told me that they should have never allowed me to make the reservation. When i troed to show her the reservation confirmation she yelled "im not dealing with you, security!" It was really bizarre. I was in from oot and at nearly 3oclock in the morning they sent me walking, with my luggage and no place to go. And mind you, i had alreadypaid for my stay online. Nightmare! She shouldnt have a job!
- 4/5
Clean room, but WiFi was extremely slow making it unusable.

Everything was dirty. There was crumbs under the sheets and dried contacts. So dirty
- 2/5
There was hair in the bed, bugs in the tub. The staff was friendly. The hotel needs to be updated. Smells like marijuana and alcohol.

Wonderful in every way

I enjoyed my stay overall, but there were a few areas that could be improved. As a guest, I was disappointed to have to pay for parking—it would have been nice for that to be included. I also would have appreciated being escorted to my room and given a brief orientation of the amenities upon arrival. After a long flight, struggling with my luggage to the room was not ideal. Additionally, I was surprised that the room was only refreshed after three days. A bit more attentive service would have made the experience much better.

Make you pay $50 a day for parking on top of the $100+ room. Walls are thin you can literally hear people walking the hallways. Room is also fairly small but nice rooms and nice staff. Just not worth it if you can find a place that won’t make you pay for parking and more sound proof.

It was a great stay.

Great staff, room was spotless,

The room was good. There was a light out above the bathroom sink that needed attention. I found the response time at the front to be very slow.
- 4/5
Everything with the facility was great except my room wasn’t cleaned the 2nd day and $45 a day to park somewhere I’m already paying to stay is highway robbery
- 4/5
Bartender was not attentive enough in my opinion on our first night there. In the room, the bathroom sink had a slow drain.
- 5/5
Clean affordable hotel conveniently located which allows first time Atlanta tourists to navigate the city safely and on a timely manner

I enjoyed my stay. I have no complaints.

Close to everything. Fantastic room.

This property could use updating. Many things in my room were dirty, broken or in need of service. The surrounding area was safe. A very business centered hub. Quiet and safe. The staff were very nice and accommodating. The parking was close. The hotel is centrally located. The common areas were lovely. I would definitely stay again if they update the rooms.

Clean room , good air conditioning

I was here just one night but the amenities were great. The room was clean and well stocked with everything you would expect. The bed was comfy. The staff were friendly and took good care of me.

I am from out of state. I have stayed in many hotels. And this time my experience was not good. The WiFi was spotty the entire time. So bad that I had to call the front desk who said they would send up an engineer to check it out. When he arrived 30mins later, he looked at the tv and said “hmmm what floor is this? It’s the 6th floor? The WiFi is spotty from the 5th floor up” and left. Literally no help. I know this hotel hosts conventions but due to all the people there, the hotel hallways were filthy, vending machines and ice machines were empty, parking was super limited. When I went to check out, the lady at the front desk was sleeping and asked what was my room number (with her eyes closed) and said I was good to go. I asked for a breakdown of my stay so I can see the charges and she would not get up to provide it so I left. Construction outside this hotel was horrendous. I would not recommend this hotel and in fact I will be reaching out to them personally to get some sort of compensation for these inconveniences. I was extremely disappointed.

Clean room, friendly staff

The room had a broken light immediately when entering, with scratches all over the wall. The AC works great and the beds were clean, bathroom well stocked and we had a great view of the pool. Staff were friendly but not very attentive. Good hotel with not so good prices.

Waited 10 minutes to check in because front desk help was not there! Was told to call down 15 mins before I need my car from valet.. called before heading down and valet was not at post to retrieve my car had to wait another 10 mins so I was late for my event. Service was very poor

$40 a day for Self parking was ridiculous!

My room was infested with ants I even had ants on my toothbrush worst experience ever

The rooms need updating. Also, the parking cost needs to be clearly stated BEFORE booking. $45 is a hefty extra charge when it is not expected. We booked a king and got 2 doubles—we arrived too late to want to deal with going back down with our luggage to the lobby to sort it out. Also, the alarm clock went off at 6:10 AM. We did not set it. I would think this should be checked by housekeeping to be sure it won’t go off unexpectedly. The beds are not the most comfortable and need to be replaced. Definitely time for an update.

There aren’t microwaves in the rooms. You have to go to the lobby every time you need to warm something up. I felt that was very inconvenient. The breakfast was $29 per person and hotel staff stated that it was due to the hotel being downtown. Housekeeping staff were great.

Do not stay here. Dated rooms, not well maintained either. We had flickering lights and exposed wiring. Hair in the towels and dirty wash cloth in the shower. Found blood stains in our room on the carpet and when I told staff about it they said management would reach out once they investigated. Still waiting to hear back. Wish I could include pictures here. Driss at the breakfast buffet was the only nice part of our trip. He was so kind and attentive.

Was a bit of problem due to road construction other than that everything was ok

Clean room, mall across the street.
- 5/5
The staff was friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. I had a room with a balcony so we were able to sit outside. No free parking, valet is $55 per day. You also pay for self parking. 2 malls within walking distance. Breakfast was $25 per person. Great property overall. Would stay again.

It's to easy to have access to the hotel. A person could roam the parking garage and inside the hotel if they wanted to...

Beautiful property but I was awaken the 1st night, around 3:00am to an annoying noise that sounded to be coming from pipes. I didn't hear it the second night. The bed/ pillows allowed for a comfortable rest.

Good hotel in a great location. It is dated in some respects especially for Buckhead but the rates of the rooms is in accordance. For the price of the stay I was happy, but could it use an upgrade yes but overall it is a good hotel.
- 5/5
The service was great, and I was easily directed to anywhere I needed to be in the facility. For the one night stay or even longer, I would definitely come again.

Flight got delayed and they accommodated me with a really late check out. Staff was extremely pleasant. Opened doors upon entry and it was only 4-5 min walk from Marta.

The staff was great and hospitable… They handle an issue with an early morning fire alarm prank with grace and made sure all guest received a complimentary breakfast for the disturbance… Lennox square is within a 2 minute walk and had a great time… Thank you Montel for taking care of me during my stay…

Great location, across the mall. Very clean.

It was all good until the fire alarm went off during the night. Even though it was accidentally pulled, it took forever for them to turn it off. Not a pleasant experience.

The entire hotel smelled like cigarettes and weed. We checked into our first room and the mini fridge was leaking water, and must have been for a long time because the dresser was covered in mold. They switched our room quickly and the next room was fine. 6am there was a crazy man walking up and down the hallway ripping the room numbers off the walls, singing and dancing, screaming. We called the front desk and asked for someone to check on him. He continues to terrorize our floor, we didn’t feel safe leaving our room, we had our 2 small children with us. Then he must have pulled the fire alarm, alarms going off telling the whole building to evacuate. We called the front desk 3 times before they called the police. Horrible stay, we couldn’t get out of there fast enough.

The state was amazing. It was in a convenient location, despite the fact that the alarm woke us up at 6 o’clock in the morning to evacuate other than that, the state was wonderful.
