    Rooms need some deep cleaning as well as a few upgrades, particularly the bed. It felt worn down and unbalanced which let to a poor quality of sleep. Overall stay was ok, expected more from a 4Star hotel

    These hotel is everything and more where I like the most waking up to a beautiful view of the downtown and going to sleep, looking out the window at the night view in bed and the lights in the city. I had the end corner room of downtown view romance, and everything of 10 out of 10 for me. I will stay again and request the same Room 1602 I did have some dust on top of the refrigerator when I was putting some food items on top, but I still give it a 10 out of 10

    We stayed for 4 nights. We asked for our room to be cleaned / serviced 3 times and they promised it would but never got cleaned. We asked for towels as we ran out for our family of 5 and they gave us washcloths, not full size towels. For the price we paid, the room should have been cleaned and we should have been given towels. Normally we stay in AirBnbs but we wanted to treat ourselves to the hotel experience, unfortunately this was a huge disappointment.

    The view, location, having a kitchen and living room, the chalk board. The bar with chalks to draw at the bar. The only thing I didn’t like was that the AC did not work at all from the time we checked in til like 7am. The room was hot and had to sleep with the balcony slide door open.     I chose to do valet parking for $40 a day. It was WORTH IT!! Love love love this hotel and I will definitely be going back. I had a 1 bedroom suite with balcony and it has a full kitchen. The place was beautiful!!

    Very nice room I did not like the industrial look. Also one of the elevators was out the entire time so it was a very long way to come up or down. Valet was a pain in the neck as well took forever for you to receive your car.

We was very helpful and treated us so great as we were there celebrating our birthdays! We checked out this morning and the lady who assisted us was fantastic as well! Didn’t get her name but I do remember her name tag said manager! We had a great stay!!

    Overall the stay was good. Room was everything you could’ve hoped for. Most things worked out except for a couple. The room itself beautiful Spacious, lots of cool stuff as a bonus. But first thing I saw was that the ice maker did not work. It would dispense one or 2 thing of ice and that’s it. After the first night. I noticed after we left around 10 and came back around 1. That house keeping had not come. That’s when I realized I had to click the button to have them come in. So I went to click it and it didn’t work because it was smashed in. Again didn’t see it to be a problem. I had an appointment at 3 and while there after the front agent La’marcus (who did an absolutely amazing job because I didn’t not know that I could not use tap so while my card wasn’t working he took his time and never treated me lesser) told me he connected my account to the room (so I can use the app for request and other features) it was not connected. Again I didn’t see it as a problem. I called the hotel around 3:30 and let the agent know about the button and if she could have them come and clean as soon as possible. I also asked if there was a way for her to attach my rewards number to the room (due to me knowing that it’s possible from other trips) she said I’d have to wait until I come back in. I got back to my room around 5:50/6pm and it was exactly the same. They came at 7:30 when I was sleep and asked if they can I told them in a half hour. When I came back at 1 the room still wasn’t clean

    Our AC was broken. We were offered another room, which we turned down for the night as it was already very late and we had a long dat of travel behind us. The next day, maintenance was supposed to work on it the next day. Upon entering our room, it was 72 degrees, however, the AC broke again that same night and we had to sleep again in a hot room. At one point the temp was 80 degrees.The hotel offered us 10,000 Bonvoy miles, however, I do not feel that makes up for the discomfort during our stay at a pretty expensive hotel

    When I booked the hotel, it seemed amazing and when we arrived at the hotel, I was like huh I needed help with my luggage, but the Bellman wasn’t there, but that was OK. There was a cart from the minute. We walked in the staff went above and beyond to take care of everything we needed, including fixing my air conditioner in my room within an hour of me being there. The food was great. The rooms are beautiful. The staff was great. The bartender makes an amazing cocktail and I can’t wait to come back with my daughter and my other girls A+ plus.

    The employees and valet were great! I booked a wheelchair accessible room or what I thought was and it was absolutely not wheelchair accessible.     Overall the hotel was very nice only complaint is we went without AC for two days we were on the top floor they wanted to move us lower which was terrible because we were already at the top then was told engineer man would come look at the AC unit and nothing was done because we returned to the room and AC was still not working so we had to suffer the second night.     However at the time of checkout, I noticed some extra charges from the hotel and I asked about it at the front desk and the manager said the extra charge was supposed to drop. But is been a week now and the money is still not coming back to my account. I've called several times but it seems almost impossible to someone to pick up the phone at the front desk. When somebody finally picks up, they say they will look in to it and call back, but they never do . 260 dollars of extra charges without any explanation is unacceptable by the way I had a receipt summary explaining just a 40 dollars charges for the valet parking but not for the 260 dollars .

    There was literally a mouse in our room. Shower was not clean—full of mildew and hair. Sink didn’t turn work in the bathroom—literally turned it on and no water came out. Overhead light was broken and strobing. Team was apathetic and not interested in resolving issues for me or for other guest who were struggling. Poor check in, check out, grossly understaffed. Would never stay here again. The worst Marriott I’ve ever been to.

    The photos didn’t represent what we had as a room. The photos make the hotel feel warm and inviting yet the unpainted raw concrete walls and ceilings made it feel the opposite. The king bed had a dip in the center that my wife and I kept rolling into. Neither one of us got any sleep and the pillows were too firm and full in size for either of us. We were glad it was only 1 night. Staff was great. Easy valet service ( no self parking available).
