Will stay here again for sure.

Upon arrival, valet parking was a breeze. Check in only took mins. Property was very clean and surplus of amenities to enjoy. Every staff member was very helpful and kind. We also felt safe at this property. This will be our go to destination to stay when in the Atlanta area!

The location was great and the cleanliness of the hotel was perfect.

Great location. Nice hotel. But they badly need a concierge. Couldn't get any recommendations for restaurants etc. I was told we could take a shuttle to nearby destinations but both times I tried the shuttle wasn't working - was told the driver was off. Need more consistency for this price hotel.

Our first room assigned was very dirty and needed some maintenance work. One call to the front desk and we were immediately moved to another room. Customer service was exceptional. Rest of the stay was wonderful. It’s in a great area.

The room was great, the bed was comfortable. For most of our stay the hallway outside our room on floor 10 had a really strong marijuana odor. Also the parking fee is egregious. $65 per day so be aware of that. Also the pool area was foul. For almost $400 per night after all the fees I expected better from a Marriott Westin property. Staff was super helpful though, couldn’t say enough nice things about them.

Nice property and very convenient to the Lenox Mall and Buckhead. Room was spacious. Overall fairly quiet considering the location.

The Palm restaurant located in the hotel was delicious. All of the Staff were friendly and helpful with everything. Definitely recommend this location.

It's been a while since I stayed here. The hotel was just as nice this time around as it was the last time I stayed there. The accomodations were nice. The the front desk staff were friendly. The self park is a little cumbersome but it worked

The Westin Hotel is in a very nice location directly across from Lennox Square Mall. The room was fine, the beds were great! However, waking up to a Roach sitting on the toilet was unsettling! Also the person who cleaned the room the day before we left did not leave any wash cloths. Called the front desk to request cloths and never received.

Previous stays were excellent. Most recent stay not well, folks were having a party next to us at midnight. Informed the front desk. Also informed the front desk at checkout, they said they would let the manager know.

This hotel is my go-to when I’m staying overnight in Atlanta. It’s conveniently located near all the shopping centers and offers a variety of dining options. It’s also a great place for families. The rooms are always clean and haven’t disappointed me every time we’ve stayed there.

From start to finish The Westin Buckhead was an amazing experience. My daughter and I checked in for a staycation and we felt like we had hopped a flight and checked into a luxury hotel elsewhere. The staff was so nice, The rooms were clean and beautiful, and the room service was delicious! I even got introduced to my new favorite red wine by one of the bartenders at the hotel restaurant. One of my absolute favorite amenities was the built in water station where we filled up our water bottles daily with alkaline or sparkling water. The only thing that could be better would be the “Starbucks” breakfast area. The refrigerated food in the case did not look appetizing and the wait was too long. I would definitely stay at the Westin Buckhead again.

If you want a more relaxed neighborhood with a quaint vibe, this is not the place for you. The property is clean and the rooms are beautiful. 98% of the staff are willing to help. Parking is $55 a day for self park and $65 per day for valet. Go with the valet parking- the self park looks a bit scary and not as well protected. The property is a 9. The front desk staff was surly and rude. They put me in a single bed room despite being booked in a double. They did not mention this upon check in. found out when i went to the room. They said the fold out couch was the second bed. That is NOT what i booked. They also dod not provide linens for the foldout until we called for them, which kept us awake waiting for the linens. When i went to complain they did not apologize they became argumentative and rude. They also did not mention a hold on my card (they should have mentioned it at least. I thought it was fraud). The valet refused to park my car despite me having mobility issues. I had to carry my suitcases from the parking lot. Lastly they had a large group present and were not keeping access to the elevators, allowing people to pass in the hallways, etc., and no one was monitoring this or asking them to keep the walkways open.

This hotel is in the perfect location close to shopping & restaurants. The Westin rooms are a nice size and very clean. The staff was amazing.

The location was perfect for us. The property itself was beautiful, clean, and very modern. The valet parking staff was incredibly kind and sweet. The property was spotless and beautifully maintained.

It was a very enjoyable night. The hotel was very clean, the lobby lounge area was very nice and the staff were so friendly. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. I don't know if there was anything I didn't like, parking seemed expensive but other than that no complaints.

Paid self parking, but can not find the parking, I changed to VALET parking , they charged $ 65 dollars more on top self parking $55 dollar that mean i paid total $120 dollars for PARKING, that is unacceptable

Nice hotel…beautiful lobby and the King Corner room was very nice. You can’t beat the location and the price was fair. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. In fact, the staff alone made me upgraded another star because they were all very nice people. This hotel has so many things going for it, but just falls short on the little details. In room service pamphlet and website has different hours. No waters (even to buy) in the rooms. No instructions on how to operate the TV…might sound like I’m IT challenged, but ultimately Netflix is all you can get and there’s no instructions because there’s no when you turn on the TV. The towels were rather small and uncomfortable. The thermostat in the room looks like it was a late 80s design and did a lousy job of keeping the room a stable temperature. While parking was simple.— it took a few minutes to figure out as the signage is just not well marked. I realize that you might read that and think man this guy is picky, but we’ve stayed at other Westin hotels plus others in Buckhead…again, not a bad hotel and I cannot express how pleasant and accommodating the staff was, but it’s just lacking the little details that you expect from a Westin which holds this location back.

Room was clean. Staff was great. Only issue with the room was the temperature. We put it on 66 to sleep and it remained hot all night. Also, It is highway robbery to charge $65 a night for valet parking. Especially when your hotel is old like this and your buildings paid for. Never thought it was cool when costs were this high and not easily visible on travel sites.

Rafael checked me in and took an Expedia issue and proactive went above and beyond to solve it. He really worked hard to make sure my stay was comfortable!

Staff excellent. Lobby nice. Room neither - questionable stain on the wall above headboard, toilet was dirty, shower was slippery near the shampoo and conditioner dispenser. Had it been cleaned? Who knows. I didn’t say anything and was glad to leave. Last time at the Westin. Overpriced and punching above their weight.

Paid $63 on Hotel.com for parking then was told I was to be charged additional money for parking. That was first impression! Palm restaurant was a bad experience. Went to bar at 9 pm to eat and got horrible service! They were rushing to clean and get off. Had to catch someone every time we needed something. Never greeted at all.

1. The tv in our room didn’t work. ( I got it fixed) 2. Out of the 8 treadmills that were in the gym only one was operational 3. The shower heads were leaking, I tightened them myself None of these items are a huge deal but I’ve stayed in other westins where the attention to detail was better

After paying $581 to book both rooms. The hotel still wanted another $650 once getting in there. Also this booking company never even let me know that was expected. Very very very disappointed in this company and the Westin. And I still haven’t received my refund after having to cancel my reservation due to the this crazy.

I couldn't have been more pleased with my experience. Having to move from my original choice of accommodation due to unsatisfactory conditions, this property was extremely welcoming and accomodating, making a wonderful room immediately available. My only regret is not selecting the Westin as my initial choice.

Beautiful lobby, bar and restaurant. Would be a perfect location for conferences and events. Quick and easy checkin. Parking deck is a little sketchy/dark/dirty but safe and uncrowded. Parking is $55 each night which is expensive but on par for the Buckhead area.

It has both positive and negative points. Positive - facility and room was quite nice. Big bathroom. In general has plenty of counter top, table top spaces to put things out. Enough electrical outlets to charge all the devices. Negative s - business lounge was not open during the weekend, front desk lady was kind of rude and unfriendly. No service unless you call before 12 noon. Seems not well managed as staff don’t seem to know what each other was doing. Paper said cafe open till 12. Front desk said 11:30am. When I got there at 11:10, it was closed at 11am. Since it was the last date of my stay, I missed using my $25 f&b credit! I had late check out yet maid knocked on my door at 11am. Not well coordinated.

Friendly, and ease of check in. We had a corner room (1120) and the view was amazing. I walked to Lenox Mall for Black Friday and was the perfect move. Rooms were clean and updated. I wish I got the young lady’s name at the coffee shop on the motor level… She was so friendly and made me the best cup of coffee for my quick walk to the mall. May start doing that on the regular. Thanks for a nice stay!

Sad to see how the Westin has deteriorated

The check-in was very quick. Our room was very spacious and clean. When we needed sheets for the sleeper sofa, housekeeping brought them extremely quickly and made up the bed for us. The hotel is nicely, located across from an excellent mall with lots of dining options.

Room was lovely, view was great. Hotel staff and valet staff were phenomenal. The only hiccup I had was that the door lock was great from the inside, but uncooperative from the outside. It made me feel quite safe, but I had to yank on the door knob at least 3x to get IN the room.

Every time I stay with them for last 4 times housekeeping does a horrible job. They always leave items unclean as glasses or stuff on the floor, no refills etc. they don’t change sheets and don’t make the beds properly the next day

My husband and I had a fantastic time at The Westin Buckhead last week! We had a wonderful stay, even though we did encounter a little hiccup. We really value excellent customer service and how things are managed. The front desk manager, Taneidrea, went the extra mile to make sure we had a truly amazing experience after taking care of the issue. Another manager, Aronta, even reached out to me during my stay to check in, which I really appreciated. And I just wanted to mention Keon, who works at the front desk. He was so friendly and personable, and I really enjoyed chatting with him. It’s always such a nice to meet someone who’s so outgoing and hospitable in customer service.

I was satisfied.

I usually enjoy my stay at the Westin, and send many clients to this location. Never again. There was a person at the front desk, a woman named Taneidrea, who was possibly the rudest person I’ve ever encountered in my 51 years of life. After my encounter with her, an older couple who was nearby told me that they had the same experience and were going to also complain. The entire staff there at the front desk, who should be representing the hotel, never smiled, spoke stoically and monotoned, and were overall just very cold. This person in particular, however, was incredibly rude when I asked her to add my Marriott Bonvoy points, and later after she knew I was staying there, approached my daughter in the in the lobby, where we were taking pictures before an event and asked me if I had a room there. I told her I had just spoken to her earlier. She proceeded to ask me for my name and room number. And, she did so with a very nasty demeanor. I understand that everyone has bad days, and she probably has a lot going on in her life, but as a professional, especially in hospitality, there is no place for that kind of behavior. I spoke to who I was told was the manager the next day, but I have heard nothing back from him. Therefore, I will be taking this to the next level. I spend far too much money with Marriott to be treated that way. Unacceptable, and I will not be back, nor will I send anyone else there. Ever.

We left a sign on our door early afternoon for a room service, but when we returned at 2am after long drive to Athens and back, the room had NOT been cleaned but sign replaced with Do Not Disturb sign. We expect better for a highly rated property.

We had a great time. Hotel was clean , updated and very well kept. Shops and restaurant were within walking distance. The lady at the front desk had a bit of attitude and actually stopped to help someone else while we were still in transaction, but overall a great experience.

Not the best stay. The room was just okay. The bathtub/shower wouldn’t drain. My TV remote didn’t work. I received two “wake up calls” in the middle of the night that I didn’t schedule. My late checkout so I could try to get some sleep kept getting interrupted because the front desk kept calling to “check on my status”. I have another stay booked here for next week and I will forfeit it. Not awesome at all.

The rooms are spacious and very clean. We had three females staying in one room and there was plenty of mirrors and outlets for everyone to get ready at once. The coffee maker is nice too. Make sure to use the pool and sauna on the 6th floor. Super relaxing!

I asked the cleaning service to come up on Saturday at 9 am before we left, got back at 2:30 pm and it still wasn’t cleaned nor restocked. So I called them again, the boy who answered was rude and said they would be there to clean it “by the end of the day” and couldn’t even give me an estimate of the time they’d come because they were “busy cleaning”…. So we left again around 3 We had to hunt down the cleaning people in the hallways just to get more rags! And by time we came back around 7:30-8 pm it STILL wasn’t cleaned so I didn’t bother calling again. That was very disappointing.

Check in was great. First stop, valet parking where they were friendly and helpful. Front desk got us in our rooms right away and gave us all the info about WiFi, food, amenities, etc. Room was really nice, comfortable and I have to say the shower was probably the best I've ever been in at any hotel. Seems a small thing but a fantastic shower to get the morning going after a good night's sleep on a comfortable bed? That's a winner for me! Next morning, the breakfast bunch downstairs at the coffee shop were so wonderful, friendly and helpful. Great service, amazing staff. Highly recommend.

The hotel is clean and comfortable as you would expect. It is within walking distance to many dining options and also two huge shopping malls. Having said that, many of the dining options cater mainly for the many offices in the area and so have limited opening hours, especially on weekends. There seems to be a bit of a culture in Atlanta for souped-up cars and trucks with insufficient mufflers. Expect some traffic noise from these vehicles echoing around the skyscrapers near the hotel.Very convenient for the Bulkhead MARTA station. I was incorrectly charged for someone else's room service on my final bill, but they rectified this quickly and efficiently. I would stay here again.

The Westin’s Buckhead Atlanta is in an ideal location. Lenox Mall and the Cheesecake Factory are 4 minutes away. The hotel staff was friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay at the hotel again. In fact I would prefer to stay there if the room rates are competitive for the nights that I need.

The Westin was very beautiful and very nice to stay in. My toilet was broken upon arrival and when I informed the front desk maintenance was there within minutes to fix it. I had to move rooms due to my hotel door being jammed from within (I could not lock it from within, which is a safety hazard for me). In my second room, the door was the same way, however I settled for it because I was jet lagged and had a really bad headache at this point. Upon using the glass cups in the room, I noticed that the cup had old red wine/juice stains and grime on it. Good thing I looked prior to even rinsing out the cup out. The room door was also leaking some kind of liquid, not sure what that was, (hope that was not hazardous). I’ve visited all of the Westin’s that Georgia has to offer and overall I can say this was by far one of worse experiences. The establishment appears to be great, however I am not too sure of the overall cleanliness and up keep of the building.

$25 food/beverage credit/voucher was given near check out vs at check in. There seemed to be a line of others who had a similar issue with the voucher. I think the comment from employee was “blame Expedia”. Upgrade denied both days due to full capacity. Stayed 2 days then moved to a new hotel. Nice room but missing shower gel in the bathroom. Staff could friendlier at front desk, a bit rude. Coachable issues.

Very nice and clean. Great location - central to so much and very walkable-right across the street from the mall Lenox Square and other shopping food and entertainment. On site restaurant, in room dining, gym, pool, steam room and sauna. Staff very friendly and nice. I want to mention Dion and Gabriel who helped me with some resevation issues for which I had to call multiple times...they helped out with good customer service...especially Dion!!! There was a manager who helped as well (not as nice but he helped and very much resolved my issue-so no complaints really!) I will be returning and will encourage others to come as well!!!

Comfortable, spacious room and bathroom. Great location. The only drawback was the body wash was empty. I didn't discover it until in the shower. It is a large one they are supposed to refill. Fortunately, there was a tiny bar of soap. Otherwise, great one-night stay.

Perfect location

My wife and I made reservations 6 weeks early.The Hotel assured us that we would get a room on the 5th floor since we requested to be on a low floor.All was fineuntil they told us we was on the 22nd floor.I got that fixed and we were move to the 6th floor in a King Suite.also finding out that there was $54 dillars for parking and 250 for a security fee to be held on your card for any damages.

Comfort and cleanliness was definitely the best. The reason I rated it 4 stars were because during check-in they did not mention my $25 food/beverage promotion and once I remembered I called the front desk. They were quick in assisting me with the issue, however I was told over the phone that the credit could not be used for in-room dining and only for the rise cafe (which had minimum breakfast food options that were not kid-friendly, as I had my toddler with me. The other reasons I gave it 4-stars were because the entire hotel pool is 4 1/2 ft ONLY, which again was not kid-friendly. And self-parking was $54, which was ridiculous as a guest.

The room and fitness center were dirty. Additionally, there was not water in the room or in the gym. The gym had several pieces of old broken equipment.

Convenient for shopping and for other business work

We picked this location for the shopping and Westin name. Parking was $54 a night and that was self parking in a garage my truck could hardly fit into. It was dark and water was dripping from overhead pipes. We checked into a room with "two queen beds" which were actually double beds. There was black mold in the shower on the ceiling. The next day we ordered room service. 1 continental breakfast for $10 and an All American Meal. The eggs we wrong, the hashbrowns were like mcdonalds but cold and greesey. They forgot an Oj and the pasteries were hard. They charged us 132 dollars! 10 for a delivery fee, 20 for in room service fee and 10 for taxes. We left for the day and when we came back no one had cleaned the room or left towels. We tried to use the wifi and that was $11 more dollars. Our 2 nights ended up costing $609. That is insane. You would expect a great experience for that price. On out last day we went to the "heated pool" it was freezing cold. Oh and we had to wait for someone to unlock it at 11am even though it says it opens at 6am. The sauna was broken and the ceiling was coming down.The floor was disgusting in the poolroom and there was no hot tub. I don’t ever complain or right reviews but people should know the truth about this location.

I booked my room 3 months in advance and I checked in the night before online. But when I went to check in I was told that they no longer had the two queen beds room available. NO excuse whatsoever just we have a king with a sofa bed. It was like take it or leave it. They wouldn't even comp the valet. The person that check me in made me feel like I was a bother.

Everything was amazing. Theres a variety of options in dining, shopping or just relaxing.

Service at the Palm was very poor. Our waiter kept disappearing. The room was great. I felt Uneasy with the amount of random, loud people loitering in the lobby who were not staying at the hotel OR planning to eat at the Palm. They need to crack down on this. Our valet wreaked of weed and I was Afraid my car would smell of it.

I flew the red eye from LAX and arrived there around 5am on July 3rd to run the Peachtree10K on the 4th of July. I was going to ask if they could store my luggage until i could check-in, but the front desk clerk was so caring and understanding of my exhausted state, she found me a room and I was able to check-in early. The room was lovely and everyone from the front desk staff, the gentleman near the valet area, to the bartenders at The Cafe, 100% first rate. I will definitely stay here again when I come back to race again.
