Staybridge Suites Atlanta Airport by IHG

I stay in lots of different hotels, this hotel met and exceeded my high expectations of cleanliness. The rooms are clean and because they actually have laminate it doesn't feel gross like carpet. The beds and couch were clean too. The kitchen was clean and the bathroom was too I am only sharing because this was unfortunate - when you book through booking communication isn't always good and so we waited 45 minutes for our shuttle at the airport and it was raining. When they finally came they rushed us (due to the rain) and I wanted my son to have a car seat but there was no regard for this. Once that was resolved and we arrived at the hotel it was cosy, clean and the breakfast is very good! Variety of choices and friendly staff! The dining area is clean and so inviting! I hope they keep it up- over time places like this if upholstery and things aren't kept clean can start to look disgusting. The walls and curtains and window areas were even clean. The bed did smell kind of musty, but that could be the humidity...but I like smelling the freshness of sheets, but alas. Overall - I would rate it high and that is very rare for me!

I always enjoy my stay here every time I visit Atlanta. My room was nice and spacious and accommodated me and my friend comfortably. My room had everything I needed and was very clean. The property was clean and the area was safe, there was security on the property. I love that there was a bar and free complimentary breakfast which I enjoyed right before my flight back home. I also love that the hotel was very close to the airport as well. I will be back again soon!!

This hotel is amazing. Highly, highly recommend if you are planning to stay in the Atlanta area. When we come back, this will be our #1 choice.

The staff at Staybridge Atl North helped relocate me to their hotel Towneplace next door because of room allocation issues. Towneplace Atlanta North is a very welcoming & very well equipped hotel complete with kitchen facilities in Suites and a gym. The breakfast is buffet with hot breakfast & cereals or continental. Coffee refills along with other hot teas/chocolate available and iced water or cucumber water. The staff are very supportive and helpful. No issues

We areived at 1am and check in was super fast and easy, you have to pay parking but it is gated. The room was really nice, clean and very spacious for me and my family! It even had a little kitchenette and a FULL SIZE fridge too! I cannot recommend this hotel enough! Probably one of the best we've stayed at!

Very clean, friendly staff and convenient accommodation. Hadn’t planned to spend the night in Atlanta, but a last minute flight delay required a late night check-in. Shuttle was prompt and friendly as was the front desk. Would definitely recommend. Got a good nights sleep.

Love that you need a key card to get into the parking lot as well. I was happy with everything. If I had to find something to not like it would be that only one light switch for the kitchen and living room. But that was just a preference on the brightness.

Paying for the parking was a bit much for the location.

The room was spacious - the staff was very helpful. The only difficulty was that they do not deal at all in cash so we couldn’t get change to tip the cleaning staff, the shuttle driver, or the breakfast staff. They were all excellent. The company should supply QR codes so that we can tip them in this cashless environment.

The location near the airport with shuttle service was great. The breakfast was good with variety. Not a thing!

Close to the airport. Clean and roomy. Rooms feel a little cold because there are no carpets. However, we were there in the winter not in the heat of the summer.

All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. There was no coffee maker in my room, fortunately, the cleaning staff were in the hall and able to find one. Room was pretty clean.. but the couch was covered in animal hair. Overall I would stay again.

They are currently under renovation with updating the rooms and was able to stay in 1 of the renovated suites on the 7th floor. The breakfast buffet is quite delicious and so much to choose from, this trip enjoyed the make your own waffles yum! Will stay there again and again.

It was shame because the hotel was pretty nice, otherwise. The room was GREAT! But, aside from Ashantia, the staff were not pleasant at all. There are literally dozens of decent hotels with nice rooms in that area. The only thing that sets them apart is the people. And, in this case, Ashantia is the ONLY reason I would ever choose to go back to Staybridge Suites again.

The hotel has lots of construction working inside out, very dusty, the whole place smell like strong chemicals from fresh painting especially inside the room, entrance to the lobby is very dirty, at the laundry facility,I found full load of clothes that have painting all over, probably has been used from those who painting the hotel it's very disgusting, open the dryer paint every where, the hotel shouldn't let painters wash their clothes there, it should reserve for hotell guest use only, breakfast is limited. Not recommended.

The staff was amazing and took pride in their work. I stayed there for five days and each day staff made sure my room and the hotel premise was clean. It was great to see such dedication, especially since service has declined nowadays. The front desk/staff engaged in a pleasant and courteous manner. This was one of the best places I’ve stayed. The breakfast was amazing and I love the idea of serving appetizers, wine, etc. for guests Monday-Wednesday. That’s unique and great for guests. I took part on Tuesday and it was great! I really enjoyed my stay! Kudos to the amazing staff and the cleanliness of the hotel. Thank you!

I love my room. My suite was amazing. It was super clean. I sent a request not to be close to an elevator because I needed to get some sleep. I was in town for a bodyboarding competition. So they put me on the far end of the floor, and a nice size suite.That was really nice of them. The customer service was excellent, always accommodating, and the breakfast was amazing. We all enjoyed the nice comfortable room. We decided to checkout the free breakfast and glad we did. The breakfast was more than expected which was a plus! Easy in and out. The surrounding area was quiet.

If we go back to Atlanta we would more than likely stay here again. We rented one of the suites and we couldn’t have been happier. The room was clean and well stocked with all the necessities for cooking and such. A small portion of the outside of the hotel was under renovation, which didn’t affect us in the least. Looked like they were updating the outside patio area in the back. Staff checking late was very nice and personable. Parking would be the only negative I could mention. We found a spot late when we came in, it just took some hunting. Any complaints from reviews about having to pay definitely over exaggerate. This is the least expensive hotel to park at considering how much we enjoyed the hotel. Breakfast was decent enough with many options to choose from. We’re pretty simple so the choices were perfect for us. The only drawback is much of the breakfast staff stood in the 2 doorways leading into the food area, which made it more crowded than it needed to be. Overall we enjoyed our stay very much.

Hotel was very nice. Great location across the street from the legendary Spondivit. Washer and dryer on set so you don’t have to travel with dirty clothes. NO POOL. Breakfast was great and luck was great..overall great place to stay 10/10

The room was fine. I didn’t know that we would be charged $15.00 per day for parking. I thought that the total cost posted online was really the total cost. Expedia should’ve made this clear.

Nice spacious room, loved having full sized Dove products, but did not like that we didnt have extra tissue in bathroom, or that the living room tv didnt work. Also check in was a little of a hassle because the property only uses physical cards for incidentals hold, even if a card is on file and room already paid for with the same card. Its an inconvenience to not accept digital cards (from reputable banks) because sometimes people might not have the physical card on them for any amount of reasons( lost, broken, waiting for replacement, etc). So I personally feel like if I can show you my bank account and tge card attached to it, there should be some leniency to that rule. Especially if the room is fully paid for already.

Shower door didn’t t fit so bathroom flooded with each use. Blanket for pullout had large hole in it. Restaurant was understaffed taking us 45 minutes to order and another 45 minutes to get food. No pool. Staff was friendly.

It started as soon as I arrived to the establishment. When we went to the front desk to receive the keys to our rooms we were met with a nasty attitude from the front desk worker. We were not greeted like we were paying customers. Upon giving us rooms the lady working at the front desk never told us what rooms we were in. Never informed us about the WiFi or how parking worked which further lead to the lady at the front desk confronting me about the parking after I already had it figured out. I asked the lady that worked the front desk multiple times to move away from my car as she antagonized me. I am a paying customer and should be treated as such. As I was leaving the parking lot I was told I wouldn’t have a spot to park on when I return after I had already paid for parking for the night. I was confused to how I wouldn’t have a parking spot when I returned if I had already paid for parking for the night. Upon my return to the hotel police were called to escort me off of the property and I was removed from my room. My

Overall, it was a fairly pleasant experience. The bar only has appetizers. The main problem was one particular woman that worked the front desk. She was awful, she told blatant lies, and then she was patronizing instead of apologetic when we pointed out her lies with the facts to back ourselves up.

Everyone there was so friendly I've never had a better experience at a hotel. I brought my dog and my sister brought hers and when they say their pet friendly it's true. My boy is a Staffordshire terrier and they had no problems allowing him to stay. It's his first vacation, so I was worried there might have been an issue but there wasn't! They've got a little doggie area to the back right of their hotel with doggie bags provided. I enjoyed this hotel so much that I booked under the same hotel name for Tennessee on my way back home! They deserve the ratings with how friendly and clean their environment is. We will absolutely be staying on our next vacation!

Everyone there was so friendly I've never had a better experience at a hotel. I brought my dog and my sister brought hers and when they say their pet friendly it's true. My boy is a Staffordshire terrier and they had no problems allowing him to stay. It's his first vacation, so I was worried there might have been an issue but there wasn't! They've got a little doggie area to the back right of their hotel with doggie bags provided. Beds were very comfortable, room was clean, staff was friendly. Lots of breakfast choices.

My two guests were thoroughly impressed and we had just spent 3 nights at the Marriott Marquis. The shuttle even dropped off and picked us up at a nearby restaurant! Being an so close to the airport, you would think that airplane noise would be a problem but we didn't find that to be true at all. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

The breakfast was way above average! Many options and the attentive staff kept everything well stocked and clean. The room was very clean and spacious with 9’ ceiling. Our room was extended stay with handy appliances (pod coffee and toaster) kitchenette was perfect. Definitely recommended.

Very beautiful hotel.

The room was nice and clean, safe and quiet. I didn't like room keeping coming in the room when we had the do not disturb sign on the door, waking my wife and me.

Husband had an early flight so decided to book a room close to the airport with a shuttle. The young lady that checked us in was fantastic. The room was clean and comfortable. If you need an early morning shuttle, let them know at check-in and they will be sure you are on the schedule. Parking is gated and is $14 and there is police cars and security on site. Breakfast was good. Would definitely stay again.

The Bar was Excellent! Dani and Destinee were Gems who kept myself and my company in great spirits while we visited. The front desk customer service was friendly and accommodating. Room was super clean and spacious. Nothing negative to say! Wish I could have stayed longer. I will be back!

Good Hotel and most People are friendly, but the Lady “Melony” Sunday January 26 about 10 PM was very unfriendly abd could not care less about anything, even so I booked 10 Rooms in your Hotel

We always choose to stay here when we travel because it’s close to the airport. Room and hotel are clean and the staff is wonderful.

I usually never leave bad reviews, but I was traveling alone with my two children and this hotel was not safe. The room we were given smelled so strongly we had to DoorDash a candle and some air freshener to make it tolerable (I'm not sure if the smell was chewing tobacco, or maybe a spill of some really strong coffee...I was hoping it was coffee tho). The entire floor was under construction, with temporary wood walls built in some areas. The halls smelled like marijuanna and there were people congregated in some areas of the floor we were on...it just made me feel uncomfortable. The noise of people talking in the hall was so loud that night I decided to contact Expedia to see if there was any way to cancel my reservation. Thankfully, Expedia allowed me to cancel and we checked out after one night, rather than the three nights we had originally booked. BUT the next morning, before we were even out of bed, a random lady walked into our hotel room unannounced and when she saw we were there, she turned around and walked out without saying anything. I panicked a little, but I quickly opened the door to see who it was and it turns out she was the housekeeper, but she wasn't wearing a uniform or any type of identifying clothing. The ONLY highlight was the lady working the front desk. When I mentioned the housekeeper walking in unannounced & all the other problems, she was very understanding and apologetic. Overall, very bad experience with this hotel. I do not recommend it.

The service at the front desk was superb. All the ladies were great especially the one that checked me in, I think her name had Nesha in it. But anyway, the stay was exceptional!!!

I liked how the property was quiet & safe. It was walkable distance to plenty of stores which is a plus. Only thing I didn’t like was the TV not being a smart TV.

This is now my 2nd time staying in this particular hotel. The location is great, close to airport and other areas. The staff are great, extremely friendly and were very nice to me and my dog. I traveled with my 11lb Jack Russell and the staff couldnt have been more gracious with him. Breakfast was always yummy, evening cocktail hour was a surprise and tasty. Although the hotel is currently going thru renovation- all were aplogetic about noise. I loved that the parking lot is gated and had 24hr security on the premises.

This place is great over all nice people clean rooms. We have stayed twice. First time no fees for parking. However this time they didn’t tell us they are now charging you for parking nightly. So be ready for $14 in extra charges even if your booking total doesn’t say that. I was not happy. There would be no other place to park but the parking lot. What a scam for money. They didn’t even pick up our trash the whole time we stayed but need us to pay for a parking spot in the lot. We also needed handicapped and there is only five or six in the whole lot. It’s only a little thing but it’s enough to make me look for another place to stay. Simply because of the lack of transparency and clear money grab.

The customer service here is very unprofessional. Front desk made me wait a half hour for a shuttlle. The hotel is 5 minutes away. Hotel front desk lady made wait to check in so she could finish having a conversation with another hotel worker. The heat in my room was broken. Had to wait half an hour to reset. Horrible management

This property is the only place I stay when I visit Atlanta, GA but It would be nice to see free parking sometimes. $100 dollars for only 2 days is very expensive when you are already paying over $400 for your stay. Over all I love my stay at this location. The staff Is simply amazing each visit.

This was a very clean property! The service was great, but the walls or doors were thin. I could hear a baby crying next door for the majority of the evening. Despite the noise, I would stay here again!

The staff were wonderful, the location was convenient.

I liked that this property had cookware and silverware available to use. Also the staff were exceptional!! They greeted you every time you left and came back into the building. Though the property is currently under renovation, it did not affect my sleep in any way. My stay was very relaxing. Oh I can’t forget the numerous restaurants located near the property. We dined at two restaurants and my favorite was folkart. It’s a must go to if you stay at this hotel

My tv in my room didn’t work, my wifi never worked, the bathroom door knob fill off.

Beds were very uncomfortable and room had an overwhelming smoke smell

The sofa is VERY DIRTY and needs to thrown out in Room 214. There was a sign stating renovations being down; then start with the furniture because I didnt see anything else being done!
