Extremely helpful staff at this older Hilton as well as clean rooms and cold ac or heat if you needed!

2nd time staying at the property and it was just as good as the first!!! already have it booked two more times for concerts at the park!!!!

We stayed at Spark by Hilton near Truist Park. It was easy to get to and satisfied our needs in every way! We would stay here again.

I liked how quiet Spark Atlanta was. The hotel staff were also very friendly. They also had complimentary healthy breakfast in the morning. If I would have seen bacon and eggs I would have eaten it. But the healthy options forced me to value what they had even more. Health is wealth. FREE WIFI is always nice to have. I didn’t like how the AC was operated. At first I went over to the AC against the window into to realize that the AC was worked through the appliance on the wall. I didn’t like that I had to clean the bathtub while I was there because it wasn’t as clean as I would have liked it to be. I went to Walmart and grabbed some extra cleaning products to wipe down the area. The toilet button was also difficult to press when it was time to flush the toilet.

It was close to the ballpark for the game we went to see. They provided a shuttle to the game also. It’s unusual that a hotel room does not have a coffee maker in each room, this one did not provide one. You shouldn’t have to go to the lobby to get coffee. Breakfast was so so also.

I stayed here for 1 night for an concert Check in was okay I hope they change to digital so you don’t have to fill out all the paperwork at check in but I do understand the paper check in process. After checking in I was told a $50 incidental fee that is refunded back after you check date it will take 3-5 days depends on your bank. on top of the incidentals there is a $10 parking fee non refundable. My room was okay besides there was hair all over the floor in the bathroom. Beds are comfortable. Outside sitting area is set up decently nice. Breakfast okay as long as the pancake maker is working lol

Room was ready for an early checkin & onsite parking $10. We stayed for the eagles concert at truist park took the hotel shuttle$5pp well worth it! We did take a taxi back & it was overpriced but we didnt care!! Anita was so nice at front desk. Room was clean and bedding comfy! Breakfast was good. Will be a repeat guest for events we attend at the park.

Great proximity to Truist Park. My son and I attended a game and walked less than 15 min til we were in the stadium. Room was clean and check in was easy. We had plenty of towels and hot water. Air conditioning worked well.

Great place to stay to go to Truist Park. They provided a ride to the game (uphill) and we walked home (not far and downhill). Staff was very nice and helpful. The room and bathroom are very small and the breakfast area is small and dysfunctional. Even though it is not great I would stay again if I return to Truist because of the staff, cost and location.

Breakfast had no protein options at all. Pet fee was excessively expensive. After booking a nonrefundable room we received an email notifying us that they recently started charging for parking so that added on to the trip cost. The price for 1 night stay was way more than the property warranted.

Super helpful and nice staff! Ceilings seem thin. The first night my son and I were awakened by heavy footsteps in the room above us. Breakfast is rudimentary. Only real hot option is a pancake machine. No protein. Delicious yogurt and lots of cereal options. Good location. Quiet except for the people above us.

there is not much going on for breakfast. only dry cereal and bagels. i understand that it is a smaller hotel but i feel as if a little more effort can be put into it.

Hotel was very clean. Air conditioning unit leaked all over the floor getting valuable wet. Made me sign a smoking consent but not the person ahead of me. His wife was very rude made me not feel welcome because of race. The hotel was outdated and the room was so small.

Despite turning on the a/c in the room it was still very warm and the window did not open. The fridge in the room did not work. And in the am there was a puddle of water in front of it. I was unaware there was a parking fee until I arrived. There was hair in the shower when I went to go use it. It was not mine.

This is a lower grade Hilton that reminded us of a Home2Suites-Light. Normally that would be fine but the cost of the room for the night, a night where an Atlanta baseball game was occurring less than a mile away, rendered a fairly poor value overall. After I booked on Expedia, I got sent a note that parking in their lot would now cost $10.00--new since August 1st but I didn't know when booking. I wrote the hotel, nothing back. The shuttle to the ballgame, one way only, cost $5.00. That's fine, I would given that as a tip for short ride, but on a call to the hotel to learn more about how the shuttle worked, timing, etc, no one mentioned there was a $5.00 charge. Overall, its clean and we enjoyed the gentleman at the front desk, really nice and engaging. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel, but would just say don't expect what you may expect from a Hilton.

I understand it is a budget property but landlord special painting on the door frame. The super low shower head ( I’m short ,5’3, and still felt like a shower head almost eye level to me is too short) the room is super tight and the floors clearly aren’t mopped between guest. This is supposed to be a budget Hilton option but idk if it’s all spark hiltons or just this one but this just felt like they didn’t keep any of the standards.

AC was great. Loved the $5 shuttle to the ball field. They have a great convenience store selection and even Braves merch! Best part was the washer and dryer that came in handy when we got caught in the rain at the ball game. (22 minute walk to the battery.) Overall great budget friendly pick.

Great hotel, very nice staff. Provided breakfast and had a little ‘store’ with drinks and snacks. Clean room, and was close to Globe Life stadium. The only downside was that the hotel is located in a low area so I had to walk uphill both ways, but that’s not the hotels fault. I’ll definitely stay here again in the future.

I was very concerned on the first nights stay about leaving the property and not having a parking spot, as their lot space is also a for hire space. However, the staff assured there would be no problem and there wasn’t, I’m glad to say. My only complaint to the admin for Hotels.com when you post an offering for a Hotel such as this one and it’s proximity to major sporting event location, you should state in the description that this location will offer a shuttle service to nearby events. Also like to mention that Anita was very cordial at checking out.

About a 15 min walk from trusit park.. if you’re walking with someone is going to make the walk seem quick. The breakfast wasnt to good. Rooms are small and hair was on our floor but the beds were clean. No vending machines.

We went for a Braves game. It is in a great location for Truist Park. The stay was perfect! Staff is amazing, and the property and pool were clean. Continental breakfast is what you would expect. I will be back.

Our room was clean and smelled cleaned. Limited options for breakfast, but overall a good selection. I enjoyed the 24/7 coffee option as well.

A most excellent one-night stay. Came into town for a Braves game. Hotel was nice and accommodated early check-in for me. Very courteous staff who answered all my questions. Room was very modern and clean. Ballpark and Battery restaurant options are about a 15-minute walk away. Hotel provides shuttle service to ballpark for $5 (no return service). Lots of shopping, restaurant, and gas station options in the area. Definitely would stay here again.

Property is basic but clean and quiet. Its easy to access off the highway. The breakfast is basic but adequate. We felt that the stay was good value if you're just passing through and want a shower and a bed for the night.

One of the most comfortable hotel beds I have ever slept in. Front desk service was great, there was an issue with our reservation and they fixed it immediately with no problems. Walking distance to the ballpark!

Would have liked a clock, cups, ice bucket and microwave in the room.,

The rooms and lobby looked great. They appeared to have been remodeled and had hard vinyl flooring, but the hallway still had old carpeting that was dirty, outdated, and held a musty smell. Aside from that, the staff were very friendly and had excellent customer service. My only suggestion is to update the hallways because it brings down the quality of the hotel.

The staff was very accommodating, and the location was very convenient.

Was good for a quick night sleep to get off the road. Clean and safe. They only have one elevator. Very basic breakfast. If you are looking for buffet style they don’t have it.
