    The coffee maker in the room was broke. We needed to catch our shuttle to the airport at 9 am. Left our room and the elevator did not work. Late for our shuttle. Ice machines did not work. We had to go to front desk to get bag ice. Getting in and out of the parking area was a problem. Overall will not use this hotel again when we go to Atlanta to visit our son.

    Staff there was 110% amazing The hotel as a whole is pretty good. However, if they can fix people smoking on the floors that would be great. Because I was on the 7th floor and it reached marijuana, very bad to which I had to put a towel at the bottom of my door to give this stench marijuana out of my room. If I can have someone please the floors throughout the night.Make sure no one's smoking, marijuana or cigarettes on the floors and they would get five out of five stars from me

    I didn't have a good experience, as I got stuck in the elevator for two minutes; it was out of order for over four hours, so I had to walk down the stairs from the sixth floor. It wasn't a pleasant experience, though the staff were very friendly.

    When we arrived the elevator was not working. People were standing in the lobby waiting on someone to get in repaired. I asked for the lowest level, which was the 5th floor. We hiked up 5 floors only to find a renovation in progress. Plastic taped to the hallway floors. The ac was not working in the room. I expected to tell the front desk to provide a refund and we would stay somewhere else. They gave us a room on the 6th floor which had been renovated and was very nice. The desk staff was very nice and professional. Perhaps a one off situation but not a pleasant situation nonetheless.

    This place happens to be under construction which they should let you know before you purchase or check in the fan was so loud that was blowing in hall i guess to dry out the floors. Also just to park you have to pay $25 even if you are a guest. The main floor is probably the nicest part of the hotel.

    The location. Upgraded our king room for $51. On the ‘upgraded’ room, the shower didn’t work properly, the phone didn’t work, the pillows were awful, and the carpet was badly stained. I’ll never stay there again.

    It was clean. The tiolet in our room constantly ran and it was leaking water. The staff were very attenative to guest. The security gate is to be a little undesirably. The breakfast was not worth NO 24.00 dollars per person, it was the same as you get from breakfast buffets that are free at other hotels.

    So, the hotel was undergoing renovations so allow that to be the basis here. The place easily could've been a 5 star experience if the timing had lined me up to be there when they weren't undergoing maintenance. So positives first. Airport shuttle. SO USEFUL! I was attending a convention and the shuttle was such a huge perk. Comfortable and clean. They advertise that its every 30 mins but with the chaos that is ATL it was more like every 45 mins. Size. Room size was good not great, but good. Bathroom. The bathroom I asked for needed to have a shower. (Hotel bathtubs make me become a germaphobe.) It had a big shower. Super happy with that. Location. You have several restaurants, liquor store and gas stations all within a safe walking distance so big thumb up. Staff. Super friendly and overall good character with a willingness to smile and assist. Now on to the mediocre. Toilet acted a little funky like it wouldn't flush properly in one flush. (Gross, I know but this is something to take into consideration.) Entrance for cabs, Lyft and Ubers. This is more the others fault then the hotels but most if not all of them had trouble getting in and out of the location requiring verbal assistance when requesting a ride. The breakfast. 25 dollars? When your next to two Waffle houses? Pass. THE BAD. Renovations. I think they were replacing insulation or removing rotten wood as everything had that freshly painted and worked smell. And the taped plastic covering kept falling down. 8/10

    We most truly enjoyed our stay from the beginning to the end. The receptionists were very nice and helpful from the time we walked in to the time we checked out. We were traveling in from another city and we were not familiar with the area. They made sure we knew where to enjoy some good food and have a good time. Shoutout to our favorite “Alicia” for going above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay and that we were very comfortable. Thank you so much for such a wonderful visit. We will most definitely return.

    I checked in during a busy period of canceled flights and stranded passengers checking in with airline vouchers. For the situation I do not think the employees at the front desk could have done a better job than what they did. Very professional. Very polite. You could tell they were tired and yet still gave outstanding service. I cannot overstate how impressed I was with the service I received while checking in.

    This was a lovely hotel and the lobby, The restaurant for breakfast was very good. They had a self check out snack bar after hours. The choices were OK. My room was OK, simply decorated, but the shower was dripping. And I told the front desk, but nothing happened. It was hard to regulate the air conditioner, it was either too warm or too cold for me. But that's just my personal issues. The hallway had a little bit of a smell, but the room is very clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable. And the maid service was excellent. A good place to stay near the airport. And not that noisy!

    The hotel was clean overall decent amenities, could tell there could be some upgrades to things like TV and may be carpet. However, upon checking in the line was outrageous as the airline stewardess were coming in to stay as well. Not enough help at the front desk to move the lines along. And the gates in and out of the hotel did not work the entire three nights that we were there. Overall, it was decent, but I would stay at a different hotel due to staffing, as well as the gate in-N-Out being a nightmare, not to mention parking was$20 a day.

    Orlando to South Korea ,the lady at the counter were really rude she state no rooms available till next day at 4:00 pm didn’t accept my request for early check in even by paying a fee, me and wife have to stay at the lobby treating different Hotels in the area but couldn’t find any other option but trying to sleep in the chair my wife 62 years old and me 63 when next shift arrived I requested early check in at 6:00 am 4 hours after we got to the Sonesta Hotel then the lady accepted early check in around 8:00 am after 6 hours at the lobby of the a hotel . The heater didn’t work I have to request maintenance service the guy came to fix it but works for only 1 hour then have to call again and guy came back to fix it again the temperature at Atlanta was 32’ We have really bad experience with the Hotel staff only the maintenance guy did his job with good actitud. Also realized that I have made a mistake booking the stay when wrong date which I realized right a way and cancelled my reservation at the Expedia app and booked agin with right dates and I have been charge twice and the staff told me refunds and cancellation are not available at that location

    I’ve stayed here a bunch of times over the last 4yrs, so Ive watched this property transform with all the repairs. I was a little disappointed when I noticed the shower wasn’t completely cleaned because the clear top to someone’s razor that was left in there. That meant nobody cleaned that area. None of the ice machines were working so I had to go to the bar to get ice. A couple piece of ice had frozen black particles inside a few pieces. And I had a really bad issue with ladybugs all night and morning. They kept popping up on my bed sheets, the cup I was drinking out of, and that ice bucket. This is my first time experiencing that at this property.

    Front desk lady give me key card to room 914 which was someone else’s room. Got another keycard for room 1030 and there were bugs on carpet and on ac unit.     Receptionist that worked the night shift was not friendly. I asked for an extra blanket and she simply said they didn’t have any. She did not even try to accommodate us, she just brushed us off and made excuses for their house keeping. The Woman in the morning was much nicer and I wish she had som more help with the mass arrivals from cancelled flights.

    First night we had to be moved to another room because they couldn’t get the TV to work. New room at 3am neighbors were arguing. Throwing things and screaming. By the time security came they were fighting in the lobby. No hot water in the shower but the sink was scalding. Shower was cold. Room A/c heater sounded like it was struggling to keep running. No room service came for the 3 days we were there. Coffee was not restocked. Breakfast over priced. I would stay somewhere else. The staff was not very willing to help or have much care.

    I was a last minute booking. I was surprised when I got a prime location almost across from the elevators. Now I figure it was because the heater in the room didn't work. It put out air that was not real cold, but I cranked the heat up to 85 degrees and the temperature didn't change.

    The room had cochroaches and tree bugs through out. Around 330am the hotel smelled of Raid (or something similar) and gave my wife a headache. We could not get confortable and left. We did not even think about sticking around for breakfast due to the infestation.     No hot water, a/c didn’t work, and half the room did not have power. Booked for 2 nights and only stayed one and would not refund the 2nd night. Was told they ‘do not refund third party booking’. We had 3 kids and so air and hot water is a need. Also, the WiFi did not work. Front desk was RUDE.

    Beware that parking is not free on the property. Also, the staff is very stand offish. My bathroom sink was clogged the entire stay and they did nothing. Lots of small things that didn't add up based on how the place is advertised.

    My stay was a 10:30 pm check in and left nexy day at 8 am. My toilet didnt flush consistently but I was too exhausted to call and wait for maintenence. Next am the water just stopped in the middle of my shower. Not even drips. I had to rinse my hair out in bathroom shower.

    The property is nice even with renovations going on. Front desk staff helpful. Had trouble with shuttle from airport. When I called it was difficult to find someone to speak with or update me about shuttle status. It was after 9Pm and after waiting I ended up taking another hotel’s shuttle and paying to get to hotel. I didn’t trust shuttle to get me to airport on time for my departure or help me with wheelchair access so I took an Uber. Shuttle service and information about shuttle at front desk needs to be improved.

    When we finally got into our actual room, the sound of the construction on the floor above us was so incredibly loud. Luckily we were leaving for the evening shortly after check in. There was a sign in our room that said construction would be happening from 9 to 5 but it started again at 8 AM as we were waking up. $25 is steep for parking for a single night when I’m always paying a regular rate too. Otherwise room was fine.

    This property was doing some renovations during our stay. I can say the renovations didn't have a negative impact on the cleanliness of the hotel, well at least not the parts we seen. Our room didn't have the room number next to it, so we ended up passing our room trying to find it. The next day after we got breakfast, someone had taped the room number on the wall by our room. We found it funny. The issues we had were: 1. The water pressure. For some reason the water pressure went down as we used it. 2. Some of the sockets in the room did not work, like the main ones between the beds. 3. The clock didn't work either. 4. The phone didn't work. I had to use my personal phone to call the front desk for needs or questions. I mentioned to the agent that it didn't work and she didn't really acknowledge it. 5. I received a text the day of check in saying pretty much if I needed anything just respond to the text. Well, I sent a text and never got a response. So, my needs weren't met until the next morning when I went to the desk. 6. When the room was booked, the reservation included breakfast. In the morning when we went down for breakfast, The nice gentleman explained that we needed meal vouchers. The vouchers were not given to us when we checked in. So, of course had to go back to the desk and get the vouchers. The cost for the breakfast was like $42 or $44 a person, which I think is quite pricey. The staff all around were nice and our stay wasn't really bad. Rest. Eat. Leave.

    I really enjoyed my stay at the Sonesta. I was greeted by the nicest shuttle driver at the airport that also got me back for my departure flight. The hotel was beautiful. The staff were super accommodating too. My only issue was the water pressure in the bathroom would be great then just cut out. I am going to assume it’s due to the construction. Other than that I really have no complaints!

    2) the sink drained very slow so if you washed your hands or brushed you teeth, you had to wait 30 min or more before the sink was free of water. 3) Smell....did not smell clean. Especially when getting off the elevator going to room...bad 4) hard to get into the property. I know they were remodeling but to get into the property and find the correct entrance was difficult-Suggest you change route on GPS/Google to help eliminate frustration for your patrons. Area around was pretty sketchy. People sleeping or laying out in the day time on the sidewalks.....Not good

    The property is undergoing renovations so the room I had was not in the best condition. I would not have stayed here with my children but as a solo traveler I felt safe and the room was quiet. I had a room across from the elevator but couldn’t hear anything. Staff was great. Airport shuttle was timely. 15 minute drive from the stadium.

    My granddaughters and I stayed one night, the entrance and the lobby was clean, beautiful, but my room was horrible, the bed was dirty, the furniture was filthy. The tub filled up with water while showering, we didn’t have enough washcloths or towels, they were dirty as well. Not sure if I’d stay again.

    When I arrived we were not greeted by workers. We struggled getting out of the car and were not helped or directed to carts. We had to look for them. At the desk, we were not told basic information restaurant hours. No continental breakfast as stated on website. Towel bar broken in the bathroom. The room was never cleaned . When we came in at 2 am, no towels trash over flowing beds unmade. . Staff blame each other why it didn't get done. . Checkout no one. at the desk stayed in the back until we yelled we had to get the airport. Rude. Asked about issues, staff said no manager call back at 3 . Not polite. Will never stay or recommend this hotel.

    Was comfortable and clean my niece and nephew enjoyed the pool. Only bad thing was the tiny fridge and no microwave in room. The 3rd floor ice machine was out of service so we hat to go to the 2nd floor to get some. Also you will have to pay 100 dollar deposit which should have been listed.

    Three different rooms in 24 clock hours is ridiculous. This speaks largely to maintenance, more specifically preventive maintenance not being done. Moldy wet carpet in a hot steamy room, then the A/c unit explodes and then, albeit trite, the iron did not heat up, and lastly the room safe was locked and could not be used. This facility lacks leadership and much, much more.

    I love staying there it was convenient with regard to the close proximity of my business needs. I would have given it 5 stars however updating the shared bathroom by changing the toilet seat and having the bathtub re-glazed. The shower curtain in this bathroom should either be fixed or replaced. Lastly I strongly recommend replacing many of the pots and pans as the teflon is flaking off and that’s a health and safety issue. I would still recommend staying there it was clean, quiet, comfortable and safe. I will definitely stay there again.

    I was hesitant contacting them . But the accommodations is just not what it should be whatsoever. I really got this room cuz i needed a mental physical emotional break.to relax and just rest in peace . so I've been trying my best to do that but the whole floor from the front door to the closet is soaking wet. I don't know where the water is coming from The refrigerator was filthy. Goes in & out.I don't know what the stuff is around the it & under it. The wood is chipping stains old dried spoils! Table chairs stained & dirty . the carpet is peeling and coming up. It's a cigarette burn in the chair. The towels sheets were dirty and I was told wrong service was not available. I had to wait till the next day. The whole entire room was vacuumed or cleaned I sanitize it and cleaned it myself. I wasn't in a good emotional, physical or mental place to deal with any conflict or disagreement . I have a lot of self that I was not physically in any position to unpack again as soon as I get in my room, I unpack all my bags and things . I thought today Room Service will come and clean the tub still dirty sink still dirty. She did not understand English. I had to keep talking into her phone to explain things to her. I still gave her a tip. Also, the door is jam. It's very hard to open and close that I have hurt myself several times trying to get in and out the door

    Entering parking lot is very confusing. They are more interested in getting airport parking than they are accommodating their guests. Charging guests $25.00 a night to park is a ripoff. I parked at the airport for $17.00 a day for the rest of my trip. The room did not feel clean. The carpet was very dirty and had a bad odor. I will never recommend that place or stay there again. I am very disappointed.
