Sheraton Suites Galleria-Atlanta

We had a great stay at the Sheraton Galleria location. The hotel was very clean and so was the room. The bedding provided, towels, and room as a whole were great! Only issue we had is someone knocking on our door at 9:30 AM saying they wanted to see if "we were there." I would think that if they offer check-in through the app that they would be able to see if we are checking in and out of our room with our mobile key. There was a wonderful breakfast buffet and a nice convenience store area.

Outside and inside pool was closed the two nights we were there because they didn’t keep up with cleaning it. I had five kids with me to celebrate my daughter’s 6th birthday and they weren’t able to get in the pool until the day of checkout. All they accommodated me for was parking after I spent over 400 dollars for the room.

Cleanliness, breakfast, friendly staff and great location to the Battery and Truist park The indoor outdoor pool? It was warm enough to use however for some reason The outdoor area around pool was still closed and not open for the season. So the indoor portion was mostly clean outdoor portion had lots of debris on the deck and no chairs were set up outside. We stayed 4 nights and I never saw anyone in the pool.

Our stay was wonderful. The only thing I have to mention is that Saturday night, Hank's Kitchen and Bar was overwhelmed. There was one young man behand the bar, I don't remember his name, but he did a fantastic job of managing the situation. He needed help terribly, but kept his cool and efficiently went about the task of keeping drinks in front of the guests, and getting food orders out. This was on May 20, 2026. He is to be commended.

I called the hotel about 5 days before check in to request that some balloons and a cake that I want to have delivered Saturday night while we’re out to dinner be placed in our room as a surprise. The extremely rude young man who answered the phone said not only could they not accommodate that but that I may not even be able to check into my room at 3 pm because they are so busy. He suggested I talk to the person at the desk when I check in. His suggestion was not realistic though since I needed to order the items in advance AND my boyfriend would be with me at check in. I attempted calling back 3 times to ask for a manager and the phone was not answered, just rang and rang. At that point I reached out to Marriott Bonvoy Loyalty customer service. The woman who called me back said she would fill out a complaint to submit to the location and offered to call the property for me. After calling them she let me know the same young man answered for her and gave her the same answer. She asked for the manager to which the young man replied “He won’t be back til Monday.” I said to her that was absurd. The young man made a point to highlight that it was a sold out every night weekend due to 3 Braves home games, being a holiday weekend and also have several large groups but you’re telling me there will be no manager on site all weekend? I am not asking for anything more than 5 minutes for someone to go up to the room, place the items and turn around and leave. This is not a La Quinta. I expected far better customer service from Marriott. She offered to speak to her supervisor. After speaking to him she let me know that there was nothing he could do because I booked through booking.com and he told her that since I booked through them she shouldn’t have even contacted the property on my behalf. She said that I needed to contact booking.com with my request and complaints.

The sleeper sofa is pretty small - not suitable for 2 adults (fine for children). The second night, I went to the restaurant. It was understaffed so I waited about an hour for a burger. Positives were the breakfast was decent. Location is great for going to Truist Park.

Friendliness of the staff , they were so nice and accommodating. We got to our room and I was checking out the T.V. cabinet and found somebodies socks and underwear stuffed in the cabinet below the T.V. but it was not a big deal , we just called housekeeping to come get them , but it did not make our stay any less than fantastic !!

Super convenient for walking to Truist Park. Room was spacious and comfortable. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast had a large variety and was delicious. Will definitely stay again.

Best part was proximity to the braves stadium. It was just an average stay. No wow moments, staff members didn’t interact with us much so can’t really rate performance. It would be good for the staff to explain the grounds and the most used way to walk to stadium. Parking garage has a exit at the top of the garage.

It was close to dining,, shopping , The Battery and Truist Park. We could walk to these places from the hotel. I can't think of a thing I didn't like.

This hotel is a great value! Beautiful property and within walking distance of the Battery, the mall and restaurants.

Short walk to the mall and a little further to Truist Park. Stayed for a Braves weekend and will stay again.

Clean and convenient hotel. Very happy with our stay with great things all around. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Excellent free breakfast. Tons of options. Only negatives were inside portion of pool was tiny and had to pay for parking. Easy access to Cumberland Mall, Truist Field, and tons of restaurants. Would come back for sure.

Property was very nice clean. I just have an issue with animals being in an area where there’s food where people eat and people had dogs I get it. Its aProperty was very nice clean. It’s a pet friendly hotel but not everybody is pet friendly and therefore dogs should not be in the eating area and although they don’t allow it, people did it and they didn’t enforce it so yes, I had an issue with that and that is why they didn’t get the best possible rating so for my experience there I wouldn’t go in the area where the food was, I wouldn’t. I didn’t take advantage of the breakfast in the morning . I spoke to the front desk about it and they did confirm that dogs are not allowed in that particular area but again they didn’t enforce it so I was discussed.

For advertising a 12M renovation, they skipped some things that needed done. Rooms were renovated but the bathrooms left mostly untouched. I get it if the outdoor pool isn’t open but if you advertise an indoor pool, it should be open and clean all year long. Also, lots of little things broken (tiles in elevator, moldings in hallways, etc). Definitely not worth what we paid to stay here.

We arrived at our hotel and the fire department was there. First red flag, we were informed people had been pulling the alarm over and over. We got to our rooms (we had two) and they were not cool at all. We thought maybe we could adjust the temperature and would be fine once we returned from the Braves game. After the game we got to our rooms and it was HOT. Only to be told the entire hotels air was out and no eta on fixing it. No one helped, no one offered anything to make us comfortable. No sleep and then a 6 hour drive home the next day. Would not recommend.

The property, location, and staff were all exceptional. We experienced a few minor issues that were beyond anyone’s control, but the staff maintained a consistently positive and professional attitude and kept management informed. Management followed up promptly and remediated the issues due to the inconveniences. Overall, this is an excellent place to stay, offering a prime location, a beautiful property, and outstanding staff.

eggs, cheap cardboard tasting sausage....The room was llarge...the bathroom was old and needed repair (hot water leaked from basin faucett when you turned on cold). The bathroom floors were old and water stained but clean. The beds were comfortable and the staff were very nice. Close to the Mall and the Ballpark , so, very convenient.

We left for the Braves game expecting the issue to be resolved. However, when we returned around 11:00 PM, the air conditioning was still not working, and the room remained uncomfortably hot. At that time, I spoke with the front desk again and was told we could either receive a refund and leave or be offered Marriott Bonvoy points. I requested a partial refund, which was declined, and I was told management would follow up to resolve the issue. It was too late for me to leave at that point considering we were on a 17 hour drive from Miami, Florida to Louisville, Kentucky and it was already 11pm. After such a long travel day, we were only able to get about one hour of very uncomfortable sleep due to the lack of a basic and essential amenity, air conditioning. I did speak briefly with a manager on my way out who stated he would “make things right,” but I have not received any follow up communication since.

We checked in at 3:30 and it was warm in our room but we thought this was due to AC being turned off but really the AC was broke in most rooms. When we got back in after attending braves games at 11:00 P.M. it was even warmer. We asked a staff member and the AC had been out since the day before. They did not even warn us at check in but told us at almost midnight we could leave and go find another room. The staff was terrible and made no accommodations. The next day I tried to get reimbursed or partially reimbursed but stated since I booked through expedia there was nothing Sheraton could do. The staff was terrible at any information or helping us. I pad over $500 for two nights for the AC to be out the entire trip. I would be vary cautious of booking this property.

On Saturday morning we didnt have electricity so around 11 the firefighters were there to fix something that burn, nobody inform anyone about what happened. The air condirioning didnt work all saturday and sunday and still nobody come or text us about it. When i asked for some sort of credit they said that is not our problem because my reservation was made through Expedia. I dont appreciate how they treat us or orher guests. I wont recommend it.

The front desk guys were nice, but not very accomodating for an amenity such as AC. We were not given a refund or offered anything but free parking. Was a miserable stay. Really would like a refund. Toilet paper holder was broken, there were no sheets for the fold out couch, and paint was chipped in bathroom. I am not one to leave reviews or be very negative, but it was an awful waste of money for what we got. We usually stay there once or twice a year for a Braves game, but the place has gone far downhill and we won't be staying there again.

The elevator was out. People had to line up to use the service elevator. The AC was out. The pool was not cleaned and was out of service. Parking was an extra $22 a night and was not advertised ahead of time.

The indoor pool wasn’t heated and that was a big reason for booking hotel. Also a few doors didn’t work in the room or were difficult to close. Not enough outlets in the room. Staff was great, rooms clean. Just not a great experience.

Unfortunately, the fire alarm went off twice during our stay. We could not figure out how to find all the flights of steps going down. Many people especially in the morning were in the same situation. A staff member helped us to the service elevator. When we finally made it down to breakfast just a little after 9 there was hardly any food left.

On the outside, the hotel looks nice. However, our room had a linking and non-draining sink, a toilet that did not flush, and a TV that did not work. We selected the hotel for the indoor pool; however, the pool was extremely cold and dirty. Several families with kids were disappointed. Then, the next day when we tried to get downstairs for breakfast the elevators were packed and the power went out while waiting. We opted for the stairs, but had trouble determining how to get from the third floor to the lobby because the stairs end there. When we finally made it to the lobby there was a very long line for a disappointing breakfast. It was there that things got worse as the lights continued to flicker and a fire alarm sounded the entire time. Firefighters arrived and when we left 1.5 hours later they were still there and the elevators did not work.

In town for a Braves game, amazing location! Restaurants and ballpark all with in walking distance. Room was perfect and breakfast was top notch. We interacted with 3 staff members 2 were great and 1 was uniformed.

The pull out bed was stained with red liquid on the mattress. No one was available to bring bed linens up for the bed (there were none on the bed). Had to go down to the front desk and carry them all back up 7 floors. Our Marriott Bonvoy “welcome bag” Was a paper bag with 1 bottled water inside. Why even bother?

The staff is wonderful but the room was terrible. It had a weird funk, yellow stains on the pull out mattress, toilets don't flush, and the tub didn't drain well.

Wonderful and comfortable stay. The suites give you enough space to breathe. Everything was clean and the food was great downstairs. Didn’t need any help so can’t really speak to staff or requests. Excited to stay again for my next conference. Easy to get around to everything near Truist Park.

The location and the hall was quiet! There is no ice machine on the seventh floor, the on-site parking charge...absurd for hotel guest stays. Visiting, yeah, stays should be deeply discounted or free. Breakfast was continental at best.

I wish we originally booked a city view but overall it was nice . The only issue we had was the outdoor pool was closed due to rain and when my daughter used the microwave- it knocked the power out in the bathroom and bedroom . The staff couldn’t fix it so we packed up and moved to a room higher up on the 10th floor

We really enjoyed our stay at the Sheraton. The room was spacious which was a plus, but the bed was not as comfortable. The bathroom was too small and the toilet water had a very bad odor. Cumberland mall was very convenient, but too far from downtown. Overall, great stay.

The view faced Truist Park and the surrounding tall buildings. It was nice to see all the lights, since we are from the country. Our room was a king suite, and the living room furniture was comfortable, with a sectional sofa and a huge TV. There were sliding doors separating the living room from the bedroom, so it felt relaxing and spacious. The bed was nice, but a little firm for me. The pillows were soft and squishy to make up for it. The free breakfast included sausage, eggs, fruit, biscuits, cereal, and Starbucks coffee. It was a great value. I could hear trucks sputtering until late at night, but that is a part of city life.

Everything was first class. The check in and out was easy and fast. The staff and especially the server at the bar and restaurant were professional and friendly. The room was one of the best we have ever stayed in. This hotel genuinely deserves to be labelled luxury.

The rooms were clean and spacious. My only issue in the room was that the bathtub did not drain properly while I was showering, causing water to pool up to my ankles. Additionally, the elevator took a long time to reach our floor, so my husband and daughters decided to take the stairs. However, when they reached the third floor, the stairwell ended and did not provide access to the first floor. We exited on the third floor, found another stairwell, and experienced the same issue each stairwell only went down one flight with no access to lower floors. This is a serious fire hazard. I wish I had taken a picture of it.

Nice place and room. Only drawback was that the hot water in the shower would go cold quick and that if you tried to adjust it more the pipes would make a sound. But overal it was a 8 out 10.

The room was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable and breakfast had options for every person in our family.

Check-in was the biggest minus Star factor. Very rushed. Zero explanation of anything. Parking, location of elevators, breakfast, ROOM NUMBER, etc. (it was scribbled on the card. ) Then the room itself was relatively nice. But…so many things wrong. The pocket doors were broken. The rods were missing for the curtains. They were out of extra pillows and blankets. The couch had a moldy smell when laying on it. There wasn’t a bathroom fan so zero air circulation when showering or using the toilet. TVs speakers face the opposite room. So if watching both tvs at the same time ..any loud sound echoed in the other room. A lot of “ opps sorry “ and quick volume adjustments happened. Overall none of us got any sleep. The only saving grace was the breakfast. It was phenomenal. And the free Starbucks coffee!! Will definitely go to another hotel when visiting family.

I guess I didn't read the small print and wasn't told at check in, but there was a $22 fee to park in the garage. It came out of the $100 deposit collected at check in. It's Atlanta, so that was not a big surprise to charged to park. Breakfast was okay. The usual foods, eggs, potatoes, breakfast meats, oatmeal, yogurt, juice and coffee. Waffle maker and sweets. I'd stay here again.

Someone searched through my luggage when I was out of my room (1516). Decor of the hotel was excellent . Staff in the dinner room during breakfast treated me as if I was an unwanted guest.

Beautiful hotel and room. Check in and out was smooth as was using the attached parking garage. Slightly inconvenient that the garage doesn’t attach to the hotel itself so you have to go down to the bottom floor and through the main lobby after parking, but no big deal. Room was clean, great layout. Tv in bedroom didn’t work but not a big deal for us, we also didn’t try to ask to get it fixed as it was a quick stay for us. The tv in the living room worked beautifully. Good breakfast buffet and the bar/restaurant attached Hank’s had good food. We will definitely stay here again on return trips to Atlanta. Great location as well.

Decent hotel. Nothing extravagant, but very decent. Definitely clean. The booking, checkin and check out were ver simple.

The property is lovely. Next door garage parking ($22/day) was well worth it to me. We stayed in the king suite which was more than adequate in size. The bathroom was very spacious. Unfortunately our door separating the bedroom from living space was off the rails and could not be shut. However, the maintenance person was more than ready and willing to assist, we did turn the assistance down as we were only there for one nite. The restaurant, Hank's, is absolutely amazing. We ordered chicken salad sliders and a burger for dinner. Listen.. the food was excellent! Front desk ladies, both shifts, were rich in grace. It was an outstanding nite at this property.

Our stay in the Atlanta area was wonderful. Clean room. Comfortable beds and pillows. The suite room we chose was great. Views from room was very nice with plenty of trees which camouflaged being on main road with nearby access to malls, restaurants and truist park. Friendly and knowledgeable front desk staff. Easy entrance and exit to and from hotel to parking garage and to main road. Having a nice selection/hot breakfast included with room price was a really nice perk. Also the Starbucks in lobby was a nice perk as well.

The shower made a very loud noise and was shaking when the hot water was on.

The room was clean and staff were nice. The breakfast area was also setup beautiful and staff kept all food items restocked without asking.

I was overcharged for my stay. There was a BIG difference in what Orbitz quoted me and what I paid.

Now, the reason I did not give 5 stars was our room (308) had several items that needed to be addressed by maintenance. The doors separating the sitting area from the bedroom were off the track so we couldn't close them. The toilet needed adjusted because it ran constantly and the sink stopper was missing. Finally, the shower faucet dripped unless you turned the handle very very hard to the off position. All small things, but after the third or fourth one they added up. Again, we had a good stay under difficult circumstances but your staff is top notch.

Front Desk Representative Tiffany exemplified excellence in customer service. She acknowledge each customer in line and moved the line quickly. The room was very clean and the property is in a great location.

This is an older hotel, and you can smell that in the halls and in some of the rooms.. maybe more fragrance throughout the halls and rooms Clean the carpets or say no to pets, you can smell animals.. sorry

The property is in a great location! Literally can just walk to the mall. The room was nice but needed some things fixed. The doors to the bedroom wouldn’t close. The toilet is really low. The door to the bathroom from the bedroom wouldn’t close either. The service was subpar. The gentleman that checked us in and the bartender was not too friendly. However, the young lady who checked us out was very friendly. Would I go back? Most likely not but it’s okay for a one night stay.

Breakfast was great. Rooms clean and family friendly. However the power went out in one of our suites but the staff fixed it immediately.

I stayed at this hotel during the weekend for a concert at Truist park. Hotel was walking distance from my event and I did not have to deal with traffic to or from the event. The room was clean and spacious. Great stay for the weekend.

We felt very safe at this hotel. The best part was accessibility to Truist Park. The room was spacious. We enjoyed our stay but I thought it was overpriced. The room was clean but the toilet paper holder was loose, the pocket door from the bedroom to the bathroom looked horrible, and the back of the bathroom door looks worn.

All was very good, but I had trouble finding the elevator. The staff quickly helped me.

The hotel was beautiful and clean. There was easy access from the parking garage to the hotel. The negatives I have are- the front staff. They didn’t seem very interested in providing guests a welcoming experience. There was a party going on right below our room and I was told I could buy ear plugs in the cafe(which was blocked off). If you’re having a party I suggest providing the lower level guests with ear plugs at no charge. It lasted until 11 pm. The bar/dining area was supposed to be open until 11pm according to the website, however when we tried to order at 10:15 we were told the kitchen was closed. The bartender was not friendly. The hotel was nice,however, I would suggest some staff training on how to accommodate your guests.

Only con was that the crosswalk was closed due to construction and we had to take a detour walking to the Braves game which didn’t feel safe. Especially walking back after the game in the dark.

No hot water in the morning, 7 story parking garage elevator out of order and hotels.com stated that parking was included but I was charged. Hot breakfast buffet was cold. Hotel staff was not knowledgeable regarding detour to Truist Park.

We stayed here to attend the Braves game. Check in was at 4 but we arrived early and were able to check in by 11:30. Everyone at the front desk was nice and helpful! Would definitely stay here again. The walk to the game and after was fine. There was a lot of police presence after the game to assist in getting across the walkways!

I tried to explain to guest services that I was charged twice for my stay saw the receipt and they adjusted my bill for 1 day. Because I paid with a third party they wanted me to contact them knowing it would be simpler to cancel the payment from my credit card . So I ended up paying 2 times for 1 room. Horrible experience

Very nice hotel! It is within walking distance of Truist Park. The shopping mall and Costco are right behind it, providing plenty of dining and shopping options. The room was well laid out and comfortable. I was in an adjoining room and the neighbors were loud, do try and avoid that. I come down to Atlanta a couple times a year to see Mets vs Braves games. I will definitely stay here again

We stayed for the family to go to a braves game. It is within walking distance to the ball park. The staff was excellent and so friendly. The breakfast is hot and delicious. Our room was clean and spacious. We will definitely book again when we go to another game.

My one complaint was the cleaning staff knocking on doors at 8am asking when we would be leaving. (Check-out is noon.) This was a little jarring considering we were in town for an event and didn't get back to our rooms until midnight.

The hotel is very clean, the food is good and the staff friendly, what more could you ask for? Sierra at the front desk was incredibly helpful and friendly. We were there for a Braves game, and Sierra gave us good advice that made our stay perfect. We will definitely be back for future games.

Hotel was nice and roomy, bare minimum toiletries and wasn't aware you had to pay for parking. There was a long line at check in and only two staff. Service was ok. Would've liked to been told about some of the available amenities, especially since the room had no amenities booklet as is typically available and very limited info on the TV guide. Price was mid to higher end so not really a value. Would likely look at a hotel closer to the park, next time as nothing stood out

The hotel was clean, well stocked, and in a great location. Me and my friend were visiting for a concert at Truist Park, which was just a 10 minute walk away. Aside from that, there were also plenty of interactive places nearby, lots of restaurants, and a mall. If I’m ever needing to attend an event in that area again, I’d check here 1st

Staff was super friendly and helpful. We had an issue with our lights and mini fridge and someone was in our room within 20 minutes to fix it.

Hotel was beautiful. Loved the room. Super nice staff. The cold water was not cold, brushed our teeth with warm/hot water. The tub was clogged. We loved everything else about the hotel. Lots of places in the room and in the lobby for meeting with family/friends/business. Breakfast was pretty good... lots of choices. I never love paying for parking but - knew that up front.
