Renaissance Concourse Atlanta Airport Hotel

Hotel is currently under renovation. The staff was super helpful and friendly. The room was clean, but no microwave, and all it was only one outlet for a charger with no box, so I had to juggle charging my phones. Breakfast was good there also.

Excellent hotel but the restauran was slow good service but be prepared to wait.

They were very nice and helpful in the restaurant (which raised my eval to okay) The fitness center had decent equipment but no wipes to clean anything, so I didn’t use it

Loved the bathroom renovations and loved the balcony view of the runways. The hotel staff were amazing and the breakfast at the restaurant was sooo good! Valet service and staff were great and so friendly! Fresh lemonade and popcorn in the lobby was so fun and convenient. We had the best stay!

Room was clean, bed comfortable, most staff friendly or helpful. The ability to store my belongings safely. Not enough handicapped parking. No assistance with luggage from long walk-in parking lot for disabled. There are no bottles of water in my room. The restaurant experience was a complete disaster. Our group literally waited hours to be served chips and have our orders taken. The wait for our food was equally long. The bar was short staffed, and one of our members had to assist by taking orders for our tables!! One waitress was horrible to staff, and the manager Folo seemed irritated with our group. It took over 1 hour just to get our bills, and it was a circus trying to pay. Never again!!! We were going to leave and go to Spondivits and then the staff suddenly says we can be accommodated. But just left us waiting, and waiting, and waiting. The carpets in hallways make it difficult to roll luggage.

Very clean and staff was very friendly. We had a balcony room that over looked the runway and could watch the planes take off even though we were right next to the airport with runway view the room was quite will definitely stay again

Let’s start off with the good. The woman that worked the front desk was excellent. She did everything she could to make my stay better. Also, the van driver at 5:20 in the morning did an excellent job. Now for the bed. The driver that picked me up never stopped the first time he drove through the pick up area and just kept going. It took me three attempts to find the satisfactory room. The first room smelled like chemicals from the construction going on in the hotel. The second room was noisy from the airport and the third room was what I expect from a high-quality hotel. For some reason Friday nights, they play a movie in the lobby. Well, it echoes through the whole hotel. Even though no one is watching they have the volume cranked up. Then in the morning, they say that they have coffee, but no one was interested in brewing it. This hotel was a real disappointment to me. This used to be my favorite hotel to stay at not anymore. What a shame.

Location. We had no hot water and was not told until after check in we were leaving next day fairly early and we checked in late so we stayed but disappointed!

Beautiful hotel that is just starting to show its age. Room was very humid upon arrival and only got mildly better but turning the AC down, but the AC stopped cooling as well halfway thru the night so it wasn’t a great night’s sleep.

The staff were wonderful: the front desk representatives; the breakfast servers, especially Vacari; the food was delicious; so many pluses! The place is under construction on many floors. It was loud (drillings) throughout the day 8:30am until 6:00pm They should have discounted our rates!

The beds were very comfortable. The room had enough space. Only one shuttle bus so you have to wait 20 minutes.

The shuttle service on international arrivals is a problem. When arriving at the International F concourse, there is no direct shuttle service to the hotel. Therefore, you waste 45 minutes taking an airport shuttle from the F gates back to the domestic gates, which passes right in front of the property, simply to wait for and take another shuttle to the hotel (or spend $30 on an Uber). The shuttles fill up in the morning. We saw several people left behind at a 5:40 AM pickup (the shuttles run every 20 minutes), so get to the queue at least 10 minutes before your planned shuttle (15 minutes to be sure). The only other negative was that the service at the lobby bar/restaurant was ridiculously slow. After a long international flight, waiting almost an hour for a club sandwich at a nearly empty restaurant isn't the experience one hopes for. Even getting the bill took 15 minutes and two requests.

The price is crazy for 1 night. For staying less than 12hrs and it costs of $300....for what?

The front desk staff instructed me to cancel my existing reservation and pay them directly to secure a room. I followed their instructions, but I have now been charged twice: once by Booking.com for the original reservation and once by the hotel for the direct booking. I am requesting an immediate refund of the duplicate charge.

Our dinner waitress was fabulous, an Asian lady whose name I don’t recall, but the food was pretty mediocre.

I only stayed one night

April 2026 lots of construction and it really needs updating… might be great after work is complete. Breakfast was fair. Location can’t be beat for airport convenience. Clean environment and nice staff.

Quiet, clean rooms, comfortable beds, super convenient to the airport and some really good local eateries.

We ordered pizza, it was delicious and brought to our room in a very timely manner. The front desk staff was super kind and helpful explaining what all the amenities were. We had a 5 year old with us so he did ok but if you have toddlers, our room had a very large, fancy mirror. Just check out the room just in case your room has one. The room was spacious and the bathroom was soo beautiful! The water pressure in the shower was amazing too.

Always feel like a star at this hotel. My balcony overlooking the runways, the massive indoor atrium lobby never uncomfortable. Consistently excellent food at breakfast and bar made to order with a smile never leaves me unsatisfied. Mahi tacos with Sriracha mayo my fav

Not happy with this place. It’s super loud! You can hear the airplanes, people talking and clicking and clacking all night. I barely slept. And the valet guy is horrible. He was super mean, he told me we better bring the luggage rack back down. He didn’t want to open the parking lot here for me. He seems like a miserable person. On top of all that the TV barely worked. Worst hotel I’ve ever been to.

I had an absolute nightmare of a trip from Costa Rica home, including 2 missed rebooks. The front desk let me know immediately that the restaurant was closing in 20 minutes and to go there first. They allowed me to order a cocktail and place a food order 5 minutes before close. Everything was incredibly delicious and the bartender was lovely - he didn’t make it feel like an imposition. He packaged it all up for me to take to my room. I tipped him 50%. The front desk checked me in quickly AND THEY GIT ME A TOOTHBRUSH AND TOOTHPASTE!!! Mine was in my luggage - which made the flight I missed. The bed was very comfortable - and I’m picky. If I ever go back to Atlanta Hartfield - and I will absolutely endeavour NOT to - I will absolutely book a room here again!!!!

This is our second time staying at this hotel and we absolutely love it! The balcony rooms overlooking the Atlanta airport were nothing short of breathtaking! We will definitely be back

It took an hour and 3 phone calls to choice. The quality was also poor. The cereal we wanted was not available so they just substituted any random alternative. They brought decaffeinated tea. They forgot the cream cheese for my bagel. The toast was cold. We had to eat it quickly due to the how late it was and we had a flight to catch. Plus it was expensive for the quality. We had another stay here for our way back which I've cancelled.

The room was clean. The staff was friendly. Though we stayed by the airport we were given a room on the quiet side. So, we had a peaceful night. We enjoyed dinner at the bar and were able to take in views of the planes taking off, which was nice.

the front desk clerks at check in and check out were great. The only complaint was we had to pay to park in a lot that is part of the hotel, $25 and we are guest in YOUR hotel. I don't charge my guest to park in my parking lot when they visit me. The breakfast bar and service was great. the beds were comfy and room well kept.

The room and bathtub were clean, even though is next to the airport we have no complain over planes noise. The staff was kinda grumpy, and the stay didn't include wifi, hopefully we got roaming to complete some travels needs like web check-in and stuff.

We lit $285 CAD on fire and went to another hotel. No water...no thanks - you shouldn't even be allowed to have guests book your hotel if that's the case.

Keep the Chef but update the rest. It’s a pretty pricey hotel for a room that they shut off the water for. Water kept going cold and my room had a bunch of fruit flies. Hope they do better because it could be a really good hotel

Check in lady was so very rude to me and others in the line checking in- no info given about the hotel, she didn’t smile to me or the others in the line- maybe she was having a bad day but it was not very nice. I said thank you to her she didn’t respond back. Customer service training would go very far.

Absolutely fantastic experience. As a traveler with mobility issues, it was lovely to see a room that was safe and fit my needs. Toiletries were not horridly over fragrances so I could actually-use- them,which was a nice bonus. Staff was wonderful and check in was a breeze.

The Renaissance was easy to find, the room was very comfortable and dining options were good. We'd definitely stay there again.

The hotel was immaculate and the room was comfortable and nicely decorated for an older hotel. The shuttle was convenient and runs about every 20 minutes to the airport.

The toilet in my room didn’t flush properly, which was quite inconvenient. I also found it frustrating that I had to sign up for a Marriott Bonvoy account just to access the Wi-Fi. Additionally, there was no breakfast buffet; I had to order food separately, and breakfast alone cost me $46 CAD. For the price, I expected a higher standard of service and amenities. Overall, my stay was average and did not feel like good value for the amount paid.

Room clearly had vomit on the window shades and carpet that someone just sprayed bleach on so it wouldn't smell the room immediately smelled like mold as soon as the AC / heater kicked on the bed was fantastic if they kept up on the place a little bit better this would be a four-star rating honestly I just feel like I could have gotten a $100 comfort inn room and it would have been about the same

Having been a somewhat regular to this hotel on all our trips out of Atlanta, we have been able to see its slow lack of maintenance and its falling in disrepair. Our room was less than what you would expect from a $300/night room. The carpet was stained in multiple places, lighting outside on many of the balconies was not working, (ours was one these), lighting over the bathroom sink was either out or not working, shower control was at best rigged and common spaces were very dirty. Food was excellent as usual which is about the only positive I can give. The shuttle bus had to be called 3 times to arrive at the airport which took 45 minutes to arrive and the bus itself was dirty with an after party smell to it. Overall, until the property receives a makeover of some kind, we not stay there for future trips out of Atlanta. Renaissance please get your act together and do something with this property.

Beautiful hotel, right next to the airport. Food/drinks were very good, bit pricey, but was expected for high end hotel.

If you ask or book a runway view room like I did, you will be amazed by the view. It has to be the best airport view anywhere in the world, viewable from your own private balcony.

Spacious room. Convenient transportation to airport. Coffee cups are of poor quality, when you hold the cup the top becomes oval shape. Doesn’t sustain heat. Only 2 cups for an overnight stay!

No towels. No tv. Tub did not drain. No ice Shuttle took forever

Room I reserved was not available when I arrived to check in. (the time was 530pm) Waited for 25 minutes for an alternative room to be ready, (requested 2 queen beds airport view, was given king bed with airport view). Otherwise no other issues.

Very clean people very nice if you’re traveling out of state is easy access to the airport and the overall visit was very nice especially sitting in a balcony and watching the plane take off and land. That was a very nice experience for me and my husband.

Hotel had two fake fire alarms, and didn’t explain to us if we had to leave the hotel, or when we could come back in. Me and other guest got no sleep.

The property was clean and quiet. Safe for solo travelers I would have to say.

The rooms are just Old and the security locks. Looks like it’s been repaired about two dozen times with numerous holes in the wall like someone was trying to break in before. The bathroom hardware and showers are old. Carpet felt cruddy.

Hotel was nice. It was clean and room very well kept. Some employees not too customer friendly. Ask one of the maids for towels and she refused which brought all your customer service down. Everything at the hotel extremely expensive.

Our stay was simply for relaxation and to watch the planes. It was so nice to sleep at night hearing the planes taking off and landing. Loved access to the balcony at your hotel. We just stayed at a hotel in Midtown where the balconies were sealed shot (to our surprise). We will definitely stay at your hotel again.

The system switched my dates. I wanted a one night stay late at night so I selected “Saturday-Saturday” but it changed it to Saturday afternoon thru Sunday without my consent which wouldn’t work. I called to cancel but no one answered my calls and even hotels.com reps couldn’t cancel the reservation. They took my money and still gave the room to someone else. Such a scam! I already told all my coworkers never to stay here when they’re in Atlanta.

The property is convenient and close to the airport. However, it is very noisy due to the runway being right next to the hotel. Also their restaurant is very limited.

I loved the stay everyone waz nice. As far as the room is concerned the lock on on the door did not work. Also the chair that goes to the desk was damaged. It had rips and tears on it. Also the ice machine did not work on my floor. I was in room 924

The room carpet was filthy. The pillow on the chair had a stain. The bathroom accommodations were old and out dated.

We arrived at 5:30pm. Check in is at 4. We reserved two rooms. Neither room was ready until 6:45pm. Cable was not working in either room.

The hotel was great. The staff were nice and the room was clean when we checked in! The only complaint was the hotel bus taking longer to pick us up to the hotel on Tuesday.

The 1st Room was was noisy and squeaky. The electrical outlets did not work. Only a few did so we had to take turns charging our phones. The squeaking was getting on my husband‘s Nurse so bad that we did change rooms and that second room the bed was OK, but again all the sockets were outdated didn’t have proper access for current cell phones and most of the wall sockets again we’re not working so they they do need to have major upgrades the club lounge and concierge club was not available and I pay extra for that. I was told that it was shut down for the entire week.

The staff offered us a sheet and a quieter area to rest/wait until a room was ready. We were treated so kindly. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a wonderful stay near the airport.

I called down to ask for extra towels and I was told by the front desk that they do not give extra towels they only exchange dirty towels. I have never had that happen to me at any hotel ever.

Reserved two queen beds but only had 1 king bed. Very frustrating with a family of 4 and reception didn’t mention the change. The room smelled like cigarettes and the sheets felt damp. Due to flight issues we were only in the room for a few hours so we had to deal with it.

It was great! Cant wait to stay here again!

Due to Delta flight cancellation, after waiting on tarmac for three hours, I obviously was not able to get there, and had to book hotel at BWI. So the total bill was $486 to stay six hours in BWI hotel. Never again.

Was the result of a missed flight so it satisfied our need for a place to stay overnight. Seems very nice with a free airport shuttle. Only issue was they charged me for a gift shop purchase and we were never in the gift shop. We got there after 10pm and left at 4 in the morning so the gift shop wasn’t even open. Need to investigate that…..

First room was moldy but they were friendly and changed me when I asked. It’s pretty dated.
