The property was very pretty in the inside and the rooms were clean We had to pay and $35 to park in the hotel parking lot. Our check in time was 4pm and we arrived about 15 minutes early but was not able to get in our room until almost 5pm. Which was an inconvenience we need to be at the ball park at 5.

I have stayed at this hotel many times. I was recently there 21-24 May, but hadn't stayed there in years. The hotel is still amazing! Clean comfortable rooms, excellent service, friendly staff-I love this hotel!

The checkin staff was very helpful and pleasant. Rooms were nice and spacious and clean. My iced coffee and bacon croissant were both really good. It was a convenient walk to the battery and Braves game. Room was quiet and clean and comfortable sleep

We came in to go to a Braves game. This was the right place. They have some great Braves themed decor. The restaurants had a great food, and it was convenient to walk to the park. Self-parking was easy, and the valet at the door did a great job of explaining the parking situation. The room was clean and comfortable. We got a package that made parking $5 a night and a $25 credit to use for food or items at the store on the property. It was a very good value. We would definitely stay there again.

I enjoyed being able to check in a head of time due to the baseball game starting at 1pm. I enjoyed being able to walk to the park with no issues. I enjoyed being able to dine at the hotel bar after the game was over. Love staying here when I visit Atlanta.

A little further from the Atlanta Braves stadium than expected.

Called ahead and asked to get early check in - we were told that would be no problem. We arrived around 3:15, just 45 mins before regular check in and we were told there were no rooms ready due to 100% capacity the night before. They took my number and told me they would call when my room was ready. Around 4:15 I went back to the front desk to check on the status of my room since check in was supposed to be at 4. I was then told that if I nobody had contacted me yet, my room was still not ready. I asked about how much longer they thought it would be and they told me they did not know because housekeeping was behind and could not give me an answer. This one particular staff member was very rude and short with me, and acted like it was totally acceptable to have a 4pm check in time, but not have the rooms ready for guests. She even called one of the employees from housekeeping away from cleaning to come down to the front to help, which she later admitted was her fault and slowed down the progress. I finally got a call around 4:45 saying my room was ready. This place seems poorly managed, and totally inconsiderate of guests and their time. When I’m paying over $300 a night, I expect to have a room ready for me at the 4pm check in time. I do understand that things happen, but to have no rooms ready for any guests seems ridiculous and a result of poor management.

It’s a nice building and liked the bay windows The property is in need of a major upgrade. The rooms and furniture are very outdated, with old lamps that barely function, worn carpets, and an old bathroom with a dated bathtub. The amenities were also disappointing for a 4-star hotel — only a couple of small toiletries were provided, Wi-Fi was charged separately, only one small bottle of water was included, and the minibar fridge was completely empty. The staff was unwelcoming, and the restaurant experience was very poor, with bad service and low-quality food. Both bars were closed during the stay, and the breakfast selection was basic and underwhelming. Overall, this hotel does not meet the standards expected from a 4-star property.

I love this hotel. The staff is amazing. The view is really enjoyable, though you really can’t see the actual baseball field. I love the convenience of it. I booked and did my room requests with Kayla and Christina who were both so wonderful, kind and professional. Oosha checked me in and she was outstanding. She was very genuine and had a great attitude. I stay here every year and I highly recommend it.

We chose the accessible room for the safety of the walk-in shower. Great staff, cleanliness and lots of crispy bacon for breakfast. Great location to walk to baseball game at Truist.

If you are staying for a game or business I definitely recommend staying at the renaissance next to the battery.

Everything was excellent except the attitude of the lady at the front desk on Friday afternoon.

The hotel was very nice and clean. And they hotel had great amenities. When I and my guest arrived the lady at the counter, was not very knowledgeable or pleasant. She told me there was nothing she could do because I did not have a physical card. The hotel room was paid for online with my Klarna card through hotel.com. The manager over heard her lack of experience or knowledge. And said yes your fine we just need a physical card for a deposit. We were about to leave due to a employee’s lack of knowledge and concern. Thanks to the manager who we asked for assistance and she was over heard the employee. Then the next day, it became one of my worse nights in life with a hotel manager, I believe her name was Tavia, that Saturday a guest that separately purchased a room had an episode and we were ask to leave by the manager and we would be refunded. It is now a legal matter being filed against two parties one being the hotel. I had absolutely nothing to do with the episode that took place. All I wanted was a some rest and relaxation from my extremely busy everyday life. And it was anything but that… love the hotel.

Expedia is a scam, thieves, a bunch of bull will never use your est. again. I requested a refund because of the weather 4 days before stay. The decor of the hotel is unappealing and cold

The location was close to Truist Park and to the mall. The staff was extremely kind, and the facility was very clean. I appreciated the “Elite” check-in line as the other line was crazy long. The bed was extremely firm which has caused me some back issues. I had requested the two rooms I reserved to be close together, but there were six floors between them. It was okay, but it could have been much more convenient for everyone to have been closer. When we arrived, it would have been nice to be able to unload luggage at the front of the hotel, but we weren’t allowed to do so due to that area being used for valet parking only. We had to get a ticket and go find a place to park (which was quite far away due to the many guests at the hotel), then haul our belongings back up to the hotel. Since we had to park in the furthest row away, it was difficult!

There is no restaurant where you can actually sit down and be served dinner. Room service was delivered in a paper bag, our burgers and salad in plastic containers along with plastic forks. There were no napkins included, forcing us to use towels in their place. The room was spacious and looked decent, but we had to share it with numerous small cockroaches skirmishing along the walls and ceiling. The TV was a very large Samsung flat screen model with Netflix included, but only if you are a Netflix subscriber. The TV was almost useless because the remote took several button presses to accomplish anything, and the Internet connection so poor that it took a full minute or more to load Netflix and any of its streaming offerings. Speaking of the internet, it costs $12.99 for in-room wi-fi. Finally, the mattress was very soft and uncomfortable, causing us both to wake up with back pains. We will not be back.

Wasn't able to stay. My car got broken into and hotel didn't care. I had proof obviously from my car and police report. Took police 7 hours to get to us to do nothing but write a report. Called the hotel for a refund because it was unsafe to be in an area where I just got my car broken into. They said no so free money for them and I didn't get to stay.

I get my receipt and see a charge for $6 for those water bottles. Was not told there were fees for either of those items. I only noticed when I reviewed my bank account. We have stayed here multiple times but will no longer be doing so. Each time, our room has never been ready at 4 and now they want to charge extra to park in their parking lot even if you have a room. Getting too greedy so we will be using a different hotel going forward.

They need better instructions of house the stairwells. After the Braves game it was crazy busy at the elevators and they were not all in service. Those on the first two floors would’ve walked the stairs if they’d been obviously marked

Overall we had a wonderful stay. My only complaint would be the tiles in the shower were filthy. You could see the dust in it. Also, the water pressure was terrible.

What happened to the corn hole?! Something fun that is out in lobby was not there this time…..bummer for our family who like to do that to pass time. Other than that great stay!

They tried to downgrade the room I booked to a lesser room and I had to wait till after 6 to check in due to it wasn’t clean when check in is at 4 pm making me late to dinner , then the maid the next morning just walked in the room on us before 11 and I had a 12 check out time the room was great but the other stuff was awful

Our stay was great! We came down for the Phillies vs Braves series! It was a 10 minute easy walk to the battery/ball park! The only negative and it’s a minor one; there’s no exhaust fan in the bathroom.

Stayed here for a concert at Truist. This was conveniently located near the park amd near shopping/food. I do wish there had been a door into the hotel from the backside.

The hotel was excellent for its location. We went to a concert one night and a Braves baseball game the next night and could walk to both venues. The hotel is very nice but showing it’s 40+ years of age. The toilets are very low to the ground even lower than a standard residential toilet. The water pressure in the tub/shower is also low which brings down the overall rating. For a two or three night stay, the hotel will work. I recommend it be updated to work for seniors.

Excellent place to stay before a game at Truist.

Very friendly front desk staff. Was able to check-in a bit early. Room was nice, bed was very comfortable. T.V. didnt work and the tub felt like it was sunk in. I let the staff know when i checked out. So hopefully that gets fixed. But over all we would stay again.

This is my 4th year staying at this hotel. I am extremely happy with the staff and accommodations! The valet attendant Ashley is exceptional!!! Her attitude is so bubbly and it’s obvious that she loves her job, I appreciate that! I will most definitely continue staying here for business and personal.

I’ve stayed at this property several times but unfortunately, the room conditions have declined each stay. A renovation has been due for the last 2 years. I like the convenience of the hotel but not the rooms.

We had a great stay. The front desk was super friendly and helpful. The valet was very professional and quick. Very close to the battery which was a plus! Room was very clean and comfortable beds.

Way too overpriced for the cost. Hotels.com does a very poor job of information. This one was not only very expensive but charged an extra fee for parking. That was not stated by hotels.com Torn carpet in room. Biggest complaint is it is much too noisy. The open design magnifies the sound. They also allowed children to run amok in the hallways yelling which was just ridiculous. I have stayed in hotels at less than half this cost and had a better experience.

Great place to stay only frustrating thing was parking and they don’t tell you up front it’s 35.00 for a parking pass

Absolutely loved my stay! The place was immaculate and gave off such a welcoming vibe. It truly made my experience enjoyable!

Parking was ok. Room was ok. AC was very loud and rattling and the layout of the hotel made for insane noise levels coming from the bar/lobby area at very late hours.

This was my first visit to this property and overall my stay was excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful. However, I did have one maintenance issue that was resolved in a very timely manner when I reported it to the front desk.

Nice hotel, clean rooms, convenient location, fantastic staff, amazing breakfast. We really enjoyed our stay! The pool area needs some work - it sounded like they were looking into it. I really hope they will renovate it, then this will definitely be my go to choice for any quick getaways.
