The property was clean. The room was well designed and decorated.

I liked that the rooms seeemed sound proof. I could not hear other people at all, which was nice. I was afraid to use anything in the room out of fear of getting charged for it. So I did not use anything. I focused on sleeping bathing and leaving this untouched and the way I found them.

This hotel is very conveniently located next to sky train for easy access to the airport. It is clean. Has very friendly staff. Nice bar. Delicious food. Love the outdoor patio. Even though it’s very loud with planes departing every 5 minutes, it was a beautiful warm and pleasant evening. Would definitely stay here again

I had paid a third-party for parking at their parking garage per advice from a staff previously at the hotel. When I arrive, they would not honor that and charged me again for their fee, which was three times as much. After trying to reason. I was getting nowhere and due to exhaustion from travel and limited choices due to the time I arrived I gave in and paid. I will never stay there again nor will anybody I know.

Nothing Paid via Booking.com and reservation confirmation emails were all received both from booking.com and the hotel itself. upon arrival after a very long flight from the UK, staff said they had no record of the booking, despite me showing proof and having a restaurant booking at the hotel also confirmed, and that they had no rooms. I was left late night in a strange city to find an alternative room. Staff at the hotel couldn't care less.

The hotel is conveniently located from the airport and the Skytrain makes it easy to get to.

The reason I why I stay the Gateway Convention Center Hotels is for the convenience.The Shuttle site is directly across the street,they are is clean the restaurant has delicious food choices. The Bar makes wonderful drinks .

They told me the parking was free if I do it myself. But when I was checking out they charged me $90 for self parking. I only parked for 2 days and they charged me $90. While valet parking is only $5 extra. A total ripoff 😡. I basically walked in the rain and cold weather to save $5. Makes no sense.

Location close to the airport, very welcoming, clean and new.

Valet was really great and very professional, they properly greeted me, opened the car doors, helped with my luggages, the hotel staff weren’t bad, it’s just where I was placed. I was placed in a room exactly next to the fitness room, I couldn’t really get sleep because of people working out early in morning dropping dumbbells constantly to the ground, could’ve been around 6:00am. At around 8am when I finally was deep asleep I was waken up by housekeeping knocking on the door, and couldn’t go back to sleep no matter how hard I tried and I was really pissed, because I had a 10 hour drive to Florida. My question is if check out is at 11:00am, why would housekeeping be knocking on the door at 8:00am.

Hotel is nice, modern. Restaurant pretty good. The only thing that really annoyed me is that it was impossible to figure out how to call the front desk from the room land line phone. When I called the front desk on my cell phone, they could not explain to me how the land line phone works.

The first shower of the day was lukewarm next peraons shower was hot…? No complimentary lobby coffee, just the 2 single serve pouches in the room. The room cost was $360. Some complimentary coffee/tea in the lobby wouldn’t be too much to ask.

The staff was friendly, my room was clean and well appointed. All of the areas in the hotel looked nice and updated — I would definitely stay here again! Plus the convenience of being able to take the skytrain to and from the airport without needing a shuttle or to book an Uber was great and cost effective! 💫

Great hotel, this is probably more of a booking issue with hotels.com. After 2 flights with extreme delays and cancelled flights even before reaching this destination which was not my final stop. I booked a hotel for the night on hotel.com with my only option being the night of the 25th as it was about 1am. When I reached the desk I did not have a room available to me as check in was not till later in the afternoon. I had to pay for the additional night at full rate, not even the hotels.com rate. The girl at the front desk had zero compassion at all for what my day had been and I tried to explain that my only option to book was for July 25 because it was after midnight but I needed a room that night. Long story short, she did not care. Told me to call hotels.com for a refund.

I wrote the overnight agent's supervisor to commend the agent who treated me with such kind, compassion, and patient at 3:30 AM. She allowed me to check in 12 hours early which I realize is her job, but the way she treated me made me feel like I was important and mattered. The Ren never disappoints. Love that you can get to the rental return easily as well as to the domestic terminals. The recently upgraded room are spacious and bedding very comfortable. The restaurant staff is amazingly friendly and menu has enough to select from even for picky eaters.

Loved staying at the renaissance! Rooms are always clean, check in is always easy and plenty of towels and washcloths are provided. I would love it if the bar downstairs was opened earlier in the day, it would make it more convenient for guests - feels like a missed opportunity for the hotel.

The staff were very friendly. The hotels amentities were mediocre at best. The rooms were a little dated and dingy and i noticed little blqck bugs on the bed spread. I dont think they were bed bugs, but not a great impression. I would not stay agwin for the price. I have photos but cannot add them.

Number one for convenience, because you are at the hotel via Skytrain from the ATL Airport in just minutes, and once you step off the Skytrain and take the elevator down, it's just across the street. The hotel itself is very nice and modern. For my husband and I, who love a soft bed, the bed and pillows were excellent, very comfy. There is not carpet in the room, which I find is a big plus; however, our floor was suuuuper sticky. It felt like someone spilled juice and wiped it up with a dry towel. Your shoes would literally stick to it. We did tell the receptionist about it the next day, so they could fix that for the next guests staying in that room. I think the only thing that I did not like about the room is that the shower is separated from the bedroom with a glass wall, and if someone needs to turn the light on in the bathroom when the other person is still sleeping, it totally illuminates the bedroom. Oh, and if you're laying in bed, looking at the ceiling, it feels like you're sleeping in a parking garage. I guess it's meant to be that way, and some might call it modern. I'm a little older, so I don't quite get that, but that was just an observation and not meant to take away from the comfort and cleanliness of the room. Other than that, no complaints.

We always stay here when we have an overnight layover in Atlanta. Our favorite hotel- great decor, great room service and so easy to get to on the sky train.

I wasn’t expecting to have to stay at the hotel, I had missed my connecting flight. From the Atlanta airport, I just had to ride the sky train from luggage claim to the first stop. I had come in late, but food was available at the bar in the lobby, which was good.

It is very loud in the rear rooms of the hotel, there is a constant a/c unit outside all night, and lights from the parking garage come in the windows. The parking is 45 dollars per day, while the 10,000 space airport parking lot across the street is 16 unreserved and has 4 free EV charging stations per level. NONE at the hotel. The restaurant is very high priced. The family of 3 for breakfast was 80 dollars. To me, the hotel is pretty but it's designed heavily to make every dime it can. Over 500 dollars for one couple with us for room, parking, and food and we were there from 8 pm till 8 am.

I had specifically selected the Renaissance Hotel so that me, my wife and daughter could grab a cocktail at the bar and have a nice dinner at the Hickory & Hazel restaurant after traveling all day from San Francisco - Denver - Atlanta. To our surprise we learned at check in that both were closed for renovation without any notice. Staff told us we could walk across the street to a sports bar - no concession was offered. Is this the way to treat a Bonvoy customer, or any for that matter???

We had issues with the TV and front desk disregarded our complaint. Food was good but when we ordered to eat in our room food was put in plastic and we were given in adequate silverware. I had to go back down and ask for a plate and more silverware. Property should serve food eaten in the hotel on real plates and with real utensils.

Check in service was great!! Room was clean and bed was super comfortable. Restaurant service was terrible, waited as a solo diner for ten minutes, then moved to the bar to order dinner. Bar service was good. Food and drink prices were high. Convenience to the airport was 10/10. Only stayed for one night b/c I had a very early flight out of ATL.

Hotel was ok. Short visit and checked in after 11pm for a early am flight. First room was not clean, and floor was sticky and needed to change. provided new room and it was ok. expected more for a previous Platinum member now silver elite following lost points after COVID. Expectation remains the same as longstanding Marriot member. Overall for a 6 hour stay it was ok.

Loved the space, bed was really comfortable, staff were friendly. Ideal for catching the early flight we needed.

Overall great experience. Second time staying at this hotel. Only thing, they need to do a better job cleaning. Headboard and bed corners were full of dust.

Amazing hotel for overnight stay at ATL. Convenient location, only one stop by skytrain and 1minute walk. Clean and very comfortable. Highly recommended.
