Quality Inn & Suites near Six Flags East

Only second visit stayed two days this time and was forced to check out at 12 and check in again at 2. I stay in weekend hotels all over ga and never had to do that I will never stay their again I advise you to do the same.. stay away

Lady at the desk was incredibly rude, acted like it was a bother for us to check in or to ask questions. The whole place has a horrible smell to it. Carpet held together with silver tape in the hallways, and very dirty in areas. The rooms were run down, plaster on the cracks in the shower. Only provided 1 towel for a double queen bed room with multiple guest. Pool water was clean but gate was locked and the hours were 9am to 12pm only. The "continental breakfast" was severely lacking in fresh foods. The man cooked the eggs and potatoes in the microwave on the bar and dumped them into the serving container. Also watched the cameras as we were taking thing out to our vehicle prior to check out and when we took items out and tried to come back to get the rest they had already deactivated the card. This was at 1030 and check out was at 11, so plenty of time left before having to be out. This place had a bed to sleep on and that was it. It needs a lot of work done to it and definitely new staff operating it.

This was actually a great value stay. Knew what I was getting into and the room was priced accordingly. Didn't really need anything fancy and this place definitely got the job done. Felt a little unsafe a first, but believe I was just being overly cautious. Owner/manager staff was super nice.

I reserved a single room and ended up getting a double bed. Don’t know how that happened. I also paid a $60 deposit with my debit card. Still waiting on the money to return to my card. Looking to stay again in the future.

This place was just barely a step above a roach motel. If I hadn't been with my fiance, I would've cancelled because the place did not feel safe at all.

The staff are nice and keep up with the cleanliness every time someone left someone was cleaning for the next guest the breakfast was fresh every morning and the beds were clean and comfy children safe and it’s quiet. I stayed there for 3 to 4 weeks until I found my place they have laundry facilities and food in the area I walked to the stores near by but it’s perfect if you’re driving. Would stay there again. The price of the store near by I had no option when I needed food and I had to walk a bit to get to the bus. The hotel is great.

We came late past our time allowed ans the staff member was very nice and he still let us check in. Upon entry the building always smelled good and the room was just right also. The breakfast food provided was a plus. We arrived very late from Cleveland, Ohio so I was worried about not having a place to stay but he checked us in with no hesitation!!! Thank you so much!!!

The building is in rough condition. The room was musty and muggy. What pool? There were people loitering out front. I basically checked out an immediately moved my family down the highway to a cleaner better hotel.

We checked in and had 2 rooms both the non-smoking rooms had an overwhelming smoking smell. Both rooms were disgusting with a white powder on the floor. The bathrooms were clearly never cleaned. It looked like puke down the shower curtain and in the tub. There was a white powder on the floor. At that point we asked for a new room. As soon as we opened the door for the new room there was a cockroach on the floor. We said heck no we are out of here. The staff offered us a 3rd room but at that point we obviously knew what we were dealing with and said no we wouldn't be staying there. Also have to mention the men standing right outside the hotel looking for drugs as I was trying to hurry my kids up to get on the vehicle. Would never recommend this place.

I waited over 20 minutes in the lobby to check in. I rang the ring camera and called the front desk with no reply. The first room I was assigned was already occupied. Once I arrived in my 2nd assigned room it the linens were stained and the bathroom had hair all around.

It didn’t seem that they cleaned the room before we arrived. The coffee pot did not work. We did not have a blow dryer. We asked for towels to take a shower day 2 and they said they didn’t have any clean ones.

The staff at the property was really nice. Everything in our room worked properly The mattresses was very comfortable. The breakfast was the traditional hotel breakfast and it was good. The only thing I didn’t really care too much for was it needed to be cleaned up some outside the hotel?

Price was alright. Slightly moldy smell in the room. Breakfast was disappointing. Nice menu, but everything was off - weird spongy fake eggs, sour-tasting waffle batter.

We booked 2 rooms. There were roaches in both rooms. Appliances didn’t work such as fridge and coffee maker. The shower was dingy, I wore my shoes inside. The handles on all the drawers and cabinets were rusty, I was afraid to touch them.There wasn’t a shuttle to six flags as advertised. Breakfast didn’t include any protein. Signs were posted everywhere about what we’d be charged extra for, like taking breakfast out breakfast area or soiled rags. Bed coverings were dingy. Even after spraying with Lysol, my daughter didn’t want to get under the covers. First night there was a strong odor, smelt like feces. They don’t have a bathroom in the lobby so if you’re driving for hours, you may want to use it before you get there if you can’t hold it long enough to check in and get to your room. Female receptionist was horrible. In the hospitality industry but lacked hospitality.

DO NOT STAY HERE! We found rat droppings on my kids bed after waking up for six flags. If we did not get there so late Friday we would have left but we did early in the am. Do Not Stay Here! Staff was nice but never again! Especially if you have children!

It was the worst experience I’ve had with a hotel. It was my weekend with my daughter so I booked us a room in the city so we could do some fun things together. We didn’t even stay for a night. I was very uncomfortable and concerned about our safety. There were some doors that had holes drilled where the locks were supposed to be and some didn’t. The front entrance of the hotel is not presentable at all, but the surrounding areas seem safe. I noticed no pimps, prostitute, nor drug dealers hanging around in plain view. The staffs were courteous and professional. In the hotel, first floor across the reception desk is an ATM machine then about 15 feet is a Snack shop with frozen dinner, chips, noodles etc. On each floor is an Ice machine, a Microwave for the guests (no microwave in the room), a coin washing machine and dryer (a Laundry room). In my room, the carpet seemed clean and decent. There were Iron and iron board, a safe, a medium size fridge, a desk table with desk chair, a small closet to store your clothes and belongings, a 32 inch Fire tv with remote. No cable nor local TV stations were available. The tv does give you option to access your Netflix and Prime account. Moreover, there was a small coffee machine. The hotel did provide toiletries. The beds were comfortable and the pillows were firm. Breakfast was available upon request, which was hand-delivered in a small brown paper bag. It is consists of an apple, 2 small tangerine, a very small muffin, a couple small bags of baked cookie snacks. Upon entering the hotel and your room, you will experience a strong citrus smell. To get rid of the smell, just run the AC for at least 10 minutes.

The hotel was close to downtown that makes our trip easier. The cafeteria area floor was not cleaned. The hotel needs renovation as a whole because many things were even broken or not working correctly. The bath tub, toilet, carpet and others were not in good condition. Rooms were smell.

Hall carpets are stained, the handle for adjoining room fell off so not even sure it was secure. Chair had an unmatched cushion that was torn across the full length. But when I saw the 11/2 inch cockroach in the closet it was time to leave.

Choice Hotels and specifically Quality Inn should be ashamed of themselves for offering such a horrible place to stay. This hotel location is in a drug and prostitution infested area first and foremost. The entire place is nasty inside and outside. My family and I will NEVER stay here again guaranteed.

It was decent stay. Front desk staff friendly and worked for my needs. There was a bug in bathroom and a towel missed on back of bathroom door. The small free breakfast was nice to start the next day.

We reserved our room 6 hours before we got there. Upon arrival I was told they didn't have any rooms. I said I had made a reservation and the guy still, barely looking at me, said they had no rooms.

I had to find this motel in the middle of the night because my original motel the La Quinta Atlanta Perimeter overbooked and wouldn’t let us stay. The weather was bad on this night so I was happy to find this motel. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. The beds were really comfy and the rooms were clean. Very Grateful for finding this place.

Great place. Very clean and smells great. It looks terrible and ghetto while driving towards the property. If they can fix that part this hotel would be the very best in the area

The only issue that I had with this property was the cleanliness of the room. What appears to be clean when you walk through the door if you go and check the small things not very clean at all. However me and my wife did enjoy I stay at the hotel I believe that management need to pay attention more to small details

I have seen better Quality Inn hotels, the room was ok, but the breakfast was terrible, it should be 6 to 9am, when we went at 7:30 we barely found anything to eat, I complained to the front desk but never got any response but an apology that they cannot do anything about it.. just like that

I booked for a king size bed when I arrive at check-in I was told that there was no king beds available. I was placed in a two queen bedroom. Once getting placed into my room, I realize the room was extremely dirty. There was cigarette burns on everything dirty towels. I went back up to the front desk. I was shown three rooms which all of them was dirty all the time we got to the fourth room, it was somewhat satisfying. After about 30 to 40 minutes, running from room to room I was just tried and fed up. As I was getting on the phone with hotels.com the The front desk tenant called us before walking out of the door saying that a room just came available and the cleaners just got done with it. Mind you this is after 9:00 PM.

The room with dirty, stains on the bedding and sheets like it wasn’t changed out, the shower was not clean from the previous person there was used soap still in the shower, there were dead bugs all over the room and in the bed, the power work an hour for maintenance to get a cut back on and then I got back off again. The man at the front desk refused to give us another room. He was extremely rude

Had to double pay for a room only because the front desk didnt explan that I couldn't check in at the time I bought room online, even tho they told me to do so. I had to buy another room jus so I wouldn't have to sleep in car

This hotel looks nothing like the pictures. We pulled up and thought it was shut down. Theres trash and used condoms all over the parking lot. The pool was covered and had beer bottles everywhere. Walked in and the entire hotel had a funky smell. The man at the counter was friendly. We were checking for bugs in the room and there was condom boxes under the bed, clothes in the closet, stains on the bed. It was 10 mins to six flags( our destination). It was only 91 dollars. Dont let the pictures fool you. Wont be staying there again.

They only stocked up a few items for breakfast when I went down there at 6am when it started. Came back around 8am and they said what was out there was all they had. The guy at the front desk was very mean to me I was taking a call in the lobby and the man didn’t want me on the on my phone in the lobby as I waited for availability

This was a very challenging experience. The room was horrible. The nightstand look like they had a nightclub bar set up where it was spilt sticky stuff all over it. The bathroom was used. Carpet was dirty. The TV didn’t work plus, the screen of the TV was all covered with something, the guy downstairs said I’ll give you remote for the TV. I told him you have to give me another room give me another room. There was other place we go so I kinda stayed up all night the next morning when I left I saw a guy walking around with one of the hotel guys he look like a bodyguard. He wasn’t dressed nice And they would knock on doors making sure people were leaving on time, but it was a place that was very uncomfortable. I don’t know what

We did not end up staying at this hotel it was so nasty and unsafe, we checked in. They gave us the room keys. We went up, and it was nasty, not clean. We talked to the front deck and even asked for a manager wouldn't get one. They refused to do anything for us. So we asked to be checked right back out, and they refused. They even refused to give me a printout, proving that we checked out. Not only were the rooms very dirty, not cleaned what so ever. The hotel was very run down, with people having their doors open in the hallways and doing drugs in their rooms and drugs in the parking lot, I had notified the local police when we left. This was not a safe environment, especially when you have toddlers! You need to update your site either take this hotel off of it or let people know how run down and bad It is before somebody books it, this was a nightmare that no one should have to go through! Expedia is just as responsible for this as they are! We have been battling with the hotel and Expedia, trying to get a refund, and so far, we have been getting nowhere! Don't book here!!!!

Stay was good, room was nice but the hot breakfast was not, powder cream, no fresh coffee, a few muffins and bagels that’s it!! And the room smelled like old moldy food, when I say a few I mean not enough to feed 5 people was put out, no one stocked the food. They had nothing else.

I had the most difficult time showering and moving around this room and I felt I basically was punished for booking third party. He says it’s Expedia’s fault and he gets people who have the wrong room booked from Expedia all the time.

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had. I did not stay because it was unsafe. I walked into the hotel and there was prostitution going on. The pictures when booking was not correct. It was very dirty. This place is actually a truck stop, and you can pay by the hour. NEVER AGAIN!!!

He opened my door without knocking or announcing himself. When I was late checking out instead of letting me know he’d have to charge me he instead threatened to call the cops I’m not sure if this was because of race or not but I found this odd as I was never asked to leave prior to this interaction. Very unprofessional some of the worst service I’ve had in my life couldn’t pay me to stay at this inn again all because he works there and mind you, all this harassment happen while the hotel was empty it’s not booked or busy and I can see why do better quality inn

Staff was friendly and helpful. Our room (other than the bathroom) was very nicely remodeled. But the bathroom still needs considerable upgrades. The hotel was quiet and we rested well however.

There were stains on the bed sheet and cover along with mildew buildup on the shower curtain.

The hotel room appears to be decorated decades ago, cleaned, but with a musty oder. The pool is green, weeds and vegetation everywhere with used towels everywhere and childrens toys everywhere too. Breakfast consisted of hard bagels, cereal with no milk or bowels. Refrigerator did not work, dark, dirty.. someone from corporate should visit and review this property as they may want to pull the registered Quality Inn name if some major improvements are not made.

The guy at sign in was so nice but they had alive and dead 2inch cockroaches throughout the lobby and in our room. The pillows and sheets was bad stained, the breakfast was out of almost everything but bread and cereal , and the curtains to outside in the main part of our room was see through!! The shower head was broke. The guy doing the breakfast kept watching me like i was going to do something wrong. You could hear everything through the walls. This was honestly the worst hotel i think i have ever encountered!!

The sealent on tub was pealing away i was getting chips of paint on my feet
