The hotel has a great location and friendly staff, but the rooms are outdated and need maintenance. The pool was closed during many guests' stays, which was a disappointment.

As a traveler, I prioritize comfort in my trip. Imagine, your hotel AC
- 1/5
Rooms lacked telephones, mini fridge, and everything smelled moldy. From the carpets to the towels, everything was damp for no reason and this was the consensus of everyone we met during our stay. Even the bed sheets felt wet. There was zero air circulation even with a running AC/FAN unit. How do you charge 50/day for valet parking and your hotel is this terrible? I'm literally afraid my allergic asthma will peak after spending 3 nights in that room. Breakfast was 45 each with dirty cups and horrible food. Everything was cold. Not warm. Cold. This space shouldn't even be allowed in midtown Atlanta.
- 1/5
There were multiple rooms on our floor smoking marijuana, and the smell was strong throughout the hallway. The beds were worn out with noticeable springs, there was no mini fridge, and the handicap grab bars in the shower were pulling away from the wall. The bathroom itself was clean. The hotel also showed signs of poor upkeep. Carpets were torn in several hallways, wallpaper was peeling near elevators, and the ice machine on our floor was broken. I had to check several floors before finding one that worked. There were also chips thrown on the floor in front of several doors; crushed by guests. The valet operation was concerning. I witnessed attendants driving aggressively, backing vehicles over curbs, and scraping multiple cars on the steep garage entrance. One attendant struggled repeatedly to park a vehicle before speeding off to park it elsewhere. The guest Wi-Fi appeared completely open without any guest verification, and there were frequently people sleeping across the lobby couches. While the bathroom was clean, the lack of maintenance response, property condition, smoking issues, and valet concerns made this a disappointing experience. I would encourage management to focus on facility maintenance, guest safety, and service responsiveness.

Decent, but not great. Only book this hotel if you don’t plan on being in the hotel much.

This hotel presents beautifully. However, once you get into the room you may have a different experience, as did I. I had a suite with a kitchenette. The floors were so sticky that I had to put towels down in order to maneuver. There was no hair dryer and it took them nearly an hour to get me one in the morning. Delayed my departure. The bathtub was extremely slippery so I had to maintain caution as I showered. The bed was comfortable though.
- 4/5
Some channels of the TV set were displaying no signal & the telephone of the room without service. Those things I didn't like much
- 2/5
Walked in and stood there for 5 minutes until the lady finally got off her phone (texting). Wasn’t friendly at all. Won’t be back. Room is humid and wouldn’t go below 74..

Try calling fron desk multiple Times. No amswer. Went down to front desk and requested a new room. I was not moved. I was told the engineer would come check never. No one helped us. I requested a supervisor and i was told they were not available. We were too tired to leave to a different hotel. I had to leave the door open for 4 hours to cool the room off. Since the hallways were nice and cool. Terrible customer service There were other customers complaining about their rooms. They were told it was do to remodeling in the building.

It was a terrible motel 6 experience, we didn’t even want to stay a full night. We were there for 1 night to attend a graduation. The room was not cleaned well. Urine on the toilet seat and it felt very dirty. I asked for a microwave and refrigerator which were included in the amenities. They told me I could not receive a refrigerator per request, but it states it on the site. They also told me that they could not send a microwave to my room and that the only microwave available was the one in the lobby on the first floor. Which is very inconvenient because I stayed on the fourth floor. I also don’t like how I was basically forced to pay $50 for “valet” parking because there were no other places to park. The elevators were always crowded. The restaurants it mentioned on the listing were closed and not available. They had a snack bar which you had to pay for. And at one point the register stopped working so you could not pay for the snacks. It was a mess and I would not recommend it. It definitely should be rated a 1-3 star hotel. Lastly, what made me do my review is that I received a random charge from them a month later. Which is strange because I paid for the hotel through a third party site. Its just a lot of scamming going on which Atlanta is known for.
- 5/5
It is clear that the property was once a very modern and inviting hotel. As it has aged, the owners have not remodeled to continue presenting it as a modern property -- older carpet; walls not freshly painted. But, notwithstanding, the nightly room rates is what drew me to the property. Once there, I had a pleasant stay because it was conveniently located to the places that I needed to visit during my trip to Atlanta. The suite that I rented (at the favorable price that drew me to consider the property) was spacious, clean and accommodating. All things considered, I would stay here again should I have the need to be in the midtown area.
- 2/5
Insane parking $50 to valet a day or $30 to use parking garage a day but also $7 to wet time you come out and back in everytime. Absurd

There was mold in the shower and my shower towel looked as if it had been used before.

- 2/5
Outside of the room the carpeting was pulled up dangerously in multiple spots, and there was some sort of flood that had occurred. The carpeting squished as you walked over it, and had been that way for at least 16 hours. During that time I observed staff members cleaning other rooms right next to the flooded area. The elevators were disgusting, having an appearance of not being regularly cleaned. I tried my best to get transferred to another property, but was told that they could not do that. I would not recommend anyone stay at this location.
- 1/5
the room was cleane for the most part other than they’re being a last cluster on the bed, the staff weren’t necessarily the greatest when it came to overall customer service. The pool was closed three out of 10 would not recommend.
- 2/5
The pool is closed for renovations and that is not displayed anywhere. The room has torn sheets on the bed, silverfish big in the bathroom and as you walk through the hotel items definitely need to be fixed. The staff for the most part was friendly. Would not stay again.

Fighting in room next too us all night and and the police was called by us The girl was in there screaming for help. No one in their rooms ever called Security that was in the hotel never came. We had to call the police in our room, rooms and rugs where very dirty got out the shower feet was black as heck Hair was in one of the light fixtures of big clunker hair, black hair and we don’t even have black hair. My hair is a different color and My Friend was a different color. TV did not work. The phone did not work in the room so when the fighting broke out, we couldn’t even call downstairs with the phone in the room and we went there also for the pool which the pool is not even open it’s closed dirty not open and the parking is $50 per night. The valet parking is $50 a night and they don’t tell you that until you get there and there’s nowhere else to park. we got switched three times to different rooms which we had a double bed that we paid for they switched us to a single bed which was unacceptable so they gave us another room which TV didn’t work in that room no Other Phone the refrigerator that they gave us we had to ask for that and me and My Friend went out that night came back to the room was full of Freon where the refrigerator was leaking I ended up with a really bad headache. That’s what started us to them giving us another room and the rooms were messed up so but anyway. I would not want to recommend this hotel. They didn’t even give us our money back or anything

Great location. Staff was nice, parking was terrible and way too expensive . If valet is the only option at 50.00 a night include it in the price of the room to reduce sticker shock. 150.00 for a 3 night stay is crazy. Hotel itself is a little run down. My room was dark, musty, windows were bolted shut to the patio, towels were clean but dingy, mildew on the bathroom tiles. The room had a lot of wear and tear. The AC was old and had not been turned on combined with the sliding glass door being improperly sealed shut provided the musty dampness in the room. The room was dark because the light switches were broken. This was all in the upgraded room. The bed was clean and comfortable. I was told by the valet that they were planning to renovate. If so I will be back because I’m curious to see. The staff and location are great the building & parking need the TLC. It’s tolerable and relatively clean you just don’t feel squeaky clean.

The only positive thing I have to say about this hotel is that the staff is actually pretty amazing for being in such a crummy hotel. They keep such a sunny disposition, and they're very helpful. Now, for the rooms be prepared, they are very dated, and that's to include the furnishings, I get off the elevator on the floor and there's an overwhelming smell of curry mix with like urine you have to keep in mind that some of these rooms have kitchens and people actually cook meals in their rooms. So unless you can deal with that smell, I would avoid it

Our rooms air conditioning didn’t work and it was 75 degrees in our room the entire weekend. I asked for extra towels and no extra towels were delivered. Our floor had a bad smell to it. Only positive about the hotel was the bartender Tia. She was excellent.
- 1/5
We stayed here for 1 day of our five day stay. The staff was unhelpful and rude. We had called prior to discuss the pool and were told it’d be open. It was not. When confronting staff, we were told definitively it could not be their staff, as the pool had been under renovation months prior to our call. Additionally, our AC did not work, our hot water did not work, nor did the TV or WiFi. We swapped rooms, and all of the problems persisted. There was paint peeling off the walls, wires exposed in the ceilings, none of the ice machines functioned, the stairwells led to rooms that lacked exits and locked doors where key cards did not work. Overall a genuinely terrible experience. I don't often leave reviews, let alone scathing ones, but the PeachTree Hotel was atrocious. I wouldn’t recommend anyone stay there. Additionally, the parent company, Marriot-Bonvoy, was generally unhelpful and did not return my phone call. Do not support this business.

Great location and the property was kept clean. The room we stayed in was huge just a bit outdated. The one thing I did not like was the shared balcony with multiple rooms. It felt sketchy and unsafe.

The hotel used to be owned by IHG under Crowne plaza and it is night and day! Only two elevators worked which wasn’t a huge issue for me but anyone else it would be. They do not take Cash App or Chime cards so be aware. This is like a low budget hotel NOT 4 stars. Everything is outdated. Bed was comfortable though but everything is old. Think about ten years old. Security is there and stopped me at the elevator to ask if I was a resident and wanted to know my room number. Didn’t have my name or anything just profiled me. I used my card to get in the building and was stopped again. Security guards all over so that tells me that hotel is not a safe hotel.

The price point and the staff. It’s a bit outdated. The mattress in the bed did not fit the base in room 1003. The bathroom door was super heavy and hinges were rusty. Tv was extremely difficult to work, would be nice if they were more updated with a simpler remote. Better outlet option near beds, one of my charger block would not fit due to outlet place in lamp. Used a different one and it was very hot when I removed it. No ice on the 10th floor. Went to the 11th floor, no ice so had to go down to the 9th floor for ice. I had thought the hotel was closer to the Fox Theater which was a driver for booking along with the price point for somewhere just to sleep for the night. I chose this hotel based on that i thought it would be closer as it was showing on Booking.com as one of the closest, upon check in I find out it was an 8 min walk over several blocks up and over.

Overall I would give my stay at The Peachtree a 3.5/5. The staff was amazing and extremely helpful! I enjoyed the access to the Starbucks, bar, restaurant, and store on the lobby level. Also the hotel was very low maintenance and not a lot going on which made it peaceful at times. It is also in the perfect location for a lot of restaurants and activities. However, the hotel’s cleanliness should be improved. My room was stocked with towels, wash clothes, soap, etc, however you can tell a thorough clean was not done. If they enhance their cleaning of the rooms, shared bathrooms, and shared areas, this hotel would really be ideal! The hotel’s was accommodating for my weekend, however I would probably bot book here again.
- 3/5
The room was filthy including blood on the side of the toilet and a bed off of its frame. The pool was drained. The door didn’t latch properly. But I guess there’s new ownership and they plan to fix it up. Good location and the staff were nice.

The location was great...the bed was soft. I didn't like the fact that I booked mostly for the amenities and one of the main amenities was the roof top pool. Not only was the room without a fridge, phone, or microwave...the pool was closed. "renovations" Since the room didn't have a phone, I had to go back down to front desk to ask about the fridge not being in the room..I was told I had to book a room with a fridge...huh?! That was not an option when I booked! Elevators were slower every time we used them...had to use them to get ice, had to use them to ask why I didn't have a fridge, had to use them to use microwave that was located next to the front desk! Inconvenience!!!

The hotel’s location is excellent - walking distance to Midtown attractions and restaurants. The elevators worked fine despite negative reviews I’d read. The view from the hotel was also great. The room had several issues: poor lighting with one lamp not working, no hallway lights, a broken iron, and a coffee maker that didn’t heat water. The room also lacked a refrigerator and microwave. Another downside was that the bathtub drained very slowly. If location is your priority and you don’t mind basic amenities with some maintenance problems, it works. Otherwise, consider other options.

The hotel itself was great BUT parking was not. Valet told us to park in the parking deck & it was a “scan to pay” deck which is fine but for 1 full day & less than half a day parking the total was $87. Already having to pay for the hotel & almost $100 for parking for not even a full weekend is ridiculous.

This was a wonderful place to stay. The staff was amazing, helpful, courteous, and full of laughter and smiles. These things makes it more enjoyable for your day. The room was dirty because the floor was sticky, no shower wash, phones don’t work so front desk was hard to get ahold of. The pools were not in service. So just a place to sleep I guess.
- 2/5
In my room, my desk was sticky and there was no chair in the room to use the desk with. There was NO HOT WATER so I had to take an ice shower in the morning. Two of the four elevators weren't working. Since I couldn't set up to work in my room, I set up in the lobby but the first two tables I tried had spilled coffee dried onto them. The front desk person would help people—and then as soon as guests were out of earshot she would say nasty things about them to the custodial crew who was loitering in the lobby looking at their phones. This appears to be one of the worst-run hotels on the east coast of the US.

This was the worst hotel experience I have had. I was upgraded when I arrived but my room 3/6 lights worked, the fam and main light did not work. The sink only had working cold water. There is no fridge or microwave. As soon as I put on the hot water in the shower you could smell the mold. I went out was going to sleep and felt somehting on me. It was a giant water bug that had fallen on my face. The most disgusting hotel ever. Do not waste yout ime or money. 2/4 elevators were working. The sheets feel like sand papre and they give 2 pillows for a king bed. If this is what an upgrade looks like I couldn't even imagine what the other room would have looked like.

Location, price. Elevators were down and we were forced to use employee elevator. Our room key had to be changed 4x before they realized our door wasn’t working properly and we were moved to a different floor. Rooms were decent but parking and staff were difficult to deal with.

The Hotel is undergoing major repairs and a changed ownership, so what was once a convenient and good stay has become an inconvenience. Its location is excellent for parents visiting their kids at Georgia Tech and so I might go back, but the hotel is not functioning close to expectations. There was only one elevator working for the entire hotel, so it takes forever to go down or back up to your rooms. The staff is apologetic, and they are obviously trying, but it has not been a good experience at all.

Buyer beware - Its cheap for a reason and you are going to run in to people who are cheap for the most part. They charge $25 for a normally free continental breakfast in most other hotels. A elevator was broke for at least the two days I was there and they only let families use the service elevator so waited 40 minuites for only working main elevator. They do not ever answerred the front desk phone the many times I have tried on many different days and they take days and multiple messsges for them to return calls.

There were several weddings and prom photo sessions going on over the weekend we stayed. Very crowded and only one elevator was working. The place reeked of marijuana, the rooms were very dated and kind of grungy and it sounded like they were filming the Fast and Furious on the street below the hotel ALL NIGHT LONG. I don't know how the Fire Marshall has allowed this place to stay open with marijuana being smoked everywhere (our room smelled horrible) and the wait for the elevator from lobby to room was often 30 minutes, the shortest was about 12 minutes. Received no apologies, no discounts, no nothing. I will not be back. Marriott should be ashamed of this hotel having their name on it.

The location was great. The cleaning staff was SO kind and awesome. The elevators were all broken expect 1. Which in my opinion is a safety issue. It took quite a long time to get guests to rooms due to only 1 elevator. The rooftop pool and outdoor space was one of the main reasons I booked and both were closed and we didn’t know until check in. The hotel staff was not kind nor helpful, they were rude upon checking in, tried to charge me for a room I paid for online and then set us to the side to Check others in. The staff at the bar/restaurant was not helpful. The coffee shop was never open. None of the amenities were there. There was a lot of maintenance that needed to be done such as peeling paint, rusty doors and fixtures. It didn’t feel clean. I called the front desk and they never answered it just kept ringing for 10 minutes.

By far this was the worst stay EVER at a hotel. My family and I were recommended to stay at the Peach Tree Hotel by Emory Midtown Hospital staff because we were there to visit our sick relative. We arrived at the hotel and had to wait a long time to check in and after that, we found out that they only had one working elevator for 22 or 25 floors. It took us over an hour to get to our rooms. Once inside the rooms were dirty, Bedsheets had stains, which means they were never changed, the bathroom and sink areas were dirty and full of long black hair throughout. TV kept changing from light to dark so you could not see it. The thermostat didn’t work and our room was extremely cold, while my sisters and sons room felt like you were in a sauna as well as their bathroom floor was full of water from a leak from the toilet. As the list continues to grow. My sister’s phone didn’t work in her room so she had to use ours and called the front desk and as we all knew would probably happen, no one came. The day we checked out not only didn’t the elevator not work we got stuck in it. Once out we had to walk up and down 7 flights of steps with all of our luggage. Once we did reach up to the top of the stairs we found out that the doors were locked and we had to wait for the only one Top Flight security guard to come open the door. This experience was awful and I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HORRIBLE HOTEL TO ANYONE. STAY CLEAR because the staff will not care about your safety or concerns or elderly.

yes I didnt like the dirtyness of the balcony door, needs cleaning asap!!! plus the door handle was broke and they used a cork screw to screw in a hole to keep it secured. I had to un screw the cork screw out the hole just to open the balcony door.

The area was great only one working elevator for 25 floors. There was no water in the pool bedbug in our room. It took 30 to 45 minutes to get on the elevator. Also, I paid through booking in the hotel tried to charge my card.

Less said the better. Very abrupt welcome from the check in staff, not friendly at all. Just gave us our keys and told us our room number. Nothing else. For a hotel with 25 floors, the night we arrived only one elevator was working. We found this out for ourselves, when we found the elevator’s and there was a group of about 30 people waiting. When we eventually got to our room, it was dated, dirty and all round not pleasant. Hotel was very noisy and could hear a lot of traffic, even on the 18th floor. Next morning none of the elevators were working. Had to carry our cases down 18 flights of stairs. At check out, no apologies for the issues.

Only one elevator worked the entire trip. No staff member really cared that there was a line to use the elevator at any given time over 45 minutes long. Hotel is in need of repairs and updates. Rooms were okay but had many water stains on ceiling. Empty bottle and trash found behind couch. Valet was super nice and helpful. Called the hotel front desk 5 times on day of arrival to confirm my vehicle would fit in the parking deck. No answer. Parking deck will not fit vehicles over 6'6". Will need to valet which is $50 per day. Overall, not a great experience and would not book again.

No soap, shampoo in the rm, called reception multiple times, no response, so went down to reception and then the provided the soap, shampoo, floor 17 was allocated to us knowing our accessibility need, the manager mentioned at checkin, today only one of four elevator is working while others under service. Everytime it took around 30min to go up/down. On checkout day, the only one elevator stopped working due to overload. The security came to 17th floor, tried to help patiently by waiting at elevator for 25min and then started walking down stairs to 10flr, then again went to elevator area as the security got a msg the elevator is working, waiting agsin for 15min and then ended up walking down the stair again. Such a terrible exeperience staying here and this created much stress to reach airport just on time. On the first day i mentioned to fellow person in elevator hopefully the elevators are fixed soon. She said last 4 days she is hearing the same story. The rm was clean and good. I am giving this review mainly for accessibility/elevator related issues.

Not ONLY You should know that because you tried to call them several days in a row on my request and you emailed me to let me know no one ever answered until today. Part of the property is already closed as Marriott bought the entire property. I first addressed this issue to the front desk clerk who could not care less. She made it clear that they were just there making the money they can until World Cup. And then the entire property will be shut down as you know, because we were on the phone with one of your agent, with this super rude lady who made it clear that by august the entire place is shut down to be remodeled. So essentially no one cares. The kicker is when the girl at the front esk told me there was only one elevator working out of four so I had to make time for it. Make time to take an elevator? I never heard that one before. The conditions are poor the cleanliness is questionable. Anyone can tell this property, no one cares because it's just on its way down to be closed. And yet you still charged me full price for it So either you make it good by me with a credit on my key cash account, or I shall call platinum American Express to dispute the charge because I am not paying for that.

Cons: -Poor staffing and valet staff smelled like W eE d -door key wouldn’t work, had to go down to front desk 4 times before they fixed the issue -only 1 elevator worked so wait time was literally 10 minutes and having to go back and forth to the front desk was a nightmare. -stair doors to the floor and elevators requires a key card which mine didn’t work so that another issue -valet people “lost” my vehicle -room had peeling paint Over all I would not stay here again

We stayed 2 nights. Great location and valet parked. It’s worth the $50 a day! The bartender was amazing. Only downfall about the place was only 1 elevator was working. It’s got 25 floors, we were on the 7th and that weekend we went was busy!! They had a high school prom there along with Bruno Mars playing that weekend. On our check out day we had to walk the 7 flights of stair down. Please fix the dang elevators!!

I really appreciated the convenience of being within walking distance to the MARTA rail station, as well as being close to Publix, one of the major grocery stores in the area. The staff was kind and welcoming, and my room was clean and comfortable. I especially enjoyed the balcony, which offered a lovely view of the city and the lively freeway below. I also had a view of the nearby colleges, Morehouse College and Spelman College, which made the experience feel even more special. Being right across the street from V12 Restaurant & Sports Bar was a nice bonus as well. Overall, I had a great stay at the Peachtree Hotel Midtown in Atlanta, Georgia, and I would absolutely choose to stay here again!

Snack store out of most items; telephone in room not connected. Had patio but door blocked with permanent
- 1/5
The hotel staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating from valet parking to the front desk which I truly appreciated. However, the overall condition of the facility fell well below expectations. Only 1 of the 4 elevators was operational in a building exceeding 20 floors, creating significant inconvenience. The carpeting throughout had a strong, unpleasant odor. The room itself was outdated, with heavily worn furniture, noticeable gaps at the bottom of the door, and chipped and scratched paint. Additionally, persistent foul odors in the room made the stay uncomfortable.
- 5/5
The first room I was assigned to, the room was dusty and has a musty smell. Thankfully I was accommodated into another room with no issue. The pool was not in use. There was literally no water in the pool when I went to check it out to get in. There was no notification of this upon booking. Before arriving, I received a general message about the hotel and its amenities in an email. In this email, it was said for breakfast to be during the hours of 6am and 11am. When i went down to breakfast around 10:15-10:30am we were told that breakfast was closed and shut down at 10am. Leading me to check back with the email, showing an 11am breakfast closing time. There was no notification of a time change of breakfast hours. On a positive note, the bartender Tia!!! She was absolutely amazing I loved her. Best bartender I’ve had in a long time, she was very personal and funny! I would come back just to see her. SHOUT OUT TIA!!!!

Great stay and enjoyed Atlanta as always.

The room was nice, the wifi, a/c, and water were all working correctly. There were some issues, that being the parking. 50 dollars a day to valet or they reccomend self parking at a lot for 40 dollars a day. The elevators were almost all out of order, going down to 1 of 4 elevators was not acceptable for a hotel this large, we spent several hours waiting on and planning our times around this. It was very frustrating. Other than that, it was a decent hotel, 8 dollar water type deal.

The location was nice. The lobby looked nice and well kept. The staff were friendly enough. The carpet in the room was almost sticky to my feet so I had to wear my slide if I got off the bed. The doors are seals shit do safety buy the tape they have is crumbling off and the windows are filthy. The toilet seat was all scratched up which made me want to line it before use due to what may have been in the cracks. I also didn’t realize they are pet friendly. Maybe that’s why the carpet was like it was.

I booked the stay to get ready for a concert and have somewhere local to stay after with my baby and sisters. When we arrived, there was a line to the concierge desk waiting to get into the elevator (only one of four was functional). When I checked in at 5 pm, they said my room (2 queen beds) was not ready (even though check in was at 4) and said they could put us in a room with a king and a pull out instead. They did not have enough blankets for the pullout so we had to stack sheets and use baby blankets to stay warm. When trying to get it sorted, when we tried to call the front desk, they told us they had too much going on and couldn’t help at the moment…Back to the elevators… the only was to get up to the rooms was the elevator. They did not allow us to walk up the stairs, only down. My sister and I had to get ready for the concert in the lobby bathroom because the elevator took so long. Several times throughout the visit we had to use the stairs from the fifth floor while carrying my luggage and my six month old. When we tried to leave in the morning, we waited with our wagon full of luggage and baby gear for thirty minutes for the elevator, only to have it be completely full every time. Eventually we had to carry the wagon, luggage, and baby down the stairs. The staff was not very helpful as they were busy dealing with prom guests. Do not recommend.

Location. The only thing. The filthiest Marriott I have ever seen. 1 out of 5 elevators. Gave us a filthy, broken unsafe room.
- 2/5
However, check in was at 4pm- we arrived at 430 , after standing in like for 30 minutes-we were told our double queen was not ready and they couldn’t tell me when it would be. I asked for a king and was put in an ADA king- which I was not made aware of causing issues with the shower. The valet parking was full so we had to self park a block away. 2 of the 4 elevators were not working.. WE STOOD IN LINE OVER AN HOUR to ride the elevator to the 23rd floor. Which delayed our arrival to the event. Not to mention having to wait to ride the elevator again when we got done with our event. They did take a few folks on the service elevator RARELY. We heard the elevators had been down for over 2 weeks. Very disappointed with the way the situation was handled and no compassion from staff.

25 floors in this hotel 1 elevator working totally full hotel with 300 high school prom going on 25th floor we weren’t informed about the elevator and I was traveling with my Mother which is handicapped I walked the stairs from our 15th floor room several times because of full capacity elevator during our stay but my mother could not walk she waited 15-20 minutes several times for the elevator daily we were at the hotel for 3 days and when we asked to talk to manager about the elevator the desk employee was very very rude and short and said you need to talk to management and nobody is available write an email!!! This is ridiculous and customer service in the hospitality industry should be better at this hotel we paid good money and tipped well Parking alone was $150 dollars 50 a night the other staff like valet and security and bartender were amazing!!! They need to look at who they put at the desk talking to the guest. Very disappointed and will definitely be sending that email to corporate

The location was perfect for why we were going visiting Atlanta. The elevators were not working and the room keys would not open the stairwell entrance. It was an EXTREMELY inconvenient stay!!!

The hotel has one working elevator. At times it was an hour wait to go up to our room. The valet has no digital way of requesting your car or tipping. Mold on bathroom ceiling.

This was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. My children and I arrived to two EXTREMELY long lines, one for check-in and the other for the elevator. It took over 35 minutes to reach the front desk for check-in and nearly 50 minutes to board an elevator. The employees did not even attempt to apologize for the wait or explain what was going on. It took talking with other guests to find out the elevators had been out for a week. One out of four elevators for twenty-five floors of guests was working. ONE ! Guests were told they could not use the stairwell, which is a fire hazard. It then took us 35 minutes to catch an elevator to get back downstairs to attend the concert we were in town for. We arrived at check-in time and was told there was no parking left and we would have to go around the block to park in a public garage. This was a very sketchy garage that I had to pay over $35 to park in. We arrived three hours before the concert and were late to the concert, missed the opening act due to the ridiculously long lines in the hotel. The AC did not work well. We were given two towels and two wash cloths for three booked guests. I requested additional towels in person at the front desk. Never received them. When we returned from the concert, my children witnessed a nasty altercation between a security guard and a hotel guest. The next morning took an additional thirty minutes to wait for an elevator to leave.
- 1/5
My experience was horrible. There was only one elevator working the entire weekend. The hot water in the room did not get hot, like warm at best. Even though we prepaid for breakfast, we didn’t receive the voucher at check in. At breakfast, I had to return to the front desk to show proof of purchase which took up even more time after waiting on the elevator for over 15 minutes.
- 3/5
The hotel could use some updating. Our air conditioner was broken, and after it requested twice for it to be looked at or fixed, they claimed that it was which it was not. The staff was not rude. They just were not caring. It was a convenient location for what we were doing, but glad we were only there one night and not sure that I would stay there again.

They had so much going on. And only one elevator working. And we were on the 19th floor. The wait was 20-30 min . So we had to walk down 19 flights of steps with our bags to leave. That part was awful but the staff was amazing!

Had to checkout early because the elevators were down and literally we would wait 20-30 mins to get to our room. This alone was too inconvenient to deal with when traveling with a family. Room is not renovated at all, the furniture is very old and the bathroom is old as well

Lobby was beautiful and Valet was very prompt and helpful. Location was best perk, the closest walkable hotel I could find to Bobby Dodd Stadium for Bruno Mars concert. Lobby was beautiful, unfortunately everything was less than par from there. Elevators were broken and the line to even access the one working elevator was so long that we chose to use the stairs instead of wait an hour+ to get to our room. To our 15th floor room. After realizing we all needed to hit up the gym by the way we were sucking air and lamenting our unfortunate decision of the stairs, we found ourselves stuck in the stairwell because our key cards wouldn’t open the door access to our respective floors. We all had key cards, none of them worked. Found other guests stuck on varying floors on our way up. Seemed like a fire hazard for sure? Also, my room was 79 degrees when I arrived. After not sufficiently cooling after the concert, tried calling front desk from my cell phone but no answer. Room phone wasn’t even connected, no dial tone. Send my 14y/o son down/up the stairs to ask for a fan. Maintenance came promptly and I did wake up to a comfortable 67 degrees.

The property is in a great location. Walking anywhere in downtown was great. My biggest issue with Peachtree was the down elevators situation. The hotel typically has four elevators but only one was working. Apparently they had been that way for awhile. There were three major events going on that weekend and with only one elevator it was a massive inconvenience. At one point there were 100 people waiting in line to take the one elevator. To make the situation worse, you couldn’t take the stairs. You were unable to exit the stairwell because the doors were locked. This is a massive security issue. If there had been an emergency where we had to evacuate, we would’ve been in trouble.

Nothing beside the convenience to the stadium. Valet was very kind and attentive There were roaches in the room, as well as 1 working elevator like how is that functional for the large building… it’s not!! As well as the fire alarm went off in our room because of the SHOWER and I said something to the office 3 times NOBODY ever came to stop them I had to pull them off the walls!! I sat there for almost an hour waiting horrible experience

Property was nice, that’s about it The staff, the lack of cleaning, terrible how things were thrown together, tape on room wall with human hair in it, carpet strip with tacks sticking up poked big toe making it bleed.
- 2/5
The only positive thing about the property was the closeness to the Bobby Dodd Stadium. Upon arrival, I waited about 10-15 minutes for valet, but I understand it was a busy weekend. The biggest downfall about the property was one operating elevator in the entire hotel. This caused long lines at the elevator and guest having to use the stairs. I stayed on the 16th floor.

Love the location Towels were dirty in the room, hotel was very dated and needs to be updated, the elevator took forever during check out, had to walk 12 flights of stairs to get out of my room

To start valet was full at 4pm. Check in took 30mins. Only 1 elevator out of 4 working for this 25 story building w/a sold out bruno mars concert & a high school prom there-after the 30min wait to check in we waited an hour to get on elevator. Room smelled like marijuana&musty damp & when we walked in the carpet in front of the bed to the bathroom was sopping wet. Water pressure was terrible the sink&tub barely drained&when you flushed the toilet the paper would come back up shredded. Ice machine was out of ice. Shockingly the bed&towels were good. The walk to Georgia Tech stadium was about 15mins. The staff was helpful as much as they could be with the terrible conditions of this hotel. Of all my 25+ years of staying in hotels. This is the worst experience I have ever had.
- 1/5
There was only one working elevator and there were lines backed out into the lobby for the one elevator. We had to carry all of our luggage up and down the stairs. Mind you this is a 24 floor property. The air conditioner in the room did not work well either.

We booked one night stay at this hotel because it was walking distance to GA Tech stadium for a Bruno Mars concert. When we got to the hotel to check in we saw a huge line for the elevator. We were informed that out of 4 elevators only 1 was working. When we finally got to our room, 30mins in line to get to our 16th floor, the room was well set up and clean. Before leaving for the concert we were trying to get the sofa bed ready for my daughter so that when we got back we could just go to sleep. We couldn’t figure it out. I called the reception area several times with no answer. I looked for extra sheets and there were none. When we went downstairs to go to the concert, another 30 mins ordeal to get an elevator the reception area was busy so I let it go. After the concert, the lobby was chaotic! When we got to our room we were still trying to figure out how to set up the sofa bed, called housekeeping and lobby several times nobody answered. Couldn’t go downstairs to deal with this in person because I didn’t want to deal with the elevator ordeal. Our 15 old daughter ended up sleeping in our bed with us, super uncomfortable. The location is good but customer service is horrible!
- 2/5
There were 4 elevators servicing 26 floors, and 3 were broken. Because there was a main event nearby, there was a 30-minute wait to get on the elevator. Ice machines were only on a few floors, and the elevators had been broken for over 6 months.
- 1/5
When we arrive to the hotel, they claim to have their own parking that’s on first come first serve basis, but none was available in a two block distance of the hotel. Then whenever we get there only one out of the four elevators was working and with a large event nearby plus other events we waited in total of almost 4 hours over two days to ride an elevator up to the 24th floor and back down twice. The hotel staff claimed that the problem had been existing for two weeks, but we got no update prior to our arrival. The hotel also made no effort to remediate the issue or accommodate guests for this inconvenience
- 3/5
It looks like the hotel is amidst a renovation. Can see water damage on the walls/doors, there was a commercial dehumidifier in the floor passageway. The room I “picked,” through Expedia, was suppose to be a king size bed with a couch pull out… I got a queen with no pullout, that was rough sleep, there wasn’t a cot available. The carpets are on their last legs. The shower drains need some love, it took about 10 minutes after the shower was turned off for it to drain, probably some gnarly wads of hair in there. The balcony window?! needs some attention to help buffer out noise, heard the local car gangs burning gas like prices were the same as 1998’s gas prices. Elevators… I don’t want to kick a dead horse but walking 20+ flights of stairs was oh my gawd. Interactions with the staff was pretty good. You could see the bar tenders frustration with the elevator situation, guest walking through the back room to use the utility elevator. I guess when a prom, Bruno mars concert and college baseball teams meet, it’s a pretty good time. Would stay again to experience “roughing it.”

Only one Elevator at a sold out hotel for a concert. No more valet parking and the wait time for elevator was close to a hour.Having to walk up 9 flights of stairs with luggage was a nightmare!Front desk staff and outside staff where all very nice. The room was clean but the tub and sink drain was so slow, literally standing in water.

Only one of four elevators were working, which meant that we had to wait 30 to 45 minutes anytime we went up to our room because the line for the elevator was so long. And you couldn’t take the stairs either because the doors at each floor were locked. No icemaker on floor three. Phone in our room did not work. When we called the hotel front desk with our cell phones, nobody answered. We paid for extra guests and there were no extra towels for those guests. Carpet was really old and wallpaper was peeling in our room. I guess the only positive thing I can say is that the shower was good and the beds were acceptable. And of course, it was easy walking distance to Bobby, Dodd, Stadium, and Georgia Tech campus. I would not recommend this hotel at all.

3 out of 4 elevators broken during weekend (april25/26) of Bruno Mars concert. Had to spend an hour waiting for the elevator up to our room to get ready and an hour to go back up after the concert. Stairs were blocked off an hallways locked so you couldn't get up by walking. Will be disputing credit card charges. Not only was this irritating but a fire hazard.
- 2/5
Definitely has some major issues & poor management. Was there for an event, along with probably 300 hundred other people at this hotel, the check in was terrible. Check in was at 4pm, room wasn't ready until almost 6pm. Only 1 elevator was running, keep in mind that they have 4 of them. The line for the elevator was 60 people deep at any given time. Seriously??? Was told we could use the stairs to go up 20 flights, are you kidding me??? Finally allowed a handful of people to use one of the service elevators. Never seen such a discombobulated freaking mess. Staff could only say "there's nothing we can do about it." Won't stay here again.
- 2/5
Not enough towels for 3 guests, hotel knew it was three guests, had to pay for 3rd guest. 1 out of 4 elevators operating, staff only allowing guests to use stairs to go downstairs. Had to wait 1.5 hours after check in to get through elevator line to get to my room.
- 2/5
There was only one elevator working so it took an hour to get to your room. The air conditioner didn’t work in our room. The tub had an extremely so drain. There was no hair dryer .
- 2/5
No elevators working and minimum staff for the amount of people and functions going on
- 1/5
Only 1 elevator was working. No ice in the entire building. Front desk never answered the phone in 3 days
- 0.5/5
nothing everything
- 1/5
Firstly the front desk staff was awesome, they were very helpful, when guests were being rude the staff maintained professionalism and handled things tactfully. The hotel however was not worth it, the elevators were not working so everyone had to wait to cram into one elevator. Getting up and down was a nightmare. The room had no working air conditioning, it was very hot, we attempted to open the balcony door to get some air but it was bolted shut. The valet was terrible, they did not know how to drive a manual car which is understandable but I wish they would have told me. Instead they parked it, left our lights on and did not engage the parking break. Fortunately the parking lot was angled to a curb so it only rolled back into the curb and not another car. Overall will never go back, the only redeeming factor was the front desk staff and the security guard, they were awesome.
- 3/5
Hotel will charge your card even if you book thru at different company. So charged twice at this point.
- 1/5
Poor all around I will not be bk
- 1/5
The property was not taken care of AT ALL. Rooms look nothing like the picture, paint pilling from the tub and walls, hallways have a strange odor, different floors look like a motel and a completely different hotel. There were 4 elevators and only 1 worked, it went to every floor and took anywhere from 10-25 minutes to even get it to come. Hotel staff was not cleaning the sheets and fixing the bed with the same ones. Floors were wet and sticky with no wet floor sign in sight. There were homelessness individuals coming onto the property harassing myself and friend and it took security to long to come to handle the situation.
- 1/5
Old and outdated....needs a complete facelift.....and new elevator system for sure. not a good experience.
- 5/5
Awesome stay
- 1/5
My toilet and tub was stopped up and no one ever came to fix it !
- 1/5
This was the absolute worst hotel I’ve ever been to - so bad, in fact, I couldn’t remain there after checking in. Everything about the place looked unsafe. To top it all off, the water actually STOPPED WORKING about an hour after check in. No toilet flushes or hand washing. Please do not go to this dump thinking you’re going to a new Marriott.
- 1/5
Rooms were not clean. Lobby looks nice but rest of the property is outdated. Air conditioner didnt work in one room. Rooms down the hallway had water leaking into the hallway carpet. Asked for extra sheets one night and staff left them on the dirty floor outside the room. Lobby bar/restaurant/store very over priced and limited.
- 2/5
First of all, the hotel was full and 1 out of 4 elevators worked, so it was really inconvenient. Two, you had to pay for parking ACROSS THE STREET, each day. Lastly, I’ve gone to hotels that at least leave waters, there was no water, no microwave, no mini fridge, the only water available was in the store down stairs for 4 dollars per bottle.
- 1/5
Elevator took forever. And the tv in the room didnt work. No place to store drinks ice machines didnt work. Will not be Back
- 1/5
Check in time is too late 4 pm , and check out is too early 11 am ; the room was left 2 empty bottles next to the bed, for sure housekeeping didn’t change the bed linens
- 3/5
Positives: The price and location, especially if you're visiting Georgia Tech or downtown Atlanta, is hard to beat. It was about half the price of most other Midtown hotels. It's got a beautiful lobby, big ballrooms, a restaurant, gym, coffee shop, etc. And the front desk staff was very nice. Negatives: Stains on the hallway carpeting, dirty box spring, clogged sink, regular smell of pot in the area, 4th floor outdoor pool and deck were not operational, and an interesting collection of guests was gathered in the lobby late one night. Also, I'd recommend a noise machine or ear plugs, as the racing engines up 75 in the middle of the night can really affect your sleep.
- 4/5
The bartender Tia was the best person we met in the whole trip. The bar should be open as a lunch option
- 3/5
Breakfast buffet was ok. Better bet would be the made to order breakfast.
- 5/5
- 2/5
The room was at best functional. One light didn’t work and the table drawer handle was broken off so you couldn’t use it. The bathroom definitely needed to be updated, but was clean. My main issue was the outside noise. This hotel is right next to a hospital so sirens go all night and never stop. It’s also boxed in on all sides by major traffic ways that ppl drag-raced their cars on (or sounded like) at all hours. If you’re neurodivergent and sensitive to sound (like me) this hotel is a nightmare. (I asked the front desk about switching rooms but they said the entire hotel is like this).
- 4/5
Breakfast was really good, but for the price, it should be included with the stay. Bar area was great, the young lady that was the bartender was awesome. House keeping needs improvement, asked for ironing board, iron and tissue and only got the ironing board. Overall this was a really good stay and would recommend others to stay.
- 1/5
The hotel was not very well maintained. I purchased 2 rooms and the rooms were a nightmare. The air I my room didn’t work so I had to wait 30+ minutes in line to get another room which I couldn’t get in and had to go back downstairs to wit another 30+ minutes to be told that someone my be occupying the room at that time. The ice machines didn’t work so I had to stand in the line another 30+ minutes to get a bucket of ice. No refrigerators are in the rooms when I called the corporate office I was told that it was nothing. The company could do because I wasn’t a member and I purchased my rooms on expedia.com once I signed up to become a member to see if I could get any help. I was told that someone would be contacting me. I am still waiting a week later for management to give me a call if I could rate this hotel as a zero I would.

Toilet seat loose, mold around the tub, good location for Emory hospital midtown

Poor Customer Service, No Amenities, Long wait lines at the front desk, bolted balcony doors, dirty windows, dirty room with a broken bed and one channel TV, long elevator wait times, and overcrowding. I would highly recommend you avoid this place.

I would stay there again. Public and private transportation close and easily available. Thank you!

I stayed in room 820 on Mon 3/17 and there were bedbugs in my bed. On Tuesday 3/18, I requested to move to another room, which did happen without any problems, but the front desk said they’d give me 10k Bonvoy Marriott points and this still hasn’t happened.

- 1/5
Save yourself a headache and look elsewhere. This hotel is a nightmare. I've been trying to get a hold of customer service, and I have had no luck. It's by far the worst hospitality. The room and floor were dirty, the shower curtain had mold. I have asthma, and children were staying in the room. Apparently, customer safety is not their thing. Also, if you want to wake up in the middle of the night by the fire alarm, stay here.
- 3/5
The hotel is in a great location, right across the street from the metro, within a half hr drive of the ATL airport, and a 30min walk to all the sites. We chose it because of it's close proximity to the Mercedes-Benz stadium and affordable rates. The only issue was that when we checked in there was only one staff member working and she provided incorrect info about the breakfast time and checkout time. We used the Starbucks cafe and the gym and hope that the pool will reopen soon!
- 1/5
Terrible , no fridge my entire stay and I asked everyday. Ac barely works if works at all.elevators full and take 15 mins a load . Valet is $50 a night , it’s a bougie red roof inn. Not worth it at all. I’ll never stay here again
- 4/5
Staff was great, air in the room was not working properly.
- 5/5
Room was immaculate Staff was amazing
- 3/5
Valet parking was a nightmare, very long wait times when we checked out. We paid for valet parking and then got a bill a month later from a parking company.
- 5/5
The bartender was having a bad day but he knew his drinks!
- 1/5
Old and outdated. Dirty. staff not great.
- 2/5
The room felt neglected. The TV is tilted at an angle as if whoever installed it didn’t care to set it up right. The 2 lightbulbs don’t have covers, so you’re looking at naked light bulbs. Similarly one outlet was tilted. Street Parking is unsafe so you need to use a garage or the $50 valet parking. There’s nothing around to walk to.
- 4/5
Yes
- 3/5
The A/C was broken in the room, one of the beds was broken and leaning to the side. Everything else was ok.
- 5/5
It was wonderful

I called the staff multiple times about the TV not working went down to the desk three times finally got another room then we got a call from the desk that it wasn’t working in the whole hotel no condiments for coffee the front desk lady Ramona was nice, but other than that, I wouldn’t stay there again
- 3/5
Hot in the room no air
- 1/5
False advertising of a balcony but can’t be used but paying the price for it is wrong they didn’t want to refund my money that was the reason for us choosing this hotel was the balcony and the bedsheet was not clean and they couldn’t provide clean sheets and the valet driver scammed us for our money and we couldn’t park not once in valet I would never recommend this hotel to anyone

Coffee pot (probably 30 years old) fell apart. Called Guest Services who said they’d bring another. They did not. Then I tried to get Guest Services for an hour to see if they’d do a wake up call since we needed to get up at 4:30 AM for hospital visit. They never answered. This all after I had horrendous time getting the reservation as the hotel’s phone number incorrect and sent me to other hotels (I wanted this one due to proximity to the hospital). Had to go thru Expedia which kept me from hospital discount.
- 5/5
Room was clean and staff wonderful.
- 4/5
Yes everything was great. Staff is always courteous, friendly and helpful. Will be staying again.
- 1/5
No daily housekeeping No bath towels, only hand towels
- 5/5
Great room, great service, clean and wonderful location at a reasonable price
- 3/5
Room was clean, but accommodations felt dated. My bed was as hard as a rock. I was on the 8th floor and could hear all of the road noise. I also had a broke patio door. Water pressure in the shower was low, and the spray too wide. And on the weekend, the restaurant/bar was closed by 9:30pm. Next time, I’ll just skip convenience and go a little further to the Hilton. This is my first time being truly disappointed with a Marriott hotel.
- 1/5
No staffing. Couldn’t get served for breakfast twice cuz there was no server after I waited 15 minutes. 1 poor hard working girl working coffee shop with zero help serving like 190 people. 1 poor bartender as food server and bartender for entire restaurant. One VERY rude lady behind desk at check in who for some reason couldn’t stop rolling her eyes when I asked questions.
- 1/5
This hotel is not it. It is really bad.
- 2/5
In the lobby, there were a lot of unhappy customers and when the alarm finally went off, the person at the front desk made no announcement, but rather just told one customer it was a false alarm, that someone was smoking in their room and set off the fire alarm, and that they could return. But they didn't announce to everyone and that one customer announced to the rest of the patrons who were anxiously waiting for the all clear. This was a miserable experience and the night's sleep was ruined. Hotel needs updating. it's in pretty poor shape.
- 1/5
The room was outdated, the bathroom door would not close properly, and they had an outdated tub instead of a shower. The carpet was old and nasty. The rooms are advertised to have refrigerators but they don’t and you have to request one. The refrigerator was beat up with dings on the outside. The smell in the hallway was like wet nasty mold. The electric key make was down so I had to wait for a while to get into my room after a 12 hour shift!!! I will NEVER stay here again. Marriott should have never bought this property, it gives Marriott a bad reputation!!!
- 3/5
The room was really out dated and did not have a microwave or a fridge. And the wifi was not working.
- 2/5
The room did not have a refrigerator or a microwave oven, only if requested. The hotel changed owners the week before which was a little confusing, thought we had the wrong hotel.
- 1/5
So currently I have being charge twice for my stay, and did I mention they don’t have WiFi working for the full weekend?
- 3/5
The room yes , bathroom no
- 3/5
The room smelled like pee when you first walked in. I don't know if they clean with ammonia products but it definitely smelled like piss. Hard to feel comfortable about the cleanliness of the rest of the room when it smelled like that.
- 2/5
Hotel has just been reflagged as Marriott. Checking took 20 mins because of a software problem. Room was tired, noisy. And there was no wifi facility wide. Avoid.
- 4/5
Clean room
- 2/5
I stayed positive when I realized the balcony door was bolted shut. Stayed positive when there was no internet. Still stayed positive when they said we’d have no water for 12 hours and didn’t even offer any water bottles for the room. Things happen, I get it. But the icing on the cake was the attitude from the front desk dude on the phone when I asked for a late checkout. I had called the previous day asking for a late checkout, but housekeeping knocked on my door four different times beginning at 9 AM and someone told me it was time to check out. I called and asked if I could still get the late checkout, and the man was rude. That left a sour taste in my mouth after everything else. I wouldn’t recommend.

- 3/5
Front desk staff and valet were kind, aware, and attentive. However the room was without a phone, room service never came & wait time for clean towels was over 30 minutes. The toilet leaked in the bathroom.
- 4/5
The staff stood out, they were ont point, front desk, housekeeping and a big plus to valet. The only problem was there was no wifi.
- 5/5

- 5/5
Clean, convenient and a fantastic valet service!
- 3/5
The hotel was in a very convenient spot of town, close to a lot of events and food spots; solely the reason I chose it. Once I arrived to my room the lightening was very dim and the tub was not clean at all. Another major reason I selected the hotel was for the balcony but upon arrival I tried to go onto the balcony and it was screwed shut. Very disappointing!!
- 4/5
Clean room, customer service.
- 1/5
the rooms were not fully cleaned at all and the sheets were dirty. the tub would flood when taking a shower and the sink water did not go down. the people were nice but the hotel is not ideal to stay in.
- 1/5

- 2/5
Outdated, unkept, not clean, and below standard courtesy

Everything was SPLENDID
- 1/5
Terrible all around. Don’t stay
- 3/5
Room was ok. The smell was not the greatest. Many amenities looked old. The valet service was slow and there was barely anyone there. Finally, breakfast service said 6am to 11am in the email, however when arrived at the restaurant they said it closed at 9am.
- 4/5
Very good
- 5/5
It was comfortable, thanks
- 2/5
When I checked in, front staff was not friendly. However, I appreciated the coupon for free breakfast. The remote control for TV had buttons missing. The door to my hotel room needed some paint. Also, there were stains on the couch, and I saw trash in the corner from previous that the cleaning staff should have seen if they truly cleaned the entire room. I tried to call the front desk for a wake up call, but the phone was not working (very frustrating). This hotel needs to do better to train staff. Also, you need to make sure you pay attention to the details (cleaning, phone working, remote control) as those things make for a better experience. I doubt I will stay here again. Disappointing…
- 3/5
Not so friendly staff. Room with torn wallpaper and tapped lamp plug. Phone in room was not working. Coffee brewing machine had rust inside, even after changing to another one. Blinds can't be closed. No fridge in the room. During rain, requested for umbrella to borrow but was denied rudely.
- 1/5
Room came with free parking… still charged me parking… and then made me park in a third party parking deck with out telling me and I had to pay for parking again… the room had free parking….
- 3/5
Hallways smelled like weed, found a dead roach in my room and the ac wasn’t functioning properly. But the front desk clerks were great.
- 5/5
Wasn’t spotless but good enough
- 5/5
Great location. A bit noisy with hospital across the street. But the hotel is decent.
- 3/5
Price, location and pleasant staff were great but the hotel needs an update and refresh including beds and phone system. Room phones not working (technical problems) key card machine not working . Front desk understaffed. Pretty bare bones operation .
- 1/5
They wanted to charge for a refrigerator and microwave to be used in the room as this was not specified at time of booking!!
- 2/5
The service is terrible. The front desk at check in was rushed and not cordial. The shower curtain had mold on it. At check out we were told we could not get a printed receipt and one would be emailed. It is now three days after check out and I still have not received an email. There is no response to their text service and the front desk does not answer the phone.
- 5/5
greats Brendan was most helpful, property was in great shape
- 2/5
I was surprised by the overall poor quality. The property is poorly maintained. Rooms are old, inside lighting is limited. The area feels unsafe. It was not a good experience, not in comparison to other Crowne Plaza hotels.
- 5/5
Yes, the staff went out of their way to make us happy.
- 3/5
The Hotel is work on the way! Great location and close to subway station. Difficult to get someone on phone at front desk! Expedia said breakfast available but wasn’t provided!
- 3/5
A refrigerator in the room just a small one. An indoor area where guest who smoke can smoke comfortably with out being in the freezing cold. Better room service. And have the option to clean or not to clean signs that guests can put outside there door. And better healthy food options in the snack area. Like zero sugar items.
- 1/5
The staff support was poor during check-in which took 2 hours!
- 4/5
The location and price are good, and it's quite clean. However, there is no private parking, only paid parking, which is a drawback.
- 1/5
The bare minimum is to have soap, trash removed, and clean towels. Instead we were given one tiny bar of soap to somehow use for both showering and washing hands for two people across four nights. We had to go buy our own basic toiletries. The trash piled up, towels remained dirty, and the room was left in the same state the entire stay. To spend this kind of money and be treated like our concerns did not matter at all was beyond frustrating. There was zero accountability and zero effort to fix the problem. The staff offered empty promises and provided no service whatsoever. I would never stay here again and would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
- 1/5
Our check in was scheduled for 4:00pm, however we were not able to get a room until almost 7:00pm due to housekeeping unavailability. There seemed to be a shortage with housekeeping through our stay, as our room was not serviced for the entirety of our stay.
- 5/5
Everything was excellent í really recommend staying here !!! 👍
- 2/5
Worn down
- 3/5
The room window was not sealed so cold air got in. The bathroom hot water took 2 minutes to warm up.
- 1/5
Bathroom handle was broken and never fixed after telling the front desk to fix it my first night, there was paint chipped off the closet door falling onto our clothes. This also didn't get fixed. Asked for extra blankets due to cold weather was only given an extra bedsheet. The valet parking was more than advertised. Overall the room was not up to par as expected.
- 1/5
I stayed here December 6–7, and I want other travelers to be aware of a few issues I experienced. My expectations were simple — a clean, functional room with a working blow dryer and a hot shower. Unfortunately, this hotel didn’t meet even those basics. The blow dryer in my room would turn on for a few seconds, shut off, and refuse to work again for minutes at a time. Not ideal when you’re in a rush for an event. Later that evening, we returned to the room around 9 p.m. and noticed a **hole in the bathroom door**. Not a minor scratch — an actual hole. It was an immediate red flag and definitely not what you expect from a hotel at this price point. The biggest issue came the next morning: **the shower never got warm.** No matter how long we let it run, the water stayed ice cold. After a long night, not being able to take a warm shower was incredibly frustrating and made the experience feel even less worth the cost. We were hardly in the room — just long enough to change clothes and sleep for a few hours — and still encountered multiple problems. Between the malfunctioning blow dryer, damaged bathroom door, and freezing cold shower, the room simply didn’t live up to the photos or expectations.

We were supposed to check in at 4 pm. At 5:30 they still didn’t have a room cleaned and available for us to check in. We never got checked in before we had to leave for the concert that we had traveled to Atlanta from Knoxville TN to see. They said that they didn’t have enough housecleaning staff. So after the concert, we did t have a room and had to drive back to Knoxville that same night. Angie T

Nice hotel
- 2/5
I normally don’t do this but the room was filthy and were able to confirm this because I had to kill 5 roaches while I was there. Then the room got changed a few hours before I checked out. I’m also missing my IHG points from my account which was discussed and confirmed with the agents I spoke with on the phone the day of check in. I’m completely frustrated with this experience and something should be done to make this right.
- 4/5
Great location! Clean hotel
- 3/5
The place has so much potential. It is under renovation, but there are small details that can be addressed to elevate what’s already there. The lobby seemed unattended, the check in staff was meh, the check out lady was much more attentive. The floors smelled really funky, doors to the rooms dirty, curtain was falling off on one side, shower was leaking, the pictures were missing from the room, small things like that, that can be addressed without it costing a ton. The bedding was very comfy, the pillows good, water pressure was quite strong, towels fluffy. The in-room coffee bar was nicely set-up. Lots of good things, but the small details that elevate the experience just weren’t taken care of. I’d like to see what they do after renovation is completed.

Even worse, there were roaches crawling all around the rooms, and we even woke up to roaches in the bed. This is completely unsafe and uninhabitable for guests. On top of the poor room conditions, the hotel staff was rude and dismissive when we tried to report the problems. Instead of helping us or offering a solution, they acted as if our concerns were an inconvenience. This experience was stressful, uncomfortable, and far below the standards any guest should expect from a hotel.
- 3/5
However, house keeping came everyday! And the valet parking workers were extremely friendly and provided excellent service!

Nice big room, nice view from 8th floor.
- 5/5
Staff was very friendly and helpful with things to do and see while I was in Atlanta.
- 1/5
Room could have been better, had 1 stained pillow request cleaning but never showed. That is not the main reason for 1 star, our main issue was safety-we were harassed ehile in the bar by a homeless person. The bar tender was great, but it should have not been her job to try to keep patrons safe. Security was no where to be found. When we went to front desk-customwr srv on duty was unfazed and told myself and another patron that if we didn't feel safe then we should cll the police ourselves??? We have stayed here many times in the last 4 years bc we have kids at Texh and the location is perfect when we visit but after this, we will never ever stay here again as safety should be a priority. Very disappointed
- 1/5
I was not pleased I literally check in and check right out. Rooms and cover smelled like smoke. When I check out the man didn’t ask why checking out so soon.
- 5/5
Check in experience.

Had to switch rooms 3 times each room was on a different floor, I wasn't able to relax and shower after checking in at around 4pm until around 8pm, 1st room the bathroom was dirty,2nd room the room smelled musty like mildew, the 3rd room the heat was broke and it was cold outside then there’s room 4 which was fine,I won’t ever stay there again tho,I should have been compensated well for an evening of room switching 3 times,do yall know how exhausting that was…I was over it and my 1st night in town was ruined
- 5/5
Friendly and courteous staff. I had a pleasant stay
- 5/5
Rooms were nice and cleaned everyday. Affordable pricing and close to metro station. Wouldn't mind going back.
- 4/5
The bonus or me was the Coffee machine and the free use of in house laundry. The location for the price in Midtown was excellent.
- 5/5
Clean comfortable room.

Although the front desk staff was a bit less personal than at other hotels, they performed their jobs well. The room was immaculate. However, the large balcony window pane was dirty and in need of a good cleaning.

- 3/5
The window doesn't seem to be sound-proof despite being closed, and I could quite clearly hear the traffic and cars outside. I think it's the rubber sealing around the window panel that's loose, it's probably already known by the hotel staff.
- 3/5
The room was on the ill-kept side of disrepair. The beds were lumpy and squeaky. The shower looked like it hadn’t been cleaned properly in weeks. There were visible stains on linens and towels. Overall not a great stay. The valet staff were very kind and helpful. The front desk staff was less warm and inviting.

- 3/5
When we arrived the courting of the room were broken, the air conditioner didn't work. They change me to a new room.No soap at the bathrom. The costumer service is very good but the maintenance of the building very poor. We went to the restaurant at night the food was cold, Next day the breakfast poor to. The credit card system didn't work when I try to pay my food or breakfast.

- 3/5
I stayed on the 16th floor, so I can't say anything about the other floors, but the grey wallpaper with grey carpet and generic sepia skyline art at either end of the hall felt more like a hospital or nursing home than a higher end hotel. It also made the wear and tear that much more noticeable. Breakfast was incredibly overpriced. $20 plus tax for a generic buffet was ridiculous, and don't bother paying in advance through a third party site. It doesn't carry over to your reservation. The bar was just as disappointing, as the bartender and the kitchen were slower than Christmas for bland, overpriced products.

Carpet was dirty! Walls looked like they were patched up by a 3 year old. Keys didn’t work after checking in and I had to take the stairs with my luggage. Found blood in the stairwell. Nice front desk though.
- 4/5
amenities in the room were lacking: only one bar soap in the bathroom, only one washcloth, no pens or notepads, had to go to 9th floor for ice. Beds were very comfortable, TV nice, WIFI worked. Excellent check in Valet service but slow to check out.
- 2/5
We stayed 5 days for a conference from Oct 7, to Oct 12, 2025. Out of 5 days, there was only 1 day with hot water. It was escalated to the front desk and was told that it was already reported and that it will be fixed, it wasn’t fixed until we checked out on the 12th. The line at the front desk was too long for the same complaint, people were upset. Coffee maker not available in the room, curtains/drapes in the room are ripped, toilets in the lobby has no seat cover. We called several times just to ask for towel replacement. Every time we escalate the issue, we were told that they are in the process of switching ownership over to Marriot. Despite our frustrations, I would like to express my “thank you” to the staff. They are nice, but they are limited to what they could do to resolve the issues. It’s a management and operational issue.
- 4/5
Spotless room. Staff nice. I didn't know how to rise the temperature in the room.
- 1/5
Really dated hotel. Borderline gross.
- 1/5
Check in was quick and easy. The bathroom floors had not been cleaned- hair, dirt, dust along the floors and walls. Not an adequate number of washcloths or towels for use. Breakfast was disorganized and chaotic- no where to sit… dirty tables and after getting a table had to wait and ask for someone to wipe it down, not served coffee/drinks after asking more than once- short on staff. Won’t be staying here again.
- 2/5
My guest and I received dirty towels. was unable to get in contact with anyone at the front desk so I physically took the towels downstairs that showed that it had hair glue on them. The representative pretty much dismissed my claims and just gave me new towels and then when I got back up to my room, those towels were dirty as well. Room service came in the next day provided two big towels for two guest and then after expecting the towels, the towels had pubic hairs on them.
- 2/5
The room was not clean. There was evidence of the previous people stay. There was use K cups on the ground. And a use towel on the floor. The bathtub had had mold in the conners and on the floor. The bathtub leaked very bad. We complained but no one ever came up. This was not clean place. We refused to use the shower. The rooms need a lot of repairs.
- 3/5
Hotel needs a major renovation.
- 3/5
Issues with heating the room No ice bucket fridge or microwave
- 3/5
room could have been a little better, especially with cleaning. overall not a bad stay.
- 1/5
Room was not properly cleaned, had hair in bathroom. No hot water at all. Sink leaks water from knob when turned on. Tv doesn’t catch certain channels on guide. NO TOWELS. Asked housekeeping for some, they said they didn’t have any. Asked the front desk for some later that night she said she would send some up, they never came! So I only had 1 big towel & 2 hand towels the entire time. Room is just outdated. This was NOT a good experience at all!
- 2/5
- 3/5
Put microwaves and refrigerators in the rooms please
- 4/5
Nice hotel overall
- 3/5
The water was not hot, and the room was not cleaned well.
- 1/5
Horrible stay no hot water no one to help
- 1/5
It’s just all together outdated hotel and structure. Nothing really attractive around the perimeter in terms of restaurants pharmacies anything. And then to have the staff and hotel reps to of had an insane lack of care just blew my mind. I requested a refund and granted it. No email from hotel or hotels.com of proof/receipt of approval refund of like they said they would which is odd. I received a receipt from hotel which I have that I read when I got home that says the paid amount for the three nights. On Top of it, the security deposit of $75 per night. I’m a Bonvoy Platinum member and that’s what I get for going rogue. I’ll never again and will encourage my family and colleagues to not take the same chance not even for once.
- 2/5
Good location. Two days without hot water for shower.
- 3/5
We chose this hotel because the price was right and it was in a good location, walking distance to Bobby Dodd stadium and many restaurants. The MARTA station is right across the street. The service, however, was terrible, and the room was lacking a refrigerator, only had 2 working USB charging ports, a ripped and stained sheet, and not enough towels ( even though I was promised housekeeping would bring some..they didn’t.) Shower temperature was consistently lukewarm at best. Staff was very courteous, but I’m guessing they were very short of help, which seems to be an issue everywhere. There was also a LOT of highway noise throughout the night and we did not sleep well.
- 3/5
No bar
- 1/5
Hotel was completely unprepared to accommodate guests staying in hotel for concert
- 3/5
Stayed in a King room. The room was good but the bathroom was terrible. The toilet seat was loose, the bathroom door wont shut (a bit too big for the frame), the bathtub won't drain. Long list of frustrations. Also, I had to call twice at a gap of about 30 mins for some extra towels, but none came. The breakfast was bland and limited. Bad experience overall, except for the firm bed, which I loved
- 2/5
Hotel bathroom was very nasty poor lighting for the price you definitely would’ve thought it would be A lot cleaner
- 1/5
First they put me in room 406. There was a burst pipe in the hallway, water soaking the carpet in the hallway and creeping into my room, so they moved me. If that wasn't enough, I woke up covered in bed bug bites. I saw a Google review of bed bugs in the same room 406 two months ago, so they clearly didn't fully address the problem... The second room, 1827, was much nicer, and bed bug free. Service was slow and frustrating. When I finally spoke with someone, they were nice and seemed genuine about wanting to help. But that always came after waiting at the front desk for at least 20 minutes since no one answered the phone lines. And promised follow-up action was never taken until I showed up once or twice again at the front desk to ask. Communication is also a problem. More than once, one staff person said they'd make a note and pass it on to the manager, but then the manager claimed to have never gotten the message. Perhaps this was in part because notes were being made on post-its, not in any digital record.
- 2/5
Humid, no hot water, dirty shower, expensive
- 1/5
This was by far the worse Hotel I have ever attempted to stay at..
- 1/5
I would recommend you guys take this property down from your website. This was literally the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The place had mold in the shower, I had no hot water all three days I stayed. The lobby furniture was scratched, stained, and had holes in it. The carpet, in all of the hallways was in terrible condition, literally stitched together with different types of carpet. I’m an hourly worker so it took me three months to save up for this trip, so I had no choice, but to stay in this hotel, cause I couldn’t afford anywhere else to go on such short notice. This is extremely disappointing.
- 1/5
The room just looked dirty in general. There was a stain in my sofa. The hot water was not working and when I used the kitchen sink, a pool of water leaked onto the kitchen floor. Would not recommend this place to stay.
- 2/5
The facility was moderate. Several areas require improvement. The shower water was cold, and we did not receive enough towels; despite our requests, we did not get any additional ones. Furthermore, there were broken tiles and lamps in the room that need attention.
- 3/5
When we arrived at check in time, there were no rooms ready for guests. Management did not have a plan in place to accommodate the guests. We were there for a convention for the National Federation of the Blind, and to have that many visually impaired people in the lobby was chaos. When we finally checked in (7pm) we come to find out there was no hot water. Had management made some announcements that rooms were delayed and the hot water the guest could have made a change if they wanted or be more prepared. One thing for management don’t wait until you get complaints to make adjustments please be more prepared as people were ready to check in early and even on time.
- 5/5
I read so many negative reviews before staying so I was very nervous. They were completely wrong. This hotel had wonderful staff with great resilience. We were in town for the Chris Brown concert. There were hundreds of people in the lobby. The 2 gentleman worked quickly to get everyone checked in. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The valet people were so kind and everyone had great attitudes. On the second day, we needed more towels and washcloths and they were provided with no issues. The hotel is excellent location for walking to stadiums and restaurants in the area. I’d definitely stay again!
- 2/5
When i areived that evening..the front desk decided to tell ppl as they were checking in..Oh we dont have any hot water..Theu didn't send a notification or anything before my arrival..so i was stuck staying there because it was too late to cancel and my room was already paid for that night. The communication could've been soooo much better.
- 1/5
No hot water in the hotel for 2 days....i got sick. No compensation or apologies. My stay was terrible..
- 2/5
Property was run down, no hot water, broken fixtures.
- 3/5
There was no hot water or a use of elevator
- 1/5
Would not atay again. Room was outdated, and towels had stains on them. After check in, was informed there was NO HOT WATER! But should be back on soon. Hot water was never back on during stay.
- 1/5
Check-in was 3 hours. Literally 3 hours. Why? Because no rooms were ready. Then they didn’t want to allow for late checkout. Room had a broken phone so during the entire visit, I thought that the only phone in the room was that broken phone. But it turns out that the working phone was actually on the other side of the room.
- 2/5
Staff was friendly accommodations needs upgrade.
- 1/5
The staff was nice but it took 4 hours to get a room key and we never had hot water.
- 1/5
The hotel oversold the property for the weekend. I reserved a 1 bedroom suite. They gave me a king room with a sofa and said this is a 1 bedroom suite. The floor upstairs smelled like weed. Burning noses smell. The room was still dirty, the shower handle was broken. I was told they had no other room and no one to clean the room. I have stayed at other crown plaza hotels before and have been pleased.
- 1/5
I was told by hotel staff that the rooms were not ready (as in they had not been cleaned by housekeeping) and then the hotel cancelled my reservation and I had to walk to another hotel and pay twice as much for a nights stay
- 2/5
This property needs more care taken of it there is mold in the rooms and it’s not being maintained. Very horrible for the expectation of a Crowne
- 2/5
I was very disappointed with my recent stay at the Crowne Plaza. The room had a strong, unpleasant odor, similar to dirty, damp feet or a wet rug, that made it uncomfortable to stay in. The bed sheets and covers appeared unclean, and there was no hot water available during my stay. For a hotel that carries the Crowne Plaza name, I expected much higher standards of cleanliness and basic amenities. Unfortunately, this experience did not reflect the level of comfort or quality I’ve had at other locations. I hope management takes these issues seriously and improves housekeeping and maintenance for future guests.
- 1/5
Slow service, room was very unclean and staff was super unfocused.
- 1/5
The room was dirty— the bathroom had mildew in the corners of the bathtub. The sink leaked around the handles as well. And the desk staff weren’t too friendly telling me that I had to wait until 4 pm and write my name on a list for check in. I’m a Registered Nurse who was in Atlanta for a conference and it was just not a great experience for me. The balcony at the gym had old Chinese food on it along with a dead bird carcass. I wish that I chose a different hotel.
- 1/5
I picked this hotel for 2 nights & 3 days for a concert in Atlanta. Upon arrival, I had to wait 30 minutes just to valet my car and over an hour just to check in my hotel. When I finally get to the hotel and try to shower, my shower curtain has mold on it. I then had to bathe in the sink and hurry and get ready for the concert cause I was already behind. After the concert, I go to the front desk and met a very rude receptionist who made me feel very uncomfortable and that I was a problem for requesting a clean room. She even had the nerve to ask me if I wanted to keep that room … NO. So I had to switch rooms at 1am and move all my things alone. I finally get loaded in the next room where I attempt to take a relaxing shower after the day I’ve had. I look to the ceiling and there is also MOLD! I have pictures of both as well. The next morning, I go to speak to a manager who assured me to contact Expedia regarding any compensation and everything would be taken care of. Well, she LIED. The hotel won’t answer after multiple attempts to contact them. This entire experience between the hotel AND Expedia has been awful . Save your money and time so book elsewhere .
- 5/5
Just great
- 1/5
Dirty room and bathroom. Somebody’s hair left in the shower and dirt black on the soap holder of the shower. There was an empty can container underneath the bed. The water doesn’t get hot enough and the air doesn’t get cool enough. It was a terrible experience. The hotel was understaffed. We waited in line for 2 hours to check in. It was an unreal experience. The elevator wait was unreal also. We were on the 17th floor. I didn’t bother with taking pictures. Omg 😳 I should have.
- 4/5
Worse property I have ever stayed at!!!! Room smelled moldy and dirty, literally every time you opened the room door to enter the odor hit you so strongly. The shower curtain had mold on it. The Faucet on the face leaked water everytime we turned it on. There were hair strands all over the bathroom floor. We called for an iron at 9am and waited til 11am, called again repeatedly to follow up and never got the iron.
- 5/5
Much loved it
- 2/5
No towels in room on arrival. Leaking bath tub drips all night long. Mattress old and lumpy.
- 3/5
.
- 2/5
There was only one person at the front desk for check in. There were about 12 people in line. It was very slow. We had one towel set in our room when we arrived. My wife and I shared a towel. It took us to the next day to finally get some more. The hotel needs refurbishing. It's old and dated. Breakfast was not the best. There was a party going on in the room next to us. We finally called down to the desk at 11:30 PM and asked them to do something about it because it was loud. They sent security up and the noise did reduce. You can easily here the next room through the adjoining door.
- 2/5
It's a waste for such potential hotel in good location under poor management.
- 3/5
The room had no towels on arrival. Had to go to desk each day to get towels cause maid didn’t have any due to laundry not being completed. Ice machine on floor not working had to go to different floor each day for ice. Just was not like it was 6 years ago when I stayed. Self parking lot changed up how to pay in middle of visiting.
- 3/5
Room didn't smell fresh and bathroom wasn't very clean
- 1/5
Not clean or sanitary understaffed
- 3/5
I think it was a leak in the room underneath the carpet because the floor stayed wet and when i layed down a towel it was completely soaked. The room had a mildew smell I'm assuming from the wet carpet. The gentleman that checked me in and the front desk was amazing and very helpful. It was just the room itself I hsd complaints with. Before asking why I didn't switch rooms, it was the weekend of the Chris Brown concert and there were no rooms available to change into.
- 4/5
The corridor smelt like smoke and a bit muggy as well
- 1/5
I will never stay here again. One of the worst hotels I ever stayed at. Water wasn’t hot, no towels and tissue. We had to door dash towels. And had the nerve to want to charge $23 for a breakfast buffet, I’ll pass. Management did nothing and I spoke with a maintenance guy and he informed me they were too cheap to provide the necessities. I want a refund. The only positive thing it was near the stadium.
- 1/5
This was my first time staying at this hotel and it was absolutely terrible when I got there 3 1/2 hours before check in time there was a line wrapped around the lobby only two employees checking people in very slowly no direction there was an employee at the front desk on her cell phone not checking in Customers. We were unable to check in. We had to leave our belongings in our car to go attend the event that we had tickets for when we returned at midnight, there was still a long line with only one employee that was very rude. Did not explain anything was not helpful or accommodating. We requested extra towels and blankets and toilet paper because several people were saying that they had not had them in their room. We were told that we needed to get into another line where security was helping with that after we had already waited in line for an hour When we got to our room we had hand towels with hair all over them. The bathtub was dirty. There was no blankets or towels. I contacted corporate several times to attempt to get a refund and I have not heard back yet when it was time to check out the next morning there was another line in the customer service was absolutely terrible. The only employees who are friendly and helpful were the valet team.
- 2/5
Went for a concert. There only vallet parking. Thats fine but the line wrapped around the building! When we finally got inside (an hour later) the check in line wrapped around the lobby twice! Only had 2 people working. Took us an hour and half to get to the desk! Got into the room and there was 1 towel, no sheets on the pullout bed (was supposed to be a queen pullout but had a full mattress with what we assume to be blood stains on it!!). I will not be staying there again.
- 4/5
We stayed for 2 nights and was only given towels once which was day 1. Day 2 we had no clean towels.
- 1/5
Very poorly maintained and managed hotel, rotten fruits and dirty floors all over.
- 1/5
No towels are toiletries contacted front desk no were available. Put name on list checked several time moreover any towels . Had to uber some towels. No hot water No Shower curtain . Due to me trying to be understanding I tried patience. However this made me miss my event .
- 1/5
We had dirty sheets and pillow cases and when asked for replacements they only gave us sheets. We had no wash cloths throughout our entire stay and we asked the front desk for them several times and they stated they did not have any and we had to wash with towels. The shower the water fills up and your feet are sitting in water. The water was also cold and staff failed to assist or make any accommodations.
- 1/5
Was not clean prior to our stay
- 2/5
When we arrived it took over an hour in a half to check in because the line was wrapped around the lobby. Once we got checked in and up to the room, the key did not work so we had to go back down stairs. Once we got a key that worked and got into the room, several lights and the T.V. did not work. Luckily my husband figured out that the tv wasn’t plugged and the antenna wasn’t plugged in. The room only had one towel, one wash clothe, and one hand towel. When we returned for the evening to get in bed, we realized it was only a flat sheet on top of the mattress that kept coming off. The sheet also had spots on it. When we went to go get the extra set out of the closet there wasn’t anything. My husband and travel a lot but this was our first time ever staying at a Crowne Plaza. We chose it because it was close to the even we were in town for. I will never stay at a Crowne Plaza again.
- 1/5
Toilet seat completely unattached, almost fell off and hurt my self trying to simply use the restroom. Sheets dirty

I enjoyed my stay and will be returning soon
- 2/5
The poolside was a disastear. The chairs were thrown about
- 1/5

Great
- 3/5
My stay's rating was adversely affected by the issues at the front counter and breakfast area. This included long lines and wait times for checking in (or out) and purchased room types having no availability. The hotel tried to accommodate these inconveniences with free breakfast vouchers, but the attendants at the breakfast station took guests' vouchers and then tried to charge them anyway - I saw this happen multiple times as I sat there and was also given a bill despite having handed over the voucher.
- 2/5
There were concerns which could have been handled better: red stain on bed sheet; rather than remaking the bed, they made the bed without changing the sheets then left a sheet set on the dresser! My room door did not automatically shut behind me; I returned from a conference and found the room was not locked, the manager on duty was not concerned, in fact she seemed annoyed and proceeded to tell me they have cameras so if anyone had gone into the room they would know. The water did not drain well in the shower; I made the front desk aware, nothing changed......I'll stop there.
- 1/5
There was mold in the room. The bath towers were dirty. I would never recommend Wednesday.
- 4/5
Room was water damaged and mildewed. I understand there were some AC issues at the time.
- 1/5
The internet sucked. My room was not clean and not properly stocked. I had dirty towels hanging in my room. Every time I ask for clean wash cloths and towels the staff say they didn't have anymore. My phone didn't work. I won't be recommending anyone to stay their including myself.
- 5/5
Staff was very accommodating
- 4/5
Everything was okay just was surprised they didn't have a fridge in the room. I didn't have anywhere to put my insulin in.
- 1/5
Ended up at another hotel last minute because waiting two+ hours for check in is more than enough
- 1/5
Review: Crowne Plaza Atlanta – Midtown by IHG My recent stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. Check-in took nearly an hour, which set the tone for the rest of the visit. The first room we were given had not even been cleaned from the previous guest, so we had to be reassigned. Unfortunately, the only option available was not what we paid for—we booked a king room but were given a double instead. The next day, after being gone all afternoon, we returned to our room at 5pm to find it had not been cleaned. Housekeeping arrived about 30 minutes later, but by that time we were already back in the room after a long day. When I politely asked the housekeeper for fresh towels, she refused, which was frustrating and unacceptable. The overall condition of the hotel was very poor. The hallways smelled strongly of smoke, the bathroom in our room was full of mold, and the walls were so thin that we could hear the couple next door arguing until 2am. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. I would highly recommend avoiding this property. There are much better options in Atlanta for the price.
- 3/5
The room was OK, but not as clean as I would have expected. The bathtub appeared to have not been cleaned and the carpet in the main room was quite dirty. For the price of the room, and the add-ons like parking, I feel that it was not good value for the money.
- 1/5
We stayed for 3 nights. They took out used towels and didn't replace with new ones. I called the front desk twice and spoke to 2 people in person and no one could give me 2 towels and washcloths. I ended up having to use a bedsheet as a towel like a dog. Upon leaving, I received very little attention to my complaint. Sent the manager an email and pending further resolution.
- 4/5
It was a great place to stay for the shaky knees festival which is exactly why we stayed there. The only thing I wasn’t a fan of was the AC
- 1/5
The room was dirty, the hotel is old and rundown. The room only had one set of towels two small pillows, barley any toilet paper. Really late check-in time. Staff not friendly at all.
- 1/5
Floors were dirty, only 1 of each towel provided and they were dirty, sheets were too small for mattress, room smelled of cigarettes, tub was dirty, faucet had a leak, overall horrible experience. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND
- 1/5
The hotel told us we could early check in, showed up at 1, was told no, and had to wait till 4. 1 person was checking in two hotels, so we stood in line for an hour. Bar doesn’t open until 4, so you cant even eat or get a drink while you wait. Front desk is rude and unhelpful and does not answer questions. The cafe wasn’t even open in the AM so what’s the point of having it. Breakfast was expensive and they were out of things and it was mediocre food. There was a pube in my shower. They gave a room of two people 1 towel. They didn’t have a comforter on the bed, and expected us to sleep under sheets. No microwave or fridge in the room.
- 1/5
I got there to check in at 3:58. The line was wrapped around the building and there was only one teller. They are either understaffed or do not care.
- 1/5
Booked 2 rooms together, got 2 rooms 5 floors apart. That was even ok, but her attitude was awful. I was polite and not the type to fuss or complain so I kept quiet. I would have assumed she was just having an off day but her aggression and attitude were borderline scary! We have to come to Atlanta twice a week in the foreseeable future and now have to find a different hotel. Sorry for the bad review but I thought you should know.
- 1/5
They put me in a room with no ac and I had to wait 2 days before they gave me another room. Worst Customer service I've ever encountered!
- 4/5
Staff and location were excellent. Room needs to be renovated!!!
- 4/5
Was going to be a late check in and tried to contact hotel front desk. Called about 20 times. They charged me for no show n canceled my reservation. Went in the morning of was told I couldn't check in till 2 pm under a new reservation. Ended up booking with the hotel next to it. They gave me free breakfast n free drinks. Make sure ulyou make details on your trip trying to get through to front desk is impossible.
- 1/5
We did not arrive until late around 1am and had to wake someone up to help us. We were denied check in altogether bc it was “too late” the website did not mention this. I am still waiting on my refund
- 3/5
Ummm the hotel feels haunted and dark. Its water damage on the walls and floors. The rooms are kinda clean but dont look under the bed if you dont want to be freaked out by the dust bunnies. The towels are limited. Matter fact when we went to use out towels, one had blood all over it.. (sooo nasty). The pool closes really early (8pm). The front desk and valet is really nice.
- 2/5
It’s nearly impossible to reach the front desk or the housekeeping department by phone. Your request extra towels and toilet paper and it never comes. Staff seemed to be overwhelmed. Some lamps inside the room and in the bathroom were about to fall off the wall.
- 1/5
The overall condition of the property was unacceptable, from the parking structure to the mail lobby, hallways, and the common area was not only poorly maintained but not cleaned. The condition did not change for the duration of my entire stay.
- 2/5
The hotel was dated and needs to be renovated. Carpet smelled of smoke on our floor. Barely enough lighting in the rooms. Had issues with hot water.
- 3/5
House cleaning almost nonexistent. We didn’t have towels from Saturday to Monday. Not just dirty , they took them and didn’t bring any back. Didn’t replace coffee items nor leave toilet paper. Wasn’t just us as I saw others asking for towels. Carpet in room had some goo on it. Public restrooms in lobby dirty with trash on floors. Valet was nice and efficient. But then double charged us for every day. Kitchen and bar people just wanted to leave early.
- 3/5
Moldy floor and shower curtain. Room musty smelling.
- 3/5
It's not very clean, and someone had broken the lock off the balcony door, but it was a place to sleep during my visit to Atlanta. The traffic sounds are LOUD, even on the 10th floor, but that isn't the hotel's fault. The elevators get a bit congested. Overall with some TLC this could be a really nice place to stay, but as is I don't think I'd recommend it.
- 2/5
Room was not cleaned and no supplies like towels, coffee cups and coffee pods. No ironing board to iron the dress. Called couple of time they say will send but never did come. Me and my husband went to reception and asked they said they will send but no one had come or took action at all. Terrible service for paying over $600 . Never would recommend anyone to stay

When we initially checked in the room we were given was not clean, the bed was not made, and there was used femanine products in the trash in the bathroom. We went downstairs to report our findings (the gentleman was really nice, he was the only one nice) and we were given an upgraded room. It had been clean, but just like the first room VERY outdated. The pictures online does not accurately mirror what you actually get, pictures make it look newer than what it actually is. The shower curtain in the bathroom was molded. The sink did not drain properly, the water did not get hot at all. We only had two large towels in our room no face towel no hand towels. The request for towels was made multiple times but never received & when we went down late last night after arriving back to the hotel from my son’s game we were told that all the staff had gone home at 9:00 and she wasn’t making any promises, but she would try to get us towels if security would go get them. We ended up going down to the hotel gym & grab towels. The sliding door to the balcony did not lock so we had to sleep with the balcony door unlocked all night. We WILL NOT BE STAYING HERE AGAIN

Overall a great experience. The building and rooms do show signs of aging but it is nice and there are lots of amenities. The views were great in the 16th floor. The room was mostly clean. There were cigarette butts on the balcony and no trash can liners. Staff was excellent all around.

The pool area was not clean. On Sunday, 9/7 there were towels strewn about, articles of clothing, and a diaper. On Monday, 9/8 it was cleaner (less towels) but still some towels, napkins, and articles of clothing laying all around the deck area. Staff were friendly and helpful! The valet attendant was especially helpful in directing me to a parking garage and was patient to explain the directions to me twice. I'm sure it was posted somewhere but not very obvious when I was doing the booking that breakfast was not complimentary. Since I was coming from out of town, it was not obvious to me that I was traveling to the heart of downtown and thus not intuitive to ask if there was a parking lot where parking would be complimentary. These are two costs (parking & breakfast) I had not budgeted for in advance.

We requested queen size beds and received singles. We had 2 towels the room was disgusting and run down and the worst part front desk do not care about your complaint. No one answers their phones and when you come to the front to give your complaint they do not care. The lobby was full of people wearing barely any clothes walking around with no shoes or socks. Got in the elevator with our kids and had two ladies in the underwear. It was a clown show. The worst experience. A nightmare.

Stay at your own risk.

Toilet seat was loose, tub ad sink would not drain properly. There are no excuses for these when you have employees who use them everyday while supposedly cleaning.
