Reviews
The hotel received mixed reviews with guests praising the friendly staff and convenient location, but expressing dissatisfaction with the high parking fees, water outage issues, and maintenance problems in the rooms. Some guests also reported communication issues with the hotel during the water outage.

Visit Kwenton & Spencer at Top Draft Sports Lounge at the property. We had an awesome view of FIFA Fan Festival, Centennial Olympic Park, and had an awesome weekend!

Had an enjoyable stay and Andre at the service desk was amazing. He was very courteous. the room that I reserved was not available, so he was kind enough to comp my parking. The hotel was overall clean and in a great location. The other staff was very friendly with helping to direct me around the the very large hotel.

Staff was friendly

The hotel property is very nice and has more than enough amenities to keep you entertained during your stay. Everything is in close distance to the property, and all that you will need is within walking distance.

Great can’t say nothing wrong with them

Omni was nice, it was convenient to all attractions. Highly recommend if you are attending an event at State Farm Arena.
- 5/5
Beautiful view of Centennial Park from the balcony. Very friendly staff.

Very clean and good location. Rooms need better sound proofing.
- 4/5
Overall great stay. I found it to be a bit outdated. No walk-in shower or smart TV to connect apps.
- 5/5
Nice hotel. Well run
- 5/5
As far as the hotel itself everything was amazing! My only issue was at the sports bar/restaurant in the hotel our waiter was not very attentive.
- 5/5
This was my first time staying at this hotel and I loved it. So spacious and clean, we stayed on the 25th floor and the view of the park and downtown was beautiful. Will definitely be booking again
- 5/5
Beautiful location, wonderful staff. Would definitely stay again.

Huge peoperty. Well maintained. Great staff.
- 4/5
The gym was large and had many machines annd weights although both peleton screens did not turn on. The restaurant was large and was not a highlight of our visit. We went for dinner and our waitress did not know the price of the buffet. She told us “maybe it was $35, and maybe the kids were $21”. She did not know what was on the buffet. We ordered kids meals for our two which were good but the kids drinks were forgotten after reminders. The adult food was good. When trying to check out, our waiters and the manager and another staff member had to be asked as the drinks were re-re-requested for the children. They were served as well as the ice cream we were told had to be “made” for the kids meals. When the check arrived, we tried to room charge for the kids eat free promotion although the manager said she would have to re-ring the check and after 90m at dinner, we needed to get to the show. We opted to pay with cards to avoid any additional time. There were so many staff members present, it was a disorganized and disappointing experience. We opted to skip the restaurant for breakfast to avoid additional difficulty with two children. The lobby coffee was delicious and hopefully these issues can be resolved.

The overall hotel was ok but the area was really really sketchy and felt unsafe. Room was on the seventh floor but could not sleep more than a few hours bc of all the outside noise u could hear in the room and the cars racing down the streets. Left at 4:30 am tired and ready to go home. Would not stay again.
- 5/5
Staff was amazing room was amazing perfect stay
- 4/5
The breakfast was excellent, and the location is hard to beat if you're visiting downtown Atlanta. The hotel is conveniently situated near many of the city's top attractions, making it easy to explore the area. The only reason I am not giving this hotel a full 5-star rating is that some areas of the property, particularly the bathrooms, are beginning to show their age. While everything was clean and well-maintained, the décor feels a bit dated and could benefit from a refresh. That said, the outstanding service, cleanliness, comfort, and overall guest experience far outweighed this minor drawback. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Atlanta. My advice to future travelers is to request an updated room if available, but rest assured that you'll be treated exceptionally well regardless of where you stay in the hotel. I would rate this as a 4 out of 5 stars excellent hotel, wonderful staff, and a fantastic location, with only the dated bathroom décor keeping it from perfection.
- 5/5
The hotel is super good, the service is excellent and the food is delicious. I recommend it
- 5/5
Clean room and nice coffee
- 5/5
Comfy robes, great downtown views, friendly staff, and just a great relaxed atmosphere. I slept like a baby and would go back anytime. 10/10.
- 5/5
The view of the "City of Atlanta" was magnificent. The valet parking (Hassan)was courtesy and efficient. The young lady Ayo was very pleasant at the front desk in the south tower and another young lady in housekeeping was kind enough to help me (Down the hallway away from my room 2771) with my tuxedo tie since I kind of lack a bit of dexterity in my left hand. Leaving. I very much hope to be able to attend annually. There was an announcement during my visit at the HBCU Banquet that the "City of Atlanta" will be hosting the "HBCU Legacy Bowl" annually. If I was a wealthy man. I could certainly live there.
- 5/5
Great experience with a great location and all around first class!
- 5/5
The room was neat and clean. The staff were very friendly. Every morning, all the staff greeted us with a smile and a "Good morning," which made a very good impression.
- 4/5
Nice hotel and wonderful staff. It’s just so huge that it’s easy to get lost or turned around when trying to figure out where you are (north or south tower). Several different families got lost like us just trying to find our way and the signs had info but not helpful to finding where we needed to go.
- 2/5
I reserved and paid for a room with a balcony and also looked forward to being able to access State Farm through the Omni. Got to room and there was no balcony and also learned due to construction we could not enter State Farm through the hotel. Ended up getting soaking wet walking to concert. Also didn’t get to enjoy the air and view from balcony. Was told I would receive a credit that I never got. Very disappointed.
- 5/5
Amazing property. The only bad thing was the mariguana smell right beside our room. Very unfortunate
- 5/5
The hotel staff was exceptional and always looking to hell. There was a very busy conference going on at the time, but you would never know it by how attentive the staff were and how clean the hotel was.
- 5/5
This was the most accommodating and positive experiences I have ever had while traveling! The staff was so warm, kind and helpful! I will definitely come back to Atlanta to stay here!
- 4/5
It was a nice hotel. Very clean and the staff were professional and kind. I would stay again. The one thing I did not like was the WiFi. You have to pay for it; this was something new for me.

I loved how clean and spacious it was. All the staff was so friendly. And the room was emaculate! The only thing I didn't like was that the vending machines didn't work on the north tower

- 4/5
Great location for GWCC. Staff was somewhat helpful although you could tell everyone was feeling stressed; most interactions were curt. Room was clean and comfortable. Beds were comfortable. Water pressure and temperature in the shower were great. Top Draft Sports Lounge had good food prepared quickly and friendly bartender. Overall good experience.
- 5/5
Amazing location, beautiful views. Amazing staff and front desk staff was very helpful. I highly recommend.
- 5/5
When I got to the airport I discovered I forgot some small items in the dresser drawer in my room. Called hotel and they sent someone to the room right away to retrieve it. When I called back they had my items and would mail them to me. Such awesome service with just a phone call. Will stay there again next year for MomoCon.
- 5/5
I love this property because it is right in the middle of everything and the hotel it self we are never disappointed
- 5/5
Connected to the Georgia congress center was a huge plus. The tv would turn off randomly and freeze sometimes but we never really cared. Definitely will come back to this property if we visit again

This is the best hotel. Staff was exceptional. They went above and beyond with my Down Syndrome brother. We got there at 11 o’clock and they held our bags until check in at 4 o’clock and brought our luggage to the room. Free gourmet coffee. Attached to the convention center which was so nice. And the fed ex center was great to mail home our purchases at the convention. Will stay in Omni properties from now on!

A couple of standouts deserve recognition. Sherrele (apologies if I’m butchering the spelling!), the woman who works night audit on Saturdays into Sundays, is truly amazing — the kind of hospitality professional who makes guests feel genuinely cared for, not just checked in. And James at the front desk was equally fantastic. Both of them set the bar for what great service looks like. If Omni leadership reads these reviews, please make sure they know the impact they have. The room itself was a true retreat. Spacious, beautifully appointed, and immaculate. The bed was hands-down one of the most comfortable I’ve slept on at a hotel — exactly what you need after an emotional, full day of family events. The location is also tough to beat. Everything I needed was within an easy walk, which made the whole trip seamless. No hunting for parking, no long Ubers — just step outside and you’re there. For a milestone family moment like a graduation, you want a hotel that rises to the occasion. The Omni Centennial Park absolutely did. Highly recommend.

Awesome place very clean and comfortable place to stay. Staff were great and helpful.

Check in was super simple, the staff were wonderful, and the rooms were clean and well maintained. We will definitely be staying here again!

It was a beautiful property and very clean. The only thing I can say negative would be that I don’t think Valet parking should be charged when staying at the Omni.

The process of when someone orders out they have to still get dress to walk all the way to valet in the next building(tower) to pick up food was ludicrous to me. If I wanted to go outside for dinner I wouldn’t have ordered in (DoorDash) That was a major inconvenience since the only room service available to order was breakfast from the hotel!!! I was upset and it was a major inconvenience and disappointment and hopefully they look into changing the process of their customers food being dropped at valet especially if it’s not going to be brought to your room. The hotel overall is beautiful for my first time staying there but I’m not sure I’d stay again.
- 5/5
Very nice experience. I’m not complaint is the pool was small and not impressive but everything else was wonderful
- 4/5
Only issue I had was the cleaning staff coming an hour before checkout to clean the room, when my wife was still in the room Other than that, fantastic.
- 5/5
Always a great start at the Omni
- 5/5
This hotel is so convenient to all the things downtown. One does not have to leave the building to get to the Georgia world congress center. Staff is so helpful and courteous.

The hotel is beautiful and staff were so friendly and helpful. The room was nice but the bathroom was kind of gross. It’s almost like the bathroom wasn’t upgraded with the rest of the hotel. The ceiling was peeling and just dirty in appearance. Aside from that it was fantastic and convenient to anything downtown. Breakfast was also delicious!

My husband and I were celebrating our 30th anniversary and the staff went above and beyond for us. Everything was amazing and I would definitely stay there again. Omni gets 10 stars from me. Thank you Omni
- 5/5
The room was clean and ready early. The hotel is located near a lot of walking distance, restaurants, and activities to do great views from the windows of the room. Will definitely be staying here again 10 out of 10 and definitely recommend.
- 5/5
The staff is super friendly and we've the location! The sports bar had a great outside ambiance and you can see the ferris wheel from the balcony. The pool and other amenities are spectacular. This is one of my favorite hotels to stay in when visiting Atlanta.
- 5/5
Perfect luxury hotel stay
- 5/5
Staff was amazing and friendly. My room was also clean and I had a great view. Only thing I did not like was that with the price of the stay, you would think the bathrooms would be updated with walk in showers.

- 3.5/5
There was a lot of construction happening all around the property. The only way into the facility was to go through the valet entrance as everything else was blocked off or locked.
- 5/5
Our 2 night stay here was wonderful. The entire staff were kind, helpful, & professional. Room was pristine! Will certainly book this hotel again.
- 5/5
The mirror in our room was rusted. Need to be changed
- 5/5
Valet parking price is little bit higher than other places.
- 4.5/5
Clean rooms, we loved having access to the bar and concessions area. Beds were comfortable. We stayed here as we were attending the Lady Gaga concert at State Farm Arena (located next door to the hotel). The selling point for us was that the hotel had its own personal crosswalk/tunnel for you to get straight from the hotel to the arena without having to even walk the streets, which for two women visiting Atlanta for the first time, was important to us for safety reasons. We checked in, and were told the crosswalk was under renovations, and we would have to walk to the venue. This was not advertised prior to our stay, so this was very disappointing, especially for the price we paid to stay here.
- 5/5
The room was very clean. The view was awesome. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
- 1/5
The bed was comfortable that was it. The free drink was good. I did go down to check to see about extra hour since check out was at 11 so I was granted that hour thank you. It was a lot of communication, valet could not find my car key at first. Check in was long. No microwave in room. No city view as pictures show. Breakfast was horrible. For the price I paid was not worth it. I have stayed in a cheaper hotel in Atlanta,Georgia and food, communication, parking etc wonderful. Feel like I was in a school with no city view.
- 5/5
Very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Great location if going to a State Farm Arena.
- 5/5
I Will Only Stay At This Hotel The Staff Was Amazing… The Room Was Perfect Also The Location Was In Walking Distance To A lot Of Other Restaurants
- 5/5
The room was wonderful! Staff was superb friendly and so extremely helpful! Valet was courteous and quick. Everyone was very professional, we enjoyed our stay. Will absolutely recommend this to others. Will be coming back to stay again soon!
- 3/5
For the price of the room, nothing special. Need luxury, no microwave, just not what I expected for a 4 star hotel. I would never spend the price of the rooms they offer.
- 5/5
Beautiful property and rooms, nice hotel staff, loved the pool and location, the free drink and restaurantsin the hotel. So much to love

- 1/5
Rude front desk staff. Managers arrogant. Avoid if at all possible.
- 3/5
It was clean but it was not what I would expect for a 4 star hotel . If staying here please bring your body wash , shampoo and conditioner. They only had 1 three ounce bottle of body wash shampoo and conditioner. It was hardly enough for one person more less two people. The arena is walking distance along with alot of other amenities.
- 3/5
This hotel was in a good location to top attractions, but I stayed on the old side (south tower) didn’t know that when I booked it’s outdated bathrooms are small, and rooms are old decor, dark rooms was disappointing. Staff was good.

Clean and friendly

Our shampoo and conditioner was half used and my bed was missing a top sheet. The ice maker was also out of service

We stayed in the north tower for this trip. It is much nicer and up to date than the south tower. Would definitely stay here again.

- 3/5
The room wasn't worth the money, the only convenience is it's walking distance to State Farm Arena where me and my kids attended a game. The walls are thin, I could hear the person in the next room coughing. I hate the money grab of hotels not having a microwave because they want you to spend money at their hotel instead of having your own food. The complimentary robe had makeup on it. I've had way more comfortable beds and pillows in lesser charging hotels. I will not be staying here again. I rather book a hotel further out and drive is need to
- 5/5
Everything was clean and perfect hotel felt safe and staff was very nice

I was very pleased with our stay. The hotel staff was courteous and the property and our room was beautiful.

We stayed here before going to a concert at the State Farm Arena for my daughters birthday. The staff made my daughter feel so special! They reached out prior to oir arrival and asked about her and her likes. She had 2 personalized birthday cards and sepcail treats for her in the room upon arrival! I will absolutely stay here again. AAAAMAZING!
- 5/5
Stayed for a concert at State Farm Arena and the staff was outstanding. Room service dinner was better than expected, shout out to the Brussels sprouts! The convenience to the Arena and the outstanding staff service will make this my every time concert stay.

As soon as we got to the room, the lack of outlets was disappointing. You can't plug in your cellphones and your CPAP machine because there are only 2 outlets in between the beds, and we had to call down to the front desk to discover the outlets were hidden on either side of the nightstand. Then, as we were getting ready for the concert at the arena, we found out the sink in the bathroom had some sort of dark shavings all over it and it was also completely clogged. We told the maintenance person, and he said he'd come back later when we were at the concert to fix it. He never did. In the morning, we went to take a shower, and there wasn't any hot water. Not just warm water, absolutely ice cold water ONLY. The three of us weren't able to take a shower. Awful. So thats what we paid $522 for. I assure you we won't be wasting that amount of money on another Omni Hotel again.

This is a great hotel, especially if you have a conference. It rained two days and it was nice not having to carry a umbrella around all day at the conference. Also, it only took me 4 min to get to class from the 17th floor! The elevators were amazingly fast- never had to wait. Hotel bar and snack store were both really nice.

the only complaint i can think of is the walls are thin. my neighbor would sleep through his alarm every day and even though the front desk would send someone to wake him up he would fall asleep again and the alarm would go off again and they would have to send someone up to wake him again. Oh, the other thing, and this isn't really a complaint because because I didn't end up needing them but I could have sworn the room description said the room came with a robe, slippers, a fridge and a microwave. I was kind of counting on the microwave but I managed without it. other than that the location was perfect, the room was clean and very comfortable, the hotel staff was professional, pleasant and helpful.

Room clean great view
- 2/5
Room very dated.

Great location
- 5/5
- 5/5
Really helpful and friendly staff. Beds were very comfortable
- 4/5
The room was nicely cleaned. But two lights didn't work in the room. And it was cold in the hallways.
- 5/5
Nice place
- 4/5
View from room was excellent. Overlooking the park and city with a balcony great. The room is outdated and would prefer a couch or another soft chair. In addition ear plugs would be nice for the noise outside. Breakfast card in the room for room service and leave on door. Breakfast was hot and deliver exactly on time!! The hospitality of the staff was outstanding. Everyone from the front desk to the maintenance associate greeted and offered assistance when needed. We were there for the Peach bowl and after walking back in the rain, we entered the hotel wet and waiting for us steps in the door was a table and greeter with a bottle water, electrolye packet and a towel. This blew me away at 1130pm at night and was so unexpected. It was small details like that that made out visit outstanding.
- 5/5
The service was great
- 3/5
The room appeared a bit worn. The front lobby staff only had 2 attendants at check in with lengthy wait due to large event weekend. The bars, restaurants did not have enough staff and ran out of food items & alcohol. The location was my primary reason for choosing the hotel and will likely not stay at Omni in the future as it was not more expensive than other options that had better amenities, furnishings and accessibility. I also felt that 4 elevators was not enough for all the levels and amount of people. We had lengthy delays waiting for elevators. Some exit doors were locked that access the hotel exterior. I’m sure this is not compliant with fire marshal laws.
- 3/5
The room was fine. Not quite what I expected for a hotel in this class. Small bathtub/shower combo, room itself on the small side. We were there for the Peach Bowl. Spent that night and the next. The Omni is not quite as close to MB Stadium as I expected. Hotel listing says "just steps away". According to Google Maps it's .6 miles We're a little mobility challenged so that was a bit of a disappointment. Day of the Peach Bowl the hotel was overwhelmed. Only one restaurant, a sports bar, was open and it was too packed to even get into. There was also a lobby bar. Had a drink there after about an hour wait. Staff was very friendly, but no concierge and the staff didn't have any local knowledge for the hotel area. On the Saturday after the Peach Bowl the Omni and surrounding area was pretty deserted. The Sports bar in the lobby was closed for no apparent reason. There is a restaurant next to the lobby bar that is normally open for breakfast and again after 5 in the afternoon. Not sure if it did open in the evening. We went to the Margaritaville in the Club Wyndham nearby. It's not just the hotel that is dead. There used to be a very nice McCormick & Schmick's in the hotel building, but that has closed. Not much else in the immediate area as far as restaurants or shopping.
- 5/5
Omni Hotel staff is always great, clean rooms, excellent beds and the location in relation the Mercedes stadium was fantastic
- 5/5
Very clean, very friendly staff. Great location. Close to places to eat in the hotel and nearby.Enjoyed the stay. Would go to this hotel again.
- 3/5
Yes, nice view, the bar was great!!!!
- 5/5
The hotel was very busy due to the Peach Bowl going on nearby, but check in was very efficient, room was ready on time, and there was constant communication from management asking how my stay was going. My only minor complaint is that the bar service was lackadaisical and the bar closed at least 30 minutes before they were supposed to.
- 5/5
Clean room, staff helpfull
- 5/5
Everything was excellent
- 3/5
Restaurant staff were horrible.
- 5/5
Overall stay was great. Room was very nice and the overall service throughout was fantastic.
- 5/5
Great hotel, very attentive, clean and the rooms were great as well.
- 4/5
The shower has a shower curtain. To me, that can never be better than a four star hotel or less.
- 5/5
Beautiful hotel. Only disappointment was that restaurants were closed most of the time & the room service omelet was so over cooked that it wasn't eaten other than one bite
- 4/5
Food choices weren’t great for a 5 star hotel.
- 4/5
Staff was super informative and friendly!
- 5/5
The rooms, staff, restaurants services were all awesome. Would definitely stay here again!
- 2/5
The AC in the room didn’t work. Was not an enjoyable stay.
- 4/5
Nice place! Ice machine on 14th, 16th and 13th all out of order. Couldn’t get anyone to bring us ice. With that said they were extremely busy! I would stay again :)
- 5/5
Room was spotless , staff went above and beyond great synergy !
- 5/5
Service was amazing!
- 5/5
A very warm welcome & a beautiful room. Iced tea in the lobby!!

- 4/5
The location to the arena was amazing, the staff was amazing, especially William the bell man, he greeted us with a smile and made us feel welcome and secured. I was traveling with my daughter and he made sure we got to and from our vehicle safe.
- 5/5
There was plenty to do at this location.
- 5/5
We loved the convenience of the location.
- 3/5
Wish we were informed about the construction in the building and that we could not walk to State Farm arena from the inside of the building. Also the TV in the room, I was not able to connect my device due to the hdmi was broken. I was not able to connect.
- 5/5
Amazing staff, clean room just overall
- 5/5
for the cost of the room the breakfast should be included
- 5/5
Check in staff member was wonderful
- 4/5
Everything great except long wait to check in.
- 1/5
To not have either of the restaurants open made this experience awful. We will never stay here again
- 5/5
Beautiful
- 5/5
Check in was great but the room wasn’t as clean as it should’ve have been for the price of the room
- 5/5
Nice room and view, good service from all staff, two restaurant options, a bar and coffee shop, indoor connection to the World Congress Center and beautiful Christmas decorations and photo ops along the North-South towers bridge, lobby and other areas.

- 5/5
Rooms were nice and comfortable, access to Centennial Park and the GWCC were really easy. All staff that I interacted with were friendly and helpful.
- 5/5
Great!!!!
- 5/5
We liked everything about our stay. The customer service was good, excellent water pressure, our room service breakfast was on time and yummy and the valet experience was also good. The only negative was the entrance to the arena from the hotel was closed. This made getting into the arena a little more inconvenient and stressful.
- 5/5
Will be back!
- 5/5
Awesome
- 5/5
Only issue I had was the path that leads from the hotel directly into State Farm arena was closed. I didn’t appreciate that. Part of why I chose this hotel to begin with. But other than that the hotel was great.
- 3/5
Upon entering the hotel, one particular staff person was rude and I felt racially profiled. Staff person assumed I was not there for a reservation but there to ask questions. His comment “if you have questions we will be with you in a minute!” I told him I was there to check inn. At which point he invited me to the counter for the check in process. However he walked away and a female employee assisted with check.
- 5/5
Clean room, friendly staff, just a great stay.
- 5/5
Always a pleasure to stay here. Customer service is top notch.
- 5/5
The room was beautiful and I loved the spaciousness. Will definitely stay again.
- 5/5
We always book the south tower but the front desk assigned us the north tower which was a longer walk for seniors. When we asked to be placed in the South she just said no without any explanation.
- 4/5
Everything
- 4/5
Room was Amazing. Staff was so nice. 30 yards from the basketball stadium. Such a great experience. The elevators not scanning my hotel key for my stay was the only hiccup
- 5/5
Love how close this hotel is to everything! It was clean and the staff was amazing
- 5/5
Great staff!

Nice room area around property was a bit confusing

This is about a check-in issue on Expedia's side. We extended out stay to include Sunday night, leaving on Monday. I requested this on Friday. All was confirmed with me and I was sent an email. However, The Omni was not showing that we were adding a day to our reservation. So, upon check-in, our reservation was only showing a one-night stay. The Omni Hotel. told us to go on to our room, because I was on hold with Expedia trying to confirm our stay, which we had already paid for. It probably took 30 minutes to get this worked out, which frustrated me because we had paid for an early check-in and we were being delayed having to wait for all of this to be settled. I most likely will not use Expedia again.
- 5/5
It was clean and centrally located for us to attend an event at State Farm Arena and Mercedes-Benz. We took advantage of the Top Draft Bar during our two night stay. We asked for more towels and almost in the blink of an eye, they were there with them. The Concierge was always visible and so very helpful. We experienced a problem with the in-room safe and someone was there almost immediately. I would definitely stay here again.
- 5/5
Clean rooms, wonderful staff and great food!
- 5/5
Great comfy beds!!

- 4/5
Great stay, staff very pleasant, room clean and comfortable.
- 5/5
Our stay was amazing. The view was spectacular and the staff was beyond wonderful. Valet service was fast and the gentlemen Joseph and Bah were extremely kind.
- 2/5
Staff in sportsbar was lazy/not attentive/not a busy night either
- 1/5
It was extremely disappointing to have this issue of cold water in the shower for two days and it was even more disappointing, not to say INSULTING, to be told that I was not using it properly while there was indeed an issue.
- 3/5
The room wasn't very clean and while maintenance came at 8pm in the evening to look at it, there was a leak in the ceiling in the bathroom that had been there for a while. The walls are very thin and we could here the neighbors talking the entire time we were there.
- 3/5
However, the walls are thin and the the doors to adjacent rooms can be heard shutting making for an uncomfortable sleep.
- 5/5
Perfection
- 3/5
South tower rooms very dated. Poor sound insulation. Could hear conversations between rooms!
- 5/5
Loved everything.
- 5/5
The premium breakfast was delicious only a bit cold. Apart from that an excellent hotel, I would stay again Staff is awesome James at Valet reception is amazing. Met some people who will be life long friends too
- 1/5
Room was slightly dirty, super loud street noise. The balcony did not shut all the way so a ton of road noise. Not worth the amount we paid.
- 4/5
Stafff very helpful and friendly
- 3/5
I was truly excited to stay with you all. I’m a person that loves ambience and good customer service. Customer service was excellent however….to pay soo much money and be limited on breakfast I thought was WILD! The bathroom shower water was cold never to warm up, the room was very small with a lack in decore, and parking was waaaay too high. My hope truley superseded my experience. In the same breath I could just not be the Omni customer and that’s ok. In that breath that’s not the kind of experience I’d try again.
- 5/5
Very healthy
- 4/5
We did not eat the breakfast on the property. The location was convenient. The staff was friendly and the room was clean
- 5/5
The staff made us feel very welcomed as soon as we walked in! Great service.

- 5/5
I loved my stay. That's all I need to say.
- 5/5
Best hotel, I have ever stayed at. Friendly staff, easy room-service breakfast option. Walkable to State Farm Arena, and the rooms are great. Check-in and out was so smooth and I will definitely be staying here again if I come back to ATL.
- 5/5
Room was clean. All staff were cordial and hospitable. Convenient to all locations I needed. Great experience.
- 5/5
Easy check in . Room is clean with a nice night time view of the centennial park and the lit Ferris wheel .
- 5/5
I did not like how high the water pressure was in our room. It was so high that it hurt
- 4/5

- 5/5
Everything was great!
- 5/5
Wonderful
- 5/5
The property was close to the State Farm Arena.
- 5/5
Clean King newly renovated room in the North Tower on the 28th floor, and park view was nothing but the best!
- 5/5
Check in was easy and fast. Tiffany was so friendly. I was surprised when I was told it would cost $60 to park my car. When I asked what other options I had, I got a short none. Before I left, he did say something to make us smile. Checkout was nice too. The only name that stood out was Tiffany, but everyone was nice. There was a lot of construction going on too.
- 5/5
Danielle at the bar was very nice and gave us great suggestions. She also great in engaging in conversation with customers.
- 5/5
This was a repeat stay and I really believed I was assigned the same room I had previously. This was great and it made me feel at home. The robe and slippers was a plus. In addition, I patronized one of the hotel restaurants, I think it was called the Draft Bar. Excellent food and drinks. Had a great time with friends.
- 5/5
Awesome!
- 4/5
Good location for going to the Mercedes Stadium. Walking distance. Great family time.
- 5/5
I would definitely stay at Omni again! Its a very clean and stylish hotel in Downtown Atlanta, within walking distance to many dining options, the State Farm Arena, and many other amenities. I'm definitely booking the Omni for my next visit.
- 5/5
I enjoyed myself and had no issues getting around the hotel.
- 4/5
Room was clean. Had to check several different floors for a working ice machine
- 5/5
Very friendly staff and very clean atmosphere
- 5/5
Incredible
- 5/5
Check in staff super helpful!
- 5/5
Staff was friendly, the hotel had great dining and the room was clean and comfortable
- 5/5
The exterior of the building doesn’t do the interior justice. Centrally located in city for quick walks or taxis to other neighborhoods.
- 5/5
very clean and great staff
- 4/5
The Omni has a high reputation. The review is less of a dig at the hotel but more so how I was feeling on a very chaotic day for myself. I stayed here for convenience. It’s steps away from the arena and stadium. I paid a lot to stay for less than 24 hours. All of the staff were amazing and helpful. No complaints there. I just couldn’t get comfortable. I stayed during a busy weekend. The parking was hectic. Finding the room was difficult. I got lost several times. Using the elevator was stressful. You have to scan the room key before selecting the floor which adds extra security but no one on the elevator with me understood that so we stayed in the lobby for a while. My neighbors kept moving around and going in and out so it was noisy. The AC unit was either too hot or too cold. I did feel like Goldilocks. There was nothing the staff could do (I also didn’t ask) because it was a matter of comfort. I came during a busy week and was already having a confusing day. The hotel is large and has a lot of guests which is great. The rooms are nice but I couldn’t get WiFi without paying for it. I also thought there were parking options but there is only valet. It’s $60 per day. Other parking outside of the hotel is minimum $53 per day for the lots. I’m glad I chose it for convenience to the State Farm Arena and I would come back if I have another show there but I wouldn’t stay for any other reason.
- 4/5
Enjoyed everything and the only problem we ran into was the lack elevator use for the visitors.

We enjoyed our stay. It was clean, quiet, and walkable. Very close to Mercedes Benz stadium so we could walk to the pregame activities, walk back to the hotel to freshen up, and walk back for the game.
- 5/5
The Omni Atlanta Hotel is the perfect place to stay especially of you are attending events at Starm Arena.

- 5/5
Great service and friendly staff!
- 5/5
I liked the safety of having to use your key card on the elevator to get your floor and room.
- 5/5

I liked being able to walk to the State Farm Arena for a concert I attended. I also love the food at the Bar and Grill that was located near the check-desk. Staff was really friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Rooms are update, nice and clean. I also had a beautiful balcony view.

free internet
- 1/5
The band that was playing in the park was so loud it was 68 decibels in my room
- 3/5
I had stuff delivered from Walmart and they would not keep it behind the counter, but in a table where everyone can steal it. Fortunately nobody did. I asked why they wouldn't hold it behind the counter and they said for liability reasons. Whatever that means. I had two small boxes shipped to me at the hotel. They would not hold that either for liability reasons and instead sent it to the fed ex office where I had to pay $15 handling fee on each box. This is a really bad system. I never stay at nice hotels and thought I was in for a treat, but I was disappointed.
- 5/5
Room was clean and neat. Male staff at check- in was not very welcoming but overall staff were friendly and helpful.
- 4/5
Room was clean ac was good elevator was dirty
- 5/5
Staff was awesome
- 5/5
The staff were all friendly and the room was clean and nice.
- 5/5
Great staff got us checked in quickly. Our balcony requested was perfect view of Centennial Park, which we enjoyed greatly. Top Hatch food outside at the Tiki Lounge was incredible! Easy access to State Farm Arena was perfect!
- 4/5
The location was very convenient to State Farm Arena. The staff was excellent; however, the Sport Bar was very understaffed and ran out of many items our last day there. Our room was fine but the bathroom showed its age--dated wallpaper, tub, cracked sink, and towels with frayed edges. Time for a re-fresh!
- 5/5
It is conveniently located to the State Farm Arena and many other attractions in Atlanta.
- 5/5
All the staff were super helpful and friendly. The hotel was conveniently located and very nice and clean. We will definitely stay here again.

Great location, friendly staff!
- 5/5
The man checking us in was so great. I was there with my daughter and another mother and her daughter to see a concert. We had both checked in when he realized we were together and re assigned us rooms together and in the tower closest to the arena with great views. It was above and beyond.
- 5/5
Clean room
- 5/5
Check in gentleman was very kind and loved my room with a fantastic view of the city.
- 5/5

I only stay at this property when I’m in Atlanta. It’s conventionally located downtown and walkable to many attractions. It’s also next to State Farm arena.

- 4/5
The staff was very friendly.
- 5/5
Excellent service, great hotel, convenient for State Farm Arena events!
- 4/5
The parking fee is a bit much for hotel guests p
- 5/5
The hotel is large, modern and, clean. The location is excellent. It is right next to State Farm Arena (where we went to a concert, so it was very easy to walk back and forth). Also very convenient to the Georgia Aquarium, World of Coca Cola, Olympic Park, Skyview Atlanta Ferris Wheel, and many restaurants.
- 5/5
The hotel was exceptionally clean and a great location for the conference centre
- 5/5
Very clean and bed was very comfortable

Everything was great about stay
- 5/5
Had a very nice stay here. Super convenient to the stadium. Nice bar options. I’d stay again.
- 5/5
Was here for the Beyonce concert and everything was excellent. Short walk to the Mercedes Benz stadium. I would stay here again. Everyone was friendly.
- 4/5
Prices were extremely high.
- 5/5
The hotel is big and confusing. When you get lost, you cannot find any staff to help you. There's not sufficient direction at all.

Front desk was fantastic. Staff were extraordinary.

I loved that the Omni was connected to the Congress Center - super convenient for business travellers. Tiffany at the North Tower front desk was lovely and very helpful.

The staff were very accommodating. I would like to shout out the following staff members: Tanya, Shamarkie (Southern Kitchen), Nate (Food/Services), and Danyell (Bartender). They were the best
- 5/5
The customer service was amazing!
- 4/5
Everything was great.
- 3/5
This day was great everyone who worked there was so friendly! They could use some signs like check-in is on the North Tower second floor you want to go ahead and assume to pay the $60 for valet parking because to park somewhere else is a long walk with your luggage. There is some construction going on but they don't start work until 8:00 so as long as your early bird it wouldn't bother you.
- 2/5
The hotel was very dark. The pool was nasty. I spoke with customer service rep and manager and explained I did not get the same room that I purchased they mentioned because it was third-party. They cannot change the room that was on display and they did offer me a day voucher.
