    Good hotel; quiet. Away from everything; not on public transit line unfortunately; hotel check in was long; hotel staff person on duty was preoccupied outside buying/previewing a car with someone else instead of attending the front desk; had to over 20 mins for her to cone back inside hotel to check me and other guests in; unprofessional not detailed oriented.

    I stayed at this hotel recently, and unfortunately the experience was disappointing. The AC was extremely noisy, forcing me to turn it off, and the refrigerator in the room was also quite loud. When I asked the front desk for a thinner blanket and a pair of slippers, they were unavailable; instead, I was given a bedsheet that had a large brown stain on it.

    Good location and parking The man at the desk was rude. We had already checked in and had our room keys, then he noticed that I have a small service dog. He very abruptly asked for the keys back. I wasn't sure why so I gave them to him then he did something on the computer and handed them back and told me we had a different room number. I asked him why he did that and he said it was because I had a dog. According to ADA law, there are No Room Restrictions for people with service animals. You must be allowed to reserve and stay in any available room that a guest without a disability can book. Hotels are prohibited from forcing you into designated "pet-friendly" rooms or specific areas of the hotel. I told him that he could not legally do that to me because it was a service dog. He very rudely in front of the other Guests said "well you didn't tell me it was a service dog." I told him it should be very obvious to him because she was wearing a bright red vest with a large label on each side that said "service dog." plus, he didn't even ask about the dog. He just snatched the room keys from me and gave us a different room. I recommend that La Quinta inn educate the staff on the Americans With Disabilities Act.

    very helpful staff! liked waffles for breakfast. liked available coffee this hotel is absolutely disgusting. drug addicts, horrendous smell in hallways and rooms. rooms are filled with visable mold and makes it impossible to be comfortable. dirty and gross. we referred to it as hotel hell. will never stay there again or any other hotel from this line.

    I can't remember if I liked anything about this stay here. The manager at the reception was cold. The room was tiny and uncomfortable. The shower barely had any pressure. Breakfast was basic and nothing to write home about. It was a mistake to have booked here.

    Our room had a strange cheese like odor and the AC was not working well we did talk at the front desk about it but not much was done other than pointing out the thermostat which to be fair we did not see at first, the AC kept screeching every time it turned on, it sounded like an old man yelling and sometimes it would blow hot air instead of cold air the carpet felt wet we guessed because of the AC not working well. Other than that at least there was hot water in the shower but our bathroom door did not close at all. Also we weren’t told there was a military discount and when we found out and asked, it couldn’t be applied since we had already checked in.

    The staff and manager were great. Everyone was really sweet and attempted to help during my stay. My room smelled like pet urine, so did the bed sheets on the bottom of the bed. Now, this hotel is accommodating to animals. So, I am sure that is why. But, because of this. I do think that they need to limit people with pets to specific rooms. Like, have a specific # of rooms for people with pets. I say this because me and 2 of my other travelers have bad allergies. So, the pet dander and urine smell, along with the bit of mold I saw in the shower after the first night was a lot. I was going to try to make it the entire 2 days for my stay. But, health wise I couldn’t. I’m happy that the hotel refunded the rest of my stay. Hopefully, they will look into additional cleaning services. Maybe once a month a few clean with a company coming in to fully clean the carpets and also sanitize the rooms.

We came back at 2:30 and were given a first-floor room (#134). Although it was labeled “non-smoking,” the cigarette smell was so strong we could barely breathe. I went to the front desk, and their solution was to spray the room! I declined and requested another room. The second room did not smell initially, but once we went to bed, the pillows and bedding had a strong smoke odor as well. The room was old and not clean. The bathroom door was broken, there was mold around the bathtub, and the bathtub handle was falling apart when opening or closing it. Breakfast quality was awful — not even close to a continental breakfast. Signs stated breakfast hours were Mon–Sat, 7–10 AM, but when we arrived at 9:25 AM, they were already shutting everything down. Very disappointing experience overall.

    Great location for those with events at Emory University. Quiet despite being next to the highway. Right next to route 85 for those traveling that way. I asked for the sink in my room which wasn't draining well to be unstopped and it never was.

    Need to hire new cleaners or have cleaners if you dont… its very noticeable which one didnt get washed and because it looked “ok” you didnt wash them. How do I know??? Debris and pubic hair inside the folded towel… also, if there are stains on sheets, please change them… Lastly, mattresses are so worn out springs are almost non-existent.. could not sleep on back or side… when asking for a room change, of course that was denied because the I had stayed in the room for too long… I leave this comment for other travelers to be aware but also for the good of the business management. If you really want to do well, do the basic things well. If you don’t I guarantee your business will get worse. This was by far the worst stay and it wasn’t even close..

    I arrived late that night and went to the desk to checking and was told i needed a card with a $100. i told the guy at the desk that all have was cash, and I'll give him the cash until morning where i would have money added to my cash app so he could use it he no, and after that, he left and was on his phone until the other guy's game, who had an arm security guard, told me I have to leave, so I told im from out of town and he said thats not their problem even after I showed him my reservation in a email so this is the worst hotel ever due to them rather me on the streets than helping me with my situation.     All the amenities in the room worked. The room was clean. The facility is old. Floors are creaky. The windows are not sealed properly and the hotel is right next to the interstate so you can hear every car drive by. The breakfast was meh, and not worth it.

    Don't change anything!!!!! This was the absolute best La Quinta hotel I've ever stayed in! Every other La Quinta hotel so do exactly what this one is doing, which is creating customer delight! I've stayed at other La Quinta hotels and they've all been nightmares! Starting with rude staff, followed by disgusting rooms, topped off with nasty food and an overpriced bill. This La Quinta hotel breaks that mold and sets a very high bar for others to follow. Keep up the great work!

    There were many large sticky spots on the carpet, and the hairdryer in the room was nasty and covered in a sticky substance and hair. There was mold in the shower. There was no deadbolt on the door to the room because it looked like it had been ripped off. Overall, would not stay here again.

    Nothing So first off let me start by saying I’m not a picky person. I chose this place because it was 70 dollar and close to the interstate. As soon as I walked in this place there was drama. I wanted to verify if the would except my paper id because I just renewed my license. Soon as I walked in there was yelling. This guy wanted them to print a receipt. The guy at the desk refused and told him to call booking.com the guy stated he bought something from their snack bar and booking. Com wasn’t going to have it. The guy told me I could use my id as I’m checking in the guy is just going back and forth the worker in no way tried to descale the situation. The guy basically kept making matters worse. So it got so bad I couldn’t check in fire alarms was going off. At one point the guy became aggressive towards me I had to pull out my pepper spray it got so bad I just parked at a gas station when I came back the cops was there. They didn’t arrest the guy and I finally got checked in. Everything was basic just a place to sleep the towels were hard as hell. Dollar tree towels. What pissed me off the most is they charged me 30 dollars for a towel because I washed my face and makeup was on it. When I called to figure out what was going on they were rude and told me they sent the pics to booking. Com. When I called booking they said they were never alerted to the issue and never got photos. So I have yet to see this towel that is so ruined from makeup… I’ve posted photos but it doesn’t allow me to post videos but you get the point… DONT STAY HERE!!!

    I loved that room cleaning was only upon request. Upon arrival, my room was clean and well stocked. The bed was comfortable, and it was easy to adjust the room temperature to my choice. Other guests were courteous, and the hotel was quiet throughout the night. Online checkout was a breeze. I would be most happy to stay at the hotel on future Atlanta visits.

    Needs deep cleaning and repairs/remodel. Definitely a “budget” motel. Don’t expect high quality, and expect dirty/old corners and gross mildew build up on shampoo dispensers. One thing they could do that wouldn’t require deep investment is at least provide water at breakfast. No water in rooms and only sugary drinks provided with breakfast.

    Upon checking in we observed blood or other body fluids on the mattress cover and sheets.. We asked for a new room and noticed the bed also had vomit or blood on it as well. We were then informed they had no more rooms. Very dirty place.. still waiting on my refund. Think twice before stayimg here or using expedia for that matter.

    Felt unsafe. People out smoking weed in front entrance. Multiple cars pulling up near back of building sitting there with lights on for several minutes at a time. Pretty sure hooker with her pimp as she kept standing in dark. Room smelled smoky/musty. Party in next room with several loud talking, knocking, etc at 4:30 am. Definitely need security guard and someone at front desk 24 hours.

    This was a quick one night business trip. This hotel proved to be nearly perfect. The room was neat, clean, and quiet. The staff was friendly and accomadating. The only real drawback was breakfast. I certainly wasn't expecting much, but the eggs were cold enough to have come directly from the refrigerator and the sausage was in a pool of grease. I'd stay again if I needed to be back in the same area, but won't even bother going down for breakfast.

    If you want a place that is close to restaurants, this is it!!! The variety of food that was close by was amazing. Easy to get in and out and plenty of parking. I didn't like when I checked in I was charged again when I had prepaid via booking. I called as soon as I found out and the refund was done quickly. Know that if you are familiar with the online check-in that Wyndham has, the front desk rep told me it doesn't work there. Do not put your card info because they will ask for your information at check in. All they use from that online form is your license plate.

    Pets are welcome, for a fee. They have potty area for dogs but hasn't been mowed so grass was pretty long. Doors locked after 8 but doors aren't very secure. Handle wasnt going back to locked position. Staff for check in was excellent.

    When you walk on the is a peculiar smell but doesn’t smell like anything harmful or illegal. Then everything is great from there on . The smell is not in your rooms . The A/c is great and can be as low or high as you want it. Great place to stay for the money .!!!

    The sink did not have a mesh cover over the drainpipe hole, so when my earring fell in, it could not be recovered. When I shone a light into drain hole, I saw there was a straw and something else stuck there as well

    My bed linens were dirty! There was hair on the sheets, old embedded blood, & lint like someone was there previously. The cleaning lady said she cleaned the room but it's obvious she didn't check the linens. The bed was hard and squeaky. For the amount that was paid for the room it's giving Motel 6 aesthics.

    I have stayed at this location close to 10 times. Always one room. This time I had a party of four requiring two rooms. At the last minute my party was reduced and I needed to cancel the three day stay. I had paid for the ability to cancel the reservation. As I was within the 24 window I had to pay for the first night. The hotel charged me almost the cost of the 2nd day to cancel the 2nd and 3rd night.

    Great day for the value. The hotel itself is a little bit tired and probably nearing the point where it needs a renovation, but it was very clean and the staff certainly made up for any shortcomings. It’s very close to a large hospital and freeway access. I would stay here again.

    Just terrible. We needed something to spend only one night and we understand the rate was reasonable at about 110 bucks the night, but that doesn't mean the bathroom and room were supposed to be dirty. Hairs, smells and stains. They need to rethink how the upkeep the place. The outside of the hotel looks good and inviting but the rooms are just unacceptable.

    The staff was absolutely great but the room needs some work. I don't know if they had had a plumbing problem but when I turned on the bathroom sink air was in the line and brown water came out. I did not use the water to brush my teeth. The caulking in the shower was moldy and on the outside as well and kind of rusty looking giving it a dirty impression. The bed desperately needs to be replaced. Looked like they had crammed something up underneath the mattress and box spring to help build it back up but when you sat on it it did not spring back. It was hard to get comfortable. The paint has a lot of nicks. The color scheme is nice it's just a little rundown looking. In general they could use some new linens. Basically I think it's time to do a mini remodel the elevator and down the hall had a lot of scuffs and some peeling wallpaper in places. The lobby and breakfast are really nice.

    This was a nice place. The room was basic, comfortable, and clean. We only got there in time to sleep really but the room was perfect for that. It’s off the interstate but still relatively quiet. We spoke with Shemika(?). She was nice and helpful, advising us where to go for dinner, that sort of thing. The breakfast was normal fair with powdered eggs and sausage but also offered cereal, oatmeal, and waffles. I really loved the security. There is onsite security and the entire place is covered with cameras. We felt very safe. We would stay there again.

    Shemeeka greeted us at the front desk and was very helpful and kind. The rest of the hotel experience was less than we expected from a LaQuinta. The hotel is old and needs considerable updating. It is worn out and although seemed relatively clean, the overall condition made it seem less than spotless. We had spent a night at the Paducah KY La Quinta just before checking in to this location and the differences between the two were dramatic. The Wyndham corporation needs to do a better job of monitoring its franchise operations.

    The room was okay. It smelled like smoke. For this being a non-smoking hotel the room had a stale smoke smell. Now my bag and clothes smell like smoke.     Was never made aware of a 100.00 dollar hold that would be placed upon check in . We had did pre-check in before arriving at the hotel and still had issues when we arrived.We had a late check in on top of that . We left to grab food came back we turned the bathroom light on and noticed it was mold and mildew on the walls and ceiling. I immediately went to the front desk were I found another family also reporting mildew and mold . This was very upsetting because it was already 12am and We was tired from driving as well as having to get up for a football game . They made us pack up and move which took 30mins because the new key wasn’t working. We get in the new room it smells like cigarettes and smelled OLD. The tv didn’t work and they had old stained towels for us to use !!! So I’m going to be very honest and say I’m not happy at all about none of this !!! Health was definitely put at risk with the Mold/Mildew … very unsatisfied

    What made it worse was that there was a “Sold Out” sign on the door, so it felt like they knew earlier and never gave me a heads up. Instead, we had to call Expedia at 9:30 p.m. and spend about an hour and a half on the phone getting things sorted out, when all we wanted to do was eat and relax. Because of this, we were exhausted and slept in the next day, which messed up our plans. The way this was handled and the lack of communication were extremely disappointing. Never even got to stay here!

    The room itself was what you’d expect but it was the fact that we were charges $25 because I used the washcloth to wash my face and “it had makeup on it.” As a woman who travels all around the world, I was blown away when my husband informed me that we did not get out $100 deposit back but was charged $25 for ONE WASHCLOTH due to cosmetic products when I bathed myself. Almost feels like a scam because I am a light skinned woman and we know Atlanta has many shades visiting… I can only imagine how much money this family takes in each week charging bogus deposit excuses. Run to another hotel and skip this one.

    My experience was terrible. The room was not cleaned properly. The bathroom needed extra attention. There were stains on the walls and floors. There was also food in the air conditioner. I took pictures as proof. The front desk staff assigned my room to another guest and the guest walked in on me while I was preparing for a shower. The front desk staff did not notify me of this issue and I had to approach them. I asked the front desk staff why I was not immediately informed and there response was “It just happened.” The staff member was not apologetic and brushed it off as a “one time mistake.” I would have left immediately if I was able to get a refund. I do not recommend this place to anyone and I will never stay here again.

    I’m a frequent guest at this particular La Quinta Inn in Atlanta, but my recent stay was very disappointing. There was no hot water in the shower, although the sink had hot water. I reported the issue to the front desk before I left for the day and upon my return was told it had been fixed. Unfortunately, it wasn’t — I had to take another cold shower, and there was no note or confirmation from maintenance left in the room to verify any repair. Since the hotel was fully booked, I couldn’t be moved to another room. Upon checkout, the front desk apologized, but that was the only acknowledgment I received. As a regular guest, I expected better communication and resolution for such a basic issue.

    You get what you pay for! I woke up to finding long blonde strands of hair in my bed (I have barely an inch of hair) and the dirtiest toilet I have ever experienced in my 55yrs. I went to the front desk to discuss my concerns WITH PICTURES and the dirty towel that I used to show proof of the toilet! With a huge sign on the wall that says “Manager On Duty” as I ask the front desk attendant can I speak to the manager and he responds “ the manager is not in but here is his card”. I expressed my complaint and the attendant’s response was what would you like to have done? All I can do is have the room cleaned!!!! UNACCEPTABLE! As he looked at toweled evidence and says gross!! I would never ever ever recommend this hotel!! EVER!!!

    The room was a bit worn and the linen pretty old and thin. The first towels in my room had clumps of hair and one had black grit. The other bedspread was visibly stained. However, the second set of towels they gave me were spotless and fluffy. The desk staff were very friendly, one person in particular had a very pleasant and effervescent personality that brightened my stay. Make waffles for breakfast. It’s fun. The breakfast staffer was nice, too. Great location for access to downtown.

    Had to move rooms because the 1st room the remote did not control the tv, but in the next rooms the floors were laminate flooring and the floors were were wet with moisture and puddles of water. Extreme moisture filled the room which made it extremely hard to walk without slipping and it was very uncomfortable. The floor in the restroom next to the showers was soft and water spilled on the floors from the showers when showering. Was so disappointed in these experiences. Front desk staff said I had to take a card and make a complaint to the manager instead of addressing it then. That was disappointing as well. Will never stay at this location again.

    The lady at the desk was rude. Whenever I asked a question, she responded no before I could get the question out. The gentleman who helped me after her and the female in the morning were professional and friendly. We were given two sets of towels for three people. When we asked for more towels at check-in, they told us they didn't have any more. We wondered at midnight, and they said they still had none. We asked in the morning, and the cleaning crew said, " No towels! I called the front desk, upset. She was understanding and found me two face towels. There was no explanation until we were checking out that she believed the dryer was broken. The shower had mold and gunk in the tracks of the doors.

    This hotel is conveniently located right off the freeway and only 15-20 minutes from Midtown. It is close to lots of retail/dining areas. Publix and Kroger grocery stores are around the corner. The staff was friendly. Breakfast was decent, at best…belgian waffles, eggs, and sausage were the consistent hot breakfast options. On Friday night around 11:00 PM, the fire alarm went off so we evacuated the hotel for about 15 minutes. No emergency, no fire…but also no explanation as to what caused the alarm. Overall a good stay. The beds were comfy and the sink/shower water was hot with good pressure. We would return.

House keeping was rude, front desk person told me I couldn’t do a later check out and I got online to check out and there was an option to do so. Also he was rude and came to my door 10 mines before check out and said he was making sure I was leaving…. Breakfast was horrible. Hotel is not the cleanest, the entire hotel also had a smell.. would never stay here again.

    The air freshener in the lobby was very, very strong- enough to make me hold my breath, praying for the elevator to hurry up. Our room was clean, and the bed slept well, but randomly, the smoke alarm would beep, and there was a high pitched squeal coming from behind the toilet every few minutes the entire weekend. Every step we took in the room made a lamp move and squeak, because it wasn't secured to the desk. The TV remote only worked the volume and power.

    We specifically chose this hotel for location and being pet friendly. With the exception of a sticky spot on the carpet in the living room, the room was impeccably clean. The staff was cordial and welcoming, and the breakfast was fine. The room was very quiet in spite of the close proximity to I-85.

    Had some confusion and trouble on the first night of a four night stay that I won't get into, but kudos to the staff who were very helpful during our visit. It's a La Quinta. Nothing fancy, but it was pretty clean and worked out well for us. Thank you to the staff. Did not get to try the breakfast which was included.
