It was great.

I liked this hotel as it's proximity to the Georgia Aquarium was great. I just don't like having to pay $55 for valet parking, but I get it since it's downtown Atlanta. Just keep that in mind if you book this place.

Room (except bathroom) was super outdated. Parking is $50 and required which seems crazy when paying so much for the room and the Parking lot is 10 feet from where I handed off the keys. Breakfast was great

We didn't know wifi was an option. The staff was AMAZING and very helpful. Breakfast was great. Kids enjoyed the pool. I got to use the gym. It was a great experience. Restaurants in the area was a little expensive. A area map would have been helpful of grocery stores, gas stations, places to eat.

Overall the for one night the stay was fine. However, the ironing board on our room was broken which made getting ready more difficult. The TV kept getting paused or confused about channels and that was frustrating. I did not eat breakfast but my boyfriend did and he said it was not very good. Also there was an elevator that was broken. For one night it was ok but if I was staying here for an extended period of time I would’ve definitely been more frustrated.

Location Breakfast was often low/out and would take a long time to restock. There wasn't much room to sit with family, yet they had a large area with more tables/chairs blocked off. One Elevator was broken, so long lines for the other elevator.

The room was large ,clean ,inviting ,no bedbugs. Everything thing in that suite was available. The cutlery, pots and pans ,paper towels, glasses,several types of dishes. We loved the bar and the ability to order food there also. The breakfast was decent, we loved the variety of breakfast selections. we sat a few nights at the pool to consume my evening beverages. We also loved that we purchase my tickets for the Georgia Aquarium (;with anytime tickets) . If we decide to come back to Atlanta we would indeed pick this hotel. . I especially loved the fact that we had to access every where if a key card . This was a great ideal to keep the wanders out .( Safety first top-tier ) What i didn't like is the 150.00 deposit ,i had to pay. I dont know if they are going to give my deposit back ,they already took it out of my bank account There was no damage to my room and everything was there when we left it . And the fact that I could not control the temperature in the room. When we arrived the room was very cold . Too cold to sleep, the air conditioner was on high . We turned it down then it turned off. We wanted low fan . We alerted the front desk and she said maintenance was gone for the day,,so we just let it be.

Everything was so good! Rooms were clean, and had a fridge and microwave, which is a huge plus when tracking with kids. Staff were super nice, and breakfast was high end and fresh! The location is perfectly close to all of the highlights such as the aquarium and Coca Cola museum.

Breakfast could have been better. Disappointed for this being a Hyatt. Eggs were questionable, pre made pancakes cold even though under a heat lamp. Richard was the best, great attitude, the front desk at 645 in the am shouldn't be scrolling on Facebook and make customers wait to pay for vending.

Clean room. Central location for aquarium, CocaCola museum, State Farm Arena, and Mercedes Benz stadium. Nice free breakfast with large selection. Would highly recommend if staying in Atlanta.

Great hotel positioned in walking distance of everything downtown. Was able to valet park and then walk to coffee, lunch, dinner, the aquarium, and Olympic Park.

It was my wife birthday weekend. Cherrell got us checked in early and made us feel welcomed. Cherrell directed us to great restaurants, shopping and safe places to visit within walking distance. Cherrell and staff 10/10.We were very satisfied with our room . Spacious and Clean 10/10. Location 9/10 Breakfast 8/10. Overall, We liked our stay and will book again.

Great location. It was great to have breakfast everyday and the bar was open every night with food as well. The staff was great. The traffic at night was a bit loud but, it’s a city so, what do you expect! We would stay here again.

My only complaint is I had asked the front desk to send housekeeping to freshen our room while we were out, but no one ever came. Otherwise, a great stay with friendly staff and clean rooms.

We had a very nice stay here. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The pool is well kept and heated. The rooms are very nice with a good layout and very clean and everything you could need for your stay. Breakfast is very good too and the hotel is convenient to walk to the Aquarium and Coca cola museum.

Breakfast is ok and fairly typical American hotel style but a little more choice than many hotels. Was a bit miffed that even after asking reception for shampoo to be topped up after we had left for the day, discovered it had not been done. No room cleaning or service on Easter Monday. All in all an ok place to base yourself. Fair number of restaurants nearby (most closing by 9 but maybe that was because it was Easter. We didn’t use the pool or gym but there were usually families in the pool when we passed who seemed to be having a good time.

Location was excellent - close to Centennial Olympic Park and the Civil and Human Rights Museum. Walkable to restaurants at night. Comfortable suite with full kitchen was just great. Also accommodated our dog valet fee for car a bit high

AC barely worked, it was so hot in the room. Did NOT care for the valet parking. With the amount of people coming and going from this hotel, I feel like they need a second attendant. The beds were also uncomfortable.

The staff is wonderful. Very friendly and helpful. Great location. Easy in and out with valet service although valet is expensive. We could walk to many different locations and restaurants. Breakfast was fine for us. We liked having a sitting/kitchen room separate from the bedroom allowing some to sleep in. Mattresses are saggy and not very comfortable. It is also quite noisy from the road below. Our shower squealed when using - something is plugged up … worked fine but made a lot of noise. Only one elevator working.

Great option for families staying in downtown with activities in the area. The location is great and the rooms very spacious. The staff is very friendly. Would give it 5 starts but coach and bed aren’t 5 star comfortable and the kitchen could be better stocked.

the breakfast is really simple and stays the same for the entire staying. The horrible part is the noise if you happen to get a room on the street , could not sleep till 1 am when the noise is gone ...

Only 1 elevator working the entire stay and we were on the 7th floor so that was frustrating.

This hotel is super cute and close to all the attractions. Right across the street from the Aquarium and Coca-Cola World (about a 5 minute walk to the entrance). The hotel is nice and quiet and the continental breakfast is definitely a plus, especially when traveling with kids. The pool could use a little upgrade, there were some stains on the bottom of the pool but other than that it was very nice and we had a great time. 10/10 would stay again :)

Room was clean but shower pressure was low. Only one elevator was working so there were very long wait times. Breakfast was just Ok. Very soggy/undercooked bacon.

EVERYTHING WAS GOOD ACCEPT IF BOTH ELEVATORS WAS WORKING. IT WOULD HAVE SAVED SOMETIMES GOING TO THE ROOM AND LEAVING OUT.

Staff was excellent!! Rooms were extremely clean and kitchenette was fully stocked. Only 10 min walk to Congress for meeting and 5 min to Aquarium and Coca Cola museum and park. Tons of restaurants with15 min radius. Will book again!! Valet parking is fast and super nice.

The location was easy to find. The staff was very polite. The hallways (2nd floor) once upstairs reeked like urine. If you are facing the pool you can easily hear the conversation below. The toilet paper hanger was broken. The breakfast was basic with excessive watered down juice. I needed water and sodium due to my medical condition, bag of chips and 2 waters was $20 from their hotel store. That's a substantial mark up.

I do like that it was close to the Georgia World Center. The valet was super fast and the staff was friendly. I wish they had more options for breakfast - especially to drink. Didn't feel like the food was refilled timely. We were there for 3 days and never had housekeeping come to clean our room. We had to call down to the front desk and ask for towels. The bar was not staffed correctly - needed to wait a long time for food and at times told she couldn't make drinks because she was too busy making food.

When we arrived at the hotel . We had no hot water from the time we checked in around 3-4pm til after 11pm . When the water did finally come in , it was cold the entire time . We had to take cold showers . And the time the water was off we were unable to use the bathroom , wash bottles , etc . This was very very inconvenient.

The room was perfect fit for my family. Parking and Breakfast could have been better. There was no self parking available so you are forced to use valet which was not bad but it charges $55 per night which is pretty expensive. $55 per stay would have been better since there was no where else to park. The breakfast was not the best. Needed a better meat selection and the eggs were not cooked to my liking.

Something else. My personal phone charger red in color was removed from the center console, white Lexus. I am highly upset that Valet employee stole my personal property. I know there nothing can be done about it. That charger were there for six years, android phones only. However, room is clean, staff very friendly. Thank you have a nice day.

Room was very clean and perfect for the 3 of us, 2 adults and 1 child. Staff was amazing, all of the front desk workers and the supervisor Richard had the best customer service. Hands down to the valet workers, very kind and respectful. Definitely would go back!!!

Went for new years. Didn’t receive the corner room with windows on both sides. Like the one pictured online at time of booking. Breakfast wasn’t good. Skipped after the first day. Everything else was very good.

Had a little misunderstanding with reservation through third party but Ms. Angela from front desk help and made it smooth checked in for us. it is across from World of Coca Cola and Aquarium. I had an overall great stay. The staff was excellent—friendly, attentive, and communicative throughout my visit. The room was spacious and comfortable, and while the food was simple continental fare, it was enjoyable. My kids especially loved the snacks and fishes in the lobby. The valet team was efficient, quick, and truly deserving of kudos. I had no issues during my stay and would happily return.

Room was dusty, coffee maker was not clean, bottled water is $9, the water cut off while I was showering and was not restored in time for me to shower before my event. The housekeepers begin knocking and opening your door two hour prior to checkout, disturbing my nap. I'll never return here.

Room was in great condition I wish breakfast would include Waffles for my kids, but breakfast was hot and good If you are coming to the Aquarium, Coca Cola, this is a great location.

They have where the elevators both work. That took way too much time trying to get up and down with all the people trying to check out in the morning. Barely even got the breakfast from how much time that took. I had an issue where I couldn't take a hot shower in my room so I had to switch to a different room. But as of right now they're crediting me my valet parking so I'm gonna be looking for that. All the staff are very friendly ... and the rooms are clean. I just was not expecting ballet parking and all that extra cost.

The hotel was clean and welcoming. We ended up arriving very late in the night and that didn't deter the staff demeanor. Every single staff member we came across was extremely kind and friendly. We would absolutely stay here again. It's a prime location for tourist viewing and good food.

Our room had issues with doors (bathroom sliding door and room door) not working properly when we arrived. Front desk told us upon arrival they had just checked room for quality control and it was ready for us. Couldn’t understand how room could have passed in the shape the doors were in. Had to insist on a different room after they offered to give us a discount.

I reached out to them ahead of time to let them know about my flight delays due to the shutdown and was told someone would put a note on my account. After I did indeed show up late I was told it was cancelled because it was third party so I had to rebook the same room but never got any info about a cancellation. I booked a city view and although it was nice to see the Coca Cola building, there was also a burnt up house I think? Wasn’t too big of an issue but more of a jump scare in my room lol. While there I had issues getting hot water. Even when I did get it, it would come in and out unless I was showering at odd hours. Other than that the staff was great, especially the valet. I forgot his name but the valet worker that is usually there early mornings (around 6am) was absolutely great. He had amazing customer service and was one of the main reasons I enjoyed my stay over everything!

Room was layout weird, bathroom door has some weird oversize attachment, loud car noises from the street, room was just ok...but the location to Georgia Aquarium is excellent with a 1 block walk...

I would stay here again if I was traveling with a group of friends all staying in the same room, but I would not stay here as a solo female traveler due to the homeless and doors rattling in the middle of the night.

This was a good place to stay, though admittedly I was only there for the day/night, before heading back home. Still, it was a nice/convenient/relatively quite stay, which was good/great in this case!

The staff where incredibly friendly and kind and property location is very convenient. We also appreciated the large shower.

The staff were incredible. Check-in, ordering food, answering random questions, and helping me get some things printed for a meeting the next day. All around excellent service, I would definitely stay again.

Good staff service and breakfast, and access to any famous properties. But noise over night, air conditioner didn’t work properly too cold, curtain didn’t close, front door and restroom didn’t close, restroom hand wash water didn’t flow,l and coffee maker was dirty.

Great place to stay if you are going to be in downtown area. Easy to walk to main attractions. Staff was very attentive. Breakfast was good, I would add tortillas and a more variety of fruits.

The stuff was absolutely amazing, we actually had a small situation happen with our car keys and they were beyond helpful and went above and beyond. We will be back!

Location close to Aquarium, only 5 min walk. Breakfast on paper plates and plastic utensils is a no-go. The suite was very spacious and clean.

Hyatt House was great. We stayed here for Shaky Knees this year. Only a $10 Lyft to Piedmont Park. The were some great restaurants just a short walk away. Cheesesteaks, coal oven pizza, beer garden. The pool was nice and clean with good seating. The room are updated and good size. And the staff was very kind and accommodating. Highly recommend and a decent price.

Hyatt has never disappointed me. Staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and answered everything I asked. Walking distance to the park, aquarium, and world of Coca Cola.

The staff was polite and the location was convinient, however, the hotel rooms were deteriorated and in poor condition.

The staff was so friendly and helpful. My aunt was disabled and they were extremely accommodating. We truly had a wonderful trip and that largely stemmed from the staff at this hotel. I would definitely recommend this place to others.

A bit sad to see - Nice property, big rooms, but not being looked after very well. Carpets in corridors to rooms sense very dirty (looked like a puke-stain on the corridor outside our room). First room we were out in had missing black-out blinds and missing curtains (why put us in there or why didn’t the staff know it? - maybe this attitude why the building is falling into disrepair…). Facilities seemed good and lobby clean/polished, breakfast was good. Convenient and safe walk to/from Aquarium and Coca Cola.

$55 a night for parking is absolutely ridiculous!! Overall I enjoyed my stay at the Hyatt House and I would recommend this location to friends and family.

I checked in on Friday August 15, 2025 and when i got to my room i noticed the room was very warm. i notified front desk and they said they would get some to check it out. a hour passed and the moved us to another room and it was cold like the other rooms were in my party in was just cool. My sister suffers from asthma and she needed a cold climate room but they did not accommodate us with that. We made us stay in the second room that they moved us too and said that Hotels. com was credit my account $50.00 for the room. so i need to know when will my account be credited for that.

We had a relaxing time! The beds were big enough :) and the staff was super helpful. Our kids had a great time in the pool and the gym!

We stayed for 5 days for our family trip. It is super close to lots of activities. The front desk staff was amazing. They were so friendly and helpful. The breakfast is fantastic. They had French toast one day, waffles one day, and pancakes. They had eggs daily, yogurt, fruit, bagels, cereal. It truly is the best breakfast I have had at a hotel. The only issue we had is the pool. The pool was nasty. There was so much hair and trash in the pool. I saw someone cleaning it one day but it was still dirty!

The overall stay was good but the bathtub was very slippery so I fell and there was an outlet that came out of the wall in the kitchen

Great trip

The bed and pillows in Room 606 was extremely comfortable, the room was on the more spacious side, the breakfast was average. A close by short walk to downtown attractions was a huge plus along with the friendly front counter staff. Would recommend it and would stay here again for the price range.

Arrived after 11p to be told there was no room available since the previous guest left late and room wasn’t cleaned. By the time they confirmed no room would be made available it was after midnight, standing there with my three children!

Some of the front desk staff was rude and clearly shows a disliking for anyone not black. Jose specifically. So sad. To top it off, I paid for parking daily and discovered valet parked my car on the sidewalk to accommodate other cars coming to park from outside the hotel. It was left there unlocked on the sidewalk and free for anyone to vandalize.I won’t be staying here again.

The hotel was wonderful, except for the evening. Their was a lot of partying and smoking and the downstairs area smelled of marijuana. I didn't feel comfortable letting my kids go downstairs for snacks.

Check in was super quick and easy. The room was as expected but it was a little warm. We adjusted the thermostat and began unpacking. The room did not cool off any and actually got warmer. We had to move rooms because the ac was not working in our room. The floors could have been a little cleaner—seems like so many hotels do not vacuum or use a vacuum hose to get up debris. The parking fee still seems so excessive….I don’t mind paying a fee but over $100 to be parked for 2 nights seems so high! Over the hotel was good for our needs and free breakfast was such a bonus. And being within walking distance to so much was great.

Great customer service, and easy walk to the aquarium! They even let us check in a little earlier than scheduled.

Site said self parking but only had valet parking which was $50 a night. This is a hidden charge that you don’t know until you arrive. When I brought up their website with self parking they acted like they didn’t care and said this is what it is. AC didn’t work nor TV. Had to be moved to a different room. Was close to places we were going. Walked to most of them.

Staff was excellent. Breakfast was ok. But air in our rm(230) was not working, very hot. Lights would go out while showering with no one in the room but you. Carpet was very dirty. There was trash lining the corridor(flr 2) upon arrival at 6pm. Told the dryer stopped working, so there were no towels, wash cloths available. We had 4 guests in our room and it had 2 towels, 3 hand towels and 1 wash cloth when we arrived. We were told we had to wait until 8pm to get towels but we needed to shower and be to our event at 8pm. Lastly, valet told us if we needed our car back after check in, then we needed to park elsewhere because he wouldn't be able to retrieve it. He also said that the cars get stolen often out of the lot. Lots of issues.

My family stayed at the Downtown Hyatt House for four nights. Everything was comfortable but like many downtown hotels, noisy at night from street noise. The complementary breakfast was excellent. The staff was super friendly and helpful, especially Arlisa and Princess. The hotel was very convenient, near the aquarium and Coca Cola museum. I would stay there again!

Good hotel. It’s surrounded by a couple blocks of empty lots which wasn’t great but after you walked those 2 blocks, the neighborhood was much better with places to eat and sightseeing.

Great place to stay in a central location to many attractions, Georgia Aquarium is a must see. We came for an event at Mercedes Benz stadium which was also an easy walk.

Check-in was at 3:00, the room was not available until 3:47.

The hotel was super clean and all of the staff are super friendly! The hotel was also in walking distance of quite a few places including restaurants, the arena and stadium, and the aquarium. I had no issues with the valet parking and they took great care of my car. My room was also very clean and it was quiet. I had no issues sleeping at night. Overall I would definitely stay here again!

The flush handle was coming apart on the toilet. The floors were very sandy and so was the balcony. And in the bedroom the swivel chair on the right arm rest had a starp nail protruding from the side of it. Other then that is was a nice view and very convenient going from the pools and the beach.

I stayed here for 9 days and i must say, the staff was amazing. The bartenders were pleasant and the property was always kept clean. My only criticism is basically a suggestion. I think the pool’s filter system could be better. Standing water is never the best no matter how much you clean or treat it. With that being said, we enjoyed the pool almost everyday. Breakfast was great and again, the staff was friendly and hospitable. Thank you for a wonderful time! When i come to Atlanta, this will be my home.

There was also a nice sitting area by the pool that we enjoyed. However, the pool itself did have a strange foamy layer on top that bothered our kids and left them feeling a bit slimy after swimming. To the hotel’s credit, they did clean it every night, and it did seem to improve some by the end of our stay. The location was a little farther from the main attractions than we realized when booking, but that was on us for not double-checking the distance. Still, if you’re looking for a quiet, clean hotel with good amenities and plenty of room for a family, this is a solid choice.

Great, centrally located hotel, right across the street from the Georgia Aquarium, and just a couple minutes to Centennial Park, which has lots of dining options within a couple blocks. The hotel was clean, quiet and the staff were all very friendly and accommodating. The only thing I didn’t care for was the mandatory $55 valet fee.
