The Hotel parking was the only disappointment, you must exit the hotel to enter the parking garage, it was a hassle, as Hotel guest had to park on the 9th floor roof top outside. Otherwise a perfect Hotel, great location, comfortable bed.

This was a Top Tier Hotel and definitely worth the price. Everything was top notch and plan on staying here every time I am in town. So close to everything and so convenient with perfect parking with reasonable rates for such a prime location.

There was a staff member there Zhivago that went above and beyond for me. I somehow made a reservation for 2027. He was very kind and assisted me though the process of changing the date accordingly. I was able to go to my room once the situation was fixed. The room was very clean and spacious. I also enjoyed breakfast that was served and the valet parking that is offered in the premises. I will stay here again

The room was very clean , the staff was amazingly friendly and helpful , the breakfast was delicious and parking was easy and quick. It’s best to stay in the upper floors as the second floor room that we stayed in was a little noisy in the morning. Still highly recommended .

Great midtown location. Easy walk to Piedmont Park and The Fox. I'd like to see a larger variety of appetizers at the bar/ restaurant. Staff was friendly and helpful. Indoor pool was a plus.

The hotel overall was wonderful. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Any requests that I made were fulfilled and speedy time the lobby in the hotel smells wonderful even my 14-year-old son loved this day and the beds were really comfortable. The hotel was in the middle of changing menus, but I wasn’t too happy with the wings. The wings didn’t have flavor and they didn’t put a lot of sauce on them. Other than that I can’t speak much for the food in.

They have the best staff and the location is the so close to everything!

The room was nice and big. I was also able to get an early check-in. The staff were also nice especially since there was a problem with payment at some point but they were able to fix the issue. The AC sometimes would not pick and it would become a bit hot before it kicked back. It didn't happen frequently so it was not too bad.

The pool was not heated. The food at the restaurant was bad and the wait staff were rude and inattentive.

What they do is to put two small bottles of water into your bedroom saying that they are free for Elite Hyatt members, else you have to pay. For a 4-star hotel 1bottle of water per night should be complimentary. We then went downstairs to buy one from their self service dispenser and one bottle of water was 6.70$.. Hands soap was missing and one towel had hair stuck in the cotton.

Property was in an excellent location. Staff was great. My only issue was the parking, ins in the 9th floor of the parking garage. It’s a pain getting in and out.

Really nice hotel and comfy room (aside from a broken bathroom door), with convenient parking. Needs improvement: climate control, shower pressure, and those stupid Hyatt footlights that light up the entire room in the middle of the night and can’t be disabled.

I have to say the hotel was a little quiet tonight we were there, which was really nice. The staff also did a great job at staying upbeat, while dealing with some serious construction on the road in front of the hotel. Overall, a really nice property and great location!

Staff was wondering. From Isabella at the front desk , the gentlemen in the evening at the desk and the valet. The room was comforting, clean and modern. Ceiling to floor drapery. Seamless shower. Hotel room was given away and the entire property was full. Family of 5 in a king room, however I paid for a suite. I will never stay here again!

Staff was super courteous - went out of the way to let us check in early, and when we had to extend due to the airline's delay, once again the same staff member extended our stay for a few hours at a very reasonable cost. The location is excellent, the hotel and the room were super clean, the staff and amenities were reasonable, and the breakfast was excellent.

Corner room was great, although only 4 stars due to a non-working A/C system. The room was chilly. Part to fix it was on back order. Decided not to switch rooms even though I was offered. They did give me extra Hyatt points for the inconvenience.

Nice room…but mattress and sheets were mediocre Not enough staff for breakfast. In fact, the breakfast buffet was so lacking, the price was discounted to $15. Struggled with coffee. Having said that, overall a good experience and we will likely return. A weak breakfast is not a deal breaker, because there are so many tasty alternatives nearby.

Very good stay, pool was in excellent condition, staff friendly and responsive including valets, especially Brent always welcoming us at the front door. Only real issue was with the shower. Excellent water pressure and abundant hot water, but shower curtain too short so water sprayed the floor and exhaust vent not working causing lots of condensation on walls and floor.

We have stayed at this hotel so many times and it just keeps getting better each time. The staff deserve 10 stars. The customer service is the best! It is in the perfect location in Midtown Atlanta to walk to dining and the park. We look forward to the next trip!

Loved our room, housekeeping was phenomenal. Our only comment is in regards to a better microwave/or having a microwave in our room. The one in the snack lobby is very small, and did a poor job of heating up our food.

The elevator inspection expired in May of 2024.

We ended up having to pay for parking for two vehicles which was inconvenient. Other than this, the hotel was very nice.

This is our hotel for the Peachtree Road Race every year. It's always hard to see it on that last mile or so of the race but I know it'll only be a short time before I get to hobble back in the heat up those hills to a wonderful shower, comfortable bed (nap time) and that AC!! It's a lovely place with lovely people and they treat the runners like family! Will always be our favorite place to stay in ATL!

Check in was terrible - booking through Expedia, Hyatt could not check us in because the reservation wouldn’t hit their reservation central system. And I was charged for fees that should not have been made.

I was kicked out, and I suffered from heat stroke as a result.

All the staff was helpful and knowledgeable. Everyone seems to truly enjoy the work they do. Shout out to Brent, Zhee and Breanna for the extra touches they provided to make our stay comfortable. Will definitely stay again and again! Thank you!

The room had an odd smell but was otherwise very clean. The staff were very kind and helpful, the only part I would consider bad would be the fact that it is extremely loud, inside and outside. You can hear very loud noises when other rooms turn on their showers and the AC is also a bit loud. The rooms are not soundproofed at all, so you can also hear everything going on outside. They have the cheapest parking in the area, but be aware you will be parking on the roof.

My stay was excellent. The area was astoundingly beautiful and nice.

Pool was advertised as heated and it wasn’t, no towels on site. Cleaning staff didn’t replenish towels and toiletries in room.

I was very impressed by the hotel’s service and attention to the event, by offering things that helped us runners, like special dinners offers and times, early morning breakfast.

It was very clean, nice bar/resturant area. Customer service was good. Would stay again. Close to resturants and cheapest paid parking i found. You do have to park on the roof unfortunately but they have valet as an option.

The staff were all very welcoming and friendly, the rooms were very nice. However, I found it expensive for the quality. The pool area was dirty, the bathrobe left in my closet had stray hairs and make-up stains and parking was charged on top. I would have looked for another hotel at a lower price bracket for the quality.

The location is very convenient to so many restaurants and the Marta station. The staff were very friendly throughout my 2 night stay. The amenities in the room are very convenient. So many outlets throughout the room. I was a little new to the motion sensored air conditioning but it got cold fast. The parking was inconvenient due to the low clearance but they are willing to accommodate. Will definitely be staying here again.

They tried charging me for a bunch of hidden fees. The air conditioner didn’t work as well.

It's a great spot specially considering the price, but my room was pretty noisy, probably because it was connected to another room by a door. It's also incredibly not eco friendly at all. Plenty of single plastic is use for no reason (wrapping coffee cups in plastic is particularly baffling).

The hotel “overbooked” and downgraded our room without any type of compensation. The shower pressure was a joke. And the walls and door had to be paper thin, only because I could hear the people above my room and walking down the hallways carrying on conversation.

No reason say anything except “this is a flat out 110% excellent hotel”. Every staff member we met was excellent and a complent to Hyatt.

The staff was nice (especially Michelle the bartender). However, I do not appreciate having to explain in detail why I needed my bedding changed. I feel like saying its wet is good enough but, no. May as well have given a play by play of the positions I was in too. SMH...AND having to wait 7 HOURS for it be changed was wild.

The hotel was in a perfect location…5 mins walk from the midtown train station. Lots of restaurants close to the hotel. Rooms comfortable. Staff were lovely.

I went on Hotels.com and Booked the Hyatt Centic Midtown Atlanta and because of the time difference it was booked for Saturday. The front desk associate was very accommodating and got me in my Saturday room (Friday night) . I was so appreciative that I was able to get showered and a nap before work at 7 am .

Restaurant was out of crab Mac n cheese, 2 nights, for sure, same with crab cakes and there were no crackers for the meat and cheese plate. How hard is it to go get crackers from the nearby CVS? The mini cheesecake sampler was very small, I would have at least expected the samples to equal the size or almost the size of a normal cheesecake.

Excellent place to stay in midtown - great location near Piedmont Park.

What I like most is walking distance to all things we went to. But I was not told it wasn’t no continental breakfast.

This hotel falls far short of expectations. The room is basic, with uncomfortably cold shower water, lumpy pillows, and no complimentary drinking water. Even members are charged $50 per hour for late checkout, which is not even free. To add to the frustration, the understaffed front desk had only one overwhelmed trainee handling checkouts. I’ll definitely be staying at another hotel on my next trip to Atlanta.

good stay

My family and I had a great stay! The breakfast buffet was great (it does cost extra). The fitness center and pool were great as well. The staff was very friendly and accomidating. There are plenty of dining options within walking distance.The only downside was parking. We did not want to pay for valet parking. The parking for the hotel guests was on the top floor of the parking garage. It was a bit of a pain, but not too awful.

The staff was helpful and friendly, but could not provide me with an answer as to why the TVs have the HDMI inputs locked out. I understand that you guys want guests to pay for movies and other services that you guys provide, but if I want to play a video game or use your guys's TV as a secondary monitor, I should be able to do that. I paid for a room that includes a TV, A TV that I thought had all the functionality of a normal TV. I frankly think it's ridiculous, and that it should be notated in the paperwork. I feel like that for the experience that I had, it was a bit overpriced. Had I not gotten it for a cheaper rate on Expedia, I probably would have been pretty upset. It was a decent experience. I don't know that I'll ever come back to this particular hotel. To anyone who wants a pretty nice, and safe place to stay in midtown, this could be a good place for you. It's not cheap though.

I got a free upgrade & the staff was super friendly

Hyatt Centric is my go-to hotel in Midtown. It is a nice hotel with a good value. Unfortunately, this time I needed and requested an early check in. I was told to physically come to the hotel to show my ID, so I left the coffee shop I was working at and went in at 10 AM. I was told that a room should be ready soon but I would have to pay a fee, which I would have. Unfortunately, it took 5 hours for that room to become available and I ended up having to sleep in my car on the side of the road.
