    The only problem I had was when I booked the hotel room, there was nothing on the site that you had to pay for parking. If we already paying to stay at the hotel we should not have to pay to park there as well. Other than that the room was very night and clean.

    This stay was a serendipitous surprise. I just wanted a clean place close to Chastain Park for a concert that night. This hotel was immaculate and rooms were much larger than expected. Had a full kitchenette and sitting area. Though on the description of amenities was a shuttle service that actually no longer exists there is nothing about this hotel that could be complained about. Excellent Breakfast and pricing very reasonable for the area. Great experience

    Crystal was amazing at checking inme and my family. The rooms were clean the only problem I had was my sofa not being the cleanest and the mattress needing to be replaced on the sofa. Breakfast was amazing and this location is very quiet.

    Staff was very kind and seemingly helpful. Unfortunately we’re not prepared. They had a laundry room yet no quarters. They offered water upon checking yet none available. They offer breakfast daily, yet pick up 30 min prior to the time it’s offered. We had dirty sheets at arrival and a broken king bed. But we accommodated. Overall good value stay. Sadly not Hilton standards were used to.

    Arrived at the hotel 30 minutes after the 4 o'clock check-in. The front desk did say they where busy the prior evening so housekeeping, was running behind on rooms. I called front desk for towels and didn't receive them, I had to walk out of the room and catch a housekeeper on a lower for. I also called the front desk about tissue because there was not an extra roll on the shelf. And never received it because the young lady said housekeeping was gone for the day.

    It was a good location and easy to get in and out of. Bed was comfortable and it served my needs Booking does not have information about paid parking it was a surprise and 20 dollars a night when I was already paying over 700 for the room. I was very unhappy about this. The room needed some work. The fire alarm in the ceiling was just hanging and the furniture was worn.

    We are a family of seven traveling to Gatlinburg. Having a space large enough for everyone to stay together and not be split into two separate rooms in a strange city was terrific. The only thing I wish we had found on property was an ice maker. The pool being heated would have allowed our kids to burn some energy but it wasn’t a big deal.

    When i first checked in the room i was given had an odor to it. I styed there one night and the odor i believe was mold which I am allergic to. Terrible condition of this room. I was moved to a better smelling room that had an ice maker in the freezer that did not work and a dishwasher that never shut off and was not mounted in its proper place. The staff was very nice but the building needs alot of work.

And the A/c broke in my moms suite but the staff was really nice and gave us another room that room was just as nice as the first one only wrong with it was the garbage disposal on the sink was not working so the people that stayed in the room before us had food rotten in the garbage disposal which started to make the room stink staff was made award of the issue and but it on list of things to fix .

    Pool is in the center of the hotel. Even though the pool hours say it closes at 10, there were people in it yelling and screaming well after. Had to leave early due to a family emergency and was charged an early departure fee of $134 even though I had prepaid for the room. I only notified the desk of our departure as a courtesy. Clearly I should have just let it sit vacant until our checkout day. Took an act of Congress to get anything done regarding a reversal of the early departure fee. Worst Hilton experience I’ve ever had.

    And checked out Sunday, never got house keeping. Breakfast probably was the best besides checking in. Elevator near parking stinks so badly, maybe animal pissed in it or number 2 carpet needs to be pulled up out of that elevator. Room was ok, need to deep clean carpet especially if you have allergies. And saw tiny black ants here and there.

    The location of the hotel was great. It was close to everything within Midtown/Downtown Atlanta. Unfortunately, the hotel was located on a very busy street and outdated. The room was a decent size but was very hot. It was super hot outside so I was hoping to come into a nice cool room, but that never happened, even after turning the AC down to 65• (so bring a fan if you stay). The bathroom door was broken and exposed wood was showing. The couch/bed was horrible. Ir was flat, outdated and very uncomfortable that my child couldn't even sleep on it. The 'free' breakfast was mediocre and not the greatest. I wouldn't say it was a horrible stay, the front desk staff was great, very friendly and kind.

    The employee who staffed breakfast for the majority of our stay was absolutely outstanding. She singlehandedly made sure that the food was delicious, refilled, and kept clean and orderly every morning. The area was safe and close to a lot of dining and shopping areas. It was also a 7 minute drive to a Marta station where we were able to park for free and take the train into Atlanta. Will definitely be staying here again!

    If you need a place to sleep for the night look elsewhere, unless its an emergency situation. The food was tasteless and cold. They had a few options but what they offered they ran out of. Nothing was stocked. The kitchen folks were nice just understaffed. The front desk made it seem like it was a chore to serve you. The elevator down to the parking lot was out of order the entire stay. So we had to cut through the pool/courtyard. Out the building back in the building, down the stairs and back out again to get to the car or walk all the way around the building. There was hair all over our room. In the tube, on the table, the couch had several nasty stains. The carpet has a slight oder and it feels like your walking on a dirty rag. the knob in the bathroom tube fell off! Trash was left on the table stands near the elevators. Parking is limited and $20 a night (not bad) but its through another company not the hotel. The hotel deposit is $75 a night for incidentals. For what? I dont know. Y'all should've paid me for staying here! Over all never again.

    The Homewood Suites was what we needed. The bed was sooo comfortable! The amenities were nice. Breakfast was delicious- a step up from most “provided” breakfasts.     The suite we were in was not clean, noise from AC and outside were terrible was unable to sleep. We were there 4 days and it was never cleaned. Had to get rid of our trash. There was no TV in one bedroom. Which I understood about however not sure why a new one could not be brought in. Parking in the lot was not free $75 per day!!

    The property is in a good location. However, there a few negative items that made our visit not so pleasant. When we arrived on June 22nd, their system was down. They didn't have a room ready. We had to wait a while to get one. I booked for a double bed suite but they didn't have one so the sales director offered us one with a king bed. He promised us to give us Hilton points as a form of a refund since we paid for a larger suite. We have not received those points until this day. I've left messages and no calls have been returned. We didn't get a key to our room until the next day in the afternoon. Other than those issues, the room was clean. Breakfast was good.

    I don't know if it's just me but Hotel Beds are very uncomfortable nowadays and this hotel was no different it seems as though the mattresses are hard and have no give to them if that makes sense, I did not care for the fact that there was only one air conditioning unit in the room and it was in the living room portion of of the room that I stayed in, so my room was not as cool as I would have wanted it but I went in July so it's extremely hot in Georgia or the South for that, the morning breakfast is not anything really to brag about but the hotel is conveniently located from anything you may need I'm talking less than 5 minutes so that was a major Plus I felt safe and would definitely stay here again in the fall never again in the summer LOL well maybe if the price is right!

    I like the area around this hotel. The hotel looked very nice however we had a terrible experience with the air conditioner. We had two rooms booked for two nights. The AC in both rooms did not work. It was late at night so I did not want to move my two young kids and senior parents. The hotel staff provided us box fans to use for the night because the technician told us that they would have the AC fixed first thing the next morning. At 10am the following morning, we were told they will work on our AC ASAP. We allowed them all day to work on it. We did not come back to our rooms until 8pm that night. We came back in our rooms and the AC were not fixed. I came down to the front desk and the guy just told me they could not fix it and our only option was to get 2 different rooms. He gave us room keys for 2 rooms without checking to see if the rooms were good to go. I had to go there myself and come to find out one of the rooms were at 79 degrees even though the AC was running. I had to call the front desk and he told me to come down again to get another 2 rooms. Again, I had to go and check those rooms myself. For the "hospitality" staff, this guy did not care. He had his earphones on the whole time he was working on our issue. There was no explanation of the issue, checking on the rooms prior giving them to us, did not offer to help us relocate. The maintenance person, Mario, did a much better job that the so called "hospitality" person.

    We were 1/2 hour away from Homewood Suites and received an email stating there was a problem with our reservation. This hotel did not honor our reservation, thus we had to stay at another hotel. We were in the parking lot of the hotel we were supposed to stay at and was visiting with a Hotels.com rep trying to salvage what was left of our vacation (this was the last night of vacation). Thanks to Hotels.com, our vacation ended badly. Eventually we were able to get another hotel reservation with a "like" room. Wasted a lot of vacation time and had a lot of stress that was the fault of Hotels.com. We paid $167.49 to Hotels.com for the first room and got a receipt for the second room of the other hotel we stayed at for $124.02. Do we receive a refund for the difference ($43.47)? We also got charged $65.96 for parking that were were told would be reimbursed. This was a horrible experience with Hotels.com,

    My room was not ready The key cards. for the hotel didn’t work. The AC in the hallways didn’t work. 97 degrees outside. The nite desk clerk was rude. Won’t stay here ever again.

    Ms. Joyce who worked front desk overnight was such a joy! She was so kind and willing to help to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Truly an asset to the company. I enjoyed seeing her every morning early at breakfast.

    The guy at the front desk, Michael was awesome. Everything else, not so much. This was a half way overnight stay. We(4 adults, 3 children)were headed back to Ohio from Florida and decided to stop half way. When we arrived one of the rooms we were given was not cleaned and the other had someone in it. Michael handled everything professionally and quickly got us into other rooms. These rooms were clean but hot. We turned the a/c down lower but the enrire time the temperature in the room never got below 72. We ordered pizza and later after everyone ate we saw a roach on the counter around the pizza boxes. There were no trash bags for the trash cans. And early the next morning someone opened our door and peeked in. Also, parking wasnt explained to us so we found out by the signs in the parking area that we had to pay for parking and the cheapest option was $20 for 24 hours and we were only there for approximately 12. We will not stay here again and do not recommend.

    Property is fine. Not sure why our room had the heat setting on so when we checked in it was HOT.. The room was fine other than that. You also have to pay $20 to park for 24 hours. Wish they just had an overnight option since we aren’t staying for 24 hours.
