    Overall stay was ok. We stayed four days in the room was never serviced by housekeeping. Each day we had to go and get towels and washcloths because we were told by housekeeping that they did not have any, which was weird. Breakfast was blah. The rooms definitely need to be updated.

    I had a huge bug in my room that looked like a cockroach. I’m not from this state so i’m not sure if this is common but it made my stay uncomfortable. The staff did allow me switch rooms.

    For a 3 night stay, asked the front desk twice to have the room serviced. Said right way but we’re short of staff. No service for entire stay. No coffee supplies. According to the front desk person, they were having issues with some of the in room safes—-so all of the in room safes have been disabled. Extremely poor stay—-worst ever for us at Holiday Inn, very disappointing!

    Excellent room, comfortable and spacious. Fantastic beds and pillows. Great location with your own exclusive Waffle House across the street for breakfast. Only thing was the WiFi, it kept going up and down all the time. Made it a little more challenging to work remotely from the room.

    Nice place, nice staff. I appreciate them letting us have an extended stay. I had surgery the day before and needed more time. He also made sure our stay was great and if we had any problems. Breakfast was good too. Fix the side sliding door. We could go out but couldn't get back in. We had to walk around to the front. Whoever installed the bedside lamps put them on the wrong side in room 703. The power-on button is not next to you. You have to reach your hand around to the other side to turn it on. Other than that I was would gladly come back.

    Hotel room was very unsanitary, sink did not drain properly, nor did the shower not drain. Parking spaces are very limited. Room had a very musty odor to it and cleaning staff knocked on the door even with the do not disturb sticker on the door. Very disappointed.

    Room was nicely laid out but was very stuffy and could use ventilation. Our stay for the most part was uneventful until someone on the first floor decided to smoke causing the sprinklers and fire alarms to go off Saturday afternoon with flooding in the first floor area. We waited probably 30 mins before Sandy Springs fire department gave guests the all clear to return to their rooms. I hope the culprit is fined. Either way, the daily breakfast was plentiful and good and the stay was useful.

I then was required to pay additionally at the hotel and was then double charged for this booking. I still have yet to receive a refund of the double payment.

    Free parking . Friendly staff . Repairs that need to be done. Items to be purchased at hotel counter ie “last minute toiletries, mediations, and snacks” were poorly stocked. Microwave in lobby did not work. Breakfast was very underwhelming.     My experience was horrible. I booked this hotel almost a week in advance to pay at the property. After a early morning flight and driving from the airport over 30 mi to this hotel. Just to find out that my reservation had been canceled. When I asked why the reservation was canceled, he told me because he tried to charge my card the day before and couldn't get the money so they canceled my reservation. However, that should have never been done because it was supposed to be a pay at the property hotel. The representative at the front of desk said they kept telling hotels.com that they would not honor that instead of just removing it from the website, they punish the customer by trying to charge their account before they even arrive at the hotel. I keep my card locked so the charge did not go through even though he wasn't supposed to charge it at all until I was at the hotel. In addition, the hotel was run down and it had a bunch of unsavory people there. I was tired and disappointed and had to find me a place to stay after the last minute because of this. False advertisement is never a good look for a business and it is disgusting for the customer after long travel. I feel that I deserve a credit for this ordeal. I had to drive almost 45 minutes to another hotel that was booked at last minute prices that I did not expect to have to pay because of the attitude and dishonesty of that hotel.

    Easy in and out. We liked that elevator went straight from parking garage to your floor. AC worked really good. Breakfast was good and plenty of options. Good water pressure and temperature. Like the Dove shampoo/soap/conditioner in the shower loved that you provided dispensable hand soap so don’t have to use a bar of soap. Not very many channels to choose from on tv after a long day at the aquarium and museum. Not the hotels fault but the neighboring room kept letting the door slam shut late at night and early morning.

    My first trip to Sandy Springs was disappointing, especially since I expected hotels in this area to be more up to date. The front desk lady at check-in was very rude, which made the experience start off badly. To make matters worse, the internet and TV did not work during my stay. The gentleman at check-in even told me to “break the TV” if the remote didn’t work, which was completely unprofessional. Had I known there was a Marriott or Hilton nearby, I would have chosen one of those instead. I will not be returning to this property!

    Stayed 5 days. Same breakfast every day. Powdered eggs, powdered orange juice machine, bagels, waffle maker, sausage, biscuits and gravy (presumably made with yesterday's remaining sausage). Made the mistake of moving the couch and found dead bugs. That opened my eyes to the green spots on the ceiling above the bed. I hope it's paint? The carpet below the air conditioner and around the desk/workstation "sploshed". Literally. I had to wear shoes in the room while working because when I stepped in it with socks I had to immediately change my freshly wet feet - I was pretty grossed out from that point forward. Makes you wonder about mold. Random towels in the hallway/ice for multiple days (checked in Wednesday night and it was there. It was picked up Friday morning). Look at the pictures of the ice machine and it will tell you everything you need to know about this place. Kinda crazy this a certified IHG property. The only thing that saves it to 2 stars instead of 1 is the house cleaning and maintenance staff. Front desk staff could not be bothered by your existence. Honestly, they seem annoyed by people being there and them having to be there...I don't know. I just know that this place is really bad and maybe they realize it too and don't care anymore

    The hotel staff that lives on the premesis act as if your in there livingroom disturbing them. A few of the woman were coughing walking around in thier pajamas I clearly was in the way being a paying customer trying to make my coffee. Paying customers should expect a certain level of professionalism. Teach them some manners Holiday Inn please.

    Was not informed prior to arriving that the room safes were no longer in use. Elevators were not working for a portion of one day making the trip up the staircase to the 5th floor was not ideal. One entrance doorway was partially broken. Breakfast and parking were of good standard.

    This is the second time I've stayed there, and it's our first time having any problems. The air conditioning wasn't working, but the guys working that night fixed it. The room phone never worked, so my partner had to call the hotel on her cell phone. Later, I went out to enjoy the nightlife in Atlanta and returned to the hotel. I asked reception if they could give me extra pillows. The guy was a bit rude and told me that what I had in the room was all I could have, so it wasn't a pleasant response. My partner and I always enjoy booking and staying at this hotel because of how clean it is and the helpfulness of the staff. But the guy this morning was definitely very unpleasant, and I was like, "What? Really? Damn it," and I left.

    I CALLED THE DAY BEFORE TO EXPLAIN WE WERE DRIVING FROM TALLAHASSEE ALL THE WAY UP TO ATLANTA SO WE WOULD BE ARRIVING IN THE MIDNIGHT HOURS, BUT WAS TOLD NO NEED TO CALL. CHECKIN WAS WAY LESS THAN DESIREABLE. CLERK TOLD ME THEY WERE FIXING TO CANCEL CAUSE I HAD NOT MADE IT IN EARLIER, ALTHOUGH THAT IS WHY I CALLED IN ADVANCE IN THE FIRST PLACE. NO INSTRUCTIONS WERE GIVEN BY NIGHT CLERK AS TO WHERE TO PARK. NO TROLLEY TO CARRY IN MY LUGGAGE, WHICH I WAS TOLD TO OFFLOAD OUTSIDE AT 1AM IN THE VERY CHILLY AND WINDY MID NIGHT AREA OF TIME AND WAIT FOR MY HUSBAND TO COME BACK, BUT DID NOT MENTION HE WOULD NEED THE KEY TO BE ABLE TO ACCESS THE ELEVATOR FROM THE PARKING GARAGE, ONCE HE FINALLY FOUND IT. SO HE HAD TO WALK ALL THE WAY UP THE HILL FROM THE PARKING DECK BELOW. BEYOND CHECKIN, THE ROOM WAS AWESOME, BREAKFAST WAS AWESOME, AND I DID MENTION TO STAFF AT CHECKOUT HOW TO IMPROVE THE CHECKIN PROCESS. AND I DID TELL THEM I DID ENJOY THE STAY AND THE BREAKFAST.

The lobby clerk which can't remember his name was siii helpful...I'm sorry for not remembering his name...I had to rent a car due to the flights issues with TSA and so I had to drive from Miami to GA and I got there really late and he was just there waiting for us me and my brother. Great help loved the room...super clean!! Which I was finally happy because been to georgia several times and the hotels I've stay..been dirty and bad smells .BUT this one fully RECOMMENDED!!!     The place was substandard, it wasn't clean, exit doors were broken and I received mixed message from front desk about check out - Checkout was at 11 am. I asked the clerk at the front desk would it be okay to checkout at 11:15am. She gave me the okay and advised me to let the cleaning staff know. I thought everything was okay until I received a notice stating that I would be charged extra if I went passed the eleven o'clock hour.

    The thing which I didn’t understand is, they won’t allot the room which we booked. They mentioned they allot only based on the availability. I booked two queen bed room. They allotted king size bed with a sofa bed. When I asked them, they said that though booking is confirmed with the payment as well, there is no guarantee that they will allot the same room which we booked. That doesn’t make any sense to me. Why kind they hold the room which I booked and made the payment as well. This is insane. They don’t have pillows for the sofa bed as well.

    Good morning, I hope you’re doing well. My husband and I recently stayed at your property to celebrate our anniversary, but unfortunately, our experience was impacted by significant noise disturbances. Over the past couple of days, there were people running up and down the hallways, even during quiet hours, and a baby crying throughout Saturday night. Because of this, we weren’t able to get much rest, which took away from the enjoyment of our stay.

    Disappointing. Air conditioner didnt work well at all so the room was stuffy to sleep in all night. Had loud thumping noises coming from beside us and above us early in the morning. Woke up to hundreds of ants all over the refrigerator/microwave area. Room was overall nice, good bfast and internet worked well. But the ants..can't say I'll be back.

    Stayed in Room 712. By the time I left after three nights there, I had about 20 bug bites on my left arm. Believe there were bed bug bites although I didn't see any of the normal signs of bugs.

    This is always our go to Hotel whenever we come to Atlanta because it's close to everything from eating, shopping and to the highway. It has a microwave which is always important, suites, the beds are comfortable, very clean and the location is safe and nice. Staff is always kind as well

    Staff was rude upon arrival, everytime we went inside the hotel we would smell boiled eggs made me super nauseous, ac wasn’t working, tv wasn’t working, can hear other guest who is next door to you, very dusty, mold in bathroom, no air flow in bathroom literally almost passed out, didn’t want to tell staff because I was uncomfortable because of how rude they were. Very disappointed. Won’t EVER be coming back!

    Everything was great. Super comfortable room. However, I would’ve loved if breakfast started at 6am instead of 6:30am. I’m currently training for a new role at a local hospital. I have to be clocked in by 7am. So having that free breakfast at 6am would’ve been great.

    On this visit, however, one interaction stood out in a negative way. The air in my room was stuck on 74 degrees, making it very muggy. I informed the front desk attendant, who was excellent, he showed great customer service and immediately took action. The manager later came to check the thermostat. Since I mentioned the issue in the morning (around 9–10 am), I assumed there would be enough time to consider moving rooms before the next check-ins at 3 pm. Instead, the manager said, “I don’t know if we can move rooms because people paid for these rooms.” I responded, “So did I, ma’am.” That statement did not sit well with me. I’m not discouraging anyone from staying here, in fact, I still recommend this hotel and will likely return, but I wanted to bring awareness to the importance of wording and customer communication.

    Ceiling was peeling in the bathroom. The staff didn’t speak and they were not friendly at all. There weren’t any smart tvs. The hotel had direct tv and the signal was weak so I was forced to watch my phone on a two night stay. The breakfast was pretty good but that’s about it. The back door was temporarily out of order but was propped open all night so anyone(non guests) had access to the facility. The air conditioner rattled when on. I will not be staying here again.

    The deposit was not told about up front (i tried to read the fine print for it but never found it). On top of not being prepared for the deposit there is a 10 day refund wait time for certain cards for deposit and a 5 day wait time for regular bank cards. The tv was difficult to use as in the generic remote didnt work well with the tv. Very difficult to choose a channel. Finding information about the hotel was difficult. I wasnt sure where to find the information for hours of the breakfast or the pool hours. I would guess there would be some kind of website spot link I could go to or a pamphlet with this information in the room. I searched the website for the hotel and couldnt find information so i would have to go to the front desk or call. The shower curtain and shower altogether could use some improvements. The curtain is cloth with no liner. The shower head sprays out of the shower making a mess on the floor and if the curtain is not just right it also sprays on the floor. When i mentioned it to the front desk they told me this was a common question and problem with the water spraying out. The staff was very friendly and helpful despite all my complaints above. Everything was clean and there was plenty of bathroom products (shampoo, conditioner, and soaps) available for use. Free parking too.

    A fantastic stay. The room was great, clean and an extremely comfortable bed! The bathtub could use a little updating. There were several nicks in the tub that initially looked as though it wasn’t clean. They could also fix the grout around the tub as well.

    My husband was with me who happens to be black. We picked up fast food to eat and went to our room and noticed there was no silverware. He went downstairs to the breakfast area to get a fork and noticed the Indian man came from behind the counter to see what he was doing. He then followed him to the elevator and acted like he was fixing something while he rode up the elevator. When my husband got out he waited a second and got out and watched my husband go into our room. He could have just said Hi sir, are you enjoying your stay or maybe can I help you with something? That would be better than following him around the hotel.

    The conditon of room was poor with exposed pipes air conditioner unit abd peeling eiling hanging. Large group of people tnat were very noisy was allowed to be in lobby after midnight.     Upon arrival I received a text to see how everything was. After notifying them that one of the queen beds had two large dents in it they didn’t do anything about it. The dents were so deep you were literally laying in the springs. On both sides of the bed.my friend and I had to squeeze in the other queen both of us shared a bed. We paid for two beds. It was room 301. They never did anything or changed us to another room.

    The hotel itself was great. It was clean, quiet, and comfortable. However, the parking arrangement (especially towing a uhaul trailer) was horrible. There was no adequate room in the hotels’ deck and I had to park up the hill and across the street at the Sheraton. Evidently the Holiday Inn has an agreement with the Sheraton for addl parking but it’s a long walk.

    The bed and pillows were very comfortable and the breakfast looked very nice. The rooms were very quiet - we never heard other guests even though the hotel seemed very busy. The fitness area had nice machines but did not have any cleaning supplies available -the paper towels and antibacterial gel were both empty. The tub filled up with water during the shower and the room felt damp with the A/C on. They were out of toothbrushes at the front desk and did not have any to purchase either. This area is very sleepy and the Walgreens and Publix were both closed at 10pm on a Friday night so we had to drive back out to Roswell road to find a CVS to buy a toothbrush.

    The property was in a great location however, parking was very confusing. It was more of a round circle so you had very limited parking. Most of the parking were like in between polls so you have to be very careful backing and backing ass so you didn't hit one of the brick poles so parking was a little inconvenient. The second thing was the pool. The pool was on the third floor. It needed to be cleaned the pool. The kids went in on the second day that we were there. It had a lot of bugs in the pool, so we got the pool cleaner and we kind of cleaned the pool for them but at the bottom of the pool there was a lot of green around. It might've been due to the rain so they definitely needed to clean it. Old clothes were left hanging around the pool. The furniture was pretty much scattered. Didn't really have a nice appeal to it. Other than that. The only other thing that I did notice is that the blinds seems like the the mesh was coming out a little bit you could see through spots of it. There were a little openings at it but other than that, the breakfast was great. The people were great just really those three things. We're a bit concerned for Me

    Lost tv signal two nights in a row. There is no reason to use a satellite dish especially at a hotel. Need to use fiber optics cable so no signal is lost for guests. Many unhappy folks in the lobby both days.

    Very nice friendly property. Had a great experience staying here. The pool is smaller than a lot of hotels, but it is on the third floor outside above the parking garage, which is also another plus the parking is exceptional. Don’t have to worry about having a spot close because there is a parking garage and parking in the front of the hotel.

    I ended up in the hospital in Atlanta I’m from Ocala. This was Beyoncé weekend so no rooms were available. This property was lat min because I needed up needing to stay a couple nights in the hospital. I had my children and the hotel we were at didn’t have Rooms available so my husband last min booked this one. We found out we I was being released so I tried to get a refund way before check in. But they refused even with paperwork and Expedia asking them for an exemption form. Very disgusting attitude over the phone! Never again! And that was the manager!
