Room was large; very clean. TV difficult to operate (although looks nice). Non-public WIFI was not operable. Difficult to say value-for-money at current price point plus deposit held for 2 weeks for no reason.

I did not like that our room wasn’t ready 2 hours after check-in with no phone call or notification. When asked for a discount or accommodation, we were denied. There was also hair left in the shower of our room. I do not recommend this location or staff.

Breakfast was pretty good, location was super convenient, Staff was extremely friendly and attentive. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. TV didn't work. WiFi unreliable. We asked the staff about the TV and they were ready to re-room us immediately, but we figured it wasn't worth the trouble so we politely declined.

Location, friendly staff, comfy bed. The room was clean. Paying $50 just in case I damaged to the room and probably not getting it back for weeks.

This hotel has been excellent. Every member of the staff was very friendly and professional, the location was perfect and the structure had an excellent large parking. The room was very spacious and the bed extremely comfortable. Breakfast was satisfactory. Very minor: the pancake machine wasn’t working.

Liked the property. Seemed safe The TV and remote came without any directions. That’s annoying Couldn’t take a shower because the curtain had been hung at the ceiling so it would not rest in the tub. Water would be all over the floor. Beds were very soft. I loved it. Husband did not like the lack of support.-

Super clean and quiet, which is exactly what we needed. The breakfast options were great! The fitness center/gym is saaaaaaad hahaha. There were only 3 dumbbell options and they were 25/45/50 pound weights, which is CRAZY!!! Yall just need more options. Also, breakfast was 30 minutes late: it says 6:30 but the buffet food was not ready until 7.

Check in was flawless. Room was spotless and very comfortable. Staff was very courteous. There must have been a volleyball tournament in town as the hotel was full with volleyball teams. For breakfast we came down late and those volleyball players were hungry. When we informed the staff that more food was needed they were very quick in replenishing the breakfast food trays. This is an excellent hotel and staff!!!

The section that I stayed in on the second floor had a bad smell in the hallway. The couch had rips in it. I didn't feel like it was very clean. It was good for the price.

Good location, nice spacious room with mini fridge. Breakfast was good, nice Greek yogurts in fridge. Ok selection of hot food. Coffee wasn’t great even though it’s supposed to be Costa beans. They should learn how to recycle though, always disappointed that everything is wrapped in plastic with paper plates and plastic cutlery.

We arrived for check-in at 3pm. We were told there was nobody working that could check us in at that time. So, we waited for about 20 minutes for the clerk to arrive. The hotel was old and dated. The hallway and the lobby had a strange odor. The room and bathroom were very dirty. AC wasn't very cold. The wifi was slow and not strong. There were people loitering in the parking lot after hours that were using drugs. My fiancé and I left about 10 pm that night. We didn't stay overnight because we felt unsafe. There was nobody at the front desk for us to speak with.

I had to ask the first day and there was absolutely none the second day. Breakfast was just so-so and from the pics I was expecting more. However, very clean hotel, quiet, and super responsive staff. I would stay here again and go get breakfast at the Waffle House.

Nice hotel in a convenient location. Clean, updated. GREAT breakfast! Several restaurants close (1/2 mile) and a big shopping center with more options about 15 minutes away. My only complaint about the hotel is the wonky internet. Keeps popping off, and very few bars even when working.

The room was very clean especially the bathroom, the beds were comfortable, the breakfast was satisfying, and the overall experience was amazing. Dining options were not far away. This will be my go to hotel for my stays in the Atlanta area.

Highly recommend Holiday Inn Express Atlanta, Clairmont. The room was clean and cozy. The room service did a great job cleaning the bathroom, making the bed, and replenishing supplies. The breakfast was really great with cold and hot options, juice, milk, and coffee.

Right off of I-85, this hotel was conveniently located and was a nice, what you would expect, Holiday Inn. Free parking. Free breakfast. Good air conditioning. Fridge in room. Everything was as expected.

This was a wonderful hotel! My room did smell strongly of smoke, but the front desk staff were super nice about trying to find the source. While they did offer room spray, I feel they should have swapped my room. Breakfast was incredible.

Air wanted to heat when adjusted

We booked this hotel for a family vacation, and were turned away in the middle of the night because of overbooking. We had to cancel our trip and drive home all night because it was too late to book another hotel. The front desk said we would not be charged, but we were, and I am unable to get a refund so far.

Good location for what I needed

We’ve stayed here several times. Change of management? Breakfast was very disappointing compared to our other visit. Will try it 1 more time after they have had time to work out the kinks.

I would definitely stay here again. It was extra clean and the staff was great. Especially Rhannia one of the staff members.

I checked in late and the staff was so sweet and kind, however the room I was given had a huge leak In the ceiling in the bathroom. I heard a drip so walked in to adjust the faucet but slipped and fell on the floor for water was all over due to the leak! I went and told them but they didn’t seem too concerned. I was then assigned a new room- which the TV had “ NO SIGNAL”! I just went to bed I was so done and didn’t want to move again. Very disappointed in my stay. The hotel was in ok condition and a few “hotel parties” in rooms were going on. I’m glad I only was there for 9 hours! The GM was so kind when I talked to him the next morning but there was no sense of urgency to fix that leak! He also informed me there had been a power outage a few days ago. Ok- so why didn’t maintenance go to each room and reset the TV’s? Oh well- that stay won’t happen again! They were going to compensate me for my stay but couldn’t due to booked through hotels.com!

Was double charged and still havent been reimbursed. The staff member said it takes time for the money to be put back in my account. Thats funny cause it came out IMMEDIATELY.

Never stayed here. They didn’t have my reservation, and the hotels.com app said my reservation never got completed, yet they charged my credit card for two nights. I could never get through to any human at hotels.com, so I disputed the charge.
