    No drinks, condiments, exercise room. Had I known all of this upfront would have chose a different place. This was way too expensive of a stay with all the construction. Had I know it ahead of time I would have stayed elsewhere.

    Room was just renovated. Lights didnt work, power outlets didnt work, Blackout Blind wouldnt roll all the way down so had to leave it half way open. Bathroom door looked like hand painted by a toddler, fridge door fell apart. And all for $346usd/nt.

    This hotel is under construction. Nothing said in the about this hotel section in Expedia. Trash on the floors, construction debris and trash as soon as you walk in the door. Trash and debris in the hallways, and elevator. Saturday evening the person on duty was more interested with what was on his phone then being out front and helping customers. Breakfast was great, if you wanted to pay $15.99 per person. Overall, not a good experience and will not be back!

    Unknown to us at booking, the hotel was under renovation. Will say room was spacious and offered a comfortable bed and staff were professional but amenities were inaccessible, halls needed cleaning/vacuuming, ice machines need repair. I understand renovations but generally maintaining the property is needed.

    I was not alerted ahead of time that the hotel was undergoing renovations, so things were in disarray. Had no hot water in the evening. Couldn't access the pool area, it said in my booking that breakfast was included, but found out it was $14.95 to have breakfast. It was just not a good experience.

    I had booked this hotel months in advance to be payed at hotel. Unknowingly the hotel tried to charge my card that morning before I’d checked in, which my bank hadn’t cleared yet so the hotel canceled my booking without even attempting to contact me. When I showed up to hotel, the check-in lady told me of this. On my end, it still showed booked. When I asked if I could just rebook at same rate, she was less than helpful. Also without warning, the hotel was currently getting remodeled which required you to walk around building through a back door through construction with ugly paper signs posting directions. No thank you. I quickly looked for another close dog-friendly hotel and booked that even though it was more expensive last minute.

    I was lucky that they put me in the quiet floor. Property is undergoing renovation, but everything went well for me. Breakfast staff was amazing and food was equally good. Checkout is a bit funny due to renovations as lobby area was closed but no complaints here.

    The property is under MAJOR construction. Water was dripping the ceilings in hallways. Lobby was closed. They should have just closed the whole hotel instead of continuing to charge full price for this disaster of a hotel. Some of rooms don’t even have hot water. They cut the water completely off during our stay. I’ve always liked Hilton but after this experience I will steer clear of all of them.

    One of the primary reasons I chose this hotel was the advertised gym. I specifically asked the front desk whether it was open and was told that it was. That turned out to be completely inaccurate. The gym was unusable and in total disarray, with construction debris and even toilets sitting on the floor. The next morning, another employee told me to use the gym at a nearby Hilton property, but when I drove there, that hotel refused access and advised that I should never have been sent there. I ultimately had to pay out of pocket to use a local Lifetime Fitness. The experience was stressful, misleading, and completely inconsistent with what was advertised. I was traveling for work and expected a safe, functional hotel environment, especially from a Hilton-branded property. Instead, I spent the trip dealing with confusion & misinformation

    This property is under renovation as of May 2026. Since they are renovating the whole reception / entrance area, you will need to use the service entrance at the back side of the hotel, and the check in counter is located in a small event room. The construction site was not closed completely, so you will see the whole mess from the corridor. The corridor is very old and dirty since it’s for employees and vendors. I understand they needed to upgrade their hotel, but they should inform that to the guests prior to their visit and also should make the temporary guest areas more presentable if they want to charge the same amount of money.

    The location was great, close to the Battery and Truist Park, which is why we stayed They were doing major renovations and made no mention of it. The main lobby was closed so bringing in bags and leaving was not easy. They also were making loud construction noises starting at 9am Saturday morning, abs that went on throughout the day. It was so loud, I thought it was the fire alarm when it woke me up. I'm glad we weren't trying to relax in the room in the afternoon. I felt like we should have been told about the construction, or the price of the room should have been discounted, especially since the noise made to room unusable during the day. It was my first stay at a "Hilton" and I was not impressed by this location. Our friends were upgraded to a Jr suite, which was very spacious, but the couch bed doesn't not fully retract, which mage the entire couch unusable. It was almost funny how broke it was. It was like trying to sit on an ejector seat.

    No prior notification of renovation, no amenities to be used do to the mess from the renovation. $15 extra for breakfast that I would feed a dog. Saturday ballroom loud obnoxious noise that was way over the top. Ignorance was definitely the key to this place. Absolutely the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Terrible.

    The toilet wouldn't flush but because we know how to fix toilets, we fixed it ourselves. One of the beds was rumpled up like somebody might have taken a nap on it. The covers weren't pulled down but we decided to sleep on the other bed. The shower was nice and we left rested. The staff were friendly. Parking was close. We didn't eat breakfast but did get a nice cup of coffee.

    Parking was great. I was really surprised at the cost of the breakfast buffet. ($15.95) Most Hilton properties have a complimentary breakfast. I saw that many ordered out for breakfast using door dash or actually went to fast food and brought breakfast back.

    There was a huge party with loud music and it was going on through the night in a room… the hallways smelled strongly of Pot. There was no heat in the lobby at all and no heat in my room!! They said they would give a refund but they haven’t yet and I showed pictures were the thermostat was set to higher heat but never got warm.. the man in the lobby working literally had a kerosene heater, which I’m not sure is safe for in doors

    Location Very cold lobby not heat and even the workers there had coats on at the front desk and the restaurant. Fire place was not lit. There was a portable heater in the lobby that was on we we arrived but the next morning at breakfast it was freezing and the dishes and utensils were even cold. Could not enjoy breakfast because it was so cold. Courtesy coffee was in a cubby hole, not visible. The Keurig maker was dirty. No creamer. The three flags out front were old and shredded needed replacing. The staff were all very nice which let me know none of the negatives were their fault. They had no control o er non working heat or supplies. The room itself was okay, but would have rather had a shower than a jacuzzi tub which was hard to get in and out to shower.

    the location is perfect. we stay here often. Our sink had a super slow drain, which made brushing teeth disgusting so I called the front desk about it. The next day I get a message offering to move rooms which I declined because we had already gotten dressed and were out for the day. They did not compensate me at all. They offered me free breakfast or HH points, which I declined because I had plans...and never use the points. The room should've been free or they should've comped a nights stay...in my opinion.

The beds a VERY uncomfortable, there is only 1 full size pillow on each queen bed, our toilet was running, and wouldn’t flush properly, when we got to the room it was VERY hot, and it took a. "Keys" greeted me, with a warm and calming smile, as did everyone I encountered. The staff are amazing. My room was spacious and comfortable.     Air broke in room , no other rooms available, and the manager told us they called us to let us know to get another room the day prior. That is not true. That is not true. We had no missed calls on the phone.phone log and had no email. Due to the car race and the brave spot baseball game there were no other rooms available at an other hotel.     We booked a NON-Smoking room, but when we got to the property, they had booked us in a smoking room. When we corrected that, they acted as if they were doing us a favor. They put us on the second floor. This would not have been a problem if they had an elevator. They DO NOT have an elevator. This would have been fine if we all could take the stairs with ease. My mom has to use a cane and it was very difficult for her to take the flight of stairs. At least she only had to go up one flight of stairs.

    This property is not what is used to be, smell of marijuana is the elevator and hallway. Need maintenance. Elevator is overdue for inspection. On a busy weekend only one elevator was working. Locks are malfunctioning. My last stay almost 2 years ago was much more pleasant; however, this visit was a disappointment!

    This was the worst Hilton I stayed at ever. The room was outdated , the hotel didn't have a luggage cart to bring my bags up. I had just stayed at Hilton in Florida for 8 days before staying a night here in Atlanta. Needed a room for night before heading back to NC . This totally changed my mind on the Hilton hotel. It was night a good night. I also had to change rooms bc I was given the wrong suite, which was handicapped customers. Also the cleaning staff was rude in the morning after we were checking out. Just a nasty experience overal.

    First time ever staying at this hotel chain that we had a bad experience. Upon arrival at the check in desk totally ignored and then talked over me with other employees and then talked on the phone regarding a phone call wanting to talk to an employee that wasn’t there. Very insensitive and rude. In our room the lotion, shampoo, conditioner dispensers was empty. Also at check in was informed breakfast was 6:30-9:30. My husband got a cup of coffee and muffin and a bowl of dry fruit loops no milk and sit down to eat shortly an employee let him know that would be $6 dollars. Unbelievable! He shared with her that he travels extensively and this had never happened. She said oh well it will be charged on your room with no explanation. We checked out and left and my husband said we just stayed our last time here. So sad it ended like this! This is my first negative review to ever fill out in all of our travels and with that said we travel heavy. This was our 14th day on the road traveling before returning home. I hope this review will help resolve these issues so no one else staying will have to deal with them. Again sorry for having to leave a negative review but I am be truthful because your email sent to me wanted input.

    the restaurant and bar bar were both closed on our travel date. we selected hilton garden for these amenties and were dissappointed after a long day of travel no the I75. suggest you notify guests in advance when amenities are not available in the future.

    The Wi-Fi connection was very poor and was always disconnecting. You have to request room service or your room will not get cleaned. You have to pay for breakfast.

    2) I tried to log into WiFi. It took three times to connect to the HHonors browser window. I kept getting "Problem connecting" messages. I finally was able to enter my name and room number. Then, to get access to the wifi, I had to fill out a Hilton Honors membership request. I am ALREADY a Hilton Honors member - so, why do I need to spend time filling out the form? Then, I received a message that the information I submitted was accepted. However, I did get to the confirmation screen to access the WiFi after I submitted the Honors information - but was told that it couldn't be submitted. I tried two more times and it didn't work. So, I went to the front desk and worked with 2 different people and received the "couldn't connect." I was told to restart my computer, which I did, and it still received the message "couldn't connect." They called the maintenance person and he couldn't get it to connect either. All this took about a half hour. I am using my phone as a hot spot. This was a HORRIBLE experience.

    We did not have a good experience at this hotel. I booked this hotel through Expedia since they had a better price than Hilton's. When we checked in the clerk verified that our price was lower than their price even if we used our Hilton honors program. We also were told that breakfast was included with our stay. The clerk confirmed that with our reservation. He also explained that check out was at 11 am. The next morning we went for breakfast and we were told that breakfast was not part of our stay. We had to pay $35 for breakfast. I talked with Kimberly at the front desk about this. Shecsaid the night clerk shouldn't have told us it was free. She said he didn't know what he was talking about. She said I had to sign the bill for breakfast and she would look into who was on the night we checked in. I also called down to guest services and talked with Kimberly about getting a late check-out. She said they were short staffed and they couldn't allow that. When I went to the front desk to ask again about late check-out, the gentleman in front of me asked for late checkout and Kimberly gave the approval for him to have a late check-out. I don't understand the double standard. Both myself and my girlfriend are Hilton honor members. We won't be staying at another Hilton hotel if this is how you treat customers. Obviously your facility doesn't comply with your Hilton Garden Inn promise...see photo.

    No in room safe Breakfast limited and on weekend only until 10 am. Only one lift ( elevator) working . The other one was out of order and never repaired during our stay. The toilet had running water all the time and although I requested to be repaired they didn’t do it. Overpriced.

    The room floors were run down and musty smelling. The original room they put us in had dirty beds and the final room was an adjoining one to a very noisy family.

    The room and bathroom smelled terribly of marijuana. I did not complain because we had an incredibly long day with a blown tire earlier in the day and a 7 hour drive. I would have asked for my money back but was simply too worn out to deal with it. I expected more from a Hilton hotel.

    Was told they only had 3 washcloths available. They don’t clean your room unless specificity requested. Shower water pressure was awful.
