Great hotel. It was right across the street from the aquarium, coke world, Civil Rights museum, and Olympic Park. Valet parking was easy. The hotel had a nice outdoor pool area on the 7th floor overlooking the city. Was clean and well maintained. Everything was a little pricy though.

The hotel is near everything. I walked to Waffle House, Starbucks, etc. It’s across the street from a huge park with water features. Then women at the front desk were very rude. Service sucked, asked for my room to be cleaned and fresh towels at 10am. Came back at 12:30 and it was in the same condition. I called to ask why and was told they would get it to when they can. So I had to ask the housekeeper to do my room next. She was kind and helped me out. The toilet was not ever clean and the sink had some stains or dried up snot , idk. The bed was soft and clean. The fridge was warm. You get free waters which was nice. The man at the desk was nice and helpful. Maybe the women were just intimidated by me. Idk.

Parking was higher than advertised. Complimentary coffee should be available all day in the lobby. It is a cheap way to cater to customers. Staff was very nice. Sad that area can only have restaurants stay open til 9:00. Hard to find supper.

The room was clean and was a perfect location for our trip to the aquarium. Breakfast was decent, and prices were not bad. The indoor pool made a huge difference. Looking forward to our next stay.

The cost of parking was super expensive ($45 per day) The pillows were awful, very thin walls. Location was beneficial but for the cost I would assume atleast the parking and/or breakfast would be included.

The security guard was super nice!!! The pool and hot tub was really good, clean and enjoyable.

Everything! The property was very clean. The Tex Mex restaurant was pretty good. We didn’t eat breakfast, so I can’t say anything about that. Location to the Aquarium and Coca Cola is perfect. They are right behind the hotel. There wasn’t anything we didn’t like.

Receptionist had a terrible attitude when I checked out. The hospitality went out of the window once my stay concluded. The overall stay was just ok.

Super clean and loved the area, close to a lot of things and walkable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Few reasons it did not get the five stars was, water was shut off for 4 hours mid day, the safe in the room didn’t function and a manager opened my room door accidentally without knocking while I was changing; luckily it was a woman but the experience was still very off putting

Hotel was conveniently located next to the aquarium, I probably would not have chose this hotel except for that reason, it was pricey for what it had to offer.

The room was clean and the staff was friendly. But there was nothing about this hotel that would want to make me stay there again. On-site parking was $45. They do offer a breakfast buffet at an additional cost but we didn't try it. This was a basic, clean room.

The property is in a great location. Across the street from the Georgia Aquarium, Coca-Cola Museum, and College Football Hall of Fame. Tons of restaurants nearby. Lobby is inviting and everything is clean. We didn’t have the breakfast because we didn’t want to pay $13-18 for breakfast.

Stay was fine, nothing to complain about besides the loud train every night. This was something the hotel obviously didn’t have control over, but it’s something people should be aware of as it often interrupted our sleep

The hotel staff were all very nice and professional. Our room was fresh and clean. Didn't do breakfast or visit the bar, but I have zero doubt that both would have been great. Our room had a view of the SkyView Atlanta Ferris wheel which was really nice to see at night. The hotel is in walking distance to A LOT! We walked to the State Farm Arena to see THE BOSS, Bruce Springsteen. Safe area, lots to see and do. Will stay here again!

Picked so we could walk to and from a State Farm Arena Concert and stay over, so the location was ideal. All the staff we encountered were informative, patient, positive and professional. The breakfast restaurant on the 4th floor was a pleasant experience. The room was very well appointed. Would stay again.

I am very critical about hotels and this one truly was great. I have a four year old so both pools and the hot tub (which I wish was alittle hotter) were great options for us. It was also directly across the street from the park, Coca Cola factory and the aquarium! Literally perfect location, great spacious rooms and awesome staff. The only complaint I have is we found a sock under the chair in our room the first night we stayed, that wasn’t ours, but overall the room was clean. And also the parking is extremely expensive! Down the street there is a lot we paid only 40$ for three days. It was a 6 min walk but well worth it to save 90$. Their pricing for parking is outrageous and they should offer a discount for hotel guests in my opinion.

Finding parking in the attached parking building took a very long time. The indoor pool had some weird stuff floating in the water which meant we had to try the outdoor pool and although it was clean it was very cold. The room was very nice with views of the city but we had barely enough toilet paper to get through the night. Love the location but traffic getting there takes forever.

Generally it was very clean. Most of the staff were very nice and helpful. The parking garage situation was a bit inconvenient but I guess that’s what you get for downtown Atlanta. We stayed here because we just wanted to see the aquarium, which is right next door and super convenient. Breakfast was good for what you pay for. Generally it was an OK stay. Not terrible, not great. I would probably stay at another location next time. But if you’re looking to be right next to Coca Cola and the Aquarium it’s a great place.

Overall noise in the hotel was very good. Noise from inside was very very quiet - we didn’t hear anything. On the 8th floor there was a little bit of street noise and construction noise, but not enough to wake a sleeping baby. Communication with the hotel before arrival was poor, and I blame their remote phone staff not the front desk staff. I requested a crib in my reservation, and called the day before to confirm the size. The phone staff said that they called the hotel and that there would be a full size crib in the room. When we got there, nothing was set up. The front desk was able to resolve it within about 20 minutes, and a pack n play was dropped off. Luckily, the full size crib sheet we brought fit it, because they provided a queen sheet :)

Nice hotel located close to major attractions, making it easy to explore the city. However, be prepared to pay extra for parking and breakfast. Plenty of nearby dining options if you prefer to eat out.

The stay was good, and it saved me from driving about 200 miles so that I could see my granddaughter play volleyball all weekend. The only thing that I didn’t like was the rate that I was charged for parking, somehow the company that booked the room forgot to add the breakfast, and parking to the hotel rate. I won’t be using that app again.

We did an early check in which was a kifesaver due to the game starting at three. Everyone is always helpful and friendly and will continue to be our go to when we come in for games.

Breakfest was great, the staff were super helpful and nice, and the location felt safe for a solo traveller.

Be aware they clean the inside pool and hot tub often. Which is a good thing but also stinks when trying to use the emenities you paid for.

This is a perfect place to stay if you traveling for a Hawks or Falcons game. Everything you need is in walking distance.

This was a great hotel for our family weekend getaway. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and quick to address any questions we had. The cleaning staff did a great job on our room. Parking in the garage attached was simple. We'd definitely stay here again.

Location Noise was terrible. If I had known that I’d have to hear a train multiple times per night I would have stayed elsewhere. The cost of parking was also insane.

When we initially walked in, we received no help. No hello, no welcome in, nothing. 2 of the 3 ladies at the front desk were on the phone so I’ll give a little grace but to look at us like you don’t know why me and my guest are there and not even a quick acknowledgment didn’t sit right. Second, the vallet told us to leave the ticket in our car so when we were checking in we had to go BACK into the parking garage to the 5th floor to get the parking ticket. Breakfast wasn’t included, which is absolutely ridiculous when you’re paying that much a night to stay somewhere and I just don’t understand the concept of paying for self parking when we are paying to stay at the hotel as well as parking our own vehicle. Won’t stay again. Room was nice and clean and had a decent view. Aside from that, honestly 2/10.

Every staff member was friendly and courteous. The policy of making up the room every other day instead of daily is a major turnoff. And, as is common with too many hotels, the cheap blower dryer provided was annoying. Common areas were clean, coffee was available in the lobby in the mornings and the location was very convenient to attractions and amenities.

Great stay, no complaints! Everything you need is close, the room is a good size, and the beds were comfy!

They gave me a room that was handicapped, so there was no lip on the shower so every time I took a shower, the entire floor got soaking wet. While I was showering on the third day I was there, the shower curtain, and Bar fell on me and I had to put it back up. No one came to my room to change my towels for my sheets for my entire stay. I was a bit disappointed.

Then, as I was leaving, I asked the lady at the counter how to get out of the parking deck because I believe y’all are gonna charge me two times. She assured me they would not. Sure enough when I left an hour later I got the receipt from our stay. On my credit card statement sure enough the parking deck charged me too. I called from the parking deck box told the operator who I was and my room number and they had no idea that I even stayed at the Hotel, so I spent $184 on parking. I will be disputing with my credit card. The whole parking thing just seems disorganized to me and a scam to double dip payment. She even admitted to me on the way out. They added parking as I checked out even though I told them I had a ticket when I parked and they didn't need to add it. So I am very upset about this. We have 2 more trips in the coming weeks and its doubtful Ill be staying here again.

The hotel is great. Very clean and a very friendly front desk. The surrounding area felt very unsafe after dark. We walked to dinner just .25 miles down the road and there were aggressive homeless people and groups of masked teenagers riding the city scooters. We felt so unsafe we got an uber back to the hotel. We will not stay downtown again.

Stayed here for a weekend trip. Close to restaurants, everything in walking distance. Did a 5 minute walk to the State Farm arena. Love that it had a mini fridge and microwave in the room. Staff was friendly and helpful to all my needs. Has its own parking garage, you do have to pay for parking but once you do, u can use your hotel key to get in and out of the parking garage which is easy.

Parking was a nightmare. Paid $42 to park and couldn't get in the parking deck with my room key. Tried 4 different keys at the parking kiosk after turning around in the parking deck & going back to the front desk twice. So I had to pay $52 to valet park. Room was clean. Front desk staff was friendly. Luke warm water in shower.

For those with pups, there is a fairly big patch of grass a short distance from the entrance serving as a relief area. We did valet parking, however there is self parking right next to the building so that is also convenient and makes check in way less stressful! Front desk staff really shined in making us feel welcome and taken care of! The lady even gave us a comp breakfast for my birthday:D Finally, the GA aquarium is literally right across the street (we had a perfect view from our window) along with the contenial park and the coca-cola museum, and there are a variety of restaurants nearby, some on the same block.

My family and I loved this Hotel. From location to amenities it is a great place to stay and i would recommend this hotel to anyone going to Atlanta area. We were in Atlanta to visit the Georgia aquarium and door to door was a 4 minute walk. We had vouchers for breakfast and the food was good. The pool and hot tub on the seventh floor was amazing. My family was blown away with the sunset up there. I wish the outdoor pool was heated, we spent the majority of our time in the jacuzzi. Sydney was amazing at check in. Very pleasant and welcoming. Parking was easy, but did cost. We lnew this going into it.

Room was nice and recently refurbished. Just my opinion but I hate this modern brutalist style of hanging tables, all angles everywhere and the mattress hovering over a small bedframe. That’s everywhere now though.

The room was clean. Bed was comfortable. I could hear some traffic noise at times but it was not bothersome. Staff was friendly. Well located.

Location and room were great. A few issues: the safe was completely inoperable; the conditioner dispenser was empty; having a jacuzzi was a plus but the water was lukewarm at best - and being outdoors in 50’s weather it needed to be a bit warmer!

I had a great experience at the Hilton Garden Inn Downtown Atlanta. The staff provided excellent customer service; friendly, welcoming, and always helpful. The location couldn’t be more convenient, with plenty of food options nearby, and just a short walk to State Farm Arena and the park. The gym and pool area offer fabulous views of the city, and my room had a beautiful city view as well. It’s such a fun, vibrant location and a perfect spot for both business and leisure stays. Highly recommend; I’d definitely stay here again!

Love the location since it’s walking distance to the aquarium & coca-cola; however, the noise level at night is insane though we stayed on the top floor. The sirens, the engines, people screaming kept me up for hours at night. The heated pool is not as heated either.

Hotel & Staff were great! We came in to stay for a night and go to the Falcons game. Short walk and very convenient. Highly recommend!

All in all, it was a great stay. The breakfast buffet was terribly disappointing though. Spaghetti & a boiled egg was not what i had in mind! Spaghetti is not a breakfast food, anywhere!!

Hotel was clean, nice room with a view. Breakfast was delicious. The parking garage was a little confusing when leaving (my wife went out a different way then we came in and had to circle the block to pick me up) but was easy to use. We were only here for 1 night but loved it and will definitely stay here again.

What is the best topping for pancakes and waffles??? Maple Syrup. Vermont, or Ohio, or Canadian matters not. But real maple syrup is a defining breaker for top quality. Marriot serves fake syrup. All other hotels cheap out and use corn syrup based toppings like Butterworth's as well. Why cannot Hilton, an international behemoth, have its own contract with a maple producer somewhere to supply its hotels with superb quality toppings. As health becomes more important these days, corn syrup is seen as a terribly unhealthy sweetener. Why cheapen Hilton breakfasts with that. A small attention to detail might very well benefit the bottom line, and impress Hilton guests that you serve the best. Can't be that much more expensive than Butterworths. But the taste - and the impression, would be huge. Just a thought for the boardroom discussion. Regards Bob Capes [email protected]

I really enjoyed my stay! The hotel was conveniently located within walking distance of several attractions and restaurants. The view from my room was lovely, and the room itself was clean and spacious. The front desk staff were very welcoming and helpful, which made the experience even better.

Con: Mattress sheet was torn Bed sheet was too small for the mattress we had to adjust many times for it to fit. There was a clear body fluid stain on the bedsheet. Shower curtain smelled so bad we couldn’t go into the bathroom. Room was not cleaned on the last day. We had to call the front desk to request towels and we did not receive any apology.

It was a spur of the moment stop on our trip and it was fantastic!

Visiting Atlanta for one night, two days. Great location for visiting the Georgia Aquarium, Colca Cola Museum, Mercedes Benz Stadium, and College Football Hall of Fame museum. Parked our car (so easy)

According to the website where I booked the reservation, there was a tub and separate shower available. There was a picture showing the bathroom. We arrived at the hotel, where check-in wasn’t exactly quick, then we find out that the bathroom does not have a tub. The front explained that the only room that would have a tub are ones with full beds. Not ideal for a couple. We settled for the room we were in. While my husband was in the shower, the water pressure just ceased while he was in the middle of showering. Came back ok after a minute. We went to eat breakfast, which was included. The front had only given us 1 voucher. So when we presented it to the restaurant, they informed us that we would need another voucher or one of the meals would be charged to our room. We then had to go back to the front desk to obtain another voucher to avoid paying for it. Something we feel we shouldn’t have needed to deal with in the first place. We don’t feel we got what we paid for. Over priced.

I stay with my family for one night, and we had a great time. The staff is friendly, Dennisse was courteous and helpful with the questions asked. The hotel is located close to all tourist attractions in downtown Atlanta. We went to a soccer game at the Mercedes Benz Stadium and it was 9 minutes walk. You can see the stadium from our room. The breakfast was delicious. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to anyone interested in visiting downtown Atlanta.

I’m very impressed and surprised by how great our stay was. The hotel staff was amazing and friendly. The area was clean and felt very safe. The aquarium was right across the street along with a beautiful park. We traveled with young kids and would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Only negative we had was the pool being green and cloudy.

The room was nice and breakfasts were great. The personal were very friendly and professional. The only thing I was disappointed with, was that no one came to take care of my room on the 1st morning. I also didn’t realize that parking was not included and had to pay $82 for two days.

It was a great hotel but there is no room service only daily cleaning. And the dinning is very limited unless you walking to a restaurant and all the dining all closed very early. But everyone was very friendly and the room smelled amazing.

Hotel was right in the middle of everything we wanted to visit.

The hotel is very clean, the pool was nice for us as a family to have some time off after aquarium activities. Also the parking was so convenient I wish they had better option at the restaurant on lo by, it was a 2/10 but it’s not the hotel’s fault.

great place . elevators need work

Upon arrival only 1 elevator was working. Waiting for the elevator to get to our room took longer than I liked. Room was very clean. The water pressure in the shower wasn't the best at times. Overall it was a good and safe experience.

This is the second time I stayed at this location. The first time around 7-8 years ago. It is a great location if you are going to the aquarium, World of Coke and Centennial Park. This visit I was disappointed because the beds slept horribly and we were there for 4 night and we were told housekeeping would come on Wednesday but they never came for our entire stay. If I go back to Atlanta, I will look for another hotel.

The hotel was great, but the front desk attendants need to confirm at check in that the parking was not included with the on line ticket prices. The location was great because we could walk to the Aquarium and not have to drive and pay for additional parking at the aquarium. They need to have all the elevators operational at both check in and check out times to expedite both more smoothly.
