The staff were great. From Derell at the front desk, the young valet guy telling my husband where he could find Mt. Dew, to the other staff we encountered in lobby or outside were as nice and friendly as anyone could ask for. We ordered burgers & fries from the snack bar & they were way beyond what we expected from a hotel burger. They were fantastic. From how we treated & how friendly Everyone was to us, we would definitely rebook this hotel again.

The first room was hot an extremely dirty. We were moved to a different room and it was cool but the hallways are so hot. The new room had hair and stains everywhere except the beds which were comfortable. Almost everything was broken. Tv does t allow streaming and the guide did t work. The valet people were nice but it was chaos. The price for valet is way too much and the self parking is inconvenient. I wouldn’t stay here ever again.

Cleaning lady stole food and property while I was away. Management at the front desk did call and have her return what was left with the food everything else was lost. Shower curtain, torn and replace with same torn shower curtains at linen change when stolen food was brought back. had a beautiful view of the parking deck for my children to watch.. all bottles in room were empty. After a few days, Management did answer the phone and say they were Management and did say she would refund for one night that after a insect of what variety I know not but had NO fear of man would not let me into the shower without his presence, I decided enough was enough. So I only paid for the night I stayed. I figured as I told the manager “ fair enough with a Fair review.” it should be noted. All I came in contact with at the front desk were more than helpful, courteous kind, polite, and professional, including the valet.

Nice location, staff was nice. Check out time was great! Valet workers were rude. My room bathroom also had a hair all over the floor. The clean up lady came & swept the hair to the hall floor instead of getting it up and putting it in the trash.

Check-in was at 3 pm. The room we booked supposedly was saying it wasn't finished being cleaned. The front desk clerk offered us a different room, but we specifically booked this room for a reason. After the third time, I asked the front clerk if our room was ready (50 minutes after check-in, 3:50 pm). They then checked the room themselves and saw that it was cleaned. Our room very likely could have been ready the entire time, but there was a miscommunication between the cleaning staff and the front desk. If check-out is 12 pm, and check-in is 3 pm, there should be enough staff to flip the rooms, or either check-out needs to be earlier, or check-in needs to be later.

My room was in bad shape. Light over desk didn’t work. No coffee in room and worse, toilet was broken(broken chain) so it ran incessantly thru the night. I reported it on my way to work event at 7am, and when I came back at noon to check out it still hadn’t been addressed. Unpleasant stay

There was also a bug in my room, and I had no hot water in the shower for about half of my stay. I was eventually moved to another room, but the water there was only slightly better, lukewarm at best. I’ve always loved the Hilton brand, which makes this even more disappointing. The staff truly does a great job and the location is excellent, but based on this experience, I’m not sure I’d stay here again.

The kitchen is currently being remodeled….. so no food. Also if you drive a company service vehicle you must use a public parking lot at $24.00 a day fee for overnight parking. It is a short walk.

Rooms were ok. Washroom door wouldn’t close properly and made a loud sound when opening it or closing it completely. Bathroom tub was not in the best condition and ceiling above tub was also not in good condition. The rest of the room was basic neither great nor bad.

I received directional assistance from Celine, who was very helpful. Hilton Garden Inn/Buckhead was NOT located at 3342 Peachtree Road as claimed on its website. It is half a block off Peachtree and down a hill. GPS could not locate the address because it does not exist. The property is not even visible from Peachtree! Local Hilton phone number was not available on the website. Adding insult to irritation, Hilton charges $45 per night to park and charges $19.95 for breakfast.

The gym was one of the main reasons I booked here, but all three treadmills had loose belts that were unsafe to walk or run on. On top of that, the property itself was in poor condition — broken wall trim throughout the hotel, mold on the walls in my room, and carpets that were stained, dirty and had large wet spots. The staff did eventually help with a room change, but the combination of heat, broken amenities, unsafe equipment, and poor upkeep made this stay a very negative experience. Their technician who helped through my stay was the only positive experience.

The staff here are so welcoming and friendly. Michelle was very helpful during check in, as I was having issues with the key card. The rest of the staff was also great. I loved that I could walk to Publix, Target, the mall, restaurants (20 min or less) I loved my experience at this hotel and Atlanta and am looking forward to my next stay!

Saw the charge on AMEX and called to question. Promised a credit but 5 days later had not appeared. Reported charge to AMEX to decline payment.

They advertised full American breakfast offering an omelette station….first we were told omelette station not available on the weekends then when Monday came sorry unavailable today with no explanation. Tuesday just simply no omelettes and what you see is what you get! Overall location was key factor for the rating. Rooms are in need of makeover.

The self parking wasn’t a far walk, the price was cheaper than valet. Really liked the black out curtains/shades. Made for a dark room great for sleeping. The air conditioning worked well, which is great for Hotlanta!

Was visiting for the Beyonce concert. Initial check-in, the room wasn’t ready so they changed our room. The next room didn’t have any towels and the front desk said they must’ve ran out. So we couldn’t even shower until the next day. The room had a weird smell so we had to light a candle. The beds were comfortable. I was just highly surprised at this buckhead location.

Was visiting for the Beyonce concert. Initial check-in, the room wasn’t ready so they changed our room. The next room didn’t have any towels and the front desk said they must’ve ran out. So we couldn’t even shower until the next day. The room had a weird smell so we had to light a candle. The beds were comfortable. I was just highly surprised at this buckhead location.

Room smelled of dirty mop water. The pillows were terrible. TV remote broken with buttons missing and non functioning. The marijuana smell in the hallway after getting off the elevator really topped off the place as well

the first room i got on the first floor was so dirty and had tons of gnats and mosquitoes after being given another room on the second floor i noticed the room had stains on the leather headboard, hair on the walls, the air conditioner made a loud knocking noise and the floors were slimy. i wouldn’t recommend anyone stay here at all! luckily i was only there for 1 night.

Hilton Garden Inn was amazing. I came from a hotel across town that was extremely disappointing, but Hilton Garden Inn saved my trip! If I’m ever in the area again, I will stay here once more. They had 2 bottles of water waiting for me when I got there. Great hotel!

The location of the hotel is super nice and the staff were friendly. Our room on the 4th floor smelled musty and the AC was loud. We saw some pubes in our shower floor and there’s popcorn ceiling with mold. We were only there for 2 days and didn’t want to deal with moving to a new room. The pillows and the mattress sucked. When I lay my head on the pillow, it’s like laying on nothing with no support. The toilet took forever to fill back up after flushing. Would I come back? Absolutely not, but the location was convenient though.

My stay was great. The staff was friendly and helpful. The lobby was bumping with people in the evening in the bar area. They have a hotel shop on site with food and snacks and microwave in the room to heat food. Bottled water received upon arrival. Luckily I only had a carry-on bag as there was no elevator to the first floor where my room was located.

Check in was horrible. I had a bad experience with the reception. They were sitting down when I walked in did not assist me. Did not tell me about the amenities and I end up calling corporate. Also, the receptionist yelled out my room number, when giving me my key, which was a violation of my privacy.

Our refrigerator did not work upon arrival. That was fixed immediately…then the A.C. leaked condensation so terribly the floor was impassable. We were advised just not walk on it after the floor liquid had stained our travel bag after it stained also our socks. We are not angry. We would just like compensation for our inconvenience.

The property is good the only thing I saw 4 times I went to car and several guys hanging out close to place was smoking pot I don’t know ifs it legal there or not I’m from SC just was kinda upsetting to me I was there for the Peactree race I’ve stayed there 3 years

Location was good but the room itself was pretty old and dirty. We found a cockroach by the sink, our tissue was out even after room service, and the pillows were not comfy at all. Barely had a good sleep unfortunately.

The first room we were offered smellled so strongly of urine that we could not stay there more than 1 minute, the enteance light also did not work. We were switched to a seperate room that was alot better however there was blood/red splatter on the sink, the tub took about 10 minutes to drain and would retain water and conditioner'body wash and shampoo were empty. Also beware this hotel only offers valet parkinf. There is no guest parking available only.paid parking next door.

There was something stuck to the carpet by the second bed, my daughter said she could smell a smell of urine, rust on the sink and tub, no ventilation for the bathroom. There’s a strange hole below the bar in the bathroom. The staff was nice, valet was wonderful. The hotel itself is beautiful, this room may need some TLC.

We requested a room on the first floor and it was very moldy. There was mold on the ceilings and on the pillow. The carpet was wet to touch and even our stuff got moist from staying in the room. The room also had a strange smell.

Room was nice but I got charged for valet that I never used. I self parked across the street and never left my key with valet. When I called to talk to them about it the woman was rude and told me to call back the next day. I called today but they told me to call tomorrow. If I don’t resolve it tomorrow I will call the bank to dispute.

The staff had that Southern Hospitality that everyone talks about in the South. They were super friendly and very accommodating. Everytime I go to Atlanta, I stay in this hotel. The rooms are very nice and the beds are comfortable. I love how it’s in a prime location and walking distance from so many places. They never fail to disappoint.

The bathroom had black mold on the walls and ceiling Valet was excessive as it was $45 a day and one of the guys, who always wears a beanie wouldn’t Ever do his job and always had attitude. He would watch you pull up and not even come help with baggage or come get the key/ he was super rude and shouldn’t work in customer service

No continental breakfast offer- not even a muffin for free. You have to pay $20 dollars to have breakfast- all you can eat. Who cares? I just want a muffin and coffee- or cereal and coffee! And that’s a no, no here.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The only suggestion I would make is to provide a non-slip mat for the bathtub, or put down anti-skid strips on the bottom. I did not feel safe in the bathtub, I felt like I would slip, so I had to hold onto the grab bar.
