    This hotel is only nice for show. The beds are terrible. They have them listed as queens and they are definitely full. The pillows are also trash. You would think for this to be a Hilton things would be so much better. The pluming is crappy. Had to wait for assistance after a regular deuce to unclog. Also the room was hot af. In the summer heat it only goes as low as 68. Terrible. Doesn’t feel like 68 at all. Imagine being out in the heat all day, just to come back to your room expecting to be able to be cooled and relax. NOT you’re walking into a sauna. On top of this my search preferences was to have a POOL. This hotel big and expensive for nothing. Doesn’t even have a pool. Overall this stay was not pleasant. Everyone in my family complains about how their back and neck hurts. Oh and there’s only one small elevator that takes you to the parking garage. Holds maybe 5 ppl. So be prepared to wait several cycles at checkout to leave. Speaking of parking can’t forget the asinine fee. I’m just not happy about this at all.

    Hilton has quite a bit to offer, shops, quite a few restaurants, numerous conference rooms, pickleball court, gym, etc., though I did not eat at any of the restaurants at the Hilton, it is convenient having that option. The rooms were clean, however, upon check-in, there was a sticky spot on the floor that I had set in that I had called and told guest services in person. Granted the time of night when guest services was told in person, I wasn’t expecting them to come right away, but wanted them to be aware. They sent up custodial help to clean the spot on the floor. The staff was extremely nice during my stay 10 out of 10 would stay here again.

    The biggest issue was the condition of the room. Upon arrival, it was obvious that cleanliness was not a priority. The room appeared poorly cleaned, with noticeable dirt and grime in multiple areas. I immediately brought these concerns to the attention of the front desk, expecting that the issues would be addressed promptly. Unfortunately, despite reporting the problems, nothing was done. No follow-up, no offer to move rooms, and no apparent effort to correct the situation. Being ignored after raising legitimate concerns made the experience even more frustrating. To make matters worse, the valet staff left a very negative impression. Several of the valet attendants were impatient, rushed interactions, and seemed overly focused on receiving tips. Rather than providing professional customer service, their behavior felt pushy and uncomfortable. Guests should never feel pressured when simply trying to retrieve or park their vehicle. For a hotel that carries the Hilton name, I expected significantly better standards of cleanliness, responsiveness, and customer service. The lack of attention to guest concerns and the poor experience with the valet staff overshadowed the entire stay. I cannot recommend this property based on my experience and would seriously consider staying elsewhere on future visits to Atlanta.

    Ok…. They kept trying to charge me before I arrived although I was supposed to pay when I arrived. I called every time they tried to charge me but then told me they couldn’t charge me over the phone. Now…. Everyone I got off the phone, I’d get a notification from my bank stating someone kept trying to charge my card. Once I arrived, due to them consistently trying to charge my card they got a fraud alert and blocked my card. My card was locked for incidence such as this. On top of that, the price changed from 100 to 153 and plus the usual fees. Never again and once we got to the room it was two full size beds that me n my husband couldn’t even fit in the bed together. My son needed a blanket and they gave him a blanket with brown and yellow stains all over it. Never again will I bring my family or bring myself to this hotel. The staff doesn’t communicate with each other and the lady at the front desk that night was nonchalantly giving us a problem. Letting us know we shouldn’t have gotten the deals we received. Never never never never never never again. OAN: the parking garage smelled like urine!!!!

    It was one of the cleanest and most well-kept hotels I have ever stayed in. The staff was kind and helpful. $25 for an Old Fashioned. Drinks at the bar were exorbitant. Parking was pretty easy, but if you have anything larger than a mid-size SUV (Acadia, Sorento, etc), forget it. 6ft maximum height and short (in length) spaces. $40 per night unless you are oversized or use the valet. Then it’s $60 per night. The beds were pretty good. Bathroom is tiny, but functional. My only real complaint is that the walls are super thin. You can hear everything - and I mean EVERYTHING - happening in the next room or hallway. Every word, cough, moan and giggle is crystal clear. For what I was doing it was a convenient place to stay. If I was going to party or do business downtown, I’d stay here again.

    The shower has not a good channel for the water to go to the bathtub drain, and it goes outside the shower and the restroom floor get some flooding . The breakfast is awesome and the customer service is excellent!! This is why I am giving 5 stars

    We checked in late-night and just needed a place to crash for a couple of hours. Hotel is just outdated terribly. Parking is atrocious. The clearance in the garage is maybe 3/4 of an inch above a Yukon Denali, so be very cautious of parking there (valet parks there as well). There is no security in the garage either. Air conditioning unit rattled loudly all night. Room was not clean. When I walked in, I just made sure there were no bugs to carry back home and went to sleep. This hotel needs a huge makeover, but I'm guessing they'd rather take advantage of unknowing travelers. I would sleep in my vehicle before I ever slept in this hotel again.

    It was a thoroughly bad experience. The services were terrible: the TV didn't work, the fridge didn't cool, and the air conditioning didn't cool—the room was hot. Housekeeping never serviced the room; I stayed for three nights, and during that entire time, the bed linens were never changed. Customer service was abysmal—the staff provided terrible assistance. I understand that the personnel are young and inexperienced, but they completely lacked professionalism. It was a very poor choice; given all the service failures, it is absolutely not worth the price or the location.

    The only thing I didn’t like was my first night after staying the cleaners didn’t change the sheets because I had an accident and there was a small stain. When I returned the next day after being out the bed was made but the sheets weren’t changed. Other than that the stay was amazing

    The breakfast buffet was great. However, I was very disappointed with our waiter. Upon leaving the restaurant, I realized that the waiter didn't give my a copy of my receipt. When I approached him, he told me that he gave me my receipt. Afterward, I spoke to the manager. She went to the back and he came back with the receipt. I also, realized that he never gave me my credit card. Of course, he told me that he gave it back. I checked my purse again and didn't have my credit card. Again, I informed the manager and she spoke to the waiter. Finally, he found my credit card. I'm very disappointed with the unprofessional way this was handled with my credit card.

    Hotel and room very clean. Had a good place to eat in the hotel. My only complaint is amount you pay for parking for guests. Paid $40 per day to park in parking deck and Im a guest. I understand charging visitors or additional vehicles but guests should not have to pay this much .parking should be included in stay.

    The Hilton was horrible! There was trash under the desk when we first arrived in our room. Piles of dirty sheets and broken glass in the hallways that was never cleaned up over 3 days/2 nights. Very loud hallways and no one would do anything about it. It took waiting for 10 elevators before there was room. Staff was obviously overwhelmed and unable to handle anything!

    When you check in at 4 you expect everything to be fresh and smell clean. I walked into my room and it smelled of urine although the receptionist was helpful and got me to another room quickly it smelled the same and I just had to deal with it. everything else was fine.

    I had a wonderful experience at this hotel, with each staff member I interacted with being very courteous. The spacious and clean environment contributed to a pleasant stay, in addition to the storage room feature. I especially enjoyed the fettuccini Italian Pasta; it was delicious.     what I liked was the location of the property despite the Strip Club adjacent to the property. I liked the staff, everyone was very nice and helpful. I wish I had known about the additional entrance to the hotel garage. the main entrance was very crowded and sometimes hectic. the traffic line to get in the garage was backed up most times.

    Thank you for reaching out. Unfortunately, I need to be honest—this was one of the worst hotel stays I have ever experienced. After paying over $600, I returned to the hotel late at night only to find there was nowhere to park. I drove around for nearly 20 minutes before being approached by multiple individuals offering parking in their lots, despite the fact that I had already paid $80 for parking through the hotel. At 2:00 a.m., I had to walk back to the hotel feeling extremely unsafe, only to then be told by a valet that there was a second entrance for parking—information that was never shared with me at check-in. Having to walk alone at that hour, not feeling safe, and then having to go back out again to retrieve my vehicle was a very frightening experience. When I finally accessed the parking garage, I had to park on level H4 with no visible security, which only added to my discomfort and concern. The issues did not stop there. The next morning, my room key would not scan me out of the garage. I then had to deal with a rude parking attendant, despite following instructions from hotel staff to bring in the ticket I received when the key cards failed at nearly 3:00 a.m. This resulted in continued confusion and frustration regarding parking charges that I should not have incurred in the first place. Parking was an issue the entire weekend. Even after having my key cards reprogrammed, they still did not work properly. The constant back-and-forth was exhausting and

    All 3 of us went downstairs to the desk to let them know our problem. The staff member behind the counter, listened to our concern and moved us down the hall to room 641.Once we moved into that room, that room was bigger than the one we had previously. As we are transferring our items from one room to another, I went to hang our coats up and at the top of the closet on the shelf, there were some grey mens underwear and behind the toilet was dirty. There is also a man lurking in the self-parking garage. We seen this man at least 3 times, we talked to the front desk to let them know and then we still seen him which would include our last day at 7:30a. My best friend and God-Daughter stayed on the 11th floor and said that their room was the same size as ours and her toilet ran all night as well.

    I recently stayed at the Hilton Atlanta for a business trip and was blown away by the staff. Wanja at the front desk went above and beyond for me as a Hilton Honors member, facilitating an upgrade and early/late check-out that made my schedule so much easier. Tim, the manager, was equally welcoming, making me feel right at home with genuine conversation. The facilities are beautiful. The Salon conference room was perfectly set up with spacious stations and every refreshment you could want. For a quick bite, see Manuela in the marketplace—her hospitality and the hearty lentil soup are 10/10. My only suggestion for the hotel is to improve the driveway logistics. There was significant congestion due to double-parking which delayed my ride-share by 15 minutes. Thankfully I was ahead of schedule, but traffic flow attendants would be a great addition. Aside from that, it was a perfect stay. I'll definitely be back!

    The ironing board was broken and when we left a note we found it neatly back in our closet. Ha ha. There was a bar with bar stools in our suite but no plugs there for the coffee maker so we had to carry to the desk to use. And no real coffee cups just paper.     The staff was very considerate of my stay and all my requests. My favorite part was the convenience shop on the main floor for quick accessible meals and microwave access. It is a bit awkward to enter a lavish lobby when you only want to hear up a quick meal, if they had more microwave areas on other floors, that would have been great.

    3 stars for the location and the price. But very disappointed stay. We booked a double bed which online showed as two queens only to have two full size beds in the room.     The staff was amazing. Every staff member I interacted with was very kind. The breakfast was nice. For the most part, the room was fine except the bathroom. The fan for the ventilation wasn’t really strong, so the bathroom was very foggy and moist after a shower. Also, the tub wasn’t very clean. The tub should be fully replaced as it looks old and out of place in the bathroom. The facet and shower head seemed new but the tub seems as if it’s been there since opening. A good thing about the bathroom is the water temperature. The water doesn’t turn cold after a while and can get VERY hot.

    I was forced to pay to retrieve my packages from the fedex instead of the hotel holding them for a couple days. Made me feel like I was getting nickel and dimed for what is a standard service any other decent hotel would provide. The wifi was also extremely inconsistent, and shower would not go below scalding hot, but otherwise the staff were pleasant and everything was clean.

    The room is very outdated as well as the entire property. I can tell they’ve tried to add some stuff here and there in the lobby area, but I’m still not impressed for the price I paid. The elevators were terrible. There are 8 and I swear only two worked. That was ridiculous. And when you rode them they seemed really old and made strange noises and no security features such as needing to use your key card to get to a floor. I won’t be staying here again.

    It was okay. The shower did not have hot water, and there was a long hair in my mini fridge. That was gross, but I didn't need the refrigerator for the majority of my stay. I did see that some of the food in the market was 2 days past its expiration date, and the turkey sandwich was dry and the bread was hard.

    The hotel lobby area was fabulous until you got to the elevator, elevator was extremely old and it on seem like out of the eight they had only 2 worked now to the room the bathroom wasn’t really clean it was cashews on the floor and the shower was backed up and the phones didn’t work it was impossible to reach to front desk I literally had to go all they way down to the front desk every time I needed something, and the hotel was freezing
