Staff was great, breakfast was good and room was clean.

We had a great stay. The room was spacious. King suite was big enough for our family of 5. Pool was warm and clean. Everyone was friendly and accommodating. The hotel staff even held the box for the top of our car so we could explore down town Atlanta without worrying about being too tall for parking garages. Breakfast had something for each of my picky family members. My only critique is there were not enough towels for us so we just asked for more. No big deal! Also noticed some stains on the carpet and couch but overall the room and bathroom were very clean. Would stay here again!

Workout room didn’t have much and pool was only open until 9pm. Breakfast options were nice along with the times. Room was clean, updated, and spacious. Beds and pillows were comfortable.

Needs a little update. Lighting was not the way we would like it. TV remote was difficult to choose channels. Just a grade below what we would expect at a Hampton Inn. Staff though was top notch.

Clean room, everything worked, hot shower, pressure, toilet treats, quiet, we slept great, professional customer service at front desk, thank you!

The room I was given was unacceptable. The towel appeared to have already been used, there was hair in the bed, and the couch was visibly dirty. The overall cleanliness of the room was far below what I expected. I also got the impression that the front desk staff were aware of the room’s condition and assigned it to me anyway. Based on this experience, I will not be returning.

The same staff was very nice. I truly appreciate the security a night since i was coming in late.

Everything fine except many ppl in a hotel running around in the night. Because door have big gap you could hear every sound from a corridor, so from the hotel side it should be solved with better adjusted door to not smash that hard, maybe then I could sleep well all night. Except this can’t complain

This hotel is located in a convenient area with office buildings, well lighted, lots of trees, and several people walking/jogging. Check in went smoothly and we got a quiet room on the 3rd floor (families are on first or second floors). The staff is friendly and the breakfast is good. Adequate fitness room.

Location was fine. We were afraid to eat the breakfast because the hotel has roaches. There were roaches all in the bathroom, in the tub and crawling on the walls. I couldn’t even shower there. Very disappointing! I drove 5 hours to get there and couldn’t get comfortable at all.

Staff was exceptional Elevators were not working properly. One did not work at all. No black out curtains in the room. Room on the third floor window covering was broken could not roll up. Manually folded upward and used trouser clothes hanger to clamp it open.

When we come to the area, we always choose this location because its close to family, restaurants, and good shopping We had to leave too soon.

We have stayed at this location before. The staff is very courteous and attentive to needs and requests. The rooms and bathrooms are clean and spacious. We had a room with a king sized bed. Complimentary breakfast is provided. Location is easy to access from the interstate.

Initially I was going to leave an awesome review. I'll start with the positives, great convenient location to shopping areas, eateries, activities and the expressway. First impressions of the staff was good, seemed friendly, attentive and kind however the housekeeping Supervisor was the kindest of everyone I encountered. Parking is great and easy and they have plenty of trolleys available for check in and check out. And courtesy refreshments available throughout the day. my issue began when I encountered roaches inside of my first room, not a few we killed at least 10 roaches within the first night's stay, one even got into our bed while we were asleep! I let the staff know that night and since we were staying due to testing nearby I didn't want to wake my kids. Was I uncomfortable yes, but I was in and out most of the day and the first one wasn't alarming but once we began warming up food thats when multiple ca.e out. They did offer to move me that night, I opted to be moved the next day and that is when I experienced the worst! The staff was placing the blame on me, telling me that I was taking too long to leave the room, I was supposed to be out by 11am, their waitstaff needed to end their shifts and I was inconvenienceing them! I simply wanted to move my belongings at 1:00pm, after dropping my kids off for testing. They woke up at 10:00a and were busy getting ready when housekeeping came by. They were eating, ironing clothes and organizing everything all before they had testing at 1pm! Making their testing morning chaotic -I cared more about their mental state going into testing than the hustle of changing rooms at 10am in the morning before testing which is why I opted to wait until 1pm after dropping them off! I was not assisted by anyone to rush and change our room 20 minutes before having to drop my kids off, I was met with blame and per policy conversations -strange I didn't think sleeping with roaches was per policy at all! The breakfast was amazing. Such a varied selection and the staff refilled everything before it got low so no one had to wait. They also were quick to clean the tables. We had a leak in the bathroom and while we were at dinner, someone came and fixed it. Also received several messages during our stay asking if we needed anything. Nice touch! We were disappointed upon arrival that the pool was not open. After a long car ride we had counted on a dip in the pool to revive us all, especially my grandchild. There was a leak in the door opening to the bathroom which made the carpet wet. It must have been there awhile because there was water damage to the door. I left a message at the front desk and received a very nice message offering to put us in another room. We were already unpacked and exhausted from our trip.

Our stay was excellent. The breakfast was excellent and with a good variety. There were plenty of shops and restaurants in the area.

It's old and outdated but was good enough to crash for the night. Bedding did not fit the bed either.

Unfortunately, we also encountered some issues during our stay. There were roaches in our bathroom, and the carpets in the rooms did not appear to be clean. Additionally, there was an incident unrelated to the hotel itself: a worker hit our aunt’s car while she was coming to work. We were not informed by the hotel about the accident and only discovered the damage ourselves. We felt the hotel should have contacted us immediately to let us know what had happened. We hope these issues can be addressed for future guests, as the positive aspects of our stay were overshadowed by these concerns.

From check/in to check-out it was a great experience. Room was comfy and safe.

The beds are terrible. We stayed three nights and had backaches every morning. There is a good 1/4 or more crack between the door and the door jamb through which light shines through at night. The walls and adjoining doors between rooms are not sound proof. If you have very loud neighbors you will hear every word they say. If you can sleep through all of that you should be fine. The amenities are fine and it is very clean. Breakfast is good too.

No hot water. Staff was sorry and polite comped us the room. Expedia supposed to reimburse us.

The shower curtain didn’t close, different drawers were broken, the carpet was nasty, some towels were dingy, I had to request cleaner towels. I was there for a funeral, and it felt every bit of being at a funeral

I booked a room with two queen beds, and while the stay was generally pleasant, the connecting door to the adjacent room made it easy to hear conversations from next door throughout the night, which affected my sleep. Aside from the noise issue, everything else about the stay was great and met my expectations.

Having coffee, water, fruit available in the lobby all day long - although Red Delicious apples are the worst - maybe Galas? Very comfortable beds. Appreciated a refrigerator and microwave in the room. Front desk staff and housekeeping was very helpful and pleasant. Rooms were immaculate.

Honestly was a nice stay for a little weekend getaway, my only major complaints honest, was I had the HARDEST time opening the door to our room, I had to use my entire body weight to get it open and I wish we had a drain stop so my kids could have taken baths vs a shower but that isn’t the end of the world. Would stay here again.

Came back to no lotion and an extra bottle of conditioner (the one thing not needed!). Phone still not working. Had to go back to front desk to get everything myself. It was easy to find with shopping at the mall nearby, multiple food choices (I recommend fork In the road restaurant) and a 6 mile drive to east lake golf course!

We enjoyed the quiet rooms even though this is in a busy area. It is very conveniently located with close access to 285 and 85. We chose to navigate to our destinations without the interstates and found access to be very good. Breakfast was adequate. The breakfast area is a bit crowded. Cleanliness was very good. We stay in this property every time we go to Atlanta. Location is good and there are nice restaurants close by. Nice pool

My stay was very comfortable, clean, excellent customer service, fast check in, but the only this is that you have to vheck in at 3 pm and check out at 11Am, i feel that i did not get my full day that equals to 24hrs.

Breakfast was good, staff was friendly and area was very accommodating. Saw more than one roach in the room, ice bucket was very dirty with hair and looked like it was not cleaned, rooms could use remodeling and had issues with the door, was getting jammed.

The staff in the Mornings were amazing! The bathroom door was not a door. It was a sliding barn door that sat right on the floor. It was horribly loud and inconvenient. Only complaint I have.

Our stay was great. Location was close to event we were in town for.

If I could give negative stars I would. Showed up to a hotel filled with water from a water leak, couldn’t shower for 5 hours couldn’t flush the toilet. Then when you call the front desk your met with rude customer service when you call Hampton customer service your met with rude customer service then no one was any help. Stay away from this hotel also it’s no pet areas as they claim literally had to walk out pups in the woods with no lighting.

overall, the hotel was well maintained very clean and staff was very helpful and did follow up. My only suggestion would be for the bath commode to be higher for those with handicap needs.

Not a good and memorable stay for the money spent. It’s not a non-smoking room, bad smell coming, not a suitable place for family staying. Low water pressure in shower, continuous noise from ac. I wonder how Expedia rated this hotel above 8.

Filthy, smelly. So disappointing. Toilet coming from wall. My daughter and I were booked for 2 nights and just left the first morning and went to another hotel. I thought it was recently renovated……NOT. Wallpaper peeling from the bathroom walls, carpet filthy, hair on the sink, shower filthy. I would never recommend.

Pool did not look clean. Elevator inspection expired in April. The bed was comfortable, bathroom was clean, breakfast was good, staff was friendly.

Great location! Stayed with my son for a baseball weekend and the stay was comfortable. Will definitely be staying again.

It was clean, the staff was pleasant and the food was good. Also, the hotel was just off of highways 285 and 85 which made it very convenient to get to.

When I first arrived there we couldn’t check in for over a hr because they said the systems were down. Only one ice Machine worked in the hotel that I found which was on the opposite side of where I was staying. For it to be the Marriott courtyard the hallways should have been clean , but trash were all on my side of the hotel. And no extra sheets or blankets for the sofa bed in my room. Def nice location for the hote, but Marriot is normally someone who stands behind their hotels. They can do a lot better for the prices they charge!

Prioritizing hotel selection based on reviews is standard practice; however, time constraints prevented a review check for this particular stay. Despite this, the hotel exceeded expectations. The cleanliness and exceptional breakfast were noteworthy, although staff interactions were hospitable. Future stays are planned, as the hotel proved ideal for family accommodations.

Bad smells in room and homeless people in the dining area for breakfast

Breakfast area needs to be more handicap accessible. Only had 8 seats that were accessible to me using a walker. A bit of rearranging the tables would help. I had to stand using my walker about 25 minutes for someone to finish. There were tables in the back open but I could not get to them.

Friendly staff (Sarah at reception) (Teresa at breakfast). Clean rooms, bathroom well stocked with towels and toiletries. Had a great stopover on our drive up north. Would stay again.

All employees were so friendly and helpful. The house keeping staff did a fantastic job, and the breakfast was perfect to start your day. The area was great as well - dining and shopping was right down the street. Coming back to the area in a couple months and booked again.

I could be wrong, but upon my arrival, there were 2 persons/men in the lobby who appeared to be homeless. I was quite startled by their appearance and how they were shortly afterwards saw them walking down the road.

The stay was amazing it was a full house with minimum parking around the front breakfast was amazing although we didnt stay until breakfast started they still gave us a grab and go bag very quiet and clean i felt safe with my vehicle because they had security in the parking lot

Lovely place to stay a night with your family.

The front desk personnel were helpful and the breakfast was good. When we arrived around 9PM, there was a security car in the parking lot and someone walking around the lot to check on things. Would stay again.

This hotel was located in a nice quiet area close to where we needed to be. It was clean and the staff were friendly.

Comfortable and quiet. Fantastic shower in King room. Delicious breakfast. Easy access to I-285 and area restaurants.

It was quiet, good environment, good customer service but the bath rooms needs up dating.

We stayed for two days for a medical appointment at Emory. Great location. Quiet. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Will stay again next time. 10/10
