I really enjoy our stay! We had an issue with the air conditioner, the staff was quick and prompt with trying to accommodate us! I’ll definitely be returning on my next visit to the area!

Check in was wonderful. Quick and great service. Our room was small, but perfect for my husband and I. The bed was quite comfortable and the bathroom was nice. Great water pressure and quite spacious.We had lunch and breakfast and the lunch was superior by far. Parking was pretty easy once we located it. Loved how close it was to State Farm Arena.

Nice hote in a convenient location. It could use a cosmetic update but it's clean and well maintained. The staff is eager to please and friendly. Breakfast was great! There's free coffee in the bar area. Multiple parking options nearby if you don't want to valet with the hotel. Would stay at the Glenn again and would recommend to family and friends!

The management was great. It was very cold when we were in town the main building lobby and restaurant sient have good heating so they were closed 1 of the days. Other than that, it was a good stay.

The location and lobby The room floor needed cleaning. The small refrigerator was not mounted to shelf...it kept rocking. The bedroom was hot from sun. The beds were too low to the floor.. the shade in the bathroom didn't work. There a bottle top on the floor left from the pervious guess.

The Location The property is Scam from start to finish. I came for my birthday. They told me the Sky Lounge was going to open. The had booked it for a company private party both nights. The Sky Lounge is supposed to be for the guest at the hotel. It was supposed to be included in the price you pay for the hotel. Then the parking was included in my price I paid and they still charge my credit card for parking. Now I have to file a claim with my bank to have the charges removed. Please don’t stay here. Find another location I’m down town Atlanta

The red light on the phone was continuously blinking, and when we asked the front desk if we had a message, they said we did not have a message and that there was nothing they could do to stop the blinking light. It wasn't very pleasant trying to sleep with a blinking red light in the room. The toilet would continue to run when you flushed it. The chain needed to be adjusted. It was getting stuck under the flap. The sink would not drain. The sink stopper needs to be adjusted. When we got up in the morning, the shower did not work at all. The handle just turned around and around. We had to check out and leave with NO SHOWER. We have stayed here numerous times before with no problems but apparently their maintenance has gone down hill. We informed the front desk, and they got the manager, and he apologized and gave us a credit on our valet parking.

Location. Valet staff were very helpful, kind, and even remembered our name. Great job guys. No one was at check in location when we arrived. Had to pull luggage up stairs. Front door was broken. Bar was too small.

The on-site restaurant was very good and convenient. Not fine dining or a destination restaurant, but convenient and better than I expected. We attended a show at The Tabernacle. Walking distance. No complaints. Music was extremely loud at the sky lounge, but that is just my personal preference.

I could not find another hotel close to State Farm arena that as not outrageous so I decided to just drive home that night. At 10:40 pm Travis from the hotel called to see if he could do the late arrival. He told me to contact you’ll as other customers has had the same problem. I am requesting a refund. I am 79 years and did not want to drive home and because of the lack of communication I did in the middle of the night.

Parking in valet was easy and the valet workers, especially Craig, were just wonderful and helpful in getting me to where I needed to go. Check in was also a breeze and the staff at check-in were very friendly.

The employees were nice, the food in the restaurant was great, beds were comfortable and it was in a prime location. Shower curtains too short so a lot of water leaked onto the bathroom floor after showering. Also most importantly, the the hotel rooftop was closed for a private party the one day we were there. I feel like this should be disclosed to guests because we chose this hotel mostly because of the rooftop area and would have liked to enjoy it.

Everyone at the Glenn was extremely professional and pleasant. Someone gave me a small tour of things in the area, held my bags while I was at conference (less than 5min walk to state farm arena and GWCC), suggested great food options at their restaurant and others nearby.

A 10-minute easy stroll to Mercedes Benz Stadium, this is my go-to for all concerts. You do have to pay for valet, but it’s always worth it for the convenience. I love how Atlanta and professional the staff, a great welcoming dose of Georgia for those visiting.

We had a great time at the Glenn Hotel. Check in was easy and our room was ready early. Valet parking was convenient and everyone was friendly. We walked to everything - the World of Coke, restaurants, the park and the State Farm Arena. The inside of the hotel was stunning.

The hotel is beautiful and unique. The staff was wonderful and super helpful when we arrived! We were welcomed with a nice cocktail before heading to our room where our luggage was kindly brought to us. I’d highly recommend! The location was also great for us, being an easy and beautiful walk through the park to the aquarium/coca-cola museum!

My room was heavily impregnated by smoke from cigar and cigarettes. I ended up going in to emergency for Asthma attack and all my clothes still smell of cigarette smoke. I had trouble getting another room, and when I did it still smelled.

The only downside are room windows which don’t block out any noise… you can hear all the noise outside through the night, trains in particular are really noisy and went past a lot the night I was there. Take earplugs. Around the hotel isn’t the best to walk around at night (not an area for good life). During the day it’s great, It’s not far from the stadium and Coca-Cola World.

I bought a double room reservation for me and some friends they were coming up before me and I called and spoke to a gentleman who said they could take my payment over the phone and all I would have to do is once I arrived show the car that was used which was not a problem. Somehow we got disconnected and I called back and got a woman And was going to continue with the call and make the payment only to be told that I could do it but I had to do some kind of payment authorization form which could take days. I asked to speak to a supervisor who was another gentleman who was very short with me. I was not sure why they could not honor what the First Gentleman told me bc I was using the card that booked the reservation. It’s also interesting that they needed a card there but if I would have no showed they would have no physical card but would still charge me! However, I was told by the supervisor that whoever shows up first has to pay for both reservations and show a card. I get there after my guests In the other room only to be told they were able to just pay for their room which I’m not sure why I was not told that in the beginning smh. It also was not what I was told on the phone. I check in and the beds are literally leaning to one side and the toilet was nasty!

It was so loud that the mini fan that I travel with didn’t even help. The noise continued well into the early morning hours. Cars racing down the streets/echoing through parking decks, music so loud that the windows in the room were vibrating.

We stayed here for one night for a concert. The hotel is within walking distance to State Farm Arena less than a block away. The hotel is very clean and well kept. Valet staff was very friendly and helpful. We ordered food from the restaurant and took back to our room. The room is small; however, it is the perfect size for two people with a comfortable bed. We had a good view of State Farm Arena and Mercedes-Benz Stadium from our window.

The valet parking was too expensive!! ($55.00 per night)

The hotel itself was fantastic!! All staff members make you feel welcomed and genuinely curious about your stay and how it is going. Always there to assist with needed. My only wish was that the bathroom had an electric outlet. It could have been because my room was handicap accessible though. Beds were very comfy and everything was clean. I will definitely return!

Great experience in downtown Atlanta. Next to the park, plenty of restaurants and conveniently located to the sports and concert venues. Staff was great and accommodating. We’ve been here twice and will be back!

Our stay was good overall though not perfect. Rooms are small some may say cosy. Nicely furnished in a style befitting the building’s age and decor. But limited closet space, and no drawers. The fridge came in handy. Bathroom facilities were roomy and well appointed. Comfortable bed and nice view from the 7th floor.

Stayed overnight as we always do when we go to concerts at the State Farm arena. Rooms are small but well-appointed, beds are comfortable, though i don't care for the “marshmallow” pillows and would prefer a firmer style. Be forewarned of the $55 overnight parking fee.

We stayed here for one night to see at concert and had a wonderful experience at the hotel. The room was clean and felt cozy. We had great service at the front desk and had an easy time checking in and out. Our only issue was the parking situation. We opted out of the valet parking and chose to use the free parking lot across the street. Unfortunately we were scammed by a fake attendant and received a parking ticket.

5 stars all around… the valet guy was not as friendly as the front desk folks but overall this is well worth the money
