We only stayed for one night, but the room was comfortable and was clean. Major complaint was the shower/tub was extremely slippery and did not have anything on the bottom to avoid slipping. This needs to be corrected before someone gets hurt. One of our guests fell but fortunately was not hurt - it could have been much worse. Ice machine was near our room, so we heard people getting ice st ungodly hours of the night. Beds were comfortable and frig was cold. All in all, a good stay.

The bathroom door couldn't be closed. The door handle on it was broken and the door didn't fit the opening. The room door had big gaps letting light in from the hallway and all noise could be heard.

The room was clean and nice, staff was friendly. Our only complaint was that the parking was a mess. They were busy (good for them) and the front parking lot was full. We went around to the back of the hotel to park and they had freight containers for remodeling taking up most of the parking spaces.

Staff was friendly and helpful (especially front desk Denzel). Room was especially clean. TV in main lobby/dining area was loud.

They were so accommodating when our sports schedule changed and saved hours of my family waiting it out in the car after a long trip. They have a customer for life!

2. It is unacceptable that your staff knocks loudly on people’s doors at 8am while also loudly chit chatting with each other while people are sleeping. I am not paying $150 a night to be woken up by loud knocks on nearby doors. This is supposed to be relaxing. People also go to hotels to wind down and get a break from family chaos. That doesn’t work so well when every morning your staff is gossiping on the hallway while knocking on everyone’s doors. You need to figure something out and provide better training and have higher standards.

Water was dripping from the ceiling in the Bathroom above the sink.

Clean room. Newly renovated. The morning staff was very loud and woke us up at 6:00 Saturday morning with their noise. I think the tiled hall and room entry caused their talking to echo. Everything else was great.

The Fairfield Inn was a great property the property was extremely clean and the room was spacious and well designed. Though the property was under construction with a little imagination you could see exactly where they were going with their efforts and how amazing that place will look in a few months

Location Hotel was under renovation. Room and bathroom was not cleaned thoroughly after last guest. Hair in bathtub. Misc paper on the floor. Informed front desk who assured that room would be cleaned that afternoon. After returning later that evening room was not cleaned and no staff on duty to do so. Very disappointing!!

we didn't take the breakfast since there is not so much choices. The hotel was under construction when we stayed there. the elevator was so slowly that we have to wait for a long time. it is not a good experience.

Parking was convenient with a sign saving "we are responsible for any vehicle damage or theft." No problems but made us wonder.

The staff were very friendly. The hotel is under renovation but still as clean as possible. Just disappointed the pool wasn’t ready!

The hotel is under renovation, so there is a mess in much of the main areas. I wasn’t there during the day so the sound didn’t bother me. Convenient location. Staff is friendly. Room was fine. Standard mid grade room.

Rolm was modern and nicely renovated. Onmy small concern was that we could hear traffic from nearby highway very clearly. Not terribly bad for a one night stay, but people sensjtive to noice or longer stays, may have an issue

Staff was very nice, but I was not given the room type I booked, construction noise, lost tv connection about an hour into a movie and the motorized blinds were stuck in the closed position. Overall not what it could be.

Just a nice place to crash. Cant gurantee the same people will be there, but staff was great. In wummer pool and mini golf for kids would be cute.

The staff is always so friendly and helpful. We feel safe, as it’s in a nice location. But the breakfast could be improved. It’s been better in the past and this time the fruit was “old”& just overall seemed to have declined. With that said, we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this wonderful hitel!

Got an up grade from the staff no charge, to a king suite Part of it was under construction and our microwave didn’t work due to that. Plus the ice machine was on the first level

Location We were without power and heat for hours after check in due to construction next door. I had just come from surgery. There was drilling going on the entire stay.

It was very close to the meeting location That the rooms are not soundproof from the highway that is right in front of it. My room or should I say the second room I had to get faced it and it was loud.

I did not like the fact that I paid on Booking.com and when I arrived I had to pay using my card because I also paid through Booking.com. NEVER AGAIN!

Got a handicapped accessible room which I didn’t want or need and tge shower curtain was so low almost slipped on it. It was draped on the floor.

Great stay convenient to Truist Park. Reasonably priced rideshare options and also a 3rd party shuttle is available. Tons were large and had fridge and microwave. Outdoor pool was a major plus for my kids. Front desk staff very helpful and friendly . Parth was great!

My friend and I stayed for two nights so we could attend a concert. The property was excellent. Close to Truist Park, super clean and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and the view of the Atlanta skyline from our room was phenomenal! The pool area looked really nice though we didn’t get the opportunity to use it. If we end up coming back to Atlanta we will definitely stay here again!

Mu room did get cleaned during my stay and i had to go doen to the front desk for clean towels.

The Fairfield was big, clean and had lots of space.The staff was excellent they really have great customer service. I really like how the place is close to downtown and the wealthy community. I really like the breakfast and the comfort of the room.

Met our needs

I left my watch and chargers at the hotel. I called a few hours later after we had checked out and spoke with Char. She checked and yes Housekeeping had turned them in! She made arrangements for me to get my items back asap. She was very kind and very helpful! Thanks again Char!
