The property is older and not what we had expected from a Marriott hotel. Went to breakfast at 8:15am and they were out of oatmeal, eggs, yogurt and muffins. We would choose a different Marriott hotel next visit.

The Reception Staff (both shifts) and the Breakfast Chef's customer service, was second to none. Extremely polite, courteous and helpful, nothing was too much for them. My room was a great size, clean and comfy. Breakfast was good I had to pay $50 extra per night as a security bond.(4 nights) I wasn't expecting that. They take it immediately upon checking in but you won't get it back until 2 to 3 days after leaving. If they can take it straight away, why can't they put it back straight away.

We've stayed here several times. It's very easy to park, immediately behind the hotel. The rooms are nice, and it's within easy walking distance to two great steakhouses.

I did not like that you weren't closed in to the shower and I did not like that I had to wait over an hour and a half just to check in to my room. I also did not like that the hotel didn't even offer a discount or any type of incentive for them not being on time to check people in

Its location in Buckhead is great It was old, run down, stuffy, and smelled like weed in lobby and hallways.

The room was ok, the refrigerator didn't get cold and there was no body wash available. We went to the front desk and encountered Holly. Her attitude was awful and she wasn't helpful at all. We asked about getting body wash and she half way looked and said we don't have any. We asked for a late check out and she just talked loud and said noon. We only wanted an additional hour but it worked out anyway. Great location and Rashonda was absolutely wonderful.

The front desk staff, especially Roshanda, were especially hospitable. We were comfortable, we were cared for, and every need was meet. They more than made accommodations for my family. They went above and beyond to make sure our needs were met. I will visit again and will stay with this establishment no matter the distance.

The hotel itself was super nice especially for the price point. My only major complaint was that on my 2nd night right outside the hotel a group of people kept revving their engines at 3am

Almost all hotels we stay at lack the training of the maid staff to report things like above - they are managements eyes and ears! Sad we have to pay for self parking in a hotels lot. Probably would not stay again.

My only critique is they need a system where the cleaning staff comes in everyday instead of every other day. Also, they need a bigger tank for the lemon water. But besides that fantastic work. Super friendly. Super communicative. Super accommodating. 9.5/10 experience!!

I have stayed at this locations on previous occasions because of its convenient location and the professional, and personable staff. Each time, I've noticed a decline in the facilities condition. During this last stay, I encountered problems with a broken tv remote, a broken hand held shower head, and a broken connection at the water source of the shower hose. I even fell in the bathroom due to water being on the floor after the maintenance guy "repaired" the shower. In the past, parking was free. Now, this facility assesses $15/day for parking in the same area as in the past, eventhough the published information states $12/day and no other apparent changes. It seems to be a ploy to increase profits. I visit Atlanta regularly, but do not plan to stay here again as I will seek a facility where comfort at this facility again.

After checking in at Fairfield Inn and Suites, the air conditioning unit was not kooling the room properly. I let front desk know, as well as Expedia who book the reservations. Also the door to the bathroom would not close properly. Due to it been off balance and sum paint being over applied. I would not consider again.

Overall the place was clean and quiet. The beds were comfortable and the showers were nice and strong. It is located in not the greatest area, I was kind of worried that my car was going to get broken into. (The car was fine) It is good if you just need a place to sleep and is convenient to get to downtown ATL.

I liked the quiet and the cleanliness of the room, the comfortable bed, the very friendly staff. I didn't like the half glass on the shower - it was difficult to shower without getting water all over the floor outside the shower.

The room is very nice, beds wree comfortable, and there was a refrigerator which is always convenient. Great free breakfast with a lot of options and very nicely laid out. Tried unsuccesfully on hitels com to cancel this reservation. Called hotel and was referred back to 3rd party. Could not get a live person and teke bot/chat were terrible and did not address cancellation.

I loved everything about this property. It was a great place for a last minute visit to the area and I am pleased with all the amenities.

The conditions could be a little better and a couple minor tweaks could be made towards the room appearance. It looked so dead, but nevertheless service was good thanks to security outside he was cool. I also got a suite and was placed on the second floor.

Breakfast was surprisingly delightful and everyone was super nice.

We was told at check the we had to pay $15 for parking after paying $133 for a room. This is not valet, its a parking that looks like its in a valley. I would have left but it was almost 11pm and already paid on line and it was not refundable. I am very dissatisfied !

After having to check out of another hotel at midnight due to bedbugs, I booked a 2 bed room on Expedia at this hotel, as there were 4 of us. When I arrived, I was told they only had 1 beds. They said they could not help it because I booked through Expedia. I asked if I could just keep one night so my kids could sleep, and cancel the other two nights to try and find more suitable arrangements, and I was told no. Also, they didn't refund me the incidental fee that I did not use. I also did not feel safe here either.

I was disappointed that there was no lotion or shampoo available in the rooms. I even went down to the front desk and they didn’t have any lotion down there. They ended up giving me a bottle of conditioner.

Poor breakfast selection and staff didn’t clean room one day

The stay was average. The staff is really kind in this sense I would say its great. However, the hotel condition specifically in the rooms needs some tending to by the owners. Bathrooms need some remodeling. The shower curtain did not function properly causing water to spill all over the bathroom floor. The AC when we turned the heater on gave off a burnt smell. Just these cosmetic things need to be tended to.

Convenient location to drive to both our weekend plans: Christmas Market in Buckhead and Botanical Garden lights.

My battery would not start in my car the day we were leaving so I asked front staff if there was anyone that could give me a jump that I had my own cables and the person said I’m sorry no they are in a meeting right there in the lobby so no one can help you..so me and my 12’year old daughter had to stand outside flag down a stranger on the street to get a jump…not very friendly or helpful

This hotel was just okay. I stayed here for a layover and thankful it wasn’t for any longer. The room wasn’t dirty per se it just felt dirty. The front desk person was super sweet. The parking lot needs to have more lighting for safety but all and all the property, room and service was average.

This was my first time traveling alone. I was so comfortable staying here and slept so good!

Advertise as having a shuttle on Expedia, but they DO NOT have a shuttle!

Due to a faulty alarm clock that continuously persisted even after being unplugged and removed from the room I could not sleep. The entire point of my stay was to get a good nights sleep and it was completely and utterly ruined.

Worth what we paid so overall a good deal. Front desk staff was very nice!

Amazing stay! The breakfast was delicious and the staff in the lounge area for breakfast was the best! So friendly and helpful. All other staff were great too. Room was spotless and comfortable. Neighborhood was very nice and safe, too. Will definitely stay again!
