Embassy Suites by Hilton Atlanta at Centennial Olympic Park

I really enjoyed everything about our stay here. The room was very clean, and it had a lot of space. It was plenty big for 2 adults, a teenager, and two 9 year olds. The staff were always extremely friendly and helpful. The location, though, was perfect. A short walk to everything we wanted to see (in the City Pass) & the FIFA fan fest was literally across the street in Centennial Park. It a was very, very cool experience.

We had a wonderful stay at Embassy Suites Atlanta! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a great location close to many Atlanta attractions. The spacious suites were perfect for our family, and the complimentary made-to-order breakfast was a fantastic way to start each day. The staff were friendly, helpful, and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. We especially enjoyed the evening reception and the convenience of being close to places like the Georgia Aquarium and Centennial Olympic Park. Highly recommend for families and anyone visiting Atlanta!

We enjoyed our stay! The breakfast staff were so friendly & helpful especially Adele & Abul the omelet guy. It was a great location for walking to the College Hall of Fame (literally across the street), Georgia Aquarium, & World of Coca Cola. Only about a 10 minute walk. We went to a Braves game which was only about an 25 minute drive. Also, many choices of restaurants within walking distance. Our room was clean & comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!

I liked the location My room was not ready at 4pm. They called me at 6.37 pm to share the room was ready. When i tried to bring it up, the gentleman deflected the conversation. There was no apology. Also he signed me up for Hilton honors member without my consent.

Very clean and quiet hotel! I am very picky when it comes to cleanliness and the room was spotless. Our room included a small living area and a bedroom that could be closed off which was delightful! The breakfast buffet was one of the best I’ve ever had! They had a guy making made to order omelette in addition to fresh, yummy breakfast items. It was a very popular amenity. They also did a cocktail hour with one free drink and small snacks. We did not partake, but I believe there was chips and salsa. The alcohol was beer, wine and spirits! Lovely location on top of everything else. I wish we had more hotels like this in other places!

The free breakfast was good, and the afternoon snacks were an excellent added perk. Our room was very clean, comfortable, and the AC worked amazingly well. There was plenty of hot water, too. The only complaint we had was that the bathroom vent didn’t work very well, so showering back-to-back made the room very steamy and hot. Other than that, everything was great. Overall, we had an excellent stay and would definitely return.

The location of the property is great surrounding many landmarks in Atlanta. The downside is it doesn't have free parking, valet is 60 dollars a days. The breakfast is good, happy hour is great. The bed was very uncomfortable tht was my biggest issue, but overall 6 out of 10 for me.

There are a few things that should be discussed when booking. The fact that you spend $60 a day to park is preposterous!! On a 2 night stay that was ridiculously high. Some staff in valet parking were very rude! We witnessed quite a few incidents of this. We were under the impression that breakfast would last until 10:00, but we got there at 9:03 and asked for a disposable cup to acquire some juice since we had just missed breakfast by 3 minutes and the catering staff chopped us out!! I mean RUDE!!! This area is closed! I’m just asking for a cup. I didn’t know that I needed to be up on vacation break at 6:30 for a breakfast that would be over by 9:00. We had to ask that our room be cleaned our first full day, and left the room for about an hour. Came back and noticed that one of our iPads had been tampered with. Screen was locked! Lastly we left an item in the car and was escorted to were the car was parked and witnessed valet drivers playing music in a guess vehicle. Very disappointed! Do a little research on your property. Something needs adjusting!

Hotel has everything and from top to bottom an amazing stay, if you’re looking for a hotel in Atlanta this is where you go. From complimentary drinks, buffet breakfast, Starbucks and Ruth Chris on site, the location, the people the workers it is everything. We were treated like royalty and are now Hilton honors members which is also free to join. Wow!

One thing guests should definitely be aware of is the parking situation. Expedia does not clearly disclose that parking is an additional cost. Valet parking is $60, or you can park across the street in the garage for less, but you don’t have in-and-out access like you do with valet. So on top of the hotel cost, expect additional parking fees.

Upon arrival, things were busy, but every staff member from the valet to the front desk was professional and courteous. That's not easy to pull off. The staff should all receive raises.

Breakfast was good and we had to leave early for the airport and we were able to grab some food to go. Great location to see Portugal vs USA and we got to catcht the Celtics vs Hawks in the basketball. Everything was walking distance and only a $40 cab ride from the airport during rush hour traffic. All good!!! Definitely stay again!

If you want to plan better, don’t use Hotels.com. I made my reservation and was never told I would be billed for some type of insurance. Upon arrival at the hotel, I was made aware of a $60 valet parking fee. It was not until I checked out of the hotel that I became aware that my charges were $110 more than the price quoted by Hotels.com, in addition to the insurance fee tacked on. I will never use Hotels.com again.

The room was very spacious and clean. We had a pretty great view of centennial park. The breakfast is also pretty good for being free. Parking is a little pricey for what I'm used to but seems to be average for the area. It's a great location and there are plenty of restaurants in walking distance.

Property was more than expected! Room was clean and available on time. Everyone from valet, front desk, kitchen staff and housekeeping were extremely attentive and professional. Only negatives I have would be how small the bathroom was and how small the “full length” mirror is in Parkview Suite King room (located behind the open room door). Aside from that, I will be booking again in the near future.

The check in was wonderful. We knew we'd be early and that a room might not be ready but we had to check in as we had our service dog with us and the event we were going to was about to start. The room we booked was not available but another room type was so the front desk gentleman was kind enough to put us in that one. The room was great and view was absolutely amazing! I will definitely stay here again. Although $60.00 for valet parking was a bit steep for one night.

Check-in was fantastic, front desk was on point, offered waters and upgraded us to a better view. We decided on this location for the amenities, however the Managers Reception needs an upgrade and a rotation. Corn chips, nuts, and celery shouldn't be the only thing offered nor should breakfast be the same items offered everyday. I would be more likely to book again if consistent variety was offered. I was on the top floor facing the aquarium and the view would be better if the windows were cleaned on the outside. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean.

We had a spacious suite on the 8th floor with a spectacular view of Olympic Park and its incredible psychedelic Ferris wheel. The staff were uniformly excellent. Breakfast was complimentary and excellent, plus there were free cocktails and snacks in the evening. The breakfast coffee could have been better, but with a Starbucks inside of the hotel it wasn't the only option.

There was free wifi, the tv had netflix so we didn't need to use our own electronics to project anything. The room was spacious, housekeeping came every day which was amazing. Breakfast kept rolling out so don't fear of it running out. The location has a waffle house nearby. I enjoyed my stay. If you would like to have a late check out you may have to pay a fee. I believe I paid $75.

The housekeeping team consistently kept the rooms spotless, and the staff was always so helpful and welcoming. The breakfast buffet was truly delicious and made for a convenient start to each day during the stay.

Cons: The kitchen could not keep up with the breakfast crowd. They ran out of silverware, plates and there were trays of food that were never refilled. The bed was probably the hardest bed I've ever slept on. My body was sore after only one night.

We booked a premium king suite through Hotels.com. When we entered the room we found it to have 2 double beds. Contacting the front desk, they said they were booked up and since we booked through a third party, priority went to other guests. After an hour texting with a customer service rep from Hotels.com, he was finally able to get a substitute king suite room.

I came for a convention and didn't have a choice on the hotel. I was pretty happy with the overall experience. Yes, there were a LOT of people here, and yes, it was noisy and loud in the common area, but I can't blame that on the hotel. The building is older, and noise from next door comes through easily as well - I can hear people scream and laugh. But the staff is pretty responsive so I'm not going to complain. There is a little convenience store inside the hotel. Given the price, the hotel offers pretty good value.

I had a generally positive experience at this hotel. The front desk staff were friendly, professional, and very responsive. During my stay, I noticed a bug in my room that resembled a bed bug, which was understandably concerning. I contacted the front desk, and they promptly sent security, Elliott, to collect and inspect it. I was reassured that it was not a bed bug, and they immediately moved me to another room to ensure my comfort. I appreciated how quickly and seriously they handled the situation.

The living quarters was simply beautiful, clean and smelled amazing. The toilets are entirely to low. They are preschool height which is a challenge for seniors or adults who are tall , or with health complications that restricts them from standing or bending.

Valet was exceptional good. This amount of cars coming and going during peak times is no problem for them. Easy registration and I was in my room within minutes. Breakfast cook did a great job making my omelette but the only rift was not making 2 additional eggs over medium unless I had another ticket Hmmmm. It felt like the enitre property unprepared for the weekend. Valet parking stores your car in the public parking lot next door AND they charge $60 per day !! On the good side as the weekend progress everything seemed to run smoother and the location cant be beat !!! I would stay again.

This property is rude. The lady made a comment to my mother about how she shouldn't be tired she didn't walk mind you my mom is in a wheelchair because she can't walk far. We asked about a bottle of water we were told by the same lady those were for diamond members the gentleman behind the counter got us two bottles of water. I was told repeatedly how I booked through a third party site but I called the hotel and was told there were no rooms available but suddenly when I booked through third party bam rooms available! I asked for a mobility room so she puts us in the absolutely last hotel room on the floor farthest from then elevator. Food was subpar at best I have actually had better at quality hotel. And the evening reception sad

It’s was clean and the hospitality at front desk was amazing, Patrick thank you again for your service and hospitality! I would return again but I had to drop it down 1 star for 3 reasons … 1) housecleaning didn’t speak English and it was hard to communicate with them and 2) this is my fault but nevertheless I came down for breakfast 20 minutes before ending and when I stepped in line for omelettes I was told it was closed by a staff member standing and directing, when I sat down I noticed that others were coming after me and got in line, and 3) the worst was valet you wait longer then checking in everytime you want your car, plan on 15-25 minutes, when I asked why it took so long, they said they have to run down the street and up several floors to retrieve our cars. Personally I suggest that they should keep staff at the garage and swap as cars are being returned or picked up, counting down on time since we are there on burrowed time. They could do better. Other then this I would recommend staying here, it’s was enjoyable the rooms were spacious and food was good and location is near by stadium and all other activities, just need to go around these curves I mentioned.

They do provide Guest laundry, which I saw accidentally at one corner of 3F. It is actually a great addition. However it is a pity not mentioning it on Booking.com or any other pages. Attending events at GWCC is likely a several day stay and laundry is something I looked up but didn't get a clue.

This was a great choice because of the proximity to the State Farm stadium. They gave us complimentary drinks and appetizers. Breakfast was delicious. There was an omelet station. The staff were friendly and very informative. I would recommend this hotel. 5 stars in my book

I booked a non-smoking room with a park view, however the room I was assigned was an accessible room without a park view. I realize I waited to pay for the room on-site, but I was not expecting my reservations to change. Had it not beem for that I would have rated the entire stay a 5 out of 5. The staff was amazing!

Free breakfast from 6 to 9 AM which was great hours. Free cocktail before 7 PM. They have mandatory valet parking at $60 a day. But is well worth it because everything is in walking distance. Once you park, there's no additional fee, if you need to leave and return within twenty four hours as many times as you want.

The breakfast was very good with lots of options and cooked to order omelets. Staff at breakfast was great. The room was very clean with a nice separate living room area. Jamarey at the front desk was courteous and efficient. He made sure we had whatever was needed for a comfortable stay.

The pool was great, the balcony was nice, my view of the part and ferris wheel was great, and the location is very close to anything you could want to do in Atlanta. Had some trouble with the handle of my room - it would refuse to open to either my key or security's master key. Had to have assistance to open it twice, but both instances were very timely and apologetic- was a very small inconvenience that they remedied by taking off two nights from my parking charges! Very kind of them. Would 100% come back here, and will recommend this location to others looking to stay in Atlanta.

We booked a premium suite. Air/temperature problems throughout the stay. Very hot when we arrived. Air to 68 didn't move the temp. Called the front desk. They sent an engineer while we were out. They said he fixed it. We came back and room was same temp. Air still on 68. I called again and they sent the engineer up. He explained they couldn't fix it. He brought a fan. The fan didn't help much. Temperature went down to freezing outside - but room was still humid and hit. The view was great, but the temperature in the room was very disappointing. We won't be back.

We were in town for the Peach Bowl, and the Embassy Suites was perfect! We could walk to all the fun events happening and the stadium. All of the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The housekeeping staff were on top of it and checking to see if we needed anything but not bothersome. The breakfast was amazing; food was so good and the service was great! Such a great experience staying here!

All staff was very professional and friendly. The room was very clean. The bathroom needed a couple of upgrades. It was a little run down. The room wasn’t very quiet. A lot of noise from the hall, other rooms, and the street outside. Wouldn’t stop me from staying again though. The hotel itself was clean. Valet staff was excellent.

No complaints. Located downtown, I was able to walk to the aquarium and the Coca-Cola museum.

The service from the staff was exceptional. We were greeted promptly by the valet parking staff and immediately there was a bell hop with a luggage cart to help unload the car and bring the bags to our room. The bell hop also provided dinner recommendations for a number of restaurants that were within walking distance of the hotel. Our room overlooked Centennial Olympic Park. Our family enjoyed the short walk from the hotel room to enjoy the park. The hotel staff was very friendly, always saying hello whenever we saw them in various parts of the hotel. The breakfast was outstanding, especially the made to omelettes.

I had a great time at the hotel. Lawrence who works at the front desk was a wonderful host. He was excellent in my check in, and attended to our needs to make sure we were comfortable. I look forward to staying at the hotel again.

The hotel was nice and the location was perfect, but they did not mention in the booking that, although they are pet friendly, you are not permitted to leave your pet unattended (even in a cage) in the room. Not sure who’s traveling to the center of a city to hang out in the room all day.

The breakfast area was small and unkept. The dining area was limited and there was limited cleanup. There was no parking l, only valet at a high price. Housekeeping knocked on the door at 8 am on our last day, too early for a hotel. The check in staff was great, and helpful. The cart/luggage assistance staff was very nice and helpful.

We stayed for a convention center event. The convenience is superb - a 2 minute walk. The hotel staff was excellent. They really made us feel at home and appreciated. They went the extra mile to make sure everything we wanted was taken care of. We gave the breakfast 4 stars instead of 5 because the omelet service was very slow - they need 2 cooks. But everything was tasty and the variety was great. Will definitely return to this hotel.

Breakfast was excellent, we got two free drinks each night of our stay. Someone texted to check in with us, which was appreciated! The hotel was very clean, it seems like they just renovated! We felt very safe in this are, there’s a park right next door and many women were walking alone, and there were police around. The only downside was the valet parking only, that wasn’t clear to us before we came. It costs $55 PER NIGHT, which is ridiculous for what we already paid to stay there, and we tipped the valet guys on top of that. Other than that, great place, great location. But I think it’s taking advantage of people to spring that expense on them.

This place was super nice! We have a really big family and sometimes it’s hard to find a place with enough bed. Space for us and all of the kids, but everything worked out well here. Their breakfast was awesome. We loved their little happy hour, and our children loved it too. They felt really fancy and cute down there. They have a little store in the hotel that had a couple of medicine type things when we needed them. The price was super high at the store, but that’s par for the course in most hotels. We really wanted to be able to see the Ferris wheel from our room and they worked with us to make sure that was a thing. It was a surprise for our kiddos and it was awesome to be able to walk into the room and open the curtains and the Ferris wheel just be right there. My only complaint is that we thought the pool was heated and we thought there was a hot tub. The pool was definitely not heated. Regardless, we would 100% stay there again, we just would either stay in the summer or not tell the kiddos that there is a pool.

This hotel has an amazing staff in every aspect of its establishment. From the valet attendants, the front desk, to housekeeping and food service employees….all top notch and full of care. It is rare to go to a place and find all of the staff so caring and wonderful about their job. Lawrence at the front desk was phenomenal in making me and my kids feel welcome. And honestly everyone we encountered during our stay was as well. This hotel needs to give a class and training to other hotels on how to perfectly operate. I can’t say enough good things!

I booked a king suite, was put in a double bed room. Beds were very small and uncomfortable. I told front seat about the issue and it was fixed very promptly and it was taken care of.

The valet was horrible. When we got to the room it was dirty and we found someone’s socks on the floor. We booked for 6 people and we only got two beds with two blankets. They charged us $55 for parking our car. It’s in the middle of the downtown loud music not safe to walk into the downtown with the kids. Expedia rated this place 9.2. On google reviews rate 3.5. This place is trash. Awful staff and management. I would not use Expedia and I would not come to this hotel again it’s a waste of money and time. We had a great family trip till we got to this place. Nasty hotel .

The hotel is nice and check-in was easy. My only complaint is the cleaning staff. I was sitting in the room around 9am on day of checkout when our door opened and the cleaning staff started to come in… until they noticed me. Cleaning staff should not come in until designated time for checkout unless they have been alerted someone has checked out early. We also did not have any hand towels or wash rags. My husband had to request them. There was only a small amount of toilet paper left on the roll and no additional toilet paper to use. Room was clean, but the above experiences are why I rated a 4 instead of a 5.

Great location! Great stay. Super easy check-in with Lawrence at the front desk. He was friendly and efficient, and we felt welcome. The hotel is within an easy quick walk to State Farm Arena, Georgia Congress Center yet the area was quiet with no street noise, The room was spacious, the bedding was super comfortable, and the breakfast was exceptional (omelet station in addition to bacon, two types of sausages, and all the extras you could imagine. I highly recommend this hotel!

Parking is an iss

The major negative was the construction/renovation going on the floor below us. We were rudely awakened by loud noises and drilling early on a Saturday morning. It was incredibly inconvenient and inconsiderate of the guests who are paying money to stay there.

I always love to stay at Embassy!! We loved that it was downtown close to everything! We were able to ear at restaurants inside. It was convenient to walk to other places close by. We also could walk to the State Farm Arena instead of paying for parking. We also love theor fresh made omelets for breakfast with other food as well! Everyone is always nice no matter what state we are in staying at Embassy! Parking and security fees are not high as well! I loved it here!! Lol

The valet staff was super nice, especially Syed. He was always welcoming. The hotel is walking distance to everything that we wanted to check out. My only complaint would be the cleanliness of our room. There was still hair in the bathroom shower, the sink faucet was very dirty like almost dirt like when I wiped it, the restroom floor was still dirty, the blanket had a small stain, and the lamp near the bed looked like it was never dusted. I did take pictures if needed. I have stayed at other Hilton hotels. This one is a little outdated and not as clean.

We walked to the Georgia Aquarium (a must see) and to dinner at a local place. There was some construction going on but did not start until after 8am, ending early. Will come again!

A great man named Ken, checked me in and helped in getting my room near my group. They were using rewards and I used Expedia. The hotel entrance was inviting and easy to navigate. My birthday boy enjoyed the pool and games at the far end of the pool. We will see what breakfast is like tomorrow.

The suite had a huge table but the beds were not very comfortable and the pillows were all lumpy. The pull out couch had a super thin mattress and barely a thin blanket. If you can bring your own pillows and an extra blanket then the suite for 6 could work but its not luxury. The AC worked great and the blackout curtains were good. The free breakfast made up for it with great omelets and lots of meat choices.

Property is located within very easy walking distance of major attractions such as the Georgia aquarium. The world of Coca Cola is nearby and right across the road is the College football hall of fame a chick fil a fast food restaurant. There is a corner store located a small distance from the hotel and a Starbucks on site: the free drinks in the evening are a nice touch. Would highly recommend this place, the full breakfast is very good. Staff are very friendly as well.

Specifically i would like to offer praise for Mello and his bartender counterpart (name i can't remember but he grew up in Chattanooga)....took very good care of us at the in house Ruth Chris steakhouse..Mello remembered my bourbon choices after night 1.

The room was spacious, clean, and centrally located. My only issue was with parking which is unreasonably priced. In addition, we arrived at 1:00am, but were charged an extra fee because we stayed in the lot longer than 1:00pm the same day. We weren’t even there a full day.

When we checked in, the fridge hadn’t been cleaned. They did send someone up promptly to clean it out. The paint on the ceiling in the bathroom was pealing and the towel rack was secured fully to the wall. Worst pillows and mattress for comfort. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Location is good for the aquarium but the facilities are in need updating.

I appreciate the front staff. They were very accommodating when I had to switch rooms when my family arrived a day later. Will definitely come back

Staff was great and location of hotel was perfect for the activities we were planning. The room was large with nice views but the hotel is showing its age. The tables, fixtures, lamps etc look older and show significant signs of age and wear.

The valet was super nice along with the security guard when you walk in. The place is huge with stores and food connected to the building. The fitness room looks great. Across from the hotel is an outdoor mall that is amazing. Omni is in the perfect place. Short walk to the discovery museum too. Deff will stay again when we are in the area.

Everyone we encountered were so friendly and helpful. The room was great, and the bed was very comfortable. We will be back.

I missed breakfast the buffet hours of closed at 9am is too early. If you’re there for pleasure you don’t want to get up. It needs to be 10 am everyday

Check in and parking were so easy! They allowed us to check in early and explained how everything works.

We were there for 3 days and it never got any better First day we had to switch rooms due to fleas keep in mind we had already had to ask for a new mattress for the pull out bed due to it smelling and being disgusting , in that room the living area was cold but bedroom was hot The second room they gave us we were only in for a few hours due to them wanting to upgrade after the inconvenience Our final room the bedroom was cold but living area was hot Showers are super small Hotel definitely needs some upgrades and some work on the ac Lobby was always messy It was definitely one of the worst hotel expierence ive had

Absolutely loved staying here, walking distances to restaurants and the event center was easy and doable. Staff was kind and helpful. The property was clean and beautiful. I like the extra security with having to use room key to get in hotel. Would recommend!!

Great location! Can walk to The Aquarium from location. Bathrooms are dated and could have been cleaned better.

Extremely convent to centennial park. Quiet. Only room service choice is Ruth Chris steakhouse, a steak in my room, yuk it would be cold.
