The microwave didn't have a plate. I paid for 2 nights and the hotel manager tried to put me and my stuff out ante one night. The remote control didn't control the TV inn the room. I had to get another one. I didn't have high expectations to begin with.

There was blood in the shower drain and electric switch in the bathroom, water splash in the ceiling and flying bed bug that looked like coach roaches.

I stayed because I had to, they don’t clean the floor is black. They called to cops and the police ended up being on my side, because I definitely paid to stay. It was a cold winter evening. The room never heated up. There was just a thin blanket. I rolled up in the blanket to have a double thickness. Still I had to wear my winter clothes to bed instead of PJs. Even then I hardly got any sleep for how cold I was all night long. My sister, who was traveling with me, even put on 3 layers of outer winter clothes and couldn't warm enough to sleep.

Didn't like anything the customer service is very unprofessional and have front desk clerk with a very nasty attitude when it comes to helping or answering any questions. They will not clean your room if there for more than 1 day. Very bad experience with day time desk person.

The building was very run down. It definitely was an older building that needed major improvements. The bed was very uncomfortable and the pillows were horrible. The tvs barely work as I had to get a new one for my room. The workers were the only saving grace of this building. They were lovely. The company needs to take the time to refurbish this building or replace it.

Gave me a room with a TV that doesn’t work and they knew about it, too. So they got upset when I asked to be placed in a room with a working TV.

I had to ask the Front Desk Associate to fix the room 3 time. He changed room 3 types. 1 st one ac not working, 2 nd one Key not working, 3rd time I entered the room. Weed smell was coming from the receptiom desk during checkin at late night. Very old, dirty, and washed way colored hotel. Must be renovated.

It was very cheap which is what I was looking for, but the hotel just felt rather unsafe and sketch. There were large cracks in the windows by the lobby and there was a sign on the lobby door saying it was closed even though it wasn't which was odd. Linens did not feel the freshest but did not feel dirty either. Shower pressure was decent though it made this screeching noise that wouldn't stop until I turned the shower off. All in all, I feel I got my money's worth, but I'd probably prefer to spend a little more to stay somewhere else.

I paid 80 something dollars online before getting here and one here they say you have to pay 50 deposit for a room I didn’t have it on my card so I had to get cash out the atm than they did have charge so I had to give them 60 dollars and come back at check out to get my money if I would have know I would have never paid to stay here I couldn’t get my money back because if would have took some time to go back to my card and needed somewhere to stay for the night I have pictures of this bell hole it needs to be shut down and remodel to be honest dirt so so thick on the wall and the floor it’s sad

The property is very very old and not maintained at all. The reception at checkin was great but after that the facilities were very poor and very very poorly maintained. Bathroom was barely bearable, the floors were dirty, you could hear the next door all night playing music and shouting. Nothing pleasant about the experience at all.

This hotel was horrible. The room was not clean. I walked into the hotel room and walked right out the moment I saw roaches crawling on the floor. I notified the front desk and they would not give me a refund or even cared that the room was infested.

Check in and out ladies were wonderful but everything else was just awful honestly. The curtain has an obvious stain when you pull the certain to close the windows, the baseboards are falling apart, the room smelled of literal smoke, the cleaning lady didn’t clean properly and left a wet towel in the bathroom, the air conditioner is as falling apart and thankfully we didn’t need to hang clothes cuz it would’ve have worked anyway. I get it’s a cheap hotel but this is unacceptable

Roaches everywhere, the refrigerator and microwave were filthy and filled with roaches. Dirty sheets. 1/3 of the lights didn’t turn on, cigarette butts on the floor. Tv didn’t work which was honestly the least of the problems. The only reason I didn’t leave was because it was almost 2 am when I checked in and wouldn’t have had anywhere else to go. The only positive thing I can say is the lady at the desk was a sweetheart and very helpful but that’s it. I guess you get what you paid for.

This stay was horrible it has roaches wasn’t to clean a lot of people going back went up and downstairs just live activity and no customer service.

The property was fair. The customer service was awful! All I asked for was a copy of my bill and the person behind the counter (Tina) would NOT give it to me! I don't understand why I could not get a copy of what I.was paying for with my credit card. I will.never go back there and will share my experience with everyone I know. Econo lodge @ 1360 Virginia Ave. Atlanta, GA 30344 is a place I will NEVER RECOMMEND because the customer service was AWFUL! Don't waste your time and especially money there.

Upon arriving to the facility I was Told the Expedia card didn’t go through. Very annoying. Had to wait over an hour to check in after paying 316$ for a dump. The girl Kimberley at the desk was very nice though. Also it should be indicated on Expedia when a hotel is going to charge a deposit. Room was filthy and the noise from outside was terrible. Next morning we switched rooms. Second room was better but motel is outdated, dirty, and the employees don’t seem to care. Overall very unsatisfied when the motel and Expedia as a whole. Also my husband was smoking outside at our car at night and was told he wasn’t allowed to do so by a security guard. Paying customers aren’t allowed to smoke beside their cars outside of their rooom? One of the worst stays I’ve ever had at a motel. If I coukd Give it zero stars I would

I’m calling the corporate office on this establishment. I didn’t even stay there. I’ve been trying to get my full refund. The place had roaches. The beds were dirty, cigarette burn holes in the covers. Which lets me know they were smoking in the room which we weren’t non-smoking. I really feel this place should be shut down or use for homeless people to have a place to stay the pool from a distance it was even dirty I have pictures to prove what I’m saying.

Choice Hotels, you know this property is deplorable. I understand that it is a low price point cash cow but you can afford to do so much better.

This hotel needs to be shut down. The first room I was given #213 literally had someone living in there. The second room #217 had roaches, the bathtub was dirty, the entire room was falling apart. Tje staff could care less.
