The elevators need to be serviced. Got stuck on the elevator a few times during our stay. The shower door would not stay closed. Micah provided an amazing experience while checking in. He was kind and accommodating.

Room was not very clean. A lot of things have just not been maintained like the toilet did not work and made a loud noise. I called five hours early while we were driving there to check in early and they told me it was OK at the as soon as we got there, they wouldn’t let us do it. The front staff was very rude.

Rooms were excellent and clean. Though I understand the climate of the economy right now, as a Hilton Rewards member, $23.95/pp is ridiculous to have to pay for breakfast…we were a party of six. The least that could be afforded is half price.

This was an Outdated Hilton for sure. Parking lot was filled up and had trash, broken glass, and the worst cars and big vans were parked everywhere. Made it very hard to park. The pool was closed for whatever reason. The accessible room was far from accessible. The drawers in the room kept coming out and we would have to push them in, in order to get through. The blow dryer had tape all on it bc it was old. Needed to be thrown away and another put in that room. Hotel definitely needs to be renovated and a deep cleaning.

We were greeted by a palmetto bug in our room, and while we understand it’s Georgia, it was dead and should’ve been cleaned up. Front desk staff was not available when we checked out or when we needed something. Hotel hallway smelled like weed, as did our room in the middle of the night. Interstate is noisy.

It was nice, only the breakfast is outrageously expensive and the AC was out we got back from dinner and it was hot. Although maintenance did come 20 min after calling it in. He got it to blow but didn’t get to the point of cool I like also you can hear everything in the hall.

We booked two rooms for one night. When we arrived to check in Micah was so helpful and got us all set up. His friendly personality was contagious. He has us laughing and informed us on everything every step of the way. The rooms were clean and the beds were not hard. The pillows were comfortable. We had two rooms joining and both bathrooms did not have a working fan. The water pressure was fair and the water stayed hot. The ac in the room was on the slow side to cool the room but it was okay. We visited the bar for a drink before bed, the bartender was friendly and our drinks were enjoyable. The hotel seemed to have a lot of events while we were there. They had a police gala the night we checked in and a trading card and memorabilia event the next morning. There were lots of chairs, couches and seating available in the lobby to make people feel comfortable. The parking lot was clean and there were elevators on both sides of the hotel. The fresh hot cookies were delicious 😋 we will be back !

Outside of the shower, the room, toilet & sink were cleaned and stocked with amenities if one chooses to purchase. As some of the items near the TV does cost a fee if utilized. The staff were all accommodating if any requests were made. The warm welcome chocolate chip cookie was a nice gesture. My only complaint is the floor of the shower had dirt grind stains from past guests. Reusable shower mats would have been nice. At the end of the day out of all the hotels I stayed in during the week spent in the Atlanta area the DoubleTree by Hilton Atlanta Perimeter Dunwoody was the best and I was able to get some good rest without having any issues with noise from other guests who do not value common courtesy and decency. Thank you DoubleTree by Hilton Atlanta Perimeter Dunwoody. Will revisit soon!! 😀

Average. This property needs to finish the little details in rooms that are not completed. Refresh painting on ceiling and walls. Need new toilet (I had to hold the handle for about 45 seconds to have a complete flush…annoying. The parking is not adequate at entrance. The hotel needs to inform guests about the specifics amenities and deficiencies about rooms at check in. This hotel’s housekeeping never cleaned my room-I stayed two nights. This hotel is all smoke and mirrors. I give it a rate of 2.5 stars. It has potential to be greater.

I stayed there for a week. The breakfast had rancid oj and eggs. That’s why I gave it 3 stars. The rooms are okay the day staff is great and the night staff isn’t present. At night I seen the police escort a man out but since there isn’t staff at the front counter at night he just waited for the cops to leave and came back in. I seen a lady at the entrance that needed the police I called them. For her because the guy at the front counter isn’t ever there. I don’t like calling 911 but I did cause it was needed cause the night guy isn’t present. I wouldn’t stay here again. The day staff is great but the night staff makes it less safe I don’t think I’ll stay here again

Location was close to where I was visiting. Convenient to some decent restaurants. Staff was nice. Check-in and check-out were easy. Always like the cookies and the water cooler downstairs. Booked for four people, only got three towels. Had to ask the staff twice to get an extra towel. Our body wash was empty two mornings in a row, even after bringing it to the attention of the front desk. There wasn't enough convenient parking. Carpet in the room was worn and dirty. No vent fan in the bathroom. Some of the bedside outlets were not functional.

A bit outdated. Room needs an interior resurfacing pro (holes and damages to wall). Has a small refrigerator located in a large cabinet that opens from opposing sides. No microwave. Need to turn on a bunch of lamps to get adequate lighting. Iron board doesn’t stand leveled. Carpet needs shampooing

The hotel has a convenient restaurant, but i didn't get the opportunity to dine during my stay. The staff offers excellent customer service and they all made my stay worthwhile even though the minor hiccups encountered. The room was okay. Bed not comfortable and found part of a bug in the bed. TV didnt work. The engineer said TV was always an issue because they use antennas not cable boxes and a lot of trees block signal. The breakfast was trash and 18.99 per person. Dry fake food with barely above contential breakfast. Definitely not worth the money!! The highlight was the AMAZING front desk staff!! Thats it.

The room was clean, staff seem nice. The only thing I didn't like was when I checked in he hotel charged an extra deposit of 50$ per night. They never did this before.

I believe there was a recent water leak prior to us checking in. Our hallway floor had caution signs and was wet and mushy by the elevators. Had a bad musky smell because of this. Our rooms thermostat required new batteries and wouldn’t let us adjust it. After a 2 and a half hour wait after they told us someone was coming to fix it, we fell asleep. They did go back the next day and fix it after we requested it again on our way out for the day. The staff overall was friendly and helpful and the rooms were big.

The gentleman who checked me in, Micah, was a pleasure to deal with. Great to have someone like that greet you as you arrive. Kudos to him!!! Beds were comfortable. Pillows were great!!!

This stay almost felt like a prank. 1. We were originally assigned room 333, the next morning we were asked to move because they were doing construction next door or below. So 2. We moved next door to room 335. Being a Hilton honors member, The staff wasn’t really trying to compensate us in any way. We were given cookies to pacify us. We were told “well you don’t have to move, you can just deal with the noise” The move to the new room was absolutely pointless because we heard every second of the construction anyway. After we start settling in for the night and turned the AC on because all of the rooms are extremely humid, there was a loud persistent siren noise from the vent. So we of course go downstairs late at night to tell the front desk. So we moved to our THIRD room 519. It was basically our last day/night so whatever. We come back from dinner with family and the fire alarm starts going off. We call downstairs to make sure everything was ok, they say yes someone is probably smoking in their room “we’re investigating”. They turn it off. But guess what, the fire alarm goes off FOUR more times. The windows in the room leak from condensation, the bathroom shower gels were just broken laying around. It honestly was a joke of a stay, we stayed 3 nights, moved to 3 different rooms. Would not recommend.

Definitely disappointed in this property been my go to for years but my room was overtaken by heavy mold and mildew in the carpeting. I had to switch rooms because it was difficult for me to breathe. Even though I was switched I wasn’t offered a credit or discount. I ended up sick for the rest of my trip.Hate to say It but I won’t be back.

The staff were wonderful. Unfortunately, when it came to the room the air was very musty and I had to maintain a/c on in order to reduce the moldy odor. The toilet would fill to the point of overflow then slowly flush.

It was my first time staying at this property! The warm cookies were the best! Room was decent, clean, and hotel quiet. Parking got pretty packed in the evening as it got later towards the weekend. Other than that, no complaints. Convenient to everything, I would definitely stay again. In fact, Im already planning another trip.

When we arrived the sheets on the bed were soiled. The ice machine on our floor and on the second floor we're out of order. The smell in the facility itself was mildewy. The elevator on the left side was not in working order my husband got stuck in it. The fire alarm went off twice. One time it was at 2:00 in the morning. I was not happy with this hotel accommodation. I was hoping for some sort of accommodation from your service for this bad service. Please advise as soon as possible.

Room was nice, however, we were charged $75 a pet plus a $50 damage fee (refundable but pet charge was not). We ended up having to pay $150 for two dogs - pretty outrageous. Won’t make that mistake again.

It took us 20 minutes to find a parking spot. There was no one at the front desk for at least 20 minutes for us to get a key. Our room was dirty and there were red drops of what looked like blood on the carpet down the hallway where our room was. We left immediately and want a refund.

From the very first day we arrived there were access issues with our room door. On one night of our stay it was really especially aggravating. Myself and my fiancee went out separately with friends we haven't seen in years that live in the area which were both about 40 minutes away or more from the hotel. I received a call from her a little pass 1am stating she could not get into the room as once again the room key did not work. I was already in route back but was still over 30 minutes away. This is unacceptable for me as I feel strongly about security and well being of my loved one's. It shouldn't happen! We both work in hospitality and I also serve in Facilities maintenance of a large global company, this things are unacceptable. If there is an issue with the facilities rooms, it should be decommissioned until all necessary repairs can be made; not rented anyway to get profits while passing off the aggravation and inconvenience to the guest. There were a few other things off that I won’t bother mentioning, because our access and safety were the biggest of my concerns to address.

Very understaffed. The front desk was often left unattended. The menu was very limited. When my room was serviced, the coffee and tea were not replenished. Warm cookies were often not available. I was told that I was being signed up as a Hilton rewards member and that did not happen. I will go to Marriott across the street next time.

I feel it's absurd to charge $3 for a bottle of water, or $3 for a fresh cup off coffee. Instead. I went to CVS and purchased a six-packs of evian water and an 8 pack of Maidon Perrier sparkling water. for an average of $1.20 per serving. And we needed almost all 14 servings. Your water would have cost us $42 That's just wrong. Sorry. And I went to Dunkin for coffee.

I only have 2 responses to make, the 1st was that the bartenders were more interested in watching the football game that interacting with the guests at the bar. Secondly the restaurant staff seem to not be able to get it together time for the restaurant to open that morning for breakfast! But the young lady who checked me in front is was outstanding, she was knowledgeable, professional answered all my questions about the local area and the hotel services.

The hotel was clean and check in was fast but after this it was all very disappointing. We were told we only had 1 roll of toilet paper in the room for 2 people staying 3 days. Also, the hallways all smelled musty or humid. We were happy the hotel had a pool as it was beginning of September and very hot. We got dressed and went down to the pool since the hotel website advised it WOULD be open until October and guess what? CLOSED! When we asked the front desk they said they closed on Labor Day!!! Then the hotel also has conference rooms holding church services all weekend and the parking was forever full from all the visitors NOT staying at the hotel. They have no online checkout process so when leaving it was a nightmare line. Also, they have a minute pet relief area which NONE of the employees even knew they had, I found it on my own and of course no baggies and full of fog waste. Beautiful reception and bar area but rooms are forgotten and not even a microwave in the room and the fridge barely cooled. The a/c was barely cooling the room and this is GEORGIA and still summer. All in all would not come back to this location.

The room is very spacious with high ceilings. Doesn’t have a smart tv which kinda sucks. We had to get an extra set of sheets for the pullout couch but the staff was quick to get us what we needed. Only true negatives is that our sink in the bathroom did not drain and we didn’t have a microwave and we couldn’t find one in the lobby.

1. When I arrived, the tables in the room were dirty and the floor had not been vacuumed. 2. The shower head could not be adjusted properly, causing water to spray all over the bathroom floor, and the water never got hotter than lukewarm. 3. I requested a light tidy-up with new towels and trash removal at 12 noon during my stay. I left the room, alerted housekeeping, and returned at 9 p.m. to find dirty towels still on the floor and trash overflowing. 4. On Saturday night, I went to the front desk for fresh towels and explained that no one had serviced my room. The front desk agent seemed nonchalant and more interested in chatting with a guest in the lobby than addressing my concerns. I was handed towels with no apology or effort to resolve the issue. 5. To top it off, the ice machine on the 3rd floor was out of service. Overall, the lack of cleanliness, poor maintenance, and inattentive service made this a frustrating experience.

DIrty carpet, especially in our room Headboard had the vinyl covering flaking off. Top of toilet tank had a crack in it. The toilet paper holder was loose and would not hold the roll. The shower had some vinyl lining around the door that was flopped and needed trimming.. Check in was slow - not enough help and the staff seemed to struggle with the reservations. Last year, our convention was at Embassy Suites in Chattanooga and it was a world of difference.

We were able to check in and out quickly and the reps were very friendly and knowledgeable. Everything was clean and the area was actually very quiet. Only downside was the AC didn’t seem to go lower than the original setting so we were much warmer than we would have liked to be. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay and will recommend!

The floors didnt look clean in the room and bath tub had stains. Didnt get the glass door shower that was pictured. Coffe maker in room was broken but was given another one later that day. Only one elevator worked and it slightly opens before it stops. The staff was awesome. The property just need to be thoroughly deep cleaned.
