Super staff super area to stay for the Braves MLB

Enjoyable stay, good parking for Braves game

The staff was great, and everything was clean. I cannot recall anything I didn’t like about the property.

The staff here was amazing. The location is convenient. It is about a 20 minute walk to Truist Park, but there is a $5 shuttle available right next door if you prefer. I would definitely stay here again, and that’s the highest compliment I can give. The decor is a bit older, but the hotel is clean and had absolutely everything we needed.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. This is in a good location if you are going to the Battery or Truist Stadium.

The room was updated and clean. It has a fridge and microwave. The bathroom could use some love, but it was not bad enough to leave a bad review. There were no bed bugs and that was the best part of all. The pool was indoor and large. The breakfast which is served everyday had a lot to choose from. Would recommend.

The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. We needed 2 rooms and they were able to adjust our reservation to put us next to each other. The pool was large with a good temp (not too hot, not too cold) and goes to 6ft which adds to the fun! With a group of 8, we can be difficult to accommodate for. The breakfast had great options and the shower had great water pressure.

Beds were comfortable and slept well. Internet gets hard to work on early afternoon. Worked fine in the mornings. Bugs in the bathroom and the shower didn't drain properly. Desk right in front of the AC was a challenge.

Location was great for the game, a lot cheaper stay than some of the others. Clean and breakfast was good! We will stay here again. Shuttle to the game was expensive. We had to shuttle because of a handicap member that was with us. It is a 20 minute walk which is doable.

Eggs and potatoes were called could have been hotter. Room could use decorations.

In town with the family (2 kids under 12) for the Red Sox series. Great value. Clean comfortable rooms. Very friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast is great and my kids enjoyed the pool. We walked to Truist Park and back after the game. About 20 minute walk. ( it is uphill for the first few hundred yards. Easy walk back.

Our room smelled like dog. If you aren't a dog owner, you may notice the smell. Otherwise, it was a great place to stay. The staff were excellent.

Absolutely can not rave enough about this place! Will be staying again. They close their front doors after 11 at night and lock it down unless you have a key, they were so gracious enough to stay and let us check in after that! We were traveling from Florida during the awful wild fires and we were not sure if we’d make it before 11! We got here at 12:04 am and was met with the sweetest check in! The breakfast was awesome, the room was great and it was so close to the stadium.

You definitely want to stay here if you’re going to an event at Truist Park. Only a mile and half away. So convenient. The included breakfast buffet was an added treat.

I arrived on property I expected to be greeted a little better than I was. I got checked in made it to the room and looked around and the charging station on the nightstand wasn’t secured and upright, on the wall near the wall sockets the Sheetrock was pushed back showing the inside of the wall. Also the bath had rust in areas and in some areas on the wall there were bad patch work and just painted over. All of these things are cosmetic but for the price I paid for two days things should have been top notch. It’s highly unlikely that I’ll be staying at this hotel again.

All staff were very accommodating & truly made us feel welcome. Because we were having health issues (heart), walking was difficult. The front desk rep (I cant remember her name but she's been there for many many years..I asked) proactively changed our room assignment and it made our trip exponentially easier. Very friendly staff. Love the 24 hour pantry shop, useful when you haven't ate all day and want a quick snack before bed! AC could have been alittle cooler, but stayed fine at 70 degrees in the room.

Only negative is the the GM had a less than friendly conversation, with an employee at the front desk and ended up firing him. This interaction should have been private where guests would not have to witness this.

There was a weird smell in the hallways and our room. Otherwise, it appeared clean. Breakfast was great and all appeared clean.

5 stars! We were so pleased with our stay, wish we could've stayed longer! Staff was so friendly, the rooms were very clean and comfortable, hot tub was clean, we felt safe, breakfast was great too! Also loved how late check out was, gave us more time to enjoy the hotel! Couldn't recommend it enough. Location was great as we were seeing a concert at the Coca Cola Roxy. We will plan to stay here again!

Overall an ok place to stay. They do not clean your room daily during your stay. Our trash was over flowing, we ran out of towels and toilet paper. When we requested more towels they never arrived. When we requested our trash picked it, no one came to take it. To get more toilet paper we had to take it off the cleaner’s cart ourselves. It was disappointing.

Breakfast was supposed to be served at 6:00pm Understanding this my husband and I were willing to drink yesterday’s coffee, this was at 5:55am. Dana clearly was running behind with her service, I explained my reason politely as I reached down to the refrigerator just needing a small Yoghurt to go. Dana angrily told me to put it back then proceeded to Lock the fridge door.By now it was 6:00pm, there was nothing on the counters.

The room was clean and the staff was great. The AC in our room wasn’t working the best. The window unit wasn’t communicating with the wall control so when we got to the room it was 75 degrees. It took all night to get down to 70 even though we had the wall unit set to 66 and the fan on.

We stopped here traveling from Chicago to Florida. It is just a bit north of downtown Atlanta so we avoided heavy Atlanta traffic after driving 11 hours. Close I 75, good are location and a short walk to the Battery. Hotel was clean and the staff was very good. Great place to stop for the night.

Gave it a 3, pool was freezing and hot tub was barely warm, after a day in the car travelling we were all looking forward to the pool/hot tub, we were pretty disappointed.

Very nice room with the exception of the repaired things were done to low standards, example: the door doohickey that prevents the door from opening more than 2 inches was previously knocked loose and someone started to reposition it but just stopped in the middle of putting screws back in, so it was not secure and was hard to operate.

This is my second visit to the hotel and once again pleased I made my stay . The rooms are very clean , the amenities are very convenient. However , this staff is the most accommodating and pleasant of any hotel I have ever visited. I find the entire staff to be very kind and remarkable people. God bless you all 🙏

Facility: No. Can’t recommend. Desperately needs a renovation. Dingy lights, drop ceilings with water stains, rusted pipes under the sink, popcorn ceilings in the room, stained rugs. It looks like there was an attempt to give this hotel a fresh look with new paint, but whoever did it had no training whatsoever and you can find smears everywhere. The place looks like it’s never been renovated since it was built in the 80s. We must’ve gone in a bad day because it also smelled like smoke (weed and cigarettes). Amenities: No. The gym is two treadmills and a couple of weights—just 3 people in there is a crowd. Breakfast: You’ll want to stick to the muffins. The other options don’t inspire trust Needs new furniture, brighter lights, better maintenance, better breakfast options by an actual catering crew. And a fresh new coat of paint, urgently In reality this is a 1 to 2-star hotel masquerading as a 3-star. $90+ per night is absolutely too high.

Access from Freeway: Very convenient and quick access… Parking: Plenty of parking spaces and free… Check in: The employee was efficient and personable. Initial Impression of Hotel Upon Entering: The smell of the hotel lobby was very off putting. As soon as I entered, it was a concern because it made me wonder about the ventilation. It was a “stagnant air” smell. This same smell was on the 2nd and third floor. Initial Impression of Hotel Upon Entering Room 342: The unique smell was more pronounced. The smell was of “stagnant air and mold.” The AC unit was running so I knew the air was actually circulating. The details of room was very concerning. Bathroom wall had a large patch, painting around the baseboards was “slopped on”, the dispensers were very low for the average person. Paint on curtains. Curtains looked to be “wet” but were actually dry which made me think they were actually soiled. Bed was spacious because we had a king bed. The comfort level of the bed was ok. Bed was not sturdy which did not allow for a good night sleep. The 4 pillows were small like decorative pillows. Each time we reentered the room, we had to spray air freshener because of the horrible smell. Would not stay at hotel again due to details and smell.

The staff serving breakfast were rude when I asked for more coffee. One staff member was seating down and the other was playing on her phone. Both of them didn't seem to care about serving us guest.

We'd had a long day on the road and I finally found a hotel with an indoor pool not freezing and a great hot tub! There were some decent quick meal options/snacks at the front desk for being too tired to go out. The room was large, very clean and quiet too. I was very happy to stay here! The breakfast was normal but the friendly and efficient staff made it great.

Super quiet, super clean…things that we look for while traveling

The staff were absolutely wonderful. Everyone was polite and kind. The room was just fine, nothing fancy but it did the job. My only sore point was the pool and hot tub. They were clean and easy to use but there is no staff checking in there and we encountered a group of VERY drunk dudes and bud light cans everywhere. We just picked up our stuff and went back upstairs. I would definitely stay there again, we just happened to stay at the same time as people who don’t respect public space. But I’ve also never stayed at a place where a staff member on a Saturday night didnt check to make sure everyone was at least attempting to follow the rules.

Room was decent but bathroom is tight, shower pressure was low and there is a light/vent combo that was extremely loud and disturbed sleep when used during the night

Clean room, very nice and helpful staff, food onsite and in the area was good. It’s an older hotel but well kept.

There was hair on the bathroom floor but it looked clean otherwise. The bed was extremely comfortable. The pool and hot tub was also clean.

The staff were friendly and professional! The property was well kept. The buffet was well stocked and the cleaning professional was an angel! I really enjoyed my stay!

My only concern was the inadequate security in the hotel’s parking lot, which unfortunately led to my car being vandalized.

The room smelled wet yet, due to the hotel being completely booked we couldn’t switch to another room or floor. They can have other breakfast meat options & go easy on the Oregano with the home fries. Also they should think about keeping the cookies coming out at night too.

I had a great stay! I was able to enjoy the gym and the included breakfast was great. I wish I had time to enjoy the hot tub. The staff was amazing especially GiGi. She's truly the best. The property was very clean. My only issue was my toilet seat was warped and melted. I assume from harsh cleaning products. Everything else was perfect. I was even able to walk to Pappadeaux and to truist park for a concert. Thank you so much!

My room was clean and nice. The doors were hard to open had to pull hard. Not really accessible. Smoking area out front needs to be on the side or somewhere other than the front. Other than those two issues. I enjoyed my stay.

Very clean hotel! We stayed one night to go to Better Baseball the next day. Had kids with us too. Beds were not terrible but they could use an upgrade. Would stay here again if in the area and couldn’t afford to try another one with better beds.

The room is undated however the bathroom tub didn’t drain well causing the soil from showering to buildup which and it’s like standing in a pool of dirty water. Other than that the 1 night stay was comfortable, thank you

We plan on taking a couple of trips to Atlanta next year as well and we plan on staying at the Country Inn again.

Very big room looking out onto the pool area. Loads of parking spaces everytime. Easy access to interstate at top of road. Lots of room at breakfast time even when busy. Note that road at bottom is shut off when baseball game finishes, had to divert round top end over interstate to enter hotel car park. Would definitely stay here again if in the area. About 20 to 30 mins to downtown attractions, depending on traffic (of which there is always loads.)

The front desk staff was exceptionally welcoming they made ans set the atmosphere for the entire stay… kudos to the front desk weekend staff everyone even the breakfast staff was great

Excellent experience at this hotel! Staff is very professional, friendly, and kind. It is very obvious that the people who work at this property take pride in their work. Hotel was clean, has nice amenities, and is a close walk to Truist Park for a Braves game.

The hotel was nice. It was a quick safe walk to Truist Park. It is not an upscale hotel. But it was very clean and nice, especially for a reasonable price.

Very clean, good area and very comfortable beds. Even with the highway next to the hotel, it was quiet and comfortable. Close to stadiums and easy access to restaurants.

We stayed 4 nights and absolutely loved it! The staff were amazing! The breakfast was so good and the beds were the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in at a hotel. We will definitely stay there again!

It was the location, center of all my spots that I planned on visiting, and next to I75.

Conveniently located to the ballpark. Shuttle to Battery Park was available for a cost. But also located near transients/ vagabonds. Continental breakfast was a plus. Tub clogged/ slow to drain but maintenance was quick to fix. Close to freeway. All in all, not bad!

Room needed more lighting. We asked for a roll in shower room so I wouldn't fall getting in/out of the tub. Bathroom was nice with plenty of soft towels and lots of room. A/C was set on stun when we arrived, and it was very cold. Turned thermostat up to 75, as it was set on 64, and the heat came on. Microwave was very small, as was the freezer in the minifridge, but we only stayed one night. Pool was beautiful and they had towels. Wanted to go to the hot tub later on but it started thundering and lightning so that was a no go. It was very quiet considering it was right off of I 75. Great price and lots of parking. Would stay there again if ever in that part of town. Staff very nice and helpful too.

Staff was very accommodating friendly. The only suggestion I would have is around the pool put some kind of slip guard while there my daughter failed three times and was not running and another ladies child fell while walking.

The AC in the room didn't work very well. Always felt humid in the room.

Older property. Friendly front desk staff. Average breakfast, more variety would be nice. Close to the ballpark. Be careful of the electrical outlets. I had plugged my dying iPhone in to charge, only to find out that the outlet didn't work correctly.

The property is 1 mile uphill to braves stadium, good news is the hotel next door runs a shuttle for 5 dollars per person to the ball park well worth it, but after the game you can walk back it's down hill! The hotel in general is ok no frills breakfast is ok

The hotel is in great location and feels like a safe area, definitely within walking distance of Truist park. Staff was very friendly and courteous, I would definitely stay here again.

We chose this property due to its location. It was an easy walk to Truist Park/Battery and very safe. Plus it has free parking which isn't that common in the area. We were impressed by how friendly and helpful the staff were. A special shout out to Gigi who checked us in and answered our multitude of questions without batting an eye.

Stephanie greeted us in a warm and hospitable way to set the tone for our stay. She went through the hotel layout, told us the breakfast schedule, suggested dining options and the noon checkout so we did not feel rushed. Beds were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. Great value and we will stay again.

Amazing

Our room was dirty. Found hairs in several places. There was still trash in the trash can. But the worst was losing electricity for over 4 hours. My brother uses a CPAP machine and without power, he couldn't breathe while laying down.
