    This hotel threaten to call the police and have me charged with trespassing because my flight was delayed and i had to check out at 11am so i was sitting in their lobby for 30 min after checking out when this was said to me i have never had an experience like this before the rioms were uncleen bugs were present in the room stained sheets and trash left in cand from previous guest this was hands down the wourst experience i have ever had

    Price was good but upon arrival into the hotel it appeared to be under construction. The front desk host was great. She was very attentive and helpful. Once I got into the elevator and stepped onto the third floor I was immediately met with the smell of marijuana and cigarettes but all the doors had a non smoking sign. Once I entered my room I was completely uncomfortable. I had the suite. The couch had several stains and the carpet just needs to be replaced COMPLETELY. The restroom needs to be redone as well. I would just remodel the whole hotel.

    I made sure before I booked the room that I wanted the tub included. Even by the pics on booking it clearly showed in the pics my room would have a tu . I get to check in they gave me a room with no tub. So I had to get another room but the room they gave me had no heat & we were cold so the staff had a heater i could use. We also saw that the room had a pool so when we checked in they said the pool had been closed for like a year which personally that should have been on the website also & the staff should have let me know. The next day come we mentioned to the staff how I was told that I would be able to get another room so the lady called the other lady who agreed that I could get another room she told the lady that she was not aware !!! I was so aggravated. Then there was hair in the tub and the couch looked nasty with white stuff on it & behind the couch on the counter was nasty. I was not satisfied ! & my room cost like 240 plus 100$ deposit. I let 2 different ladies i wanted to speak to the manager but they kept saying the manager was not in. So i told them to call the manager and said they would not answer. I had to attend my brothers funeral on the 14th. I stayed the 13th & 14th. & my weekend was not great. I feel like I should get my payment back for the room.

    The price was great. The hotel smelled like weed and I received a phone call prior to my arrival stating that if I didn't authorize my card to be charged immediately, my room would be canceled, which it was. I've never heard of that before.

    Parking was good, the staff was nice breakfast was OK. The rooms in need of renovation the carpet strained the bathroom not cleaned properly the tv didn’t work they switch the room and the tv worked but the channel up and down button didn’t the area where the property was looked more industrial nothing interesting the outside was renovated but the inside leaves much to be desired

    I appreciate the availability and option of staying at the hotel. It was during the period where flights were being cancelled for days. The hotel itself was not one where we would stay again if there was another option. My daughter slept in full clothing with hoodie. Did not seem clean

    The front desk employee let me eat breakfast early before the cafe opened because I had such an early flight and I thought that was very nice of him. Where to begin. The couch had cum stains on it. The floors were dirty. The bed had urine stains. There was obvious grime throughout the room. The bathtub had rust on it. The TV didn’t work. As I retrieved the remote that fell behind the dresser I noticed a condom on the floor under the dresser. I didn’t feel like I could be barefoot or touch anything safely. The only reason I stayed was because I was stranded in Atlanta due to flight cancelations. I have videos taken of the room but no photos. If this company would like to see them please let me know.

    Nothing The place has a bad odour, the wooden floor in the elevator felt like you could fall through it and the rooms were gross and in dire need of a reno. Sticky bathroom floor, furniture in disrepair, tv on a stand but leaning against the wall because the stand was broken, stains on the bedding. If I wasn’t desperate for a hotel room because of cancelled flights I would have walked away and booked elsewhere and still paid. Worst place I’ve ever stayed at in my 20 year career travelling. The. Worst.

    Room smelled good was clean Heater smelled like it was burning so I had to turn it off it was super cold as the ac was left on 60 couldn’t sleep properly bc I was super cold.     The lady who does the front desk is rude, took a phone call while we were talking and had it on speaker phone for all to hear. The rooms were disgusting, there were stains on the bed linens, carpet missing, splatters of "I don't know what" on the dresser and bathroom door. The elevator didn't feel safe and I used the stairs, which were barely better- chunks of the concrete floor missing and very hard wear on them. One of the chairs should have been thrown away and replaced decades ago, and the sofa looked so nasty, there was no way I was going to sit on it. Please learn from our mistakes and book anywhere but here.

    Throughout the interaction, Divya was unprofessional and discourteous—she raised her voice, abruptly ended our conversation, and ultimately asked me to leave in a very disrespectful manner. Additionally, my room had significant maintenance issues. The ceiling was leaking due to rain, and when I was moved to another room, that one had an even worse leak. Overall, the situation was handled very poorly and left me extremely dissatisfied. I expect better professionalism, communication, and hospitality from any establishment, and I hope management addresses both the staff conduct and the property’s maintenance issues promptly.

    I called the hotel to tell them that I was arriving after 4pm check in, arriving late at night. when I arrived to hotel they told me that they didn't have any room available, they suggest to call Expedia to get a reimbursement. I called Expedia and they called the hotel to check that I wasn't sleeping there. Place the claim and they told me to wait for 3 days. I called Expedia again and they said that the Hotel says that I did stayed that night at the hotel and that they are not going to reimburse my money. Liars

    The room itself had multiple issues: Stained sheets, only ONE towel in bathroom, red stains on bathroom floor, filthy shower head, etc. Then as if all that wasn’t bad enough..the sofa bed had NO MATTRESS on it and it was COVERED IN STAINS! I would have had a better experience at a 1 star motel. Had it not been so late, I would have left immediately! To the property OWNER…there needs to be some SERIOUS re-evaluation when it comes to maintenance of the hotel. The lack of care and pride in the property is truly unacceptable. And to think I paid almost the same amount as I would have at the Radisson or Marriott..which are definitely better in terms of quality and comfort. Unless there’s a change in the future, I would NEVER recommend this hotel to anyone who cares about cleanliness and comfort.

    The place was not safe, guess smoking on the floors with no smoking sign, people walking around with a gun. Smell of Marijuana on the 3 floor coming from the room, the place so ghetto. The room and the towels was not properly clean. Overall, the property need a lot of improvements.

    Bridget , Jaylen and Lopez are amazing at the front desk! The pool is one of the amenities that’s attracting the guest but it doesn’t work and doesn’t seem like they’re trying to fix it either. Breakfast is the same every morning they never serve fresh fruit. I went down at 8:30 one morning and they were serving the same sausages and scramble eggs they serve every morning was game. I asked the lady at the desk if she would make more and she said they don’t cook after 8:30, then why is breakfast served until 9 if its a possibility you could come down and not get anything. The stuff in their store is definitely over priced but its the only convenience at the time because theirs really nothing over there other than gas stations. The AC’s in the hallway are all leaking on each floor. The weekend rate $140 for one night is not worth it. They say no pets allowed but they pick and choose who can stay with their pets. Had to stay here because I was having some housing issues but I will never stay here again!!!

    When showering the running water it was stop up in the tub. The carpet on the floor was wet due to the refrigerator leaking water to the floor. The towels needed to be throw away dirty with stains then they wash them for customer to use . Didn't have face clothes. Need a refund!!

    The hotel smelled, the pull out sofa had mold on it, not enough towels, the pool was closed, the coffee was cold, no juice, eggs and sausage old and dried out, breakfast area not clean, trash outside piled up for the whole weekend. Another guest checking in came into my room in the middle of the night because they had a key to do so, we were both very surprised and I almost had a panic attack.Had my cell phone stolen after accidentally leaving it in the room before checking out. Looked around for a hour and only 1 employee the maintenance man was helpful trying to find it. There are old nasty mattresses outside in the back of the hotel. Was told by front desk the hotel is under new owner ship, hopefully they start to do better.

    Terrible, the first room the sofa was stin and dirty all over, the bed sheets were satin and dirty. The whole hotel it need an update and walls was dirty and it needs a whole remodalation. Breakfast in the morning, no coffee , no knife, no jelly, etc. 2nd room was disgusting with 2 bed and both sheets were stained, tables were with sticky liquid, and the phone was not working. 3rd and last was a little bit better, but needs improvement

    The hotel needs to be renovated along with new furniture. I had to be relocated to a new room upon arrival due to the sleeper couch not having a mattress, it was stained, and broken. The second room, although had a mattress it was also heavily and Grossly stained. There was an insect in the room and your outlets are compromised. The breakfast area needs improvements with more healthy choices. Thank you. We appreciate the free parking and the location was conducive for our needs.

    The staff promised to take care of an error in the Expedia.com reservation but never did. After MANY calls to the hotel I still was not able to speak with a live person to resolve this issue. There was a lack of a human being to explain my case as all calls were routed to an automatic system. I am very disappointed that after trying several different phone numbers that were given to me by their “reservations” service ,none were answered by an actual PERSON.

    I didn’t like how loud bugs in my rooms random was flying around or how they even got in . Roaches pop out soon I put my cup or drink down . I stayed for 3 nights and every night I saw roaches crawling on my things . Awful stay . Unfortunately I had no where to go . I should have just slept in my car instead . Other than the bugs the staff was pretty easy to deal with and the area was convenient to where I work .

    I tried to stay there yesterday, had to switch rooms, when I first got there, due to no mirror in bathroom,,, also remote wasn’t working, went to front desk they couldn’t find a remote for tv… then the climate unit wasn’t working properly, went to front desk they said that they would come to my room and tell me when they had another room available but no one came, so it had gotten so warm in the room, I checked out after being there 3 hours,, I ask for manager but haven’t available, called this morning and no call back because mailbox is full… Very bad experience

The bathroom had ants crawling everywhere and bugs at the window. Our AC didn’t work, the electricity kept going off and on, the water doesn’t get hot, the shower pressure is terrible. Our room smelled like smoke and cigarettes. There’s nothing around the hotel area. Overall you get what you pay for. I would stay for 1-2 days if you’re on a budget. Front desk was okay, first dude was nice the other one was a smart head.

The pool is out of services. Complete theives . This is operated by a self owner and just using the comfort inn brand name!! Do not book guys. Might look great in pictures but is horrible.     DO NOT BOOK I REPEAT DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL. Services is horrible they will try hard not to refund your money and do complete fraud. The hotel room toilet was leaking. The pool is out of services. Complete theives . This is operated by a self owner and just using the comfort inn brand name!! Do not book guys. Might look great in pictures but is horrible. They are doing fraud and I’m working on a case against this hotel. Reporting fraud asap! Don’t not book

    The rooms are filthy. The hallways and elevator are sticky, doors super filthy. We were given forks to eat our cereal and there was no coffee available in the morning. The coffee maker had a mouldy tea bag inside. The attendant in the morning was more concern about looking at her social media than to answer my question. Stay away from it.

    The hotel was very run down. Lots of issues with plumbing and furniture. One room had a leaky toilet that flooded the bathroom and carpet outside the bathroom. One room had a big red stain on the floor. A pillowcase had a burn hole in it. Bath tubs were old. The rooms haven’t been update in along time. One bright spot was that the beds were comfortable.

    Convenient to major interstate, food can be delivered if ordered if hungry between 12-4 am. Room,fridge and bathroom needed to be cleaned better. Staff pretty nice and helpful

    Couldn’t leave food around for long or it will be attacked by ants…elevator was alil shaky and the beds were alil high to get up on, had my mother whose in her 70s and 4’10 was hard for her to get in bed… but it was decent had a bunch a restaurants 5 mins away

    The rooms were horrible..loud ac all nite tv didnt work 1st nite..bed linen was dirty and when reported to front desk they gave us sheets to change ourselves and when i checked out..two of my car windows were busted out and car broken into

    We were glad to leave this hotel. First, the A/c in the lobby was out but no one told us when/if it was going to be fixed. Then the pool was shut down for maintenance and that was SPECIFICALLY why we chose that hotel. With 2 kids in the car for 9 hours we needed a place for them to move and relax. Then our first room had a rusted out tub. Our second room had no a/c. Our 3rd room had no comforters on the beds. What a disappointment.

    Upon checking in no AC in the lobby or elevator breakfast was ok but not great swimming pool is always closed Going into the room there was dirty towels and even when I had them change it the newer one still smelled there was cockroaches in the bathroom room AC can not cool the room properly they need a lot of improvement
