Guy at the desk claims to not know which rooms have fridges, and that he can’t find this out prior to the experiment of moving you to another room. This time I asked for a refund - which he said he gave. Yet to have time to confirm.

The property had electricity cords hanging exposed everywhere, The shower had roaches crawling out of the sink, the bed had cigarette holes in them, the staff was terrible like the one that acts like he’s a cop and especially the one that has the front black curly hair, also the Indian lady that don’t know English well is so rude! We get there and the guy with the black hair asks me if I want a queen room or a king room and I said king and he makes me pay extra money. Well I get there to the room, and it’s a queen size bed in a queen size room. We went and told him and asked for a king size bed and he said that’s what his computer said it was so he had his boyfriend that was the pretend cop to go check it and sure enough even the pretend cop said it was a queen bed but nothing we could do about it. So we had to pay extra and sleep on a hard mattress. Then I had a couple friends over because I don’t live around here, there was four of us, me & my fiance,my fiancés friend and another friend. Well 1 of them just came in to use the bathroom and left and my fiancés other friend stayed and we had to pay $12 even though he was just hanging out with us and then gonnaIt was ridiculous! Went fast

The front desk agent was extremely rude and had no compassion or empathy. I reserved a room online and I went to check in. When I got to my room it was nasty. I immediately start itching. There was black mold im the bathroom and holes in the wall from some type of unfinished repair. I went to inform the. Front desk that there was mold and asked if I could have another room. I was met with attitude and condescending remarks. I was told that there were no other rooms and a refund was my only option. I would not recommend this property

There's a sign that said under construction, but it felt like a ruse so they don't have to fix things. There was a spare tv on my bed before getting relocated to a new room. The blanket had a cigarette burn on it, and the carpets were dirty. Pool was down and fitness center was used as a storage closet. Staff was friendly enough, but the hotel left a lot to be desired

The shower did not drain properly and I brought it up to the lobby staff. I also told the lobby staff that the toilet did not drain properly either. Nothing was done to fix these issues.

This location doesn’t invest money on fixing things that are broken in the hotel room. My room is not properly clean.

Place is clearly being renovated currently, but I had everything I needed and nothing was disrupting. I was still able to do my work and attend my meetings. Room size was very spacious! I would stay again.

The hotel was affordable and in a decent area, but unfortunately our stay was very disappointing. The property was under renovation, and the reception ceiling was not fully covered, which did not give a good first impression. Check-in and key collection were simple, but the hallway had a very strong smell of cigarettes and weed. The room also had a lingering smoke smell, likely from people smoking inside, and the carpet held the odor. The air conditioner was extremely loud, and worst of all, we saw cockroaches in the room. It’s unfortunate because the location and price are reasonable, but the cleanliness, smell, and overall comfort really need serious improvement.

Not too bad for the price. Though, the floor I was assigned had someone smoking. So, the smell on the outside of that floor was a bit choking. It had me rushing into my assigned room everytime I had to step out.

Neutral - though I got a non-smoking room, it still smelled of cigarette smoke. However, this is a smoking hotel, and the smell could be largely dealt with using the air conditioning, as such, this doesn't affect my rating. Just be aware of this. Positives - the beds were clean with no stains, and soft. The carpet as well. All in all You get what you pay for. Its pretty poor conditions, but can be worth it if it's needed to for budget. I would avoid going here if possible, however it will remain on my radar if absolutely necessary.

The male him and his companion were showing signs of Dr.. abu.. The child started crying and told me what she experienced because she was literally standing behind me and I did not see what the make had otherwise trust me it would have been a lot more commotion. The whole hallway on the second floor smelled of 420. I drove from Texas through 5 states only to experience this. To say the least this was not an experience I would care to reminisce on. Air conditioner did not blow cool, little to no staff, outdated semi clean room, parking on point-(good)

We traveled well over 12 hours and when we were finally going to be able to lay our heads down for the night, we checked into the “Hotel California!” This place is disgusting. The room looked like a crime scene with biohazard materials on the floor. Literal dog vomit with kibble next to it, and brownish red stains on the carpet that looked like blood. There are brown water stains on everything from lampshades to curtains. Speaking of the curtains the moth’s had a better time than we did. The bathroom shower curtain rod almost fell out of the wall when we moved the shower curtain to check the facilities. I can’t describe that in words. Disgusting is the only thing that comes to mind. The bedding was filthy to say the least, and to say the most it had old bio hazard stains on it. We called down to the desk. They gave us another room and that one was no better and as we are leaving to get back into the elevator, we see dog poop in the corner next to the elevator. This place is basically a no tell motel. If I could give it negative stars I would.

The location was easy to find my way back to the highway and local stores to grab a bite to eat, gas up and be on my way. The staff was not to helpful when it came time for me to check in I waited on the staff a good 15 minutes at the check in window before the female came up to help me even though I was in sight of their tea party. Then I must have waited another 29 minutes for her to check me in with another 3 trips back to the office to get the right key for my room or a key that works. Then I couldn't find the room two different times before I finally frustrated acted out to the staff and was carefully directed to the correct room. The most frustrating check in of my life.

The room was clean. The bed was soft. The comforter was soft. The ice machines were good. The vending had a good selection. The front desk receptionist were professional, cordial, and top tier. Great location near all cuisines (Korean, Japanese, Chinese, Thai, Indian, Persian, Nigerian, etc.) Walking distance from shoppers as well. I didn't have anything that I didn't like. It served me well for my short trip.

I have never (prior to this) in my 6 years of traveling for work asked for a refund. I asked for a refund and left. I didn’t even set my stuff down. I hope that this facility can clean up their act because it truly looked and felt like the set of a horror film.

First off, the manager was extremely disrespectful. No professionalism, no concern, just a nasty attitude like helping guests was beneath them. The lack of basic manners and customer service is honestly unbelievable. Now let’s talk about the main issue — my toilet was clogged for TWO DAYS. I reported it multiple times, and not only was there no real solution, but the staff acted completely nonchalant like it wasn’t even a problem. A clogged toilet is a basic necessity, not some minor inconvenience. But here’s where it gets even worse — staff came into my room and instead of fixing the ONE issue that actually mattered, they made up my bed, changed the TV channel, turned off the bathroom light, and opened the curtains… and then LEFT with the toilet STILL clogged. So you had time to touch everything in my room except the actual problem??? Then when I brought it up again, the manager had the nerve to say there was a “Do Not Disturb” sign on my door — which is a complete lie because my room doesn’t even HAVE a sign. So now on top of poor service, there’s dishonesty and excuses instead of accountability. The level of inconvenience and disrespect is unreal. No urgency, no communication, no regard for guests or their space. It honestly feels like they just do whatever they want and expect customers to deal with it. poor!

The place is outdated and needs to be teared down. The sofa in my room was probably made in the 70's. TV had no cable service. No USB charger anywhere.

Stayed for several months for work purpose . And my whole stay was enjoyable and pleasant. From assistant with great customer service at the front desk , to awesome team of housekeeping.. Well of around applause 👏

Disgusting place to stay used soap when we walked in the bathroom. Went to take a shower and the placement for the shower hose broken and all the water gets all over the bathroom floor bed looked like somebody stayed and all they did was just fix the blankets but not replaced its creepy and dirty never going back.

It was fairly easy to check in. I had to find the correct doors to access my room closest. The ice machine was not on so I could not rely in my cooler to restock with ice. I managed my own removal of trash from my room and did my own bed. There was no hair dryer or shampoo. (But I had shampoo packs from a previous hotel in my bag.) I was OK with minimal room services. The room refrigerator was all cold and no freezing which was OK. I was able to chill my ice packs enough to use for my cooler. There were outlets to plug in a laptop and charge my phone. It felt like I was using my apartment unit rather than a hotel room. I liked the close access to Doraville Station. I am likely to stay here again, now wiser about what is included or not so I know what to pack next time. If you are here mainly to have a clean room and doing other activities elsewhere, this is fine.

No laundry, small rooms, cleaning staff is rude

In 5 nights house keeping came by once. The building was falling apart, holes in the walls, molds on the bathroom ceiling, etc

The daytime older gentleman was annoyed we arrived early. He got a room. It smelled like smoke and @$$. We asked for another room. This clerk was friendlier. He looked as if he were searching. He had the security guard (nice fellow) go with me to change rooms. The new room was better but smelled musty. Once we got settled, we observed lamps cracked tear in the carpet, the bottom pard of the bathroom door had been shorn off, the ceiling over the tub was coming apart.

Be careful with the deposit probably won’t get it back

This place is dirty and has bugs everywhere. My husband had a rash and was itching everywhere.

Before we arrived,we tried calling the hotel’s number on numerous occasion,due to the fact we would arrive after the check-in time. We had to call at least 12 times before someone finally picked up the phone. I told them we would be late,and if they could hold the room. The clerk assured me that they would. When we arrived,the key card would not work. They took it,hot som keys on the computer,gave it back. Still didn’t work. When we finally got in,the room was changed from what we booked. We asked why;they didn’t have a good reason. The room also smelled awful. They gave us a different room for the night,smelled a little better. At 10am I went to the front desk and they put us in a much better room (that we originally booked) smelled better,and cleaner. No hair dryer,or ironing board. We also got stuck in their courtyard,by the pool which was not available for use. We had to find a way to escape the courtyard which I won’t explain. The daytime front desk clerk was rude,until I reminded him that We are paying customers. The cleaning and maintenance staff was very polite and professional. I would not stay there again,knowing what I experienced. The first couple days ice machines didn’t work,washing machines were filled with water and smelled very bad;we had to spray air fresheners in the lobby by the washing machines.

There were people hanging around all of the entrances smoking and the room reeked of smoke. I immediately went to the front desk and asked to cancel my reservation and get my money back. The front desk staff said yes and that they refunded it already on their end and I just needed to contact expedia. Well, I immediately contacted expedia from the parking lot and they said they would just be in touch with the hotel and verify the refund. I left to find alternative lodging as it was late and my children and I needed a place to sleep. It's now almost a week later and I still don't have my money refunded, or any promise of refund from expedia. Don't stay at this place unless you like the smell of smoke, having weird high dudes hitting on you in the elevator, and giving away your money for services not rendered.

If it wasn’t for the location and the fact they have a big parking area I would not go back to this place. The only ok to look at area is the front lobby the rest of the property needs overhauling and full renovation if not tear down and rebuilt. The whole place Smelled like weed they have a secured wing which I expected to be a little better but it’s all the same condition old and worn out. If you not in a pinch and have choices avoid this place

The furniture was old and broken, but I guess that was OK. People were smoking cigarettes and I could smell weed all night. The carpets were old and had seen better days. Lots of old stains in the carpet, and on the desk chair. The room I could live with, especially for the price, but the constant smell of weed and cigarettes gave me a headache.

I would of slept at the city dump before staying at this hotel.

I can’t even tell you guys how the stay was because I didn’t check in. Upon arrival after traveling 3 hours we were told the hot water wasn’t working ! So we cancelled and went elsewhere.

Allowed me an early check in as I arrived about 4 hrs early. That was very helpful.

Staff was ok. They didn't give me the correct type of room I booked online for. Went to ask for right room and they said they were sold out. Room was dirty all over. Walls with holes, curtains tore up, clogged sink, tub, and toilet was stained and nasty looking. Even looked like it had bloods stains in bathroom counter. AC was broken didn't work, could barely sleep bc it was so hot. No microwave and it had ROACHES. Elevator and corridors smelled like weed. Room also stunk of smoke. I do NOT recommend this place to anyone ever and would never stay here EVER again in my life. I would rather sleep in my car. I'd probably feel safer and comfortable in my car.

Rude staff, hardly wanted to clean, no fridge at first and my AC went out. They DO NOT have a restaurant as they show in their pictures.

This is a nice affordable place to stay. It is convenience to all the highway/freeway with a lot of ethnics restaurants nearby. The parking/check in process was a breeze. My biggest complain is that I noticed a few small cockroach crawled in the room where I stayed. I am not sure if this is the only room that got infected but hopefully this issue will be taken care the next time I book for another stay

I booked a stay here because of a supposed 7.2 rating. There were bugs everywhere. Food uncleaned in the halls, walked into our room with two full beds, and there were 7 roaches seen in less than two minutes, the first of which I saw walking in the bed! How anyone can stay in a place like that is beyond me. Holes in the wall covered by tape, “guests” at the side door were scattered around the door smoking pot. Pretty sure I saw a drug deal happen as we unpacked the car, if you value cleanliness and safety, don’t book here.

If you’re looking for something quick and cheap for one night, it’s not the most horrible place but I would definitely suggest looking somewhere else. There were cockroaches in the halls, the carpets weren’t placed down properly in our room, our lamps barely worked, and bedsheet didn’t properly fit our bed. It was fine for what we needed but it wasn’t comfortable at all.

DO NOT STAY HERE. Almost every room door has been attempted to be broken into. We arrived and the power was out (no big deal, not their fault) so we were told “security” would be coming to let us into our room. A man dressed in street clothes came with a gun on his hip to let us into our room. While we waited for our room we could hear screaming and crying in one of the rooms. There was a man doing drugs, half unconscious in the stairwell. The whole hotel is filthy and smells awful. And to top it off when we got into the room, the deadbolt had been previously busted so it didn’t lock. The blanket had stains, cigarette holes, and a woman’s hair on it. We left the hotel immediately due to feeling unsafe and concern for illness/disease. This place shouldn’t even be open.

Overall Average. Good for price. They said they provide microwave but I didn’t get it.

The hotel is full of junkies and drug dealers.

Stay was great for the price. Hotel is definitely dated, but only major issue was other guests hanging out in the parking lot smoking pot. I mean, do your thing but not right at the entrance where people are forced to walk through it

Unfortunately, the pictures look much better than the actual property. My family and I stayed for 3 nights. Although the hotel advertises a smoke free property, our floor had marijuana smoke on a couple occasions. Our room was not prepared properly- half used toilet paper roll and no extra, 3 towels in stead of 4 (4 person room), no hair dryer, refrigerator stand broken, desk chair broken, bed sheets too small for beds (only covers 1 inch around the bed), and shower faucet coming apart from shower. I honestly wonder who is posting this place any higher than a 5 of 10. The reviews definitely do not reflect a true evaluation of the property. When needing service in the evening around 8:30, the office manager was away from the desk at one night for 45 min. Many people, including myself, waited in the lobby until the manager would return. Even when trying to call to hopefully reach the manager, no one answered. The only positives to list are the lobby was clean and nice, a working air conditioning unit, and no bed bugs.

It was a ugly experience. I made a reservation of 2 rooms because we was traveling with family and kids, so the front desk guy didn't accept card, he said only cash, so they have ATM on the lobby but they charge 7 dollars to get the money, and also they gave me 1 room in the second floor and 1 room in 4 floor, i reserved 2 suites with king size bed but the gave me only one king size the other was queen, i show the guy my reservation, and he said if you want your money you can go and look for other hotel, but kids was very tired and we already got all the suitcases, so we decided to stay there,. The whole hotel smells like weed, and cockroach was under the desk in kids room.. is nasty the smell of the rooms and the front desk guy is super rude.. i will never ever stay in that hotel.

I know this place is cheap, but i stay in a lot of cheap hotels, and none were as bad as this. Walking into the lobby it seemed okay. I went to my room and there were literally 10 cockroaches in an hour. One of which was giant and was on my bed. Extremely dirty place. Everything had a sticky film layer on it. I talked to the front desk and the completely shrugged me off. I wanted to leave and asked for a refund and they denied it. Went back to the room and found two more cockroaches. Went and just slept in my car, which I ended up doing both nights. Contacted hotels.com for a refund and they called the front desk who lied to the customer service and said I never complained, so they denied my refund. Upset with hotels.com but it's not really their fault since the hotel is run by lying scumbags.

Just a little walk from the MARTA station, this hotel really fit the bill. It was comfortable and clean, but could really use an update and a little maintenance. The hallway and room smelled like it was a pretty weed friendly location, but we weren't there to party. The fixtures and tilework were showing their age, the tub wasn't draining very well and the wallpaper was held up with packaging tape, otherwise the room was quite comfortable and clean, not to mention inexpensive! The bed was very good, and the a/c worked great. Did the job!

We were sent to 2 different rooms on floor 4 and both were dirty. Till we finally got one on the first floor. There were cops there too one truck and 2 cars and always people blocking the one entrance to get into the hotel.
