Excellent staff. Great location. Large suite. Rubbish under bed from previous occupant. No in room safe. Loud music from pool area at neighbouring hotel. Room not serviced on one day.

The staff was friendly and accommodating. After checkout I realized I didn't have my phone, when I returned to see of I could look around my room there was no problem. Someone met me at the room and allowed me to double check. Getting in the parking deck could be easier.

I had a room on the 14th floor with a private balcony with a city view but there was no chairs out there to sit and enjoy the view. The room itself needed to be updated, the carpets kind of felt like they had leftover soap residue on them and the room itself felt kind of sticky like their was moisture in the air and no fans to circulate the mugginess. The bathroom had cracked tiles and the tub had a sprayer attached that I tried to use but it was shooting water out from where the sprayer was attached. The tiles around the tub walls were cracked as well. Room service was great and the restaurant down stairs did have good food and was pretty fast and that was very convenient. The rooms were supposed to be sound proof but you could hear the doors slamming very hard from other rooms so I was woke up at 5 am from some one next to us going in and out of the room. I felt like it wasn’t that great of a room for the money I spent, felt like I was staying at a Red Roof Inn with a restaurant.

The staff was great- helpful and friendly. We walked to breakfast spots which was good. And we weren't far from other spots. The beds are so comfortable and the room is big The sliding door between the room and sink area didn't have a knob or handle so it was hard to open and close. I also wish there was a microwave in the room.

very easy to get into and super clean ! there was cobwebs up on the wall and the door locks were jammed a bit so kinda inconvenient with a two people stay

The room staff and front desk staff were great! The bed was horrible and the pillows were all so lumpy it hurt my neck to even lay on them. There are no USB ports in the room so everything was VERY outdated.

Great location but the value ends there, tv service cuts in and out, staff is unfriendly and unhelpful and you’ve got to wait ten minutes for the water to get hot in the tiny shower stall

This hotel looked like a relic from the 90’s and felt dirty. Seriously outdated. Did not expect that experience from a Marriott branded hotel. I’ve stayed at better motels. Disappointing.

It was clean Parking was limited. The spaces were small. My car got dented and it cost me 45.00 to park overnight.

The staff was nice. Check-in and out was easy. I would have liked to have a regular room and not a handicap one. Breakfast took forever because they had one waitress for the whole restaurant and we were trying. To get to a cheer competition.

I had two rooms and both had problems with the air conditioners. I woke up in the middle of the night to a hot room. Also overheard someone else having problems with theirs.

It's fine, but the hotel is pretty tired and needs renovating. I was charged $45 for wifi, despite logging in using my Bonvoy number which said it'd be free, and it took a few phonecalls to get it refunded.

I loved the room, even though it needed updating. The additional space was a Godsend especially because we were there for a multi day wedding event at the four seasons. The staff at the hotel is excellent. After ordering, breakfast is slow. The room is very clean.

The staff was very hospitable and the breakfast selection was also very good. I would definitely stay here the next time I come to Atlanta!

They need to update their website with hotels. Com and even though front desk said they had it showed a pool one of the maib reasons for choosing. Even cleaning lady told us 3rd floor and apparently hadnt been one in 6 year's. Although it Cleary shows on website. It is what it was. Other than that nice location nice hotel.

Hotel needs a serious up grade. Extremely dated and boring site. The parking garage is horrible and there is a $40 charge that’s ridiculous considering how low the ceilings. I will never stay here again. The staff was friendly.

I checked in and my reservation includes breakfast, yet the associate at the front desk said ‘sorry, it’s not on her list’ even though I showed her my receipt showing the included purchase. The complete disregard and inability to assist was astonishing. The room was old and underwhelming but I’m here for one night for work. I would expect the services purchased and the efforts of customer service.

Door locks didn't work, smoke detector hanging, windows dirty, carpet tore up and had pumps in it causing trip points. Dirty. For $700 for two nights along with $40 parking per day is ridiculous for this room.

What really stands out is the incredibly friendly staff at the hotel. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. Spacious and clean room. Great location with easy access to all of Midtown.

Hotel was a cool stay for the price but they get there money from buying breakfast and everything extra was a cost. I saw a few bugs forwards the end of my stay. Elevator takes waaaay too long. If it wasn’t for a balcony and a jetted tub I would never book a stay here!

We enjoyed our stay, but was disappointed that the pool was empty. Staff was friendly and the food was excellent downstairs. Walkable to our other venues. Overall a pleasant atmosphere and experience.

The customer service was outstanding! KK at the bar was phenomenal and truly made the stay even better!

We really enjoyed everything except the physical parking lot and charge rate for daily parking, too expensive!

The service was fine but the beds were terrible. None of us (3) slept well. We were too hot and every time the air conditioner came on there was a sound like semi trucks were coming in on us.

The tvs did not work. I call down and report it and the front desk lady said she would send some one up to loom at it. Then 15 min later called and said the guy didnt have the key card to get in the tv system and i would have to wait until saturday morning and noone never came.

I think property should make sure everything is properly working in each room after every check-out

The lady that checked me in was amazing! She upgraded my room and the view was incredible!

Very clean and convenient

Excellent location, suite size was good, insides of room are old and need updating but everything worked just fine, sofa bed was poor and hard to sleep on.

This was my 6th time staying at Marriott Midtown Atlanta! Great stay, great staff!

Stay wasn’t too bad, checking in was fast and easy. My biggest complaint was the air wasn’t working so my room was hot all night and the water didn’t get very hot.

Amazing. The only bar staff during thanksgiving were amazing! The front desk was happy and thoughtful made the vacation and holiday.

This nice hotel is located next to a Starbucks, very close to a grocery store, and close to a diverse suit of restaurants. You pay for parking (daily rate).

This was a birthday gift to me! This room type is a marriage saver. I mean that in the best way. My husband and I love to watch different tv. It was very important that we each had our own space when needed. I love the fact that there is an enclosed balcony and an open one. The city view from the room was fantastic. All of our activities planned were in the vicinity of the hotel. Loved, Loved, Loved the location and staff. Chris the concierge was wonderful and so very helpful he listened too all of my needs. Thank you we will come again!

Amazing stay over thanksgiving. Stayed at the four seasons the year before. The staff was okay. Stayed at the Atlanta Marriot and had a much better experience for 1/4 of the price. The staff made all the difference.

The staff are polite and very helpful

My stay was decent, only issue was that I purchased the parking option and was still charged for this service by the hotel!

The property was amazing and very close to the event I was attending 11 min walk to piedmont park. Cleaning was ok, there was a souvenir under the bed and I was a bit disgusted that it was still there. Overall the property was quiet, friendly staff and the guests were amazing. Our room location was near the elevator and that was great and we didn’t hear the elevator at all.
