    The staff was friendly and accommodating. After checkout I realized I didn't have my phone, when I returned to see of I could look around my room there was no problem. Someone met me at the room and allowed me to double check. Getting in the parking deck could be easier.

    I had a room on the 14th floor with a private balcony with a city view but there was no chairs out there to sit and enjoy the view. The room itself needed to be updated, the carpets kind of felt like they had leftover soap residue on them and the room itself felt kind of sticky like their was moisture in the air and no fans to circulate the mugginess. The bathroom had cracked tiles and the tub had a sprayer attached that I tried to use but it was shooting water out from where the sprayer was attached. The tiles around the tub walls were cracked as well. Room service was great and the restaurant down stairs did have good food and was pretty fast and that was very convenient. The rooms were supposed to be sound proof but you could hear the doors slamming very hard from other rooms so I was woke up at 5 am from some one next to us going in and out of the room. I felt like it wasn’t that great of a room for the money I spent, felt like I was staying at a Red Roof Inn with a restaurant.

    The staff was great- helpful and friendly. We walked to breakfast spots which was good. And we weren't far from other spots. The beds are so comfortable and the room is big The sliding door between the room and sink area didn't have a knob or handle so it was hard to open and close. I also wish there was a microwave in the room.

Less thrilled about coffee in room (plastic holder, only refilled by room service -- and I don't want room service even during a 4-night stay). Room could not be made fully dark given parking garage across the way and doors with WINDOWS IN THEM between living area and bedroom. Elevator squeaked ALL NIGHT LONG (or so it seemed) as people returned to their own spaces. On two of my four nights, I could smell another guests smoke from weed. Ugh.

There was no microwave in the room which is also crazy. Especially for the money that we paid. The front desk employee's were very good. Valet was pretty accommodating. Overall stay 3.5 stars. This hotel most definitely needs some serious upgrades.

    I loved the room, even though it needed updating. The additional space was a Godsend especially because we were there for a multi day wedding event at the four seasons. The staff at the hotel is excellent. After ordering, breakfast is slow. The room is very clean.

However, my kids could’ve used an extra blanket on their pull out sofa. They got by with a sheet and thin blanket, but an extra would’ve been more comfortable for them. Again, these are just minor improvements and the overall experience was good!

    This was a birthday gift to me! This room type is a marriage saver. I mean that in the best way. My husband and I love to watch different tv. It was very important that we each had our own space when needed. I love the fact that there is an enclosed balcony and an open one. The city view from the room was fantastic. All of our activities planned were in the vicinity of the hotel. Loved, Loved, Loved the location and staff. Chris the concierge was wonderful and so very helpful he listened too all of my needs. Thank you we will come again!

    The property was amazing and very close to the event I was attending 11 min walk to piedmont park. Cleaning was ok, there was a souvenir under the bed and I was a bit disgusted that it was still there. Overall the property was quiet, friendly staff and the guests were amazing. Our room location was near the elevator and that was great and we didn’t hear the elevator at all.
