    The staff was very friendly the only thing we missed was a microwave in our room but other than that everything was great it did rain of course no one has controlled over that but it got better and was able to walk to the food court the location is awesome especially for walking in the area No microwave in the room

Went back down showed them pictures of room. They did give me free breakfast coupons. But it were other guest this or something like it was happening the same day. Hotel cost a lot so there should not be issues like this going on a holiday weekend. All the Uber drivers went to the wrong hotel 5 times. Too close to the other hotel.

    The parking structure payment needs to be a lot clearer on your website and to all third-party vendors looking for you while I was there several people did not understand and it took issue with the parking policy cuz a lot of us believe that parking was included to find out that it wasn't and it was $40 a day and then some other convoluted conversation I was cool I have the money to cover it but that's just something you may want to be a little bit clearer on in the future

    The breakfast was awesome, and the lady who ran the buffet (A sweet African American Lady), on Mother's Day morning, was very, very, very nice and the buffet was stacked very nicely!! The facility, to include the rooms were very well kept! The young man who was there when we checked in on May 9th, didn't smile and was NOT welcoming at all! Secondly, the sign in front of the building said parking was $40 for overnight, yet we were charged $55 and we had to park our own vehicle. If you're going to charge $55 per night, then it should have been valet.

    Initially, I had requested a king-sized bed, and while my room ultimately featured two comfortable double beds, this posed no inconvenience for my brief visit. The beds themselves providing an exceptionally restful night's sleep. The hotel's midtown location was a significant asset, right in the heart of a vibrant district. Its central positioning offered access to a dining establishments, diverse retail outlets, and a myriad of entertainment options, all within a convenient stroll. While the overall experience was excellent, I did note a couple of areas where enhancements could further elevate the guest experience. The in-room lighting, though perhaps designed for a particular ambiance (which I understand might be characteristic of AC Hotels), could benefit from additional brighter options to improve functionality, especially in the main living space. Furthermore, while the full-length mirror discreetly placed on the back of the door was a clever use of space, a slightly larger or more prominently located mirror would be a valuable addition for guests. I will definitely stay again.

    Very friendly and courteous staff. We enjoyed the clean, well appointed room. And the lobby bar and bartender were both so nice. Would recommend. This didn’t bother us, but the rooftop bar has loud music playing until 11. So if you need to sleep earlier than that, request a room far away from the bar.

We told the desk clerk and they said they would send someone up while we were gone, but when we got back the issue wasn’t fixed, nor did it look like someone even came to check the problem as the towels we put down over the problem area were still in the same place.

    My family stayed at the AC Hotel Midtown Atlanta for two nights over the weekend, and unfortunately, our experience fell short of expectations.     Courtney is absolutely amazing and accommodating. She went above and beyond to tell us travel advice good locations to eat and had such a great personality that even if there was something to complain about she would’ve overshadowed it. Parking was cheap and affordable compared to other hotels. No loud noise. Great food and bar services great night venue for us adults right around the corner. She is absolutely amazing.     The AC hotel was amazing! From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming and accommodating. Every staff member I interacted with was kind, pleasant, and helpful. They always had smiles on their faces and were willing to assist me with whatever I needed. The room was immaculate, and the beds were very comfortable, which is rare for me to experience in hotels. Even the housekeeping staff were friendly and pleasant in the hallways. I was so satisfied with my stay that I decided to become a Bonvoy member, as I plan on returning to the same hotel in the next few months. Although I didn't get their names, I wish I had, so that I could acknowledge the amazing staff who made my stay so enjoyable.

    After the event, I tried to have food ready for them and not only waited over an hour at the rooftop bar for our food, but was repeatedly updated that this or that food that I had ordered was out. Eventually, I ordered two flatbreads(that had not chicken because it was out), one order of sliders and an order of steak bites...once in our room, we had two flatbreads and sliders and no steak bites...so, needless to say not impressed with food service. The saving grace of this visit was the staff. Firstly, at the front desk, Cornelius was fantastic. He was friendly and caring and took good care of us. The food and beverage manager, who we did not bog down with our complaints about the bar, happened to be passing by when we had a parking issue and was a big help and super friendly and professional. The bartender was also nice and professional despite the food availability issues. The hotel is nice and clean, our room was good and location convenient. Just needed more urgency on the room being ready and the food service..

    Happy with our stay. We enjoy walking and everything we wanted to do was walkable. Even if something was far... the ease of walking through the surrounding neighborhoods was enjoyable. Whole Foods was just down the street and plenty of places to eat were available near by. Staff at check in and check out were friendly and easy to talk to. Would stay again. I only have 2 complaints. 1. AC/heat worked well.... but very loud when it kicked on in room 835. Difficult to sleep soundly when you are waking up everytime. 2. No hot water in the morning to shower. Hot water was supposedly out throughout the hotel. We were offered complimentary breakfast to make it right. We asked for free parking instead and that was honored. Overall, happy with our experience.

    This was a solo trip to get away and recharge. Overall disappointed with the hotel from what I had expected. Half the bar food menu was unavailable, the room temp was all over the place, the lobby was frigid at all times, and the front desk couldn’t have cared less when I mentioned my disappointment with my stay. Zero apologies and all excuses.

    AC Hotel Midtown was wonderful. We stayed there for the Music Midtown festival so it's a pretty chaotic weekend. Even though the hotel was full and there were a lot of people coming and going, all of the staff were exceptional and took very good care of us. The premises and rooms were well kept and very clean. The hotel has added security measures so only hotel guests, with a key, can access the floors with rooms.

The location is close to tons of restaurants and shops so definitely a walkable hotel. Parking was close in the garage next to the hotel and felt really safe.     Front office staff unfriendly. All rooms are faced towards the pool where they play loud music all day. A cleaning manager wakes you up at 9 to ask when you leave the room. No do not disturb card in the room. There are better hotels for this amount of money in the area
