Cool hotel. The room restroom wasn’t what we expected. The shower was nice

The location was perfect, and the room was adequately clean. The staff were friendly and accomodating. The bartender was generous with his pour, which is nice - more value for your money. The star of the hotel is the general manager, Jaquay Wikerson. He understood the issues I experienced, and he was more than happy to take care of everything and make it right. He is the exception in a world where customer service is generally lacking. The beds were the most uncomfortable hotel beds I have ever experienced. They truly need to replace them sooner than later. There was a lot of noise around my room - I was outside the elevators, but to be fair, I could have asked for a room change when I first noticed that. The hard floors are aesthetically pleasing, but are terrible for noise reduction. The first night I had to move rooms at 1:00AM after I realized that I would not be sleeping anytime soon - my only hope that another bed in another location would be better. It wasn't. A small thing: it would be nice if they offered room service.

The AC hotel in Buckhead located next to Phipps Plaza is in an excellent location. The property is well-maintained and I was super impressed with the cleanliness of the property and my room. My only complaint is that the parking is $40 a night and is really self parking. I was grateful that the parking was secure and yet $40 for self parking is too high. Since the parking is secure, I would completely understand paying $25 a night, but $40 a night is ridiculous. The front desk staff is friendly and professional, and yet not super accommodating. However, the housekeeping staff and the bartender were amazing! Having said all of this, I would definitely stay at the AC hotel in Buckhead again.

I was able to cancel once I got there. I was looking for different atmosphere to relax and reduce stress. This was strickly like a house party. Otherwise ,… one problem the front desk clerk promised to cancel. I asked for a receipt ? He said something about the third party.

Though not out of line with local rates, seemed pricey for it offering. However, when we could not figure out the refrigerator settings, they had someone at our door in less than 5 minutes. That level of service and response offset any initial cost concerns.

I’ve stayed here several times and it’s my go to in Atlanta. They do a great job. The property and the service are both top notch

The staff was universally friendly, helpful and kind. Our rating is based strictly on the hotel itself, and not on the staff. The HVAC was very noisy, making it difficult to sleep. The beds were uncomfortable and felt as if a thin layer of padding was put on top of a layer of plywood. It was such a terrible stay that we couldn’t wait to leave.

Great hotel location for those trying to get a taste of Atlanta. Right in the heart of Atlanta Buckhead area where you can get shopping , restaurants, and entertainment all in walking or short transportation distances. The hotel staff was awesome with on site free parking available. Stay was very comfortable , and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting metro Atlanta area.

The staff is very kind. The property has gone down since we first stayed. There are a lot of blemishes on the wall throughout the hall. Our mirror was cracked and should have been replaced, it quickly cheapened the aesthetics of the room. Overflow parking can be confusing.

This experience fell significantly below the standards expected of your brand, particularly regarding basic room maintenance and responsiveness to guest requests. I respectfully request that this matter be reviewed and that appropriate compensation be considered and credited back to my original form of payment. The bathroom situation in the room was different but we got adjusted to it. The sink, bathroom, and shower are separated.

I didn't eat breakfast it is $20.00 How ever the hotel is excellent. Rooms are clean how ever I was charged $50 for incidentals which is correct , then I was charged a additional $90. I contacted the front desk immediately mind you I'm in Alabama. My check out receipt says $40 dollars I was advised to contact the manager and I stated I will defintely be waiting on that call cause ain't no way. Im very pissed.

First time staying here and price was great. Convenient to Phipps Plaza and hotel was new and modern very nice lobby with fireplace. Avoid coming around rush hour was hard to get to the hotel because of the busy intersection.

Parking fees are an unexpected surprise. The continental breakfast also has a fee which i skipped basically nothing including house keeping is convenient without a charge to your card or you get it yourself.

The staff were amazing and very helpful. The facility is really clean. I didn’t like that my shower head was malfunctioning, but other than that the water pressure was amazing and so was the temperature.

This was such a pleasant stay with delicious food and drink close enough to walk to. Friendly staff, modern room and bathroom.

The room was clean overall, flooring was a bit sticky…AC would default back to 74. The staff was nice but overcharged my card, still waiting on a refund and my deposit. Would recommend AC Hotel for a quick stay, bedding was clean and comfortable.

What I like about the property was? That it was in a good location. Nothing that I didn’t like just needs a microwave in the room.

Location The parking lot was very difficult to pull into. You had to take a left-hand turn onto a back road and then do a U-turn basically. The room was uncomfortable. The air conditioning wouldn’t turn off the bathroom. Didn’t look like it had been cleaned. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. The other people staying in the hotel were partying until 3 AM. I could hear music through the ceiling. There were people coming and going and shouting in the hallways from midnight until 3 AM. It was a very uncomfortable stay. I will not be back. And honestly, a refund might even be appropriate.

Property was conveniently located and well appointed. Staff was incredible. Everything was extremely clean. I think the pricing was appropriate but would have been nice to know parking was $40 before arrival.

Cleaning didn’t clean the room

It was beautiful and location was great. I woke up with itchy bite marks on my body. When arrived and inspected the beds one had visible red spots on it. Housekeeping changed the bed covers. She was very nice and professional. The shower door would not stay closed while showering. I did leave a note in the room and told the gentleman at the front desk to note the bite marks.

Located exactly where we needed to be with a "free" secure parking garage. The room set up is insane, feels like a cruise ship cabin the way the restroom facilities are set up. The toilet and shower are 2 separate little compartments hidden in the wall, which is made of patterned glass that you can see into and the sink is in the middle of the room. You step out of the shower stall directly into the room, the toilet compartment has no light or fan, but when you open the door (made of see through glass) a light comes on which illuminates the entire room and stays on for minutes after you close it. Marriott has gone crazy with these room designs.

The staff wasn’t as friendly as expected for the location and price point per night. The king bed room was very small and compact, see through restroom that lacked privacy - the bed as actually a queen size (proof from the label of the comforter). Overall I did not enjoy my stay.

There were two malls a walking distance. The location is great (Buckhead) TWO NEAR BY grocery stores publix and target. None

The hotel was clean, the lobby bar was very nice, and the buffet was pretty good. You can also order an additional fresh-cooked dish. I did have a leak under my bathroom sink, which they did fix very promptly! Overall, it was a very comfortable stay.

At check in I requested to have room cleaned after first night. I was at a game all day and I spoke to house keeping before I left. Love that so many restaurants and shopping were literally walking distance from the hotel. When you walked in the hotel the decor was beautiful and it smelled nice. The rooms were very nice with the filtered water and iced down the hall which was so wonderful and appreciated. The BREAKFAST... oh my goodness was delicious!!! Those were NOT powdered eggs! That open faces scrambled egg with prosciutto was just mouth watering and delicious!! The whole cake and the icing was the staff. The service was consistent across the board no matter the shift. From making sure my daughter felt the birthday love with the happy birthday when she walked in to the surprise note and treats when she walked in her room, to helping to try to fix our TV when engineering were gone for the day... just service with excellence. I randomly chose this hotel after originally booking with The Whitley because i knew i wanted an indoor pool for my daughter and her friends, but also wanted outing options in walking distance, and AC Hotel Atlanta Buckhead exceeded my expectations completely! A special thank you to Sidney, Chandler, David at Breakfast, and Jalisa... you each individually and collectively made our stay a memorable and meaningful one. I look forward to returning!

I enjoyed my stay at the AC Atlanta Hotel Buckhead. I stayed in room 225 and it was immaculate and spacious. The staff was friendly and accommodating. I would have given an excellent rating but the room stayed a bit warm my first 5 hours there. It took me a while to realize that the air conditioning unit wasn’t working properly. I called for maintenance and the front desk sent an engineer within 30 minutes. The engineer was able to get the air conditioning unit going in about 20 minutes thankfully. Despite the AC issue that I experienced I wouldn’t hesitate to stay at the AC Atlanta Hotel Buckhead again. The staff responded to the issue right away and resolved it.

The property was nice, didn’t like that there was no valet being that you had to park in a parking deck & bring your luggage up to the main floor to access the elevators for the rooms. It’s very modern & upgraded but the shower could’ve used a much better cleaning. It was clear mold & dirt in several areas. I wanted to check out the bar and lounge but it was closed due to the bartender being sick. Thought that was interesting that they didn’t have another employee to fill in so guests could enjoy the amenities of the hotel properly. I’m not sure I would book again.

Another small disappointing quality aspect is the vinyl flooring. It lifts at the entrance to the bathroom, which I find unpleasant.

Proximity to Phipps is great. Parking was v easy. Loved that there were ice and water filling stations. I did not like how firm that mattress was and how puny the pillows were.

Our stay was amazing. Comfy beds, spacious rooms, updated bathroom. And it was clean and quiet, perfect for the stay with my 5 1/2 month old.

Awesome location. Hotel front desk was great, was able to check in early. Room wasn’t swept in the corner and chairs needed to be wiped down. Sheets felt extremely worn.

Awesome location, clean, and the staff was really nice. Breakfast was included and pretty good too. Only downside was the lack of storage for a family of four—just one drawer and a small hanging area. Plus, the bath towels were so tiny, even a small person couldn’t wrap them around. Fix that, and it’d be perfect!”

My sheets weren’t clean, and there was something on the mirror. I thought it was a bug on the mirror but it wasn’t properly cleaned.

The staff is friendly and called me when I left my suit back behind and saved it for me until I was able to pick it up.

Leo is the best and is always so accommodating and friendly!

I enjoyed my stay. The staff was great. My only complaint is the stains in the shower that really disgusted me and the toilet was also loose when I used the restroom. Around the toilet look like it needs some work. The stains in the shower def need to be addressed…looked like mold and water stains orange in color.

Great hotel with a European vibe. Nice, large room with Nordstrom right across the parking lot so the location is great for a weekend shopping trip. The staff was terrific, breakfast was very good and expansive, and parking was easy.

It was clean, but so noice, the fridge is super noice and the walls so thick that I can sleep for a lot of different noices.

Shower had built up soap scum in shower. Pillows not all changed smelled like perfum.

An emergency came up and I had to book a hotel unexpectedly. I’m so glad I chose this hotel. The staff were very hospitable and the surroundings were lovely. I chose well. It was exactly what I needed and I would definitely return and recommend others to stay there as well.

I loved the interior design of the lobby. Very modern. I loved the gym. I loved the food options around the hotel. The staff was very nice. The one thing i would say I did not like was the size of the shower. It was very small I usually shower with my husband and we both couldn’t fit together. other than that everything else was great

I liked the cleanliness of the hotel and room, the gym, and the safe parking garage. Didn’t care for the sink being in a different room from the toilet where you have to open a door to go wash your hands.

It was the location I needed. Pleasant staff. Comfortable beds. Rooms were also comfortable.

As for the hotel, the staff is very well trained, particularly Arielle and Leo, who were very professional and courteous. The mattress was mid and the water pressure on the shower could’ve been better. Breakfast is overpriced and doesn’t offer as many options as would be expected.

This is the second time here that I've booked a king room and given a double. They said kings are reserved for guests that book through the hotel and not a third party. The hotel is great, but it is frustrating that I can't get the room booked.
