Property is very clean, aesthetically pleasing, and well maintained. When interacting with staff (valet, front desk attendants, bartender), we noticed they all were noticeably attentive and helpful. Will stay at this property again.

The staff of the hotel in ballet were wonderful. His room comfortable and really nice. The location was convenient to walking around downtown Asheville. Really glad I stayed here. To top it off the bed was extremely comfortable!

First thing. Hello sir. Would you like the valet service? (30 dollars a day, plus tip of course, every time you use your car.) No other options. And no up front notice that this was the policy. That is just the very first thing.

I love the Indigo. The staff is friendly, it's not too expensive, and the location is great. My only complaint is the weak internet connection which makes any sort of remote work or even phone scrolling very challenging.

Spacious, clean rooms. The staff was very helpful and the restaurant offers good, affordable food options. Right downtown so easy walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Also close to the highway but not so close that there is a lot of highway noise. The views from the rooms are fantastic.

Everything was great except the air conditioner in the room. It is either freezing or hot. They told us once it was set it couldn’t be changed. Other than that everything else was great.

The room was beautifully appointed and the bathroom was large, clean and modern, with every amenity and aesthetically pleasing. Staff was helpful, efficient and kind. The breakfast was beautifully served, top quality with an interesting local menu. The protocols for management meant that everything ran smoothly and was set up to Aid Travelers for an easy visit to Asheville. I will stay here again if the opportunity arises.

This hotel was so nice and clean. Asheville seems to have a real problem with homelessness, but this hotel is right off the freeway and we felt safe at that location. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful.

Check in was a breeze. Our room was comfortable and clean, beds super comfy along with pillows. Filtered water in hall, fantastic with a glass water carafe along with glass glasses appreciated. Overallgood stay.

Great location. Walked to our concert at Harrahs Cherokee Arena. Lots of bars, restaurants and shopping within easy walking distance too. Didn’t realize there was only valet parking-$30/night. Coffee maker in our room didn’t work and no free coffee or breakfast provided by hotel. Otherwise the room was clean and nice. Comfy bed. And staff was extremely nice!!

I'm sure that it's mentioned in the property description but weary drivers who are fans of this chain typically, will not understand that it's either valet, on public street or in public parking garage-parking. If you're comparing rates while inbound to Ashville you would think theirs to be extremely reasonable compared to neighboring properties. But with the added valet fee their prices are the same or higher than neighboring properties. Again, the staff, style and condition of the property were top notch. It's just the parking that sucks.

Although the room appeared clean it really wasn’t. We found another guests owala bottle floating around under the dresser. No waste bags, two tissues in the tissue box and no body wash in the shower. I switched out the body was from the sink with the empty bottle, but funny enough we left a do not disturb sign outside yet someone came in and refilled the bottles but didn’t bother making the beds or anything. So why have the sign up if you’re going to go into the room while we are out. There was little option if any at all for grab and go breakfast. Wished we found out we can fill up bottles on odd floors instead of spending $10 for 3 bottles. On the upside, staff was friendly and the room was very large. If I return I may opt for another hotel as this one was really close to the highway and on the outskirts of everything.

The staff went out of their way in so many ways; changing rooms so as to be away from traffic, serving wonderful individually-prepared breakfasts (which were excellent), helping with directions and finding and returning a lost item and arranging for it to be returned to us by mail. We really like this place and recommend it 100%.

Hotel was extremely clean, rooms, lobby, and even elevators. The staff was friendly and very helpful. There are a variety of shops within walking distance of the hotel. It is also a short drive to the Tanger Outlet Mall, and Biltmore Village, which is recovering tremendously from damage of Hurricane Helene

We arrived later than expected. Check in was pleasant and concise but also informative. The bartender was very helpful with restaurant recommendations since it was a little late and the menu at the bar had run out of a few items-- not a big deal to me. The room was beautiful and the bed was so very comfortable. I skipped breakfast, but the atmosphere seemed lovely in the morning. All staff were very friendly, helpful and nice. What made the stay truly incredible was that they upgraded my standard king room to a king suite on the top floor. I was stunned by the room and the view, too! It made my stay feel very special. I will absolutely be back! I may even spring for the king suite next time! There was only one thing I did not like--- I went out for a couple hours after settling in and when I got back to the hotel, the front desk agent did not greet me-- they were sitting on their phone. As someone like myself who has worked 10+ years in hotels, this is such a crucial detail to me. But this can be a tricky detail to instill at all front desks in hotels, so I do understand.

Walkable distance to town. Valet option. Room was very nice with a great view and was very quiet. Staff was friendly and everyone greeted us with a hello and a smile. We took the hilarious ghosted bus tour, visited Biltmore, hiked the Graveyard Fields and Falls, visited NC Arboretum and the must see Omni Grove Park Inn where we saw a bear! Thank you for the wonderful southern hospitality experience! Our beds were made one day but the trash wasn't removed and towels were not replenished. Following day no service done at all. A more welcoming bar or lounge layout would have been nice. Oh and a pool. Lol.

We enjoyed our quick stay. The room was clean and it was just what we needed for our visit. They only had valet parking which is fine, but when you have kids who forget things in the car and your vehicle was parked 2 blocks away it made it inconvenient to be able to access your vehicle. Otherwise great stay and the food in the restaurant was delicious!

We had a fantastic experience! Every staff member we encountered—including the valet, check-in team, bartenders, and housekeepers—was absolutely amazing. Plus, you can't beat the location; it’s perfectly situated for exploring local shops and restaurants on foot.

We had an upgrade to a fantastic suite on the 12th floor with a lovely balcony and view of the mountains. Terrific room. The location is good for walking throught he downtown, and the staff was very friendly. Lovely stay.

At check-in, the staff provided service that was excellent, friendly, and professional. The staff gave me a beautiful suite on the top floor of the property with a lovely view of the mountains. From the suite, I was able to watch the sunset behind the mountains. My stay was very pleasant and relaxing. Thank you.

This property is basic. aside from the views there is nothing about this property that i can say. no robes, no qutips, no blankets, room was not clean - others trash left in the room. very very basic. will not stay here again.

The room, at first glance, was very nice. However, when it was time to go to sleep, I did a cursory check to the mattress (for bugs, cleanliness, etc) and realized that the mattress had a two-foot-long blood stain on the side and at the bottom (I wish I were joking). The mattress protector was also blood-stained. I was horrified, honestly. I asked to be moved to another room, which we were (we were moved from the 8th floor to the 2nd floor). After that, I wasn't comfortable, though, and I wasn't able to sleep. The staff were kind and moved us to a new room, but were very nonchalant about the whole thing. I mean, the manager had to have known that this mattress was covered in blood at one point (how could you miss that when cleaning, ya know?) and decided it was fine to let other folks stay in that room. It's not just deeply uncomfortable; it's a health and safety concern and they clearly didn't care.

Hotel is very nice and clean. My boyfriend got a bad case of food poisoning, and we were worried to death they wouldn’t rent us the room again since it was Labor Day weekend. They were so nice and accommodating. They gave us the room despite the busy weekend.

The hotel and staff were wonderful! I didn’t love that there is only a valet parking option for $30 per day, but aside from that everything was great!

We reserved a balcony suite, which was lovely. Everything about the room was amazing. Loved the larged, tiled shower in the bathroom, with both a very large shower head and a separate shower wand. The gas fireplace was also a very nice amenity. Service was very courteous and accomodating. The hotel is so close to the center of Asheville, you can walk into the city- we also saw busses nearby as well. One minor issue- I wish they provided microwaves in the room, but they do have one in the lobby. The only reason I didn't give them five stars is because, while the balcony afforded us a view of the city and some mountains, it was also open to a major highway directly below us, which was very loud. We'd stay here again, but we'd have to make sure we reserved a room that 1) faced west, so our mountain view had the sun setting, and 2) had a balcony that was skewed further away from the highway. Not sure if they have rooms that could accomadate both those requests though. Overall, the hotel room was absolutely lovely, the service was great, and while we didn’t utilize the restaurant or bar, they looked like they were quite nice as well. We'd just need to be further away from the highway noise and get a westward facing balcony next time.

Staff members are friendly and respectful. We stayed here for a convenience that is 10 min.walking distance to Harrahs Cherokee Center. Over all, our room is immaculate.. Il definitely would recommend to stay in this place.

We love staying here. It’s very convenient to downtown. It’s clean and quiet. The only thing that’s inconvenient is going through valet parking every time we want/need access to our car.

The room was amazing. The staff was awesome. The location great to all the rooftops and restaurants. Easy ass was to the interstate. But you could hear the interstate traffic all night.

Room was very comfortable - could have used a lounge chair. Bathroom was spacious, had great amenities and the multi head shower with great pressure was awesome. Valet parking was prompt and accessible and the front desk staff were pleasant and eager to please. My one VERY MINOR complaint was they didn't leave coffee pods when cleaning the room so had to go down stairs for my morning coffee. Like I said, minor. Very happy with our stay overall.

The maid service was terrible. And parking is ridiculously expensive. But the place is perfectly located, the beds are super comfortable, and staff is friendly.

The property was wonderful. The staff, the rooms, and the bar were all amazing. Unfortunately, there was a dog in a nearby room that wouldn't stop barking. Other than that, I would recommend this hotel 10x over.

The balcony room has amazing views. The King suite 1 BR room had a fireplace, wet bar, and a large balcony looking at the mountains.

The Indigo Hotel has been recently renovated, rooms are new and updated. The beds are confortable. The hotel is centrally located in Downtown Asheville allowing you to be in downtown , but still in a quiet area. The staff was very friendly. Hope Christiansen from the front desk went out of her way to help me with a package. This is my second stay at the Hotel Indigo in Downtown Asheville and I intend to return on my next trip to Asheville.

Staff and Valet were friendly/helpful. The room was very clean and the hotel is very close to downtown for those who don’t mind walking. No complaints and I will absolutely stay here again when my travels bring me back to Asheville!

This place is convenient and nice. Our room was large and comfortable, but we reserved a room with a king-sized bed and got a queen-size instead. The area was generally quiet except for loud cars and motorcycles on Friday night. There was no way to control the AC fan, which would have helped to block out the loud cars. The AC alternated between being completely off and being extremely loud while on.

Very beautiful and clean room. Loved the decor too. Walkable to downtown restaurants, shopping and nightlife. Will stay here again.

It was a great location for getting to Biltmore (8 min drive), and a five minute walk to small store shopping and restaurants. Valet parking was mandatory, yet convenient, friendly, fast, and honest. They even pulled my car up the night before so I could leave before their 6am opening time. I would absolutely stay here again, and recommend it to friends. It was also adjacent to the highway, making it easy to find after a long drive in. There was no highway noise in the lobby or my 6th floor room. The bathroom was so clean, with a gorgeous walk-in shower with dual head sprayers--the type that makes you think about renovating your own bathroom! Thank you all; it was a great stay!

Situated right by the freeway, but you could walk to downtown. I forgot which floor I was at, all I remember is from the window I could see the mountains surrounding Asheville and beautiful sunsets. Parking is also had to go through valet.

The hotel and staff were fantastic as always. We weren't big fans of the on-site bar / restaurant. Breakfast was way overpriced for microwaved food.

Nice rooms and work out facilities. Rooms have huge showers and ours had nice large windows as well. Very walkable to downtown Asheville. Don't mind the valet parking but it was very expensive. I think the site showed $30 per night but we were charged $40 per night.

We would definitely stay again. Our room was comfortable and clean. Love the remodel.

I was disappointing at the parking situation. I was told that there was self parking but when I got there they demanded I use the valet service charging $30 a day. Also prices for breakfast in the elevator was different from the prices at the Café.

We had an amazing stay at hotel Indigo. Rob was amazing, he went above and beyond to help our family several times. Beautiful property and close to everything downtown. Great stay overall

Staff totally disengaged and uncaring. They are there to answer the phone. Could not recommend any thing to a guest, shrugged their shoulders about every thing. everything was an impossition all were different versions in nonconformist and extreme. Had no cash, only accepted cards. Breakfast was expensive and they brought the food, not on a tray but holding a plate on each hand and balancing by placing his thumb ON THE ACTUL FOOD. WEEK DAY BREAKFAST ENDED AT 10 AM ON WEEKENDS AT ELEVEN. THEY DONT MENTION IT AT ANY TIME "THEere IS A SIGN CLOSE TO THE ELEVEATOR AREA". With attitude and look of why are you bathering me. They were all not trainedat all in any kind of service... or their parents. They acted and dressed like hippies of the sixtiex and did not give a Darn. If we asked anything about the car they said they dont know anything about them. they said "they work for a different company so we have nothing to do w them". Of Course those attendants were better trained and much more helpful and empathetic and friendly. (because they are with a differen t company) I will never stay there again and will not recommend it to anyone. The room maids were wonderful!

The rooms have been renovated but the beds are hard as rock and super uncomfortable. I didn’t get much sleep because of the mattress.

Enjoyed my stay - only comment the entrance into the parking at the front is small, valet only, cars backed up on street trying to get onto property - after initial checkin valet was able to keep up with demand

This is my second stay at Hotel Indigo and it was really great. I admit that we did do valet parking (easy) so I don't know how easy it would be to do something different with your car. But the hotel is so clean, staff very welcoming, comfortable rooms, etc. The best part was being walking distance to shops, restaurants, etc. We loved our stay!

Hotel was fantastic. Staff was excellent. When visiting, it's important to note that Asheville businesses mostly open between 10a-11a. There is also not much to do at night unless you like bars. Fantastic hiking in Smokey Mountain National Park and Pisgah National Forest. Also highly recommend Biltmore Estate.

Everything at the Hotel Indigo was good except that they charged $30.00 per night for parking. City parking down the street was $15.00 a night.

Location, room, amenities, service all great. A microwave in room could help, however, I knew there wasn’t one before I booked. The only issue I had was parking. (And it was made very clear to me the valet service had “nothing” to do with the hotel. The messaging app works fine, I think it’s more the customers. People call for their car, then don’t leave the room. There is only room for about 5 cars, if you don’t come get your car in a timely fashion you block everyone from getting out. I haven’t come up with a solution yet. Working on it! :)
