Clean hotel and quiet location. Pool was being repaired and not open but still worth staying here and would come again.

We enjoyed the ceramic dishes and silverware was real, not plastic.

Love the rooms with full kitchens but the pool is meh…

Location, staff, Breakfast all very good Only one elevator was working. So just coming and going was very slow. The pool was out of service.

Actual building was very good. Spoke with other guests and they seemed to feel the same. Breakfast was also good. One elevator was out of service for our entire stay which left only one working. The area- was a mess. felt unsafe (but the property was well lit.) I understand that the surrounding area of the unsafe was destroyed by hurricane Helene and that explains why thing around the hotel was sketchy

Great for a quick trip with family. Area is getting closer to back to normal post Helene.
- 4/5
We learned that this hotel was in the area where a hurricane hit two years ago. The main entrance is on the 2nd floor which you need to take an elevator up to. Was a little confusing. Traffic in the area is a little crazy when getting to hotel which sits along the river. Hotel needs some repair due to hurricane, you cannot use it at this time. But over all close to restaurants, and the Biltmore Home which is 5 minutes away.

Absolutely nothing Most everything…both elevators broke about an hour after we arrived.. our room was on 5th floor… manager claims there was nothing she could do.. totally incompetent, never seen anything like it

Room was not completely cleaned when we got there and the bedding did not smell fresh, and there was a broken TV mount on the counter with a different TV on top of it, just didn’t hit my expectations for the price that I paid for the room.
- 5/5
It was evident that the property was still being built or finished, the ceiling above the elevator entrance from the garage wasn’t finished and had open electrical boxes, the room was great, also only had one of two elevators working, kind of a problem, they had a decent breakfast service, but they need more trays to bring food around

Great stay!

Room was not cleaned thoroughly. Carpet was not clean and there we pink fingernail clipping in the bathroom floor despite the chains guarantee of cleanliness. Not to mention what was supposed to be warm breakfast was cold.

Perfect for what we needed. Not a lot in the direct surrounding area, as they are still rebuilding from Hurricane Helene, but plenty is accessible by car.

Just be aware at the time of this trip, February 2026, the immediate area has not recovered from a hurricane, and evidence of destruction is all around. It did not impede us in any way, and we would definitely stay at this property again.

The Breakfast was very good. Everything you would want in a hot breakfast except the coffee which was pretty tasteless and weak. The outside fire pit didn’t work the night we wanted to go outside on the deck. The desk clerk couldn’t figure out how to get it working.

We stayed for two nights and really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is clean, modern, and well maintained. The room was comfortable and spotless. Breakfast was good and varied - I especially liked the oatmeal with blueberry jam. The location is convenient, close to the Biltmore Estate. We would definitely stay here again.

Rooms were spacious and clean. Hotel was clean, breakfast was a good value and well done. Only downside is area seems to be going through a lot of renovations and many surrounding businesses are getting demolished but the hotel was great with plenty of parking.

The room is clean, spacious, and quiet. For such a spacious room, the bathroom is too tiny. The design could be better and give more room to the bathroom. Amenities is okay. Breakfast was okay. The second breakfast ran out so many things. Staff is running short, services are not up to speed. But for the price, I don’t have anything to complain about.

The breakfast was decent, the size of the room was great and the amenities within the room were good. The first room we had was decent except for the bathroom. The was grim buildup on the floor of the shower, the shower walls, and hair in the shower. Nasty! We were moved to another room. That shower was better but not what I would expect of a decent hotel. I will not stay there again and would definitely not recommend it to others.

The reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 was due to food from the last guest still being in the fridge and this is minor, but makes me wonder about attention to detail, the blow dryer was just shoved in the drawer, not stored neatly in it"s bag.

Our suite was bright, clean, and super comfortable. I loved having a full kitchenette and plenty of space to relax after exploring Asheville all day. Breakfast was fresh and had a great variety, and we really enjoyed sipping coffee by the cozy fireplace in the lounge each morning. The location couldn’t be better. It is just minutes from the Biltmore Estate and close to great restaurants and shops. Everything about this stay felt easy, relaxing, and thoughtfully done. We travel often, and this Hilton experience stood out for its warmth and consistency. I’d happily stay here again and would love to partner with Hilton or Expedia to share more stays like this, places that make travel feel personal, comfortable, and memorable.

Quiet Unfortunately I wasn’t aware this location is in the damaged area from Helene. So no pool and staff was hard to find. The associates we did come in contact with did not speak & were not very friendly at all. There was trash left in the bins in the room and a used wash cloth hanging on the shower area.

We were only here for one night, but it was nice. At no fault of the hotel, I couldn't give the highest score on the area around the property. That is due to the fact they are still trying to recover from the devastation of Hurricane Helene a year ago, and it will take time for the city and area to completely recover again. The room was fantastic, parking is completely accessible, and the staff that I dealt with were extremely nice, knowledgeable, and efficient. If/when I come back to the Asheville area, I will definitely opt to stay here again. Oh, and they are pet friendly! (I brought my dog with us on this visit.)

If I had known that this area was still in such bad shape, the hotel itself was sooo hot, the floors seemed unsteady, the elevator was so squeaky it scared me, the pool is filled with storm debris, and the parking lot was a mess. I stay in Asheville a lot but usually downtown I thought oh this hotel has been redone .. nope totally wrong. The website is misleading . Also there were very few guests and the LOUDEST people got placed next to me talking yelling laughing coughing all night until after 3:30 . I won’t make the mistake of going to this hotel anytime soon.

Room was great, clean and spacious. Staff was nice and friendly. Free breakfast was good. No restaurant in the hotel. I wish their "little store" located in the lobby offered more variety of food for hungry guests. I know they are still renovating after so much damage that occurred as a result of Hurricane Helene, but I wish the grounds have been given more attention and care to liven up the place and not looked neglected and depressing. The did a great job with the renovation inside the building of the hotel itself. The flood from hurricane Helene was a heartbreaking story as told to us by one of the staff.

Hotel was very clean, good breakfast, and great location relative to the rest of asheville. The lobby, gym, washer/dryer, and breakfast area are all on the second floor so weren't affected by the hurricane. The walkway into the hotel had a bunch of plywood scaffolding as of late February 2025, but that was the only damage I saw to the structure. The rest of Biltmore Village has a lot of damage still, but I felt safe here and loved the 4 minute drive to the Biltmore, and 8 minute drive downtown. I plan on using this hotel for my wedding block in October!

Was assured that the only damage was the parking lot. Not so.....2 floors had been flooded, and they were closed. The lobby was on 3rd floor, a cafeteria table for check in. One staff person, unhelpful, very rude. Elevator malfunctioned, construction, everywhere, no lighting, the person checking in was unprofessional, and no public bathroom available after our 6 hour drive. The registration clerk said if you need a restroom, you will have to check in to your room and use it. Women in their 70's, ..... seriously , it was not a safe place to stay. They should have provided this information when we called to inquire about the hotel conditions. We did not stay, and filed a complaint with Orbitz, and denied a refund, by the clerk. I also plan to write a letter to the Hilton company.....they should have been honest about the hotel conditions. It was a nightmare..... I am so sorry about the damages and flood, but it was dishonest, not to warn us concerning the condition of this hotel.

I also plan to write a letter to the Hilton company.....they should have been honest about the hotel conditions. It was a nightmare..... I am so sorry about the damages and flood, but it was dishonest, not to warn us concerning the condition of this hotel.

The staff when I checked in was super helpful and friendly. They were having computer issues but they found a way to get me into my room quickly and with no issues. Then they provided a recommendation for dinner that was exactly what I was looking for.

Our 3 night stay was very good! Loved the location near the Biltmore and downtown Asheville shopping and restaurants!

Ended up staying 2 nights due to bad weather at our next destination. Desk clerk was very helpful in exrtending our stay and supplying a discount code for Biltmore Estates. Room and beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was amazing; homemade buttermilk biscuits were the best I’ve tasted in years! Full kitchen wasn’t necessary but real plates and silverware to eat our take out was nice. Japanese restaurant just across the parking lot is also excellent. I would definitely stay here again and will look for other Home2 Suites by Hilton in other cities.

The employee that checked us in was very friendly. He gave us information needed for our stay. The room was clean, the bed, sheets, comforter, and pillows were very comfortable which is my second most priority to a room. Cleanliness being the first! This hotel is close to restaurants, Walgreens, Target, etc. I’d absolutely stay here again!

When we checked in, there was a dirty wash cloth in the shower, food in the refrigerator and dishes in the dish washer. One night, the shampoo fell off the shower wall. They didn't clean the room on regular days as they said. But, management was very apologetic and did comp some items. Just was surprised because we have had great experiences with Home2 previously.

All good

Highly disappointed we didn’t get the room type we paid for. We needed an accessible room with a tub for a child with disabilities. We had to stay in a smaller room with just a shower. We were told the tub was clogged.

Great location near Biltmore Village and wonderful staff service.

Location - close to Biltmore Estate and restaurants.

Although Asheville wasn’t quite what we thought it would be….this hotel is nice, clean and dog friendly. It’s hard for us to find a room that sleeps our family of 5, so the 2 queens and a pull out sofa were perfect! Would definitely stay there again!

Great place

Once in room, there were cleaning issue's that we took pictures of along with damaged blow dryer and not having lotion which is usually in room. Breakfast was mediocre for a hotel of this statue, so did not present a good value. If they. Had they provided some compensation for not having room ready, would have made a big difference. All other times, employees very nice and helpful.

Right in the heart of the Biltmore neighborhood.

Overall was good. Great location. Difficult to exit the property.

Went to Asheville for a wedding and had a wonderful time. This hotel was just a short drive to downtown, Biltmore estates, and the Omni Grove Park Inn.
- 5/5
Wonderful room with the full size fridge. Blackout curtain between the couch area and bed was great.
- 5/5
Good location ….accommodations for 5 people worked out well. Nice breakfast
- 4/5
I loved that our rooms were so large!
- 4/5
This is my favorite hotel chain. As a newer renovation, you can count on clean rooms that have plenty of space. I had to deduct a point because there was no shampoo or lotion in the bathroom. I have had more breakfast options at other Home 2 Suites, but it was still great.

Move to 3 rooms first we’re not clean. Second room had dog food on floor and smelled like dog. And dog pee on the floor.
- 5/5
Well appointmented. Kitchenette was good
- 3/5
For the price of the room we honestly expected more. Carpets and sofa inside the room had visible stains, shower cleanliness left little to be desired. Staff was very welcoming and kind!
- 2/5
The first room we were given was CLEARLY not cleaned. The second room we were given had a clump of hair in the shower drain, hair on the toilet, and dust bunnies all over the room.
- 5/5
Everything was perfect!
- 5/5
Nice room with good, free breakfast and reliable WiFi. The staff was really accommodating, and the property was nice, with two outdoor areas with tables for dining and hanging out. Convenient to EVERYTHING in Asheville. Would definitely stay here again!
- 5/5
I love my room. It was spacious and modern and the bed was super comfortable.
- 5/5
Very nice
- 5/5
room was very nice with everything we could need in it. Liked the ability to curtain off the sitting area.
- 4/5
The hotel was in a good location to the Biltmore Estate. But we had to keep making left turns to get out of the hotel area. There was lots of traffic so that was a bit stressful. All considered it was a nice trip.
- 5/5
Rooms super spacious and great kitchen area. People were leaving their overflow of garbage in the hall during the afternoon and in evening so that was yucky but it would be picked up in the morning but just started all over again. Location was perfect for Biltmore and downtown Asheville
- 4/5
Would recommend to anyone visiting Asheville
- 5/5
Nice place - pretty new and in a decent location. Spacious rooms - fairly clean too (aside from a few random hairs in the shower) but overall it was a really nice place. Only criticism besides the shower hairs, was the location of the TV that was not movable. If you wanted to watch TV in bed, it was pretty far away. But, we don't watch TV because most stuff on TV is for the braindead. We would stay here again - especially because the price versus some of the in-town hotels is much more reasonable.

Very nice hotel
- 5/5
Clean hotel, convenient location and spacious room with comforts of home. Will stay here again
- 5/5
Very nice room. Clean with sink and a large refrigerator and a large shower. Parking garage on 1st floor with easy access to elevators. Check in on the 2nd floor. Breakfast was so,so.
- 5/5
This was so clean and the room was very accommodating. Large room outside the bathroom as well as inside and very comfortable bed. Had a nice marketplace and breakfast in the morning was really very good. A little surprised I couldn't find any ketchup either day, nor could I find any honey with those delicious rolls. However it was fabulous

This property was wonderful. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Check in/out and digital keys were available through the app, and the hotel has free covered parking. I will definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay here, our first at a Home2 Suites. Everything was nice and clean, well furnished, and comfortable. Well happily return to another Home2 in the future!
- 5/5
We really enjoyed our time at the property. Clean and spacious rooms plus the bed was comfortable.
- 5/5
Close to shopping and breweries

The service at breakfast was the worst I have ever experienced. There weren't enough plates for everyone and this created an extremely long queue. We had to wait for over 30 minutes to serve breakfast. When we complained to the manager, they said "everyone is doing their best". Will never stay here again.
- 5/5
The layout was odd with the lobby being on the second floor, but overall it was a great stay.
- 5/5
Location is primo and view is beautiful.
- 5/5
Contents left in fridge from previous guest. Yuck!
- 5/5
Great property central located with a short distance to everywhere/ everything you’d want to do. Downtown is about 2 miles away with plenty of food and beverage (adult/none adult) options to accommodate. All of that with the addition of a friendly staff and nice rooms makes this place a great stay.
