Biltmore Village Inn B&B

The name is misleading — the property is not on or near the Biltmore Estate. There is an undisclosed “no children under 17” policy, never made clear at booking. From arrival we were treated as second-class guests. Told we couldn’t come to the main house for breakfast (“child-free environment”); food was brought to our cottage instead — over an hour late and cold (precooked French toast, a sad eggs Benedict). The two innkeepers contradicted each other: one said kids were welcome inside, the other later sent long texts accusing us of violating policy. The texting was relentless. While we toured Biltmore, the owner sent back-to-back messages reiterating and seemingly inventing rules. We were scolded for using the hot tub at night because our 3-year-old got excited. My full name was posted on the front entry for every guest to see. The hot tub water was visibly cloudy — ask for maintenance records before using it. The cottage was dark and outdated; the TV had a DVD player but no channels or streaming. At checkout the owner blocked our driveway with her car, demanded a credit card without a hello, then withheld it saying she’d return it “on her time.” Police were called. The officer appeared to know her, gave me a stern look, and asked us to leave before check-out — while she stood by laughing. Avoid.

The Reed room was very nice with fireplace, jetted tub and private Mountain View. It is a grand old lady so u do hear footsteps and noise above and around but for the most part it was a nice stay. Breakfast was great and staff very pleasant.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at the Biltmore village B&B! We stayed in the Carolina cottage, and it was pristine, loved the bathtub and comfortable bed! We also loved being close to everything!

I absolutely love the breakfast, mountain views, hospitality and history of this place. Not to mention the flowers, chocolates, champagne and huge jetted bathtub. Everyone is so sweet and we try to come back every July for good reason. Highly recommend.

This property is very close to Ashville shopping and Biltmore Estate. The host was very informative and friendly. The chef was amazing. I loved the breakfast service. 2 courses all 3 mornings. Colorful food, tasty and relatively healthy. Great option for a trip to Ashville.

I don’t have the vocabulary to adequately express how incredible our experience was! What a beautiful setting to celebrate our 40th anniversary. The staff was more than accommodating and the chef prepared some of the best breakfasts I’ve ever eaten! Centrally located to Biltmore House and the Blue Ridge Parkway. Highly recommend!

Our stay was amazing. The room was spacious, clean and well equipped. We stayed in the Carolina Cottage which is not in the main house. The bed was very comfortable and it was very quiet for sleeping. The breakfast each day was a 3 course consisting of a blended smoothie to start, followed by a small yogurt parfait or waffle and then the main dish that was a bit more substantial. Cookies and fruit were available all day, as was coffee and tea. Absolutely beautiful view from the porch of the main house and from their covered patio. Very relaxing and serene. Walkable to the Biltmore village shops and restaurants.

A cozy little shaded porch, stayed nice and cool even in the hot sun due to some expertly planted tall pines shading it perfectly. The spare bedroom was nice to have, the breakfasts were AMAZING! Very close to the Biltmore Estate. If we ever go back to the area, this is where we'll stay again!

This inn is a must stay for the B&B lover. We;;-managed and kept by a lovely Inn Keeper, Monica. It is nestled on top of a hill and close to downtown festivities. The breakfast are simply amazing with a lot of attention to detail in the flavor of food. Highly recommend!!

We've stayed previously at the Grove Park Inn; that experience cannot compare to our visit at Biltmore Village Inn.

The service/management and food were outstanding while our room was so lovely with fireplaces both in bedroom and bathroom and the large soaking tub to relax in. Would also recommend in room massage. We are so glad that we picked this property to stay at for our honeymoon! It provided a romantic, quiet, warm atmosphere. The house and property is beautiful and well maintained. It is located in the middle of everything but when you enter the driveway you feel like you're tucked into a little hidden nook in the country. Our room felt luxurious! Very nicely decorated and comfortable. It would have been easier on my back if the bathroom sink and toilet were taller, but at the same time it's an older house and these things could be considered characteristic and charming. The fresh cookies and items provided in the pantry at night were spectacular. We got a little spoiled having a cookie every night before bed. The local chocolates provided in the room every day were decadent! The staff were very friendly; Matilda does an awesome cleaning job. Breakfast was delicious! We only went one morning but it did not feel weird or pressured dining with the other guest. The rest of our stay we grabbed a cup of coffee (really good) and ate in town.

This bed and breakfast was exactly as described. The service was amazing and the pictures did not do it justice. We stayed in the honeymoon cottage and it was very roomy and elegant. There are many different seats outside to relax and enjoy the Mountain View. Perfect for couples and within minutes from the Biltmore Estate!

Following our GPS, I thought the area leading to the BnB a bit dodgy. Still, we pressed on. When we arrived we were very surprised. It exceeded all of our expectations. We were warmly greeted. The grounds were beautiful, and our room was amazing. The common areas of the inn are picturesque. We slept soundly in our king size bed, with no exterior noise to bother us. Breakfast was amazing. This is definitely a lovely place to stay.

The location was perfect. Easy to get to Asheville, Biltmore village and estate. Lovely to sit outside in the afternoon/evening and enjoy the lovely views. The staff were courteous and very professional. Gracious in their service.

This was a lovely B&B. The house was beautifully furnished, spotless, & the staff was was welcoming and saw to our every need.

This place was beautiful, comfortable and luxurious. It was very clean and accommodating. The only negative I have is that part of the reason we love to stay at old restored b&bs is that there is usually a little tour of the house with a bit of history on it upon check in. We didn't have that here and it was slightly disappointing. Other than that though this place was excellent and I would definitely recommend it.

Absolutely lovely! Aside from winding through a neighborhood that made us feel we were in the wrong location, we found the home and from then on it was all wonderful! Located very close to the Biltmore Estate. Home was beautifully decorated, especially for Christmas, and the home and folks running it were all wonderful and very accomodating. The weather was too chilly to eat outside, but the porch seating for warmer weather (gorgeous views) would be very inviting in the right season! Such a pleasure in every way!

This is the best B&B we have ever stayed in! Beautiful grounds and living quarters. The breakfast provided was excellent and staff were incredibly warm and friendly! This will be our hotel of choice whenever we go to Asheville!
