    I actually loved the hotel and felt safe. The bathroom had a smell as if the plumbing was backed up. After plugging the sink and closing the toilet, the smell subsided.

    The hotel was clean, in great location. However, the room we stayed at had a floor glass window directly facing another building. To keep our privacy, we had to close the curtain at all time. The view was blocked by surrounding buildings as well. We paid extra money to stay at higher floor for a good view. Very disappointed.

    The hotel is in a great location near public transportation and several shops and restaurants that are walking distance. The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. The room service was not good and the room was not very well lit though which it made it difficult to work in the room.

    Location, Pleasant room. Welcoming staff. Restaurant whilst the menu was limited choice was good. The seafood salad, particularly as we are talking hotel restaurants, was excellent as was the lamb with Greek salad. The lady in charge, (sorry I forgot her name) was friendly and efficient. The egg station at breakfast was good My one criticism is that the breakfast food was not kept at the correct temperature. In fact the bacon, sausage scrambled eggs etc were in the zone where if kept that way for too long, ( more than a couple of hours) they become a health hazard). A few continental options.. ham cheese tomatoes etc would also provide a bit more variety when staying for a few days especially if you don't like sweet foods for breakfast..

    The manager Mamoot ( I hope I smell his name correctly) was nice and professional. I was not pleased with my stay. Once entering the rooms, there was a strong mildew-like smell, almost as if the carpet had not fully dried. It made the room feel damp and uncomfortable. I was also disappointed that there were no microwaves available in the rooms. The only microwave was located in the main lobby, which meant having to carry food downstairs and wait in line just to warm it up. Overall, this was very inconvenient and negatively affected the experience.

    Had a very noisy neighbor who was having to much fun all night long and couldn’t sleep.. told front desk multiple times and they insisted to refund me what I paid for parking to later find out I had to wait for the manager to show up to see if she can approve it. Tragic. Wouldn’t go there again.

    The staff is top notch and really go the extra mile. The food in the restaurant was superb. I enjoyed an omelet made with fresh ingredients every morning in addition to their many other breakfast selections. They have something for everyone, which is a struggle for me at some locations with celiac’s disease.

    I checked in to the Hyatt because I had surgery at a nearby hospital. Period the staff when I came in was very helpful and supportive. The problem started when we were placed in a room by the exit door, which is totally unacceptable for me then the room was over or close to something that made noise every 30 minutes, which wasn’t good for someone preparing for surgery the next day I called and requested a blanket and it never came. I left my glasses in the hotel room and filled out the form that they requested, and my son tried to pick up the glasses and the person who is in charge of housekeeping, evidently had a schedule that no one was aware of. I am just being honest because it is difficult to get credible help once they were able to locate and find out the schedule for the head of housekeeping. I assume things worked out. It just appeared that no one knew what the other person was doing. I am returning on June 1 for another surgery and I would appreciate having a better room location and a blanket as needed thank you in advance. I am just sharing information that I’m sure it would help other travelers and tourist.

    This place is the worst. The hotel manager is rude and unhelpful. The staff is incompetent and they listen to answer not understand. I canceled my reservation well in advance and they still took $300 from me and I had to have my bank issue a charge back.

    Our stay was fantastic! The staff was helpful and welcoming from the valet to the front desk as well as the restaurant. After long days on the road and in DC having a high quality dinner that didn't break the bank was a life saver. The location was perfect, far enough from the hustle and bustle, but very convenient to everything we could want to see. We have a new go to place when visiting the DC area.

    Beds are very comfortable. Access to local fast restaurants and bars is good. You can get Uber pickup in the sheltered entry. Walking to Metro makes it unnecessary to rent a car. Very good location. Would stay here again.

    The hotel is in a great location - very near the metro, shops and multiple restaurants. Parking felt secure. The room was clean and spacious. We had an accessible room, and my only complaint would be that it was loud at times…. more than typical elevator noise and a noisy air exchange vent when the AC was running. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We had an initial problem with the fridge and they corrected it quickly and kindly. I would absolutely stay here again.

    The hotel is nice but my stay here wasn't the best. They're understandably there are a lot of High School tours now so a certain level of noise is to be expected. However, I could hear the chaperones trying to get the high school girls out of bed in the morning, which probably I shouldn't be able to hear. And one night there was pounding outside followed by tapping noises. This went on for 15 minutes until I called the front desk. I've never called the front desk to complain but this had me concerned. They said they would investigate in the noise did stop. My stay here wasn't the best but I will note that I have stayed here on two other occasions and the stay was nice so that's why I'm giving it four stars

    Clean room. Staff was very polite. We were put in a. room directly next to the elevators - lots of noise (not from people but from the mechanism itself). We rushed out after checking in so did not fully realize the situation until we returned late at night. Also lots of noise from airplanes from nearby airport.

    Convenient location near Georgetown University with very friendly front desk staff. I wanted to share some concerns regarding our recent stay. Our room was directly next to the elevator, which resulted in significant noise throughout the night from guests coming and going. Unfortunately, this made it difficult for us to rest comfortably. Additionally, my wife and I are both very tall, and we were assigned a handicap-accessible room with a shower that was not suitable for our height, which limited our ability to use it comfortably. Lastly, we requested maid service on two separate occasions. When we returned to our room late that evening, it had still not been attended to. At one point noticing that the air conditioner was making a lot of noise I opened the vent cover and noticed that the filter was very dirty, so I called the front desk to tell them. The next day the filter was replaced and the air conditioner was much quieter. I say this to point out that the staff was very responsive. I would stay here again and recommend it.

    Room was clean and the whole property was very nice. Breakfast was great. My only issue was in room 910 the bed was literally right up against the vent/ furnace it was making a rustling sound all night right next to my head making difficult to get decent sleep and the vent was blowing directly on my face. My daughter and I both woke up with sore throats. It should be considered to change the layout of that room or fix the noise coming from the furnace/ vent and fix the vent to be able to close completely if you can't change the layout. I really wanted to love this experience but this was hard to overlook.

    The location was convenient, but that’s where the positives end. The walls were incredibly thin — I woke up at 3 AM to the neighbors laughing and watching TV like they were in my room. Noise from the hallway and even outside carried straight through all night. For a supposed 4-star hotel, the experience felt more like a budget stay. The amenities and service didn’t match the advertised rating. Wouldn’t stay again unless major soundproofing improvements are made.

    A heartfelt thank you to Christopher, who made a flying butterfly card with a birthday message that touched me deeply — such a creative and meaningful gesture. And to Beto, whose thoughtfulness went above and beyond. He not only surprised us with a bottle of complimentary Moscato in our room, but he also went out of his way to find an adjoining room for my twin nephews who flew in from Boston to join us for my birthday dinner. That extra effort meant the world to us, making it easy to be close and celebrate as a family. The location is ideal — right by the Metro, making it so convenient to explore Washington DC and Georgetown with ease. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, and we felt the overall value and service were exceptional. This was far more than just a hotel stay. It was a beautiful experience filled with kindness, generosity, and thoughtful service. Thank you to the Hyatt Centric Arlington team for making my golden birthday one I will always cherish.

    We were put into a room right beside the elevator. It was a sleepless night. I paid extra for a high floor, which I thought implied a quiet room, within reason. I called down to the front desk and there was no answer. We were so tired, obviously I should have gone down and asked for a room change, but I thought, "Oh, maybe it won't be that bad." It was terrible.

    This was our first time visiting DC and our family had a great time! The hotel was so nice, and so conveniently located near the Metro that took us everywhere. It also had a McDonalds very close if you are on a budget. There’s also a small Target very close in case you need to pick up some little staples, snacks, beverages for your stay. They clean the rooms every day and bring fresh towels which I loved. The staff super friendly and helpful.

    Nice area but the room with the double bed was too small. There was no soap, i could have called but i used my own, no trash liners. All of those are small things, mainly the room was small. Customer service at the front desk in the AM was not good, and not helpful. He was on his personal phone, never asked could he help me, I was left just standing there waiting. Finally, I asked if he could help me with doing a early check- in because I was so tired I had been up all night traveling. He told me it would cost me $50 to check- in early, which was fine I had no problem with doing that, it was the having to deal with his customer service that I decided I didn't want to stay there. He was awful, and he made me feel like i was annoying him. I tried to cancel my reservation but I couldn't due to my booking I made through Expedia and i didn't want to lose $178.00, so I decided to just stay. The Gentleman in the late PM was nice and courteous, and made up for the person I encountered earlier. Due to fact of the customer service there at the front desk, which my first contact I would not recommend this Hotel.

    I was there for a funeral at Arlington National Cemetery. Tje staff was most excellent. The initial greeting by the valet was wonderful and he was kind and helpful. The lady at.the desk made check in painless. After the funeral, I needed to have a bite to eat and thought a drink would help me unwind. Jason working the bar was very helpful amd recommended a great flatbread pizza. He was very friendly and spoke with me keeping my mind on straight. It was a tough night but his friendliness helped me unwind and I was able to collect my thoughts. I had a wonderful stay. Thank.you

    Everything was okay, except there was no exhaust fan in the bathroom and everything was steamy and there could have been a few more electrical plugs. The only other thing was that we had to ask for more water.

    The bell services exceeded our expectations, very fast, friendly and anticipated our needs. We arrived after a long drive and the front desk let us check in to our room early, while bell services took care of parking and our bags. Excellent service. They took great care of us. Made a family trip to DC MUCH less stressful than anticipated. At this price point, I’d recommend this hotel to anyone!

    I would like to say thank you and tell you how wonderful Diamond at the front desk was! She helped us navigate the city and wrote on our map places we wanted to see and how to get there! She truly went above and beyond, allowing us to checkin a little early and was so friendly and sweet!

    Staff was nice but did not know much about the area when asked. They talked to each other a lot. Beds were comfortable, but bathroom shower door was reversed such that you couldn’t adjust the water temp first without getting sprayed with cold water. I’m not sure I would stay there again since there are multiple places to stay nearby.

    This is a great Hotel from the staff, the gym was FABULOUS I have not seen one like this one BIG , spacious and they even had water bottled and towels to for client to use. that is service. The roof top bar area was the winner here.. the city view and catch the sunset just amazing, Michael at the restaurant wonderful young man gave us a lot of places to visit and restaurants since we are foodies. Also, the integrity I lost /left items at the hotel , they sent a text message to notify of item . WOW... IMPRESSIVE! I highly recommend this hotel we are definitely staying again when in the area!

    We stayed here because it was adjacent to an event we were attending. Our room was comfortable and attractive with large floor to ceiling windows and a great view. The hotel was built in 1976 and refurbished in 2017 so some aspects are dated. The lobby area is small with limited seating. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast in the restaurant which has nice views of the city. We used the parking garage wwhich can be valet or self-park. It is very tight to navigate if you drive a larger vehicle.

    The location and valet serivce were wonderful. Near metro, food, and target. The room was clean and nice. My main issue was when they cleaned room one had one towel for two people. I called once and waited then went to desk. It took 3hrs to get more towels. One phone in room did not work and internet on phone was slow with wifi. Overall though was a lovely time there.
