The Booking system presented a fail and my reservation was not known by the Hotel. Then, a manager named Dimitri, made a fantastic work. One of the most incredible exemple of service quality and consumer focus that I have ever seen. It is a fantastic asset for a company to have someone like Dimitri. Congratulations!

Although there was a drainage issue with the sink, it was addressed and resolved the same day, which I appreciated. I chose not to purchase the hotel breakfast, as I found other nearby options that better suited my preferences. I also enjoyed the coffee available in the lobby, which was excellent. I felt that the $19.00 breakfast price was higher than expected. Aside from that, I did not have any additional concerns regarding my stay.

The lighting in the room was insufficient. Also, the desk chair was so large it was difficult to get around, making the room layout awkward.

Our room was exceptionally clean, the staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful, and the location is close to the metro station. We didn’t eat in the restaurant any so I can’t speak to that but we would certainly stay here again our next trip to DC.

The room was only cleaned once during our 4 nights stay, as they clean every other day. We had to ask for clean towels, toilet paper, cups, and coffee, as there was not enough supplies. Breakfast was good and included in our booking, it was otherwise charged $19/person,

This is a wonderful area of town with excellent walkability. The rooms were spacious and had blackout shades. I slept very comfortably. The staff was friendly and always ready to assist. I was impressed by the workout room. All of the equipment seemed fairly new, complete with a nice set of free weights, a few benches, treadmills, and even a peloton!

Asked to have my room cleaned after 1 night. Nobody cleaned room while I was out most of day.

The staff was very helpful anytime we had questions. They let us check in early and stay parked there until we finished our tour. Our room was spacious and clean- a few very small things in the bathroom could have been cleaned/ fixed to make it nicer however no major complaints. Will definitely stay here again if needed.

The room was clean and spacious, staff was friendly and helpful. Amenities were so-so. Parking was $40 a day per vehicle and there was no breakfast included. Convenient location to access events/conferences in DC. The person in the room next to us was screaming one of the nights we stayed so we phoned staff to voice concerns. Presumably they handled it because the person quieted down soon after. Gets the job done and was a pleasant stay!

The staff couldn’t have been more professional and welcoming. The room was very clean. Noise in halls was fairly low, didn’t wake us. However the toilets/plumbing from above us did make a loud noise in our room. They have fluffy and flatter pillows so you can pick your poison.

We were right next to the elevator and that’s all we heard all night long

The staff could be more welcoming and friendly. There was additional charges for water which was kinda hidden as it was for specific type of Hilton member. Also without my consent I was enrolled for the Hilton Honors program which was inappropriate. I found the staff was not friendly and seemed bit rude at times

Everything was very clean and the front desk staff was helpful and pleasant. The dinner was not great....would not eat there again. The room design and furnishings/bed were thoughtful and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again but wouldn't eat in the dining room.

We were close to the metro to DC. We didn’t do the breakfast. There were a lot of kids there and it was pretty picked over. There were a lot of school outings. I found a great little place not far from there to have breakfast. I would definitely stay there again.

Laundry room was very inconvenient. Does not accept credit card, only quarters, but there are no change machine in the room. Had to walk 1/2 a mile to CVS to get only just $3 worth of quarters. One machine was broken and just keeps swallowing our quarters.

Front desk staff is super friendly! Housekeeping services were ok - after a cleaning the bed sheets were not tucked in all the way and another morning they came in and woke me up at 9:30 am when my checkout was 12pm that day.

Dimitri was great! My girlfriend and I experienced was great, wish we could stay for more than one night. I’ll definitely consider choosing this Hilton next time I’m in the area.

She didn’t even want to open the door I had to tell her I’m checking in then she got upset because she had to work because of me a customer. I’m never going back there. They offered to keep my luggage in a safe room since I arrived early to my check in time. I was able to start my sightseeing journey a bit earlier :) Will plan to stay here again when in town. Highly recommend this hotel.

Dried Blood on sheets, bed not made when serviced. Nosy environment.

I checked in around 3:30 but the room was not yet ready; I didn’t check into my room until almost 4 pm. I will also mention (that for training and safety purposes) that I was a taken aback. The lady who was checking me into the hotel mentioned that my room was not ready and when I asked for an estimated time for it to be ready, she called to the cleaning staff. I was uncomfortable because the lobby area is small and when she called for the room to be ready, she mentioned my room number several times (asking if Room 207 was ready). As a solo woman traveler, and for safety, it should not have been broadcasted that I was staying in a specific room. I hope that different protocols can be placed so that other travelers aren’t aware of where hotel guests are staying. When I did heck into the room, the room was clean, but it took almost 10 mins for the hot water to turn from cool to hot in the shower. Other than that, the hotel was clean and comfortable.

This is the second time in the last year that we stayed here. Our room was not clean despite the sign saying it would be cleaned every other day. Other than that, we love the location and get good service otherwise.

Seems like a very new hotel. It is very clean and what you would expect of a fully functioning Hilton Garden Inn. Did not have the breakfast but good coffee is available in the morning for free. Buying extra water bottles or other drinks is easy at the front desk. All other appliances inside the room worked. The only complaint I had was that I could not get the laundry to work on the 7th floor. Although there was a credit card reader for 2 washers and dryers, neither was operational and I had to find other means. Dimitri helped checked us out and it was a very smooth process.

The location is really fabulous. Loved walking around the area. Being next to the police station, there are cops EVERYWHERE and at all hours. I felt super safe there. We were happy to discover Subway at the Arlington Courthouse. It is walking distance to CVS and the Metro. Took us 15 minutes by UBER to get to the Capital Building, around $25 for a one way lift. Furniture was banged up, carpets dirty, bad smell and not so comfortable bedding. I would recommend that the hotel cleaning staff check the bedding, pillow cases and towels for stains before expecting guests to be happy getting into bed and discovering a blood stain on their pillow. Was not the standard I expect from a Hilton.

It’s easy to access with car and an affordable garage and also close to the Metro station. The room was clean and spacious with comfortable beds. Nice breakfast buffet.

The hotel staff were friendly, polite and professional. Checking in and out was seamless and quick. The entire hotel was very clean and updated. It felt fresh and modern. There is a restaurant next door that is reasonably priced and offers a variety of delicious food. It was so convenient, we ended up dining there at least once per day. The hotel does have breakfast available for a price. While it’s not complimentary, it is reasonable, hot and offers a good selection. One way to summarize my review would be we had zero issues or complaints during our stay. It was very pleasant and welcoming and the price was half of the other hotels we looked into staying at. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in DC. Tell Dimitri the concierge we sent you!

The service in the dining area was not good. Three orders and they forgot to cook one of them. Then we had to chase down the waiter to get our bill. One of the mornings the hotel had no hot water. We were told it was just a matter of changing a cartridge!

There for a funeral in Arlington National Cemetery. Taking a shower at 7am and apparently the ENTIRE hotel was out of hot water! There was some cartridge that was supposed to be changed and wasn’t so we all had cold showers!!

De locatie was goed, parkeerkosten $30 per nacht. Kamer was netjes en ruim.

This property was great for our trip to DC. The metro station was really close for us and we didn't have to drive that far.

The property was nice, $30 a day for parking is a little crazy and there is no shuttle to the airport. So the website is old. They haven't had a shuttle for 5 years for anybody who is purchasing this hotel reservation because of the shuttle like I was

It was overall a nice hotel for a quick overnight stay. The staff were friendly and the room was clean although the shower was clogged.

The fact that the metro station is about 1 block away and many good restaurants are within walking distance from the hotel are definite pluses. My husband and I highly recommend this hotel.

Front desk employees were friendly and professional. The rooms were outdated but it was nice to have a fridge and microwave.

It was too humid in the room. It is better to have a dehumidifier.

He allowed us to check in early without any problem. He was very friendly when we arrived. Great employee! Thank you Demetri for easing our worries on such a sad occasion.

Property is well maintained. Only feedback we can provide is that you might want to upgrade your bed-spreads (bed coverings). They don't match the quality of the property.

Room was clean. The one complaint was the dogs in the lobby in the mornings. Maybe that’s just a weekend thing.

Front desk staff at check-in was great..Garry and Nichole were courteous and helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable. Using Uber to get to the different monuments was quick and convenient. Parking is downstairs so easy to access. Enjoyed it. Recommended.

Room was a little bit unclean, few hairs from previous customer wasn’t picked up, the guess laundry washing machine was broken, the first night our internet wasn’t working

Hotels.com screwed up our reservation, but the hotel promptly fixed it and resolved the issue. Very nice hotel in a safe, convenient location for jotting into DC surrounded by many great food joints!

Stayed 5 days, did not have my room cleaned or beds serviced, and for the duration of my stay there was no wifi.

Nothing terrible by any means but could be improved - app check in unavailable, keyless entry unavailable, room was "thrown together" (used to be 2 doubles and now a queen. Maybe add a couch so it's not so empty. Reserved a king room and got a queen. TV did not work. Sent a msg to the front desk and no one responded.

Our bed was uncomfortable. The shower drain was clogged with hair and the bathroom sink barely drained.

The property itself was good, right in the heart of Arlington and close to SW and the Metro which I loved! 24 hour CVS within walking distance, clean area and right near everything!

It is a good hotel at a nice location at a reasonable price.

Hilton Garden Inn Arlington/Courthouse Plaza is a great place to stay and enjoy a weekend in the DC area.

The property was centrally located to many dining and entertainment areas, & was a couple blocks from a metro station. The staff were very friendly and helpful, however the water pressure in the shower was horrible, it took 3 days of phone calls to get a hair dryer brought to the room, the motorized blinds didn’t work, and the bed/linens felt very old and worn. We woke up sore & uncomfortable most mornings. The breakfast being $20 a person for some eggs, bacon, sausage, bread, fruit & pastries (if any were left) was extremely overpriced. The best parts of this stay were the staff & location of the hotel, the worst parts were definitely the room itself.

Overall our stay is great. It needs upgrade like vent in the restroom.
