My overall experience was good, the room was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was good, however, the beds were not so good, I woke up with a back ache every morning

Great place to stay for 1 night!

The property was getting repainted and had a bit of light construction going on. Not a big deal. The room was great. Clean and comfortable. Pool was nice for the kids. Staff was super friendly and deserve a nice raise. Super convenient trolly pickup to go to the Rangers game. Only complaint was about the turkey sausage at breakfast. It was not very good. I’d definitely stay here again though!

Easy parking on property, clean room but building was a bit run down. The bathroom was a bit dirty with old silicon but rest of room was clean.

Rooms were well sized and the staff was friendly. The breakfast was basic and bland.

Breakfast was not worth eating and our room shower took a while to heat up and the tile was cracked so water came down from the wall. Would not recommend staying.

The lady that checked us in was nowhere to be found when we arrived. I was worried she was abducted! Checked the hallways and administrative office! Waited ten minutes. No where or no one to be found!!Check the security cameras! Then she copped an attitude. Marriott does not need employees like her ANYWHERE in customer contact positions. She begrudgely offered the three of us one bottle of water AFTER she found out we were Bonvoy Gold members!

I like my total experience from parking my room and my free breakfast the location where I wanted to stay was prefect from highways and food restaurants

Breakfast was better than any other hotel I've stayed at. Staff was super friendly, location is convenient to Globe Life, AT&T Center, and Six Flags. Room was clean and comfortable. Only complaint is the location of the toilet paper dispenser from the toilet, its too far.

We stayed here for a Rangers game Easter weekend. We had two different rooms one with me my husband and son and the other was for my in-laws. Everyone was extremely happy with their upgraded rooms since they are currently under the remodel process. If you plan to stay there and attend the Rangers game, you can take the convenient trolley that comes directly by the front of the hotel just ask the front desk for a ticket! The remodeled rooms are great and breakfast is nice too

Under construction during my stay. Pool was waiting for permit to open. Room it self was nice but the walls are thin so you can hear a lot going on.

Big shower space was nice, maybe a little more pressure in the water. Br E akfast was great to have, with early morning wake ups it hit the spot, especially the waffle station. The pool not being available, their was a Crack in the wall of the bathroom in the shower. The lighting could have been better dim in the back where the hangers are located. Maybe add a curtain to allow changing of family members while the bathroom is occupied.

Great service, clean updated rooms! They currently working on upgrades in 1st -2nd floors, we stayed on 3rd. The couch is amazing it’s a trundle style sleep sofa so 2 adults can sleep separately. Great when traveling with 2 kids!

The location and size was perfect for our family stay and visit to the theme park. It was very clean, the staff was great and the breakfast was enjoyable.

We stayed here primarily for the included breakfasts, and the access to the trolley to go to Six Flags. Currently (March 2026) the hotel is going through major renovations. So it’s not as clean and shiny as one would normally expect, but the food service area was lovely, elevators were easily accessible, and our room was clean. The front desk ladies were engaging and more than happy to fetch extra towels for my room and paper plates for us to eat our pizza from. The breakfast lady kept everything stocked so even when we arrived at 8:30 we had the full menu available to us.

To be fair, the hotel was renovating during our stay. There was drywall work, painting, and landscaping being done. There was dust and common worksite materials about, but the construction crew did a good job of cleaning up before breakfast, so there were no issues there. There was a trolley free of charge that took us to all of the entertainment district sites and events and that was very convienient.

Upon arriving not only was the whole entrance under construction but the whole lobby was taped off and in plastic bags. As if that was not enough They asked if we could wait outside for 30 minutes until they finish taping off some walls. On top of that, they said the pool was also closed and we have three kids that we were looking forward to it. The only good thing is that they let us cancel so we’ve booked at another hotel down the street.

Pull out couch was pretty dirty, linens were not the cleanest, AC was not working, toilet stopped flushing the morning of check out.

I stayed here for 4 days, my room was NEVER serviced. I received new towels once but the room was never made. Be warned, it’s under construction. Half the hotel is dated and falling apart (my room) or renovated. I experienced ants around the sink, a broken TV, and a broken light. My window was wrapped with construction material so I could not see outside. If I had the time I would’ve switched rooms. You cannot charge me the same as someone in the newly renovated rooms, as my co worker was. This hotel needs to be transparent in their renovations DURING THE BOOKING PROCESS. I’m sticking to IHG chains.

The hotel was under renovation and so parking was always a challenge over the 4 night stay. There was very little warm water and even less hot. The bathroom sink just trickled water and I mean barely enough to wash your hands. The hotel was clean and well located and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

We had two rooms, 1 had no refrigerator and the air conditioning didn’t work well. The second room the TV didn’t work and there wasn’t any bedding for the hide a bed.

I have stayed at this property before and this time, my room felt a little worn compared to my last stay. But there were not many open rooms in the area due to Texas/OU weekend and this was available at a good price. It was clean and comfortable and the people were super friendly and helpful.

Everything!!! The staff is amazing and took very good care of my family while in town. We have stayed in higher end hotels and only felt like a number. This staff made us feel like family, very engaging even greeting family members in the morning. Some of the staff even remembered my family from our stay a year ago. N/A

Ok the midday guy can't remember his name but absolutely awesome courteous and made me and my bestie stay amazing whenever we came in or left the hotel he always recognized us and spoke his smile and personality is top notch. The breakfast was ok not much option. Due to the remodel I believe that's what the lady said. Parking was great! Only problem was the ice machine was working the first day we was there than it was broke the remaining of the stay. We were their for 4 days. Overall it was a great stay will do again.

Good location. Probably the noisiest room I’ve ever stayed in They put us directly above the lobby, next to the supply closet and across from the elevator. We could hear the lobby music all night. Housekeeping slammed the closet door all morning long.

And there was no coffee at 3:00 in the afternoon. The shelves were pretty bare in the market. Our room was clean but lights didn't work on the bed.

Very pleasant stay. The hotel was booked for the Big 12 Championship, and we were expecting pure chaos, but it was a great stay. The room was spotless clean, comfortable, and QUIET. The walls were so insulated - even with a sold out hotel we didn't hear other rooms, doors slamming, etc. We were in the area for a weekend trip with our kids, and we had a great time. Great hotel choice! Very friendly check-in clerk, and the view of the Christmas light park across the street from our 3rd floor room was awesome. My kids loved it!

just got to say their customer service was so amazing and they’re so kind and friendly and outgoing, even though the hotel was under renovation, it still was a good place to stay and also the rooms were big. Yes it needed a little bit of light fixture that’s about it in our room but besides that everything was good I would definitely stay there again if I would come back to Arlington.

Don’t let the negative reviews sway you. This place is legit. Every front desk lady was so nice and treated us well! The rooms are clean and big! It’s convenient to everything. Will stay here again for sure

We had to request a room clean as it is not done daily. Breakfast was decent. We came for an extended stay after going to football game. Walkable to stadium. Facade was being renovated, but the exterior was a complete mess. Construction messy. We had rain and the roof leaked in the lobby so bad, they had to bring in giant bins to catch all the water. We had to use an alternate entrance, that was small and unsightly. The worst part was our room. It was what needed the renovation. It smelled like mold/mildew, the bathroom door squeaked terribly, the grout in the bathroom was stained (or dirty). We asked to be moved to a different room, which they accommodated, and our new room was better, but the facility is just old and is need of a complete re-do. It was a disappointing stay for sure.

And for the breakfast they kept running out of food and would get upset when asked if more was coming out. The TV in the room had a line going through the TV and although there were two TV’s there was only one remote so when turning one TV on the other would turn off. And the kicker to this whole trip was the hotel having an outdoor pool but not being open although the weather was in the 80’s on most days. Very disappointing as we particularly chose the hotel for the pool.

The front desk could not get ahold of the on call staff to come open the door, so we had to use the tool they would have to try and open the door ourselves which we successfully did after trying for an hour. We asked if they could call a locksmith and they said that they could not so unfortunately the only way to get into the room was us trying to jimmy rig the lock ourselves. Then once we were in we could not leave our room without getting locked out, and it took them till 12pm when we checked out the next morning to fix the battery in the door.

They were renovating the facility but the outside was in very poor condition with trash everywhere. Our room stunk like cigarette or weed each night. There were ants in the bathroom and when housekeeping was requested they did not clean our room. Just made the beds.

Parking was poor and hard to do because of large construction equipment being stored in front of the awning and made it hard to back out of the handicapped parking spot. The shower curtain in room 110 was 8 inches too long and caused my 89 year old mother to slip in the tub. She caught herself before falling to the ground.

The room was clean, but when arrived the entire property was under construction. They had multiple tenants that were staying there smoking marijuana on property and in hotel rooms. Smelt like backed up sewage

The room was clean, but when arrived the entire property was under construction. They had multiple tenants that were staying there smoking marijuana on property and in hotel rooms. Smelt like backed up sewage

The room was extremely hot the ac read 73 when we checked in but it had to be every bit of 80 degrees in there during the night I put the ac on 68 because I couldn’t stand the heat in the room .. around 2:30 am I decided to call the from desk and ask for help he stated he could only provide a box fan and he couldn’t move us because we were checking out that morning . During breakfast I asked for help again and the morning staff was unaware of what was going on in my room . I should have not stayed considering they had construction going on but i gave them the benefit of the doubt! Never again that made my stay terrible .. oh and not to mention someone else’s long hair in the shower !

The Trolley to Globe Life Field was an unexpected treasure. Everyone at the hotel was friendly. The breakfast was great. Renovations were underway, so it will probably be better yet.

There was no mention of construction when I booked and I have to say, I wouldn't have minded a little construction but there was no clear way to get to the front lobby and even the side doors were blocked part of the time. The whole space felt really sketchy as if something might collapse at any time.

I enjoyed my stay the hotel was quiet and clean. However the hotel could use some renovations and there was construction going on outside so I believe they are working on these things. I was there for the Chris Brown concert and a shuttle company by the name of Paula's Shuttle Service provided excellent service and got me to and from the concert.

The hotel was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located near the venue, which made everything super easy. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere felt welcoming from the moment we checked in. We’ll definitely stay here again the next time we’re in Arlington!

When I arrived to that hotel I was assigned room number 323! I went in the room, the ac was on 67 & it was blazing hot & stuffy! I POLITELY & GENUINELY advised the lady @ the front desk & she switched me to room 341, all while acting annoyed! RM 341 was even worse in temperature and YES the ac was on & it had a mildew dirty smell! When I went back to complain, because it’s no reason I should make an exception to stay in filth with my grandkids and daughter, the young lady with the red wig on became very irate, belligerent, aggressive & started trying to attack ME as she was complaining that MY ENERGY was off! She threw the office phone at me! She called me all kinds explicit names. In the midst of all this, this lady was legit trying to attack me & the janitor/housekeeper had to hold her back from hitting me. She should never be allowed to greet another customer if she can’t handle complaints. I requested to cancel my own room & in conversation with someone else I stating I was going to The Sheraton! She then mumbled “Them rooms at the Sheraton too got d£¥men expensive & you won’t get in there”. This was by far the most degrading & disgusting hotel experience I have ever encountered & I will never ever not ever make an exception to book at a another Marriott Affiliated hotel. It was beyond nasty and utterly disgusting. & the mere thought that she felt I should have okay with her actions was even worse.

They had good customer service. It was a good space and very clean.

The wonderful greeting and kindness of our check-in was a real blessing on a tough day. We were spending the night close to hospital for a very ill family member. The clerk made the day much lighter and it was so appreciated

Went for a concert and they had an option for a shuttle service to and from globe life stadium!

Pool was filthy and closed most of the time, no towels were stocked either.

Beds were comfortable and breakfast was good and that's the best thing I can say about this stay. I called on check in day at 10:45 am to see if we could get a 2 hour early check in and how much it would be extra. The woman on the phone told me no charge but it would depend on availability and to call back after noon. I called back at 1:15 pm and a young gentleman named Jonathan said yes a room would be ready at 2pm. We get there and people were checking in right and left then i get up to the counter and a female employee jumps in and says nope check in is at 3pm. I told her I was told our room would be ready at 2 and it was 2. She said well he shouldn't have told you that, sorry. Which okay he made a mistake but they continued to check other people in but would not check us in. Then finally they told us at 2:30 that we could check in. We get up to the hall our room is on and ice machine is broken. Go into our room and there is not one working light in the sleeping area. There were lights on nightstand and on the bed itself but none of them worked. They gave us 3 towels even though we were a party of five. This is the most unprofessional and worst Marriott hotel I have ever stayed at. I will not be back.

Everything was clean and the food was good, the only thing that we we’re disappointed in was that we booked this specific hotel to get in the pool and it was closed..

The breakfast was great!

Upon entering our room, we saw chucks out of both sides of the door which appeared as someone had used a crowbar on it. The room was also not put together, dirty, and smelled poorly. Due to the cleanliness and unsafe feeling, we immediately checked out and booked a hotel nearby.

The room was very spacious, as was the bathroom. The one thing I would change is the height of the closet shelf. It’s very low, not good for dresses.

Water only came out hot or warm, no cold…after my concert I was hoping for a cool shower and some cold water to drink…nope…our room smelled bad, like musty mold…couldn’t change due to no availability…rooms need an update…the smell came from carpet and the old air conditioner that probably needs a filter clean…staff was friendly though…

Ok so there was a power outage shortly before we arrived about 3:30pm. Unfortunately due to that the computer systems were down and took a while to get back up. But the staff was ABSOLUTLY amazing about it and we totally understood that these things happen. Other than waiting for check in about 2 hours the stay and staff were great

The hotel was fine, it is In a good area but our room was very musty, smelled like a basement or like if we were next to a pool. Maybe sitting water somewhere but it was very uncomfortable because of this. I would have asked for another room but we were only staying one night, and at the rangers all evening .

Considering this is a Marriott property, I was very disappointed and had several concerns with the property. It looked like the original shower glass sliding door for the walk-in shower been removed (or broken) and replaced with a shower curtain that was hung from a rod attached to the shower door hardware with zip ties. This made the curtain difficult to move because the rod hangers were loosely hanging. And the curtain was short allowing water to splash over the bottom part of the shower onto the shower floor. The lighting in the room was very poor and insufficient for reading at bedside. There was no desk/chair set for using a laptop. For at least a full day and half, no ice was available from the 2 ice makers. These issues are not what I would expect from a Marriott chain hotel. Back to Hiton!

Stayed in Arlington from 6/5-6/8 for the Stray Kids Concerts. I picked this hotel due to how close it was to the Globe Life Field, and it did not disappoint. It was super close to get to and from the venue without issue. The hotel itself was really nice. The Staff were super friendly and recommended other activities for us that we could do. Took their advice and had a great time. Would definitely stay here again.

Breakfast was tasty but there was no more batter for the waffles, no more forks and plates, about 20min before the end. I'd still recommend it. Great area, safe and close to a lot of venues and restaurants.

Construction working going on the entire time, breakfast was a joke, hardly any options, they never refilled the one pot of coffee they made, no fruit, no tea.. when asking the front desk about a shuttle they failed to mention there is a damn trolley that comes to the hotel to take you to the ball field and surrounding areas.. we didnt know that until our last day, bc the front dest never mentioned it when asked. Would not stay again and it was a waste of $ to stay the first time

When we checked in we were told we had one day of freshness service through out our stay ( 3 nights) I requested one day and they never went to clean the room , not picking the trash or change the towels for clean ones. The trash cans in the hallways were full of trash for two days. The carpet in the room had a funky smell and the room was muggy. The staff was nice and one of the front desk lady apologized when I complaint about not getting a cleaning service in our room and she gave me a set of fresh towels.

Terrible GM. No hot water for 3 days. Nothing was done about it. They do not clean your room when your out. Most places clean up and add new towels and clean linens per request. Not here. Lady adding breakfast was in a terrible mood. 1 Elevator was out. Staff was overall friendly but had no control over the terrible way upper management runs this property.

Staff was very nice and helpful. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Water took a long time to get hot. Breakfast was not very good. No waffles on weekends. They had some quiche that was very unappealing and did put out some frozen sausage biscuits. We decided cereal was best choice. If you want breakfast just door dash you will be better off.

The shower door came off and hit my daughter in the head, pinning her in the shower. The staff had terrible attitudes and I listened to the one lady that made breakfast say if a guest has one tv in her room that works then she doesn’t need the other one fixed and she can wait. This same employee made the breakfast wearing dirty paint covered clothes. Very unsanitary. The breakfast was limited to eggs and sausage, and cereal. The rooms were very dirty.

The breakfast wasn’t the best. Broken glass in parking lot as if someone’s car was broken into. Housekeeping never came one day.
