The room was amazing. Plenty of space for my family. The only thing we did not like was the bathroom in the bedroom so whenever our kids needed to use The bathroom in the middle of the night the had to come into the bedroom which woke us up each time

The staff was excellent and worked hard to make everyone feel welcome and comfortable. The breakfast was very good. The problem was the condition of the building. It does not meet the standards I have always expected when staying a Residence Inn by Marriott property. Many of the repairs on this property are more patches than actual repairs.

For the length of my stay I really enjoyed the Amenities. I didn’t like that I couldn’t enjoy the swimming pool it was to much chlorine in the pool, the family had lots of itching, and eyes burning. The property rooms could’ve been a little more updated and change a few flaws could’ve been better stay.

Everything was great, especially the Texas shaped waffle, but I want to say that I think the sheets are polyester and cotton because they were a bit pilly and not the percale that would usually be smooth - but again the breakfast was great. It was the best scrambled eggs, sausage, etc. of any of the hotels I did on this road trip.

Super nice staff. Very friendly and helpful!! Rooms are great. We have two bedroom “suite” very very spacious and great for families. Plenty of room for everyone!! Pool is great, work out room great, and love the basketball court! The complementary breakfast is delicious!! Also, location is EXCELLENT for families with kiddos. Close to all kinds of activities and restaurants! Chuck E. Cheese adventures world, Dave and Buster’s, Slick City and the Mall with Round 1 bowling and arcade!! We had a blast!!

Our one complaint is that the dryers do not work. We spent over $10 and around 3 hours of our time just on extra runs because the clothes continued to come out damp. Even with that frustration, this was an excellent stay and we absolutely plan on returning.

The location Fake breakfast eggs and meats. Toilet hard to flush, no hot water in kitchen, kitchen water supply fixture was broken, dishwasher was broken.

Location was great staff were wonderful. They actually let us check in early and it was amazing. Great restaurants and shopping. Breakfast options weren’t the best.

The front desk were always friendly Hannah,Diana and I think her name was Ariel. They were all very, very friendly and very nice and the manager Mr. Cooley was very nice. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else. The weather stripping on the door I didn’t like that you could see under the door

It was in a good location. When we arrived the room was at 80 degrees very hot, we checked the room and there were gnats in the bathroom, along with the bugs there was a crack in the bathtub with weird brown stuff around it we did not alert hotel staff because it wasn’t a huge deal to us as it was only in the bathroom so we made sure to keep the door shut and not leave anything in there, then the next day there was rat poop in our bathtub, so we did alert hotel staff for that as we have a newborn and we didn’t want that around our baby, the hotel staff did change our room and gave us $20 off of our stay.

The bed

It was located only 10 minutes away from my family. My room was a clean, handicap accessible room, which I enjoyed. The breakfast was convenient especially when we had to leave at 6:30a to make the graduation on time. The front desk staff lady was absolutely a joy. The amenities were nice - we were able to iron our dresses and dry our hair. The staff got us clean towels after our pool sessions and were very helpful with tissue boxes when I suddenly got sick with a head cold. I was able to make hot ginger tea and I loved storing my restaurant and family dinner take-home in the fridge! The first time we went to enjoy the pool, the staff hadn’t cleaned from an earlier pizza pool party - the water was very chlorinated but had hair and fuzzies floating in it. In my room, though it was spanking clean, I met a 2-inch water bug who showed me his flight capability on my first night. My 1st time eating breakfast, the attendant wasn’t very friendly - I avoided her; and I wished you had a short order cook along with the buffet so I could get better eggs. We went on and bought dishwashing liquid and invented a dish rack after someone cleaned our room but started the dishwasher with our 1 pod when we weren’t finished making dirty dishes. We gave you all the dish liquid. Lastly, the shampoo, conditioner, and soap dispensers would fall from their Velcro perches into the tub, and one of the spigots snapped off when it fell and was unusable afterwards.

While waiting there was an awful smell in the kitchen. There was left over food in the disposal from the previous people. I asked the maid across from my room if she had anything to put in it or to get it out. She replies with "ok" and walked off. Once the door was fixed and we left, we came back to the door buzzing & my key not working. I was able to turn the handle and just open the door with no key. Someone could have easily walked in while I was gone.

The bad: our first room had a few issues: bedroom door wouldn’t close unless you pushed it hard, closet doors were not easy to open and close in both rooms. The first room heat didn’t work 2x but maintenance was up to fix it quickly and gave us a space heater in case it stopped again. The toilet leaked on day 2 so we switched our room. Rooms need some basic maintenance. The good: very spacious suite, especially for a week long visit, both rooms were clean, staff was easy to work with and solved issues quickly. Hot and cold breakfast each day. Location was fantastic-close to so many stores and restaurants. We especially like the door to the bedroom and entry to the bathroom area. It allowed separate spaces for 2 adults. All said and done, we would stay there again.

The lighting in our room was poor and the seating was bad. Mangers and staff should stay in the rooms and see if they are proud of there facilities. Would they recommend the hotel to there superiors.

Breakfast buffet was very good. Fitness center only had 1 treadmill though. My room door bolt was not working properly which gave me anxiety and stress about my safety. Also the toilet water pressure was so low that my toilet would not flush on Sunday night.

We had a stovetop replaced and a toliet whistling. The carpet in the hallway needed shampooing to kill the odor.

The only thing I didn’t like was getting charged again by the hotel after everything was paid for on Expedia then having to wait a week before it was placed back on my card.

the two other things would be dealing with the door to the suite. It was rather difficult getting to close shut and then there are the pillows used for the bed. I can never sleep with those small flat pillows, even piling them. Great place to just wish the pool and jacuzzi was working. The night auditor Ashley was awesome she helped my get some issues corrected and the night shift security guard Damien was super also very on top of securing the property in a very professional attitude.

The only issue we had, was the thermostat. No matter how you adjusted the temperature, the room would never get cooler than 77°. Other than that, 10/10 stay!

The pool was cold and hot tub not working. Half the lights weren't working in the pool area. Group of 14 teenagers overly took over the pool and not allowing other guests enjoy their own pool parties. Super noisy and unpleasant. Our group of 4 kiddos ages 4-8 left cause it was just not fun.

The biggest disappointment was there ever attempt to make money? This is the first hotel I have ever been to that wasn’t downtown charged daily for parking. This isn’t some big fancy area yet. They thought it necessary to charge for parking.

The couch had a pull out bed and was not comfortable. The room was nice and clean; however I did find some hair on the towels and in the bathroom. The staff was nice. Overall I recommend it because last year we stayed at the crown plaza and rather book a stay here. The breakfast was good.

Booked what seemed to be the only indoor pool in a 20 mile radius. Spent double on the room than what I normally do just to get the pool. Get to the motel and check in and the pool isn’t in operating condition. Very disappointed!! Room was comfortable and clean.

Went to your property next door and were not told about your property next door until I complained and showed a paper with the address of the hotel. Before I complained I was told no reservation and they could not give me a room and they were sorry. Hope this message will help so others will not be turned away. Roof leaked and another room was immediatly supplied.

Website needs to be updated as you no longer have cribs or roll away beds and the suite showed the bedroom with doors but there are none.

Room was less than good. Carpet was torn. Lights did not all work. Bathroom was not very clean. There was what appeared to be mild in the shower.

This SHOULD be a great review. Instead, I have to write that no one who is handicapped should ever think of staying at this hotel. Overall, It was very clean (except for the bugs that came up out of the drain). The setup is nice when you don't want to have to eat out every night and utensils were well stocked. At first glance, all was well. Hubby is a below-the-knee amputee, so I specifically asked for a handicap-friendly bathroom. We got a tub with a pull-down seat and plenty of support bars. Terrific!...until it wasn't. On the 7th evening, hubby told me that a slat in the plastic shower seat was broken. He is NOT an overweight man, so this wasn't a case of too much hubby sitting on too little stool, but of a defective product. This was the evening following heart surgery so he was lucky something more serious didn't occur. I immediately reported it the next morning. At this point, it was a case of just one slat in the middle being broken. No one came. The next morning, I reported it again and the receptionist looked shocked. I told her that now, not only was the slat broken, but there were cracks going up the side and the seat was pulling away from the wall, SAFETY HAZARD FOR A HANDICAPPED PERSON, no? NO ONE CAME FOR THE SECOND TIME. The next morning, we checked out and I reported it to the receptionist. I don't know what the outcome was, but I won't be returning. The blatant disregard of this safety issue is a disgrace. Stay at your own risk.

It was fine the room was clean. I missed the.hot breakfast due to the virud. I booked the hotel because it had an indoor pool. It was closed due to the virus. It did not mention that until i had booked it

It was fine the room was clean. I missed the.hot breakfast due to the virud. I booked the hotel because it had an indoor pool. It was closed due to the virus. It did not mention that until i had booked it

Last minute trip for work had to take my dogs so I understand they may not give me the nicest room, but the room I got was filthy. The floors, the walls, and the couch were dirty. Then the next morning when I was getting ready to leave. I caught a bed bug crawling on the bathroom floor. I then checked all my luggage and bed. I put it in an empty water bottle and took it to the front desk. She seemed flustered and I assumed I would get a phone call or email from management. Nothing. I have no idea how this is a 3 star rated hotel.

Upon check in they did not have the second room listed. One room had a faulty ac. Both rooms were clean but lacking in certain amenities for a comfortable stay

Was shocked at how nice the room was. Very so spacious and the lay out felt like an apartment. Only thing I'd change is a better foot table to put feet up on while watching TV an maybe a comfortable couch. But seriously... the room exceeded my expectations

We liked the breakfast, room, cleanliness of hotel. Coffee was different every day; consistency would be great. Out of the three days we had it, it was enjoyable for one of them. Workers were friendly. The only real problem we faced was our room smelling like cigars/smoking every single day. I am an asthmatic who forgot her inhalers at home, so I faced wheezing every time we went to our room because of whatever was in the air. Not sure if it came from a vent or actual smoking in a room, but it was unpleasant esthetically and physically.

Breakfast was poor. Cheese was molded. Room wasn’t as clean. Should have stayed somewhere else cheaper.

I booked at Hampton, only to find when I arrived my reservation was cancelled without notice. Then I found Residence Inn! The best decision I made. It was a better rate, more amenities, spacious kitchen suite vs just a small room. Basketball court worked well for the kids! Inside pool and bbq area was awesome! Wished I had prepared for the bbq pit. The staff was awesome! Everything was awesome including the hot breakfast! Thanks. I’ll always choose this hotel now

The chair for my table to eat had a broken leg and I almost fell against the wall.

Staff was very nice, friendly and very accommodating. Only issue was that the breakfast did not provide enough of a selection for those that do not eat pork. Chicken or turkey bacon or sausage was not an option. Food was just ok but would have expected better quality considering how much the room rates were for our stay. Normally, the rates are lower when I stay at the Residence Inn. I loved our suite, except for the non-stop barking dog across the hallway. I did not complain because I am a dog lover and did not want the pup kicked out.

Excellent place! I love the amenities. I definitely plan to stay here again. It's definitely a place that I recommend.

Front desk staff was great and room was clean and comfortable.

Our room was NOT cleaned for last 2 days. I had to call three times and told someone would be up immediately to clean. Of course, no one showed up after an hour. So I went downstairs to the front desk to ask the Manager on Duty to send someone to clean it. Their apathy to accommodating a guest clearly does not hold the Marriott standards I've experienced at other properties. Just never been so disappointed in a brand I truly believe in.

The staff was friendly and the breakfast was good. Apparently, once the water pitcher is empty, it stays empty. Would I recommend this place?, not to my friends.

Enjoyed stay although I like pets I would not take them to hotels I believe that kennels are good. Stay in hotel last year where there was dog poop on floor and cleaners missed it

The concierge at night was so very friendly! My son was going to buy something from the snack shop and when the concierge found out it was his birthday he told my son he didn’t need to pay! That was so thoughtful! Breakfast was delicious also!
