I would like a refund my room was horrible I couldn’t get in my room I had to walk back and forth to the front desk for new keys that didn’t work , the front desk clerk had to come open the door with a master key , the air conditioning was horrible it was broken didn’t even work

Front desk person did an exceptional job. Location was ideal for what I needed. Rooms were clean and despite being near the interstate it was quiet at night. Easy access to major highways. No breakfast due to office renovations.

Nothing. It looks like they are renovating as we stay. Bad facilities. Everything. Is a marijuana community. Unsecured. Restrooms are terrible. They clogged and the human waste comes up on the shower tub. All rooms smell like cigarette or marijuana.

I did not have the breakfast. Location is excellent for entertainment due to the trolley Television did not work as it should. Did not bother me as much it may bother the next person that stays in that room.

I would definitely recommend this property, especially for those on a budget or looking for a reasonable weekly rate. While the rooms are dated and the furniture is minimal, the environment is clean, quiet, and well-managed—no loitering or trash issues at all. The standout feature is the staff; they are incredibly gracious and attentive, fulfilling requests immediately without any attitude. It’s a solid middle-ground between a standard motel and a high-end hotel. I’ve had a bug-free stay (aside from a few gnats) and am already considering extending my stay for another week.

Location was great. Very close to Six Flags Very uncomfortable bed! So so Sooo loud Either the doors need new seals or the rooms them selves are just not insulated well. Not that the hotel can control who enters and leaves at what times, but we were woken out of a dead sleep because of some people leaving at 2am and they weren't even being super loud, it was because the door or wals were so thin I guess. I'm not a very light sleeper but literally anything that drove by the building woke us up. ? So... if you like SLEEPLESS NIGHTS this is the place for you.

It was in a scetcky looking area. Staff was rude. Refused to give us enough pillows. Rooms had a bad smell . It smelled like mj in the lobby .

The location was close to everything in the entertainment district It was dirty and run down. We woke in the middle of the night to our room flooding from the ceiling above the toilet. The front desk didn’t want to do anything till morning and we left right then and they would not refund me.

Someone tried kicking my door in at 3 am demanding me to open and saying they were the front desk people. Very scary.

I paid for a premium room on the 1st floor with parking in front of my room . I got that . However , the tv would not work and the heater was broken . I really didnt need the heater for the time until next morning . I called the front desk and told them . They said i would have to change rooms . I was not told i would be downsizi g from what i paid for . They room they put me in was a huge downgrade . He said he could not do any better and he could not compensate me since i paid through Hotel app . Im very disappointed with this . Also i injured myself on a sharp towel rack when i bent down to put a tissue in the waste basket . It is mounted in a bad place . It gashed my forehead .

I did not stay because the smoke smell was overwhelming and causing me to have difficulty breathing! I just opened the door but did not go in the room because the cigarette smoke smell was very bad!

There was not a fridge in my room. Description clearly states there should be one. I asked to move rooms to one that had a fridge. There still none. They asked me to move again but I refused by then. It was uncomfortable moving rooms the first time due to we had a 19 hr drive and just wanted to rest. I also asked for two extra towels which never came. staff was an efficient plus for the property. Room 201 itself had been neglected too much... (chair especially was badly peeling pleather and 3 years overdue to be replaced--- just trash it). Microwave clock set to accurate time- NOT neglected. Fine water for shower and sink. Convenient parking arrangement....

If I could’ve give it a zero that’s what I would’ve done the area was unsafe people sitting in there vehicle I would’ve not stayed one night but I arrived late and couldn’t get another room last minute the staff was great about giving us a full refund cleanliness of the room was awful there was a roach would not recommend!!!

Problem was that the TV it set itself to a screen that wouldn't leave. They said they'd have to send maintenance to our room, but no one ever came. Hard to spend an evening with my husband when he can't watch TV! Bed was hard as a rock. Felt like sleeping on box springs, so not much sleep.

We had no indication the motel was not in a good oart of town. At check in we were informed they were not responsible for auto theft. Pool was not in useable condition. If it had not been just an overnight stay and late we would have found better accommodations. Very disappointed, especially for being a Red Roof Inn and the price we paid for 2 rooms.

It was a good property for just the weekend. Do you recommend taking your own stuff to clean the restroom. But that is my OCD.

Beds comfortable, bathroom looks like it hasn't been upgraded in years, desk chair horrible hard to describe! Pool was closed. They had a late check-out notice, but we couldn't check out late. We definitely were close to our destinations, Hurricane Harbor, and Six Flags, but as they say, you get what you pay for.

Blankets were dirty, but we always bring our own. Not far from the baseball fields or football stadium. Little sketchy at night, lots of people out and about. Not some place I would go with my kids and they are all over 14yrs old.. I'm not one to complain either, we had a great weekend. Just keep in mind you get what you pay for.

Basic motel (doors on outside) for basic price. One night and it was fine. We were put at the very back which was a little creepy but the parking lot was well lit. Beds were comfortable and trolley service was super efficient. No continental breakfast was available. Coffee only.

Not gonna lie they need to update rooms. Beds are a box spring and Luke warm water for a shower. Room smelled of smoke. Wouldn’t recommend if you have any back problems it really is just a 30 y.o. Mattress that feels like box springs and yes you can feel the box springs. No breakfast or snacks. Won’t be back.

The hotel is old but the sheets and towels were clean- the floors could be mopped better to help with cleanliness. The location was good and the property was quiet. The staff was kind and quick to address a sink draining issue. We did like having a fridge and microwave in the room so we could make some meals.

This is a fancy hotel, but it served the purposes for three days at a very reasonable rate. It was clean, and the staff was professional and helpful. The best part was we went to a Ranger game and the hotel provided a pass to the trolley which met right out in front of the hotel and took us directly to the ballpark and then took us back a half hour after the game was over saving the hassle of trying to get parking and get to the ballpark. It probably saved his $40 in parking fees

The rooms were not very nice. The bed was uncomfortable. We checked into our room at 3:00pm. Went to room and put our stuff in room and left. We got back to our room about 11pm. About 20 minutes later 2 guys started yelling and pushing each other. Hitting the walls and screaming. We got really scared that you never know if they might pull a gun and shoot at each other and it might come thru the walls. I called the front desk to let them know and she informed me she had already called the police. We asked to be moved to another room and she told me she could not do that and I asked why and she kept saying I cannot do that. I then told her we wanted a refund and she said she could not do that either. We decided to find another hotel. We stopped by the front desk on our way out to let her know we would not be stay at the hotel and she asked us for our keys. She told us to contact her manager the next day. I do have to say the manager did call us before we could call him. He was very apologetic and did refund all our money.

We stopped by the front desk on our way out to let her know we would not be stay at the hotel and she asked us for our keys. She told us to contact her manager the next day. I do have to say the manager did call us before we could call him. He was very apologetic and did refund all our money.

This was an older hotel but it was clean and cool. Located in the middle of Dallas and Ft Worth. I had no issues with anyone or anything.

I was very disappointed with the property. Expedia need to remove this property from its site. I had a 3 day stay scheduled and the price was cheap as the property is poorly cared for. The interior of the bathrooms are outdated and damaged. The tub was molded around the outside and around the faucet. The wood flooring had cracks. The towels and sheets are not white as they should be. The rooms do not smell fresh. I did complain to the office and they switched my room and I was okay with that considering I know that I had already been charged. They room that I moved to was better and but still need new paint, tub, updated appliances. I think that every hotel on the different sites should have to update rooms and interior regularly and be honest with the pictures added to the sites. There was someone fighting verbaling and children running down the breezeway throughout 2 of my nights of stay

Bed was comfy! Bedding and pillows looked inviting! I thought it appeared clean, smelled fresh, but it also looked somewhat worn down! Walls and ceilings could use paint! The door looked beaten! It had some dents! Bathtub grout needed a good cleaning or new grout! Some noisy people above in the night when arriving to their room! Other than that it was quiet! Unfortunately Roaches! I think 6 in 3 days! Mostly we weren’t even there. I hope they’re not in my bags with me! It’s a shame! I would return if their weren’t roaches!

It was nice. I love that it is pet friendly and pets can stay free, however, this specific location did not have an area for pets to do their business.

Well, it was clean and the jacuzzi did work. But nothing else did. Not even the tv.

The stay was great! Great Menu as well. Kevin is awesome...very polite and made me feel welcome to the area.

I reserved this hotel because of the positive ratings but those couldn’t have possibly been by real people who stayed there. We were greeted by a prostitute in the parking lot who asked to stay in our room with us (in front of our children). We then had to wait outside the bulletproof glass and barred windows to be let in. When we got to our room, we were greeted by cockroaches. The bathroom was so disgusting we gagged when we went in there. There was a huge gap in our door so it was freezing all night. The walls look like they flooded and then just painted over them. There was literal poop on the ceiling. When we told the front desk about our stay they just said they’d have to go check out the state of the rooms and tell their manager.

Walked in to the room and was greated by a roach. The hotel was way overpriced because Dallas Cowboys had a home game... 3 times higher than it should have been. I will not stay there again. And recommend you dont either.

Great for the night. Close to the stadiums. Free parking. And the welcome bag was nice.

The staff charged an extra $60 aside from the expedia price, thy stated they would refund the funds after check out, the funds have not been refunded! The television in the room was not functioning and the room smelled like cat urine.

Our first night there we were awakened in the night by a man and woman running across the balcony screaming. We felt very unsafe.

Front desk was very rude and she was going to make me wait 3 hours for a blow dryer cause the blow dryer in the room sparked

Stay was ok. I saw a roach on 2 separate occasions. The place is old water stains in the tub.

The room was not in very good condition. It looked dirty and not taken care of.

We walked into our room and the smell was overwhelming if filth and cigarettes. There were multiple roaches. The bathtub was stained with an unknown substance. The floor was nasty. The AC did not work. There were homeless people camping out by the room, car being repo’d in the parking lot, hooker hanging out by the rooms, and what looked to be someone trying to steal a tire off a vehicle in the corner of the parking lot. Didn’t feel safe at all.

Good choice for a clean and safe hotel at a low cost. Not fancy but much better than most low priced motels.
